Kassem was actually having a hard time getting my loan package where it needed to be and referred me to a senior consultant. Justin was able to make it work and get me where I needed to be. I ended up closing early September, missed 2 mortgage payments and got my escrow refund. On top of saving 1.5% interest with minimal points. All said and done I'll work with them again"

Edward was consistently professional,...I recently completed a refinance with Rocket Mortgage, and I want to specifically highlight the excellent service provided by my Home Loan Expert, Edward Hampton. Edward was consistently professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question, he answered it clearly and quickly, and he made sure I understood each step of the loan. If I were rating just Edward, he would absolutely receive a top score from me. However, I do want to be honest about the challenges I experienced with Rocket Mortgage’s system software during the process. Uploading, downloading, and electronically signing documents was often frustrating. Several forms that should have been e‑signable had to be manually printed, signed, and re‑uploaded. It felt like the system wasn’t fully integrated or functioning smoothly — possibly related to Rocket Mortgage’s recent acquisition of my previous lender, Mr. Cooper. It seemed like some of the transferred loan information didn’t sync cleanly, which created avoidable delays and extra work on my end. To be clear, none of these issues were Edward’s fault. He handled everything within his control exceptionally well. My rating reflects a great experience with him personally, paired with noticeable shortcomings in Rocket Mortgage’s technology platform. If Rocket improves the software side of the process, they’ll have a truly seamless experience to match the quality of service Edward provided."
