"I was skeptical of using Rocket. Why? Honestly, it was too easy. I submitted my information and in less than 24 hours Juan had contacted me and gave me a verified pre-approval. What? I was actively ...I was skeptical of using Rocket. Why? Honestly, it was too easy. I submitted my information and in less than 24 hours Juan had contacted me and gave me a verified pre-approval. What? I was actively looking at two other companies at the same time. The other 2 companies had yet to even give me a call back about my application. I just couldn’t believe Rocket was really that quick. I ended up going forward with another company that had given me a lower rate by .25%. I went down the road with them to save the .25%. Well, the other company made me pay for their appraisal, get a specific inspection, and lay out close to $1200 before giving me a final approval on our home. Guess what? Less than a week before we were set to close the other lender said they were not going to allow part of my income to be included in my loan and that they couldn’t move forward with my loan. This had already been discussed and approved by the broker with the other company and now I was not going to be able to close my loan. I was beyond upset. Juan had kept in touch even during the process with the other lender. I called Juan and laid it all out. He literally said, we’ll get you closed, no problem. I still was in disbelief that Rocket could make it happen, but I’m here to say they did it. I have nothing but positive experiences to relate with Juan and the entire team from Rocket. They will always get a great reference from me. Even my realtor was stunned they made it happen. Thanks Juan."

Then he responds and speaks with total knowledge, professionalism and personality. If I call and leave a message he ALWAYS calls back in a timely manner. If he does not have the answer or wants to confirm his solution before he makes a wrong statement he returns that call quickly with the proper solutions. Going through this process is extremely nerve wracking. I have been through a few. NOT with Sal and the Rocket system. You'all make it simple, easy, quick and believe it or not fun. There is not enough GOOD I can say about Sal. He is a GOLDEN ASSET for your firm - I hope you show him all the appreciation possible. I have recommended Rocket - Sal - to our real estate agent and he refinanced his own mortgage with you. In addition the agent has also recommended one of his new clients to Rocket and the loan was just closed. It took us almost 2 years to finally find "the one". Cody stuck with us the whole time and answered all of our questions accurately and in a timely manner. Not only was he patient, and efficient, but he went above and beyond to get me a deal that I was comfortable with. At one point in our search, a particular seller required us to get pre-approved by a bank of their choosing. Since I had a long-standing relationship with Rocket Mortgage through Cody, I was apprehensive about getting figures from another bank. Cody really went above and beyond and made my deal one that any other bank just could not compete with. He was truly there for me throughout the process. Being first-time homeowners, it can be pretty scary! But anytime I had a question, concern, or just having a freak-out moment, Cody was there to patiently and effectively address anything I asked for or had concerns with. He has a great way of explaining things in a way that any new home buyer can understand. This whole real-estate thing can be pretty intimidating, but with Cody in your corner...you are in good hands!"
