He answered every question within about an hour or two of texting him. The entire refi process from start to close was only two weeks. Fantastic service."

I have no complaints about working with Carlos, however, working with rocket mortgage its a completely different story, after 60 days when this nightmare was finally over, therms were COMPLETELY different from what Carlos originally gave me. Like I said before, I don’t have anything bad to say about working with Carlos. But the overall experience was not that good. I will give 5 stars to Carlos for sure and I will also recommend to have him as your banker."

I appreciate most about this process and working with Andy is he had a backup person while out of the office which made it easy to trust the process. He let me know that he had other customers, which I knew, in case he could not respond to my inquiries within a timely manner. I appreciated that. It did not take him long to respond to my call.
