Throughout the process he was very knowledgeable and was able to adjust to our style of communication. Ryan helped us as first time home buyers really understand the process and what all of our numbers meant, and get a realistic view of our financial picture and what we could afford. When challenges came up specifically with the buildings appraised rental income Ryan was able to think creatively alongside us to see the vision of the property and helped us navigate the many little ways we could get our debt to income to where it needed to be. Through the whole process Ryan was in our corner and really was a huge part of why we were able to make this challenging deal go through. I would highly recommend to seasoned investors and first time home buyers alike for his vision and knowledge."

"Our first experience with Rocket mortgage was with a gentleman who basically threw numbers at us. our response was a "Hard No" and a request that he go no further (which he did anyway)! After that I ...Our first experience with Rocket mortgage was with a gentleman who basically threw numbers at us. our response was a "Hard No" and a request that he go no further (which he did anyway)! After that I kept getting calls from Rocket Mortgage which I ignored. Finally, I answered a call to ask them to quit calling and reiterate that our answer was still a "Hard No"! Maria was the person who answered the call and after a few minutes of conversation I realized that I was speaking to a knowledgeable, competent person who listened and understood my reasoning. From that point on she has me. She answered all my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she told me she would find the answer and get right back to me. She always did! Every time I talked to her; she treated me like I was her only client and believe me I called her sooo many times. In all my years as a business owner and or dealing with other business owners and have NEVER come across anyone with her diligence, respect, patience, and sense of humor like her. If you have a bonus program, she should be #1 on the list and she deserves a huge raise for having to put up with my many, many calls. I could go on and on about her, but you would be rolling your eyes at all the accolades that I haven't expressed, so instead I will end by saying that I feel like I have made a friend for life. He was very patient as I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer (but I'm not a spoon either) and sometimes didn't understand quite what he was saying. I could question him about it and he'd take his time to make sure I knew what was going on. Not much else to say except I think Cameron works too much and needs to take a break sometimes. Y'all should send him on a nice cruise with all of the fees you collected on my refinance."
