Michael was very organized in walking me through the needed documents for refinancing, explaining the positive variance in annual percentage rates. Michael was diligent in getting me to submit the required documents to Rocket Morgage in a timely manner, but not being too pushy. As the loan closed, the previous financial structure Michael quoted was very accurate in APR, monthly mortgage payment, and insurance. It was a pleasant experience in working with Michael as my desire to complete refinancing was greatly influenced by his professionalism. "Rachel was pleasant & professional to work with at all times. Her downside is that she would make commitments to me that were reversed by others. Disappointing as it appears to be bait & switch on ...Rachel was pleasant & professional to work with at all times. Her downside is that she would make commitments to me that were reversed by others. Disappointing as it appears to be bait & switch on the part of Rocket. She did take a few days off towards the end & someone else covered for her. He changed terms & increased fees approx $13K AT THE LAST MINUTE, for which there was no prior notification. I likely would not do business with your company again."
