As anyone who has gone through a mortgage or home equity loan can attest - there's always SOMETHING that comes up and requires a pivot or reconsideration of things and Jonathon really made us feel supported and valued as customers throughout the entire process and especially in these moments. He was never pushy and never made us feel like his commission was more important than our goals and the outcomes of this process. Highly recommend - will definitely work with Jonathon again!"
