She walked ...She needs training on the different loan types and listening to her customers. I requested a bridge loan on the very first call and asked bridge loan questions during subsequent calls. She walked around them and didn’t do a bridge loan. She stopped taking my calls after no longer being able to side step my questions. I almost lost the house because of all the issues. Plus I had to upload/email the same documents three times before anyone could find them. This was a very disorganized and stressful home buying experience that I’ll never repeat. This was my fourth home purchase and by far the worst."
