I have no complaints about working with Carlos, however, working with rocket mortgage its a completely different story, after 60 days when this nightmare was finally over, therms were COMPLETELY different from what Carlos originally gave me. Like I said before, I don’t have anything bad to say about working with Carlos. But the overall experience was not that good. I will give 5 stars to Carlos for sure and I will also recommend to have him as your banker."

I appreciate most about this process and working with Andy is he had a backup person while out of the office which made it easy to trust the process. He let me know that he had other customers, which I knew, in case he could not respond to my inquiries within a timely manner. I appreciated that. It did not take him long to respond to my call. I liked what he was saying so I told him to stop the...I did a Google search for the best home equity loan providers. Rocket was rated the best. So I went on your website and started a chat with Angelo. I liked what he was saying so I told him to stop the chat and call me. He took the time to listen to my situation and needs, and then explained my options and the one he felt was best for me. He guided me through the process, and was always good about returning my calls if he missed one from me. Without his help I could not have gotten the loan and as fast as I did. Thanks to his help I now have the new roof and gutters I needed, my credit accounts are paid off and I am in a much better position financially. He truly is asset to your company and if I needed to I would do business with Rocket again. Also if anyone asks me the best place to go for a loan I will recommend Rocket and Angelo."
