I told her I wasn't the smartest person in the world an was having problems with the application so she took care of everything for me. Within 24 hours I had a approvel letter to start shopping for a house. She has contacted me several times checking up on how the process is going. Anything I have needed or questions i have had She has always answered her phone when I called or called back within minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience going threw this. I would recommend Rocket Morgage to anyone because of the experience I have had with her. I hope everyone gets the experience of having her as a mortgage broker."

She was extremely patient to explain every detail of the loan estimates not once, even repeatedly till I was comfortable to understand what I am getting into. After much discussions, I went with another lender, however Rocket came up with a weekend sales program offering better deals, she drove more than 35 miles on a Saturday evening to meet my wife and me, explain the benefits and got us a good rate. Melissa again surprised us with her caring attitude by showing up at the lawyers office at our closing. We are thankful for her support and initiatives and definitely recommend her. Thank you Melissa!"
