There were times when he even called me on his personal time to help resolve issues and get things figured out, which really shows how dedicated he is to his clients. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Mark made everything feel so much easier. We not only discussed business matters but also had personal conversations that made working with him feel more like talking to a friend than a banker.
