I had been on the fence about refinancing for quite some time and had a ton of questions before I was ready to commit to ...I typically don’t write reviews but felt the need to write one for Alicia! I had been on the fence about refinancing for quite some time and had a ton of questions before I was ready to commit to doing anything. Alicia understood, didn’t pressure me and made me feel like it was okay to just inquire and see what my options were before making a big financial decision. I never once got the vibe from her that she was just trying to close a deal (which is not the norm these days!) She genuinely connected with me on a personal level and shared her personal life experiences (that were similar to mine) and that made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, and that she truly cared about me making the right financial decision for me and my family! Her customer service is fantastic! I texted her on a Saturday afternoon asking a question and she got back to me moments later and was ready to help! The entire refinance process took less than a week and I already have a closing date scheduled! Even though her portion of the refinance is over with, she still reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied and to congratulate me on the closing! Alicia played a huge factor in me feeling confident about the financial decision I made and I am truly grateful for all of her assistance in this process. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have someone like her on their team because if it wasn’t for her, I can assure you I would have never felt comfortable pulling the trigger on refinancing my home.
