While this loan / closing was discussed more than 90 days ahead of time, RM failed to achieve the closing date, costing me significant delay fees from the movers while an 18-wheeler was parked idle for 2 days. Redfin was great. If RM is going to rely on Redfin for reputation gains, a stronger sense of urgency is needed. And stop sending surveys each time an employee calls or emails me...it is mindless and underscores the need for senior level attention on questionable impressions being created. Focus on what really matters. Disappointed. - Al Wiles"

I told her I wasn't the smartest person in the world an was having problems with the application so ...I called rocket mortgage one day asking for help with there online application an was sent to Cori. I told her I wasn't the smartest person in the world an was having problems with the application so she took care of everything for me. Within 24 hours I had a approvel letter to start shopping for a house. She has contacted me several times checking up on how the process is going. Anything I have needed or questions i have had She has always answered her phone when I called or called back within minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience going threw this. I would recommend Rocket Morgage to anyone because of the experience I have had with her. I hope everyone gets the experience of having her as a mortgage broker."

The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond, late night, weekends you name it! Mark the work you did for me and dealing with how eccentric I can be at times. I can’t thank you enough. You did more then what most wood. You don’t sell me a line of BS. You went out of your way time and time again. I hope management know and other customer know that you’ll put in the work to ensure all my needs, question, and expectations were met!! Thank you times a million Mark"
