She told us what we would go through and then provided us with reminders along the way. She talked us off the proverbial ledge on a couple of occasions when we got nervous due to things we were experiencing with the process. She even involved her supervisor once reference how the deal was going to come together which resulted in not needing a bridge loan (went right to a VA loan), a lower interest rate, and the sellers providing us with a significant amount at closing to use as we needed to make the overall numbers work. We would wholeheartedly recommend Tina (and Rocket Mortgage) to anybody who needs a mortgage (especially if your situation isn't a cookie cutter one where humans need to discuss options and the best way forward)."
