In the past few months I have been going through a real financial hardship and decided to contact my current mortgage company to seek a loan. I was connected with Michael and the rest is history. After our first conversation, he assured me that everything would be fine. At first, I was in disbelief as I had tried with other loan companies and nothing positive ever materialized. Michael was always professional, knowledgeable and he knows his business! Anytime I had a question and/or concern he was always available or returned my calls expeditiously to answer my questions, explain and/or provide solutions. I highly recommend using "Rocket Mortgage" for any Financial and Loan needs. I must say that your entire Team was always pleasant to work with and each of them always gave me positive feedback. My Loan was opened and closed in a timely manner, and that makes for a great New Year ! ! !
