Michael was very organized in walking me through the needed documents for refinancing, explaining the positive variance in annual percentage rates. Michael was diligent in getting me to submit the required documents to Rocket Morgage in a timely manner, but not being too pushy. As the loan closed, the previous financial structure Michael quoted was very accurate in APR, monthly mortgage payment, and insurance. It was a pleasant experience in working with Michael as my desire to complete refinancing was greatly influenced by his professionalism.
