We had multiple questions along the way in purchasing our home, but Andrew is very efficient and responded sometimes within in minutes of me posting questions on the Rocket Mortgage site. It was very nice to have someone like Andrew to explain the very complicated processes in a way that we understood and he always made sure that our best interest was in place with our mortgage. It was a pleasure working with him and Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have him as one of their mortgage banker. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend rocket mortgage for refinancing and if you come across Glen the experience will be even better and I'm pretty sure for the rest of the staff as well but with my experience I have to say Glenn did an excellent job, thank you."

I was very nervous and uneasy. Sahani took me slowly and factually through the process. My fears faded away and the entire experience was effortless and very reassuring. When the process was finished I felt like a tons of bricks had been removed from me! I truly felt confident that I made a wise choice and I have to compliment Sahani at well she explained each step and did not pressure me into any choice. She gave me the knowledge I needed, then showed me the options that would work for me and let me decide what I felt comfortable with. Dorian Gray was our contact person from the beginning. He has made our entire experience with Rocket Mortgage smooth, painless and even entertaining at times. He was always professional and personable at the same time. Dorian was very knowledgeable of the entire process and knew exactly what we needed to find the right home for us within our budget and get the financing and mortgage payment we needed. He literally worked night and day to make sure we had what we needed to secure a good interest rate and get it locked in during these uncertain times, until we close. He even reached out directly to our realtor, as well as the seller's realtor to get the information we needed to do just that, surprising them as much as us in his tenacity to do a good job for us. We both have enjoyed working with Dorian and always felt like he really cared about meeting our needs throughout the entire process."

We highly recommend Miguel Guzman/Rocket Mortgage for refinancing and taking advantage of using the equity in your home. They provided us with superior service. As an added benefit, if you utilize Morgan Stanley for other financial assets, Rocket provides a substantial discount on closing costs."

I believe that it was the people who did not have a comprehensive understanding about the products they had to offer and/or not willing to help make it happen. Erin, however, made it a priority to find a way and she made it a simple and a pleasurable experience and has already been referred because of her knowledge of the process. I have already and will continue to refer Rocket Mortgage via Erin Imsland exclusively. It says a lot for me to refer my friends family & business associates. If your entire staff treated the customer the way Erin handled my refinance, Rocket Mortgage would be the only company people would use. Erin Imsland was comprehensive in the entire process. If she said something was going to be done, It was done. when she explained the process....it was the process. When I asked her a question she had great confidence in her answers and her follow through was always as she said it would be. I have been a loyal customer of Rocket Mortgage for several years and several types of mortgages. The company makes it a habit to hire actual quality professionals that make the mortgage experience much more palatable. From the first day that Ryan and I began working our way through the process there was never a time that I felt out of touch with the loan thanks to Ryan. I knew what steps were coming up way before I needed and it eliminated so many of the OMG moments that often happen when a request from the company catches you by surprise. Like all of the great people at Rocket Mortgage Ryan provided complete, honest, and professional service and five stars seems a little light for an All Star! It took us almost 2 years to finally find "the one". Cody stuck with us the whole time and answered all of our questions accurately and in a timely manner. Not only was he patient, and efficient, but he went above and beyond to get me a deal that I was comfortable with. At one point in our search, a particular seller required us to get pre-approved by a bank of their choosing. Since I had a long-standing relationship with Rocket Mortgage through Cody, I was apprehensive about getting figures from another bank. Cody really went above and beyond and made my deal one that any other bank just could not compete with. He was truly there for me throughout the process. Being first-time homeowners, it can be pretty scary! But anytime I had a question, concern, or just having a freak-out moment, Cody was there to patiently and effectively address anything I asked for or had concerns with. He has a great way of explaining things in a way that any new home buyer can understand. This whole real-estate thing can be pretty intimidating, but with Cody in your corner...you are in good hands!"

He and his team as well as the closing and disbursement departments were exceptional. As investors in different states the process was invaluable and again Dan acted as our guide through any issues that we had to resolve. I will be purchasing a primary residence as a disabled veteran in the next couple of months and will be contacting Dan for direction to the right mortgage executive. I almost have zero knowledge on buying a house in US, so have to learn while buying. The realtor set my closing day less than 30 days, maybe intend to force me to quickly move on and use the mortgage agent they recommend. But later I found that they do not even lock rate before I sign docs (which is not good), but trying to ask me sign all documents first. I then chose another mortgage company who promised me to give me a better rate, but the docs that they wanted me to sign was actually different than what they promised. After searching, learning, talking, and I finally decided to try Rocket Mortgage, the largest online mortgage company with super customer rating and great BBB rating. The website application is so crystal clear, and right after I filled out the application, I was able to talk to Donnie, who again impressed me by that he is not pushy at all, so different than the 10+ other agent I met. He is honest and also professional. I am very happy I finally decided to move on with Rocket Mortgage and Donnie, before the deadline that I can change mortgage company."
