"I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, ...I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, NM. But I decided to look into Rocket Mortgage and see what it was like. The agent I was directed to was Aaron Nasan because he was licensed for that area also. I was so pleasantly surprised with the very personal attention he gave me. We had not done a mortgage in many years and I was somewhat leery and definitely confused with the process. He completely put me at ease with his personal and quick responses to my many (often silly I now realize) questions. He continually checked with me even when he didn't have to. We established a good relationship very quickly and I even said to my wife that I think we could count him to be a friend under other circumstances. He is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and I have told people who questioned whether it was smart to go with a large corporation like Rocket Mortgage that I would recommend Rocket Mortgage 100% for a mortgage if they ever needed to apply for one. To sum up, do not lose him. He brings expertise and the personal touch to his clients"

Together with my wife in our attempt to buy our first house met this wonderful man who made what most people refer to as a nightmare in a house buying the most simple and easy to follow process. He was very candid and explained every little bit of the loan process to us. We ended up buying our first home without any cumbersome loan process as Mr. Vu together with his talented team team at Rocket Mortgage really really made the loan process very quick. No wonder they are called Rocket Mortgage because they really made our loan process very quick. If given the chance to buy another house, I will never hesitate to rely on their service and I encourage any person reading this review that if you are having in mind of buying, refinancing, anything to do with mortgage loans, do not look any further than Rocket Mortgage because they will surely make your dreams come through."

Olivia answered all our questions and was never pushy to close the deal. If it was not right for us, she was ok with that also. As big as Rocket Mortgage is, the customer service has been great each step along the way for the initial inquiry to closing. We sure feel like they truly want our business which brought us back to Rocket Mortgage after we refinanced our first home."

When he referred us to Tiffany and for what ever reason I couldn't get her that day I called Carl and he helped me with whatever I needed. I went to a commercial bank before going to Rocket Mortgages and they couldn't help me. Carl and all the employees at Rocket Mortgages that helped us get a refinance on our home were the greatest. A friend suggested that we reach out to Bill with Rocket Mortgage for some guidance. Billl was very knowledgeable and helped us review different options such as a new mortgage or doing a cash out refinance of our current property. He went over the pros and cons of each option, which helped us determine our best way to move forward as there was a lot of interest in this property. He worked with us and our realtor to ensure that everything was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We were able to get preapproved, submit a cash offer and have the offer accepted in within 72 hours. If it wasn’t for Bill’s, knowledge and expertise, there is a good chance that we would have missed out on this opportunity. Within minutes my goals became Jenna's goals and she worked so hard to determine what the optimal approach would be. I never felt like she was "checking a box" or trying to push me in one direction or another. Rather she felt like a real partner in figuring out what we should be doing. Once we hit on the right direction, she became a guide, advisor, consultant, reassurer etc... Whatever she sensed we needed to make the process as smooth, transparent and easy as possible.
