From day one, Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent—exactly what we needed navigating such an important decision. He had no problem running various loan scenarios for us until we found one that we were completely comfortable with. We especially appreciated how upfront he was about the interest rate from the start, and how hard he worked behind the scenes to help us retain the lowest rate possible while the market was in flux. Mike was always easily accessible—happy to answer simple questions over text, or hop on the phone when we needed to dive deeper into more complex topics. His calm and reassuring demeanor consistently put us at ease and helped reduce the stress of an otherwise complicated and often nerve-wracking process.
