If I had any questions, he was right there to talk me through my concerns. Getting a home loan or refinancing your mortgage isn't like buying clothing; you have questions or concerns come up during this process. If was going to this again, I would want Rob as my loan officer. I have to admit there was a few times when I was getting a little concerned about the process of my refinance on my home; but after I talked with Rob, my concerns were put to rest. Rob was willing to take the time and explain things to me in a way I could understand them. Thanks for all your help through this process Rob."
