Todd and I were absolutely blow away at his level of customer service and attention to detail. It had been quite a while since we had been in the mortgage world and our past experiences had not always been great. He was wonderful and made the experience so refreshing. We have been raving about him and Rocket mortgage to all our friends. We actually had a friend go through Rocket after our experience and they also had a wonderful experience. Albert is a ROCK STAR and he customer service is top notice."

"Carly was Great. I always ask the person to assume a +/- 720 credit score prior to running any check - including a "Soft Hit." She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers. She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers. I felt no pressure, she was knowledgeable - quick with response, and I was able to make an informed decision. I agreed to allowing the credit soft hit, and we went through it again. She may have spent more time with me on the phone (1hr-40min), but it was all good with her. I cannot recall, but she must have ran the numbers around 6 times with different scenarios, and I felt no pressure during our conversation. You could tell that she just wanted to help. Carly played a big part, and we ended up refinancing through Rocket. Our Final Closing was today - 28 days after my first talk with her. Fully Recommend !!! Thx"

Our local loan officer tried to scare us telling us that Rocket Mortgage would initially offer one rate but then would change it on us after we were committed. We discussed our concerns with Brandon and told him how we've never done business online and we were scared. Brandon assured us that he would deliver on his interest rate and all the other incentives. My husband and I decided to go ahead with Brandon. We are so glad we did! The process from start to finish was so easy. Brandon delivered on everything he said and through it all he was extremely professional, patient with us and knowledgeable. "I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage ...I will admit, at first, the idea of working 100% solely online with something so sensitive (money/finance/loan) made us uncomfortable. We've only had experiences in person with our banks/mortgage centers, but on our initial inquiry into re-financing our home, Brian laid it all out for us and even answered questions honestly when we put him on the spot with our "how secure is this online thing" questions. We went ahead and decided to give it a try and I am so glad we did, as we were never disappointed. Working with Brian was by far the best experience we've had with the mortgage/loan industry. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. Our communications were handled in a timely fashion giving us all of the necessary information we needed throughout our entire process. The online portal that we accessed was always up-to-date with the most current information they were needing from us and/or we were needing from them. I tell everyone I know, "Hey, if you are ever in need of a mortgage, re-fi, home loan information, I have the perfect person you've gotta talk to". I will only use Brian for any future loans and seriously give him 10 stars!!!"

Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal.
