"Literally ghosted us in the middle of the loan process. Stated a discount on the first call that we didn’t end up getting and when I asked him about it he denied it. He ended the call by stating that ...Literally ghosted us in the middle of the loan process. Stated a discount on the first call that we didn’t end up getting and when I asked him about it he denied it. He ended the call by stating that he would listen to the first call and that he was a man of his word… and then we never heard from him again. If he misspoke and couldn’t give us the discount we would’ve been okay with that, but at least own up to it."

"Justin did an excellent job from start to finish. I called Rocket to find out what options I had to refi or home equity. We went thru the refi first. As it was going thru the process I asked Justin if...Justin did an excellent job from start to finish. I called Rocket to find out what options I had to refi or home equity. We went thru the refi first. As it was going thru the process I asked Justin if I could get a home equity estimate instead of the refi and he was able to get me those figures so I could make an informed decision, which I did. I’m very satisfied with being able to call Justin and get some results. He always said I’ll check it out and get back to you. And he did. I’m so satisfied!"
