All I really knew was that the VA loan was supposed to be an amazing thing after talking with many people about it...I had been a renter for...I wasn't sure what was involved in the home buying process. All I really knew was that the VA loan was supposed to be an amazing thing after talking with many people about it...I had been a renter for the past 20 years, not really knowing that I could easily be a homeowner. I started looking at homes here in Orlando, Florida. Got together with a real estate agent friend of mine who worked with me finding the right home. The home found me. After a long picky search the right home fell into my arms. I remember the day I drove up to it, sitting there out front waiting for my agent to arrive. I knew right then and there (without even entering) that this was the one...In my opinion finding the right home "is" and "should be" the most time consuming part of the home buying process... My agent arrived and within 5 minutes after entering we walked out and drove away quickly to write up and submit our offer. At this point we were going with his lender ( a bank other than Rocket Mortgage). After a day or two of trying to get answers and draft up numbers and all the important details that go with securing the loan, I decided to call Rocket Mortgage...It was 1130pm on a frustrating weeknight. I left an email for someone to contact me that night and within 5 minutes I had received a response from Brian Hegedus....He assured me right away after a brief conversation that the process is simple and painless, and that everything was done in a very easy understanding way. Within 30 minutes I had a powerful number and the backing of Rocket Mortgage to fire off to the listing agent. Brian is the kind of banker that answers questions that you are trying to ask. He senses what you're trying to say or ask, and breaks it down so you feel heard and that's important to an inexperienced buyer like myself. He's extremely professional and very time conscientious ...In other words while communicating with Brian on the phone (which is what will happen) Everything is gone over in detail at YOUR pace, leaving you with a sense of importance as a customer or client of Rocket Mortgage... The process is very thorough and is all done in a very easy user friendly on-line store....The team in general over at Rocket Mortgage is quick and very responsive. I am very satisfied and grateful that I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage that night at 1130pm....If I hadn't I am not sure I would have secured that home in time...Thank you Rocket Mortgage and Brian for helping me transition into a home! Well, his ...I admit, when Bob first started calling me almost daily and leaving messages on my machine, it irritated me a little bit. I thought, "Doesn't this guy get that I'm not interested?" Well, his persistence finally paid off and I decided to answer his call one day. After all, he had stated in one of his messages that with new interest rates, he could really help me out with refinancing our home. Boy was he right!!! I used Rocket Mortgage for my original home loan with skepticism. It was the smoothest transaction I could have asked for! Then, a couple years later, I refinanced to get my new husband on the deed which also went very smoothly. In all honesty though, this second refinance was the smoothest transaction of the three. Not only was I able to get a lower interest rate, I was able to get enough cash with the refinance to build the garage my husband and I had been wanting for so long. Better yet, the payment was lower than my previous payment! I thought, "No way!" Bob was a dream to work with! He helped make everything so easy. I can't thank him enough!"

I get a ...My name is Matt. I am a disabled combat veteran. I had a VA loan that I thought was a good fit, however I did not like the way the property tax and homeowners insurance was held in escrow. I get a significantly lower voucher every year and I was having money held during the year that my family needed. I was filling out a form, boom, the phone rang and it was Rockey. He got us into a conventional 15 year loan with a whole interest point lower, no escrow, waived the appraisal fee, and the payment was less than our 30 year VA. Now I can finally say that our home will be paid off much sooner. It is like he lifted a heavy rucksack off of my back. He was nice, polite, professional, I like to talk and he listened to some of my stories about the Army. It was nice to hear that he served the military as a civilian, way to go Rockey. One of the nicest people I have met in quite a while. You can bet that if you have a will he will find the best way for you. My hat is off to you Rockey, keep mortgage banking honest and professional like you always do every day, and I hope you help many more people. More than five stars. They ...My girlfriend and I were negotiating a refi for a better interest rate with the company we already had our mortgage with and they made it the most nightmare experience you can possibly imagine. They were unprofessional, did not return calls, constantly assigned new people to deal with our refi and lost documents we sent them. We decided to approach Rocket Mortgage, as my previous home had been with Rocket Mortgage for over a decade. We got Kyle. What a Godsend !!!!! He was courteous, totally professional, ALWAYS responded to our calls and did in three weeks, with absolutely no fuss at all, what the previous company were unable to accomplish in almost two months. In my job before I retired, I held a position that required honesty, integrity, a sense of pride in your work, commitment to customers and colleagues and most importantly, meaning what you say you are going to do, and then doing it. I would give a job to Kyle any day of the week and twice on Sunday!!! Rocket Mortgage are really fortunate to have such a great guy working for them. We were purchasing in Seattle and it is a very competitive market with multiple buyers bidding over asking price on every home we looked at. The only edge we had is that we were already through underwriting. I also know I also received the best PRICE with Jenny because my other lender couldn't lock my loan until my application was approved, I was SO surprised how many banks actually don't lock your loan right away and in this rising rate environment, I couldn't afford the added risk. My loan was locked days before interest rates went up and my payment would have skyrocketed. Jenny, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the opportunity to get into our dream home! I will never use another mortgage company again and Rocket Mortgage you have a major asset with Jenny. "

Its really happened so quick and its very easy like a push button. Eric also helped us in refinancing on our another loan and that was amazing experience. So I asked Eric, if I can get another loan for custom build, he really put his heart in it, did all he has to do, and came up with very exciting news and thus helped us to get this loan approved. we are very happy, he understood all what needed from our contract for the build job and we got the Real Estate Agent-Broker letter (Loan approval commitment letter) within two days, that was needed to have within 45 days after signing the contract with builder. Obviously, I adore Rocket Mortgage (a company name that speaks for itself), but employees like him is WHY I would never go elsewhere when it comes to any mortgage related financing. He responds fast (even if it was a simple question on email) and delivers nothing shy of world-class service from start to finish. He is so kind and caring as well which is just an extra bonus if you ask me!!! I've purchased two homes now with Rocket Mortgage (one in 2014 and recently one in 2016) and both times Peter has been my banker. I honestly couldn't have imagined a better experience, especially when it comes to a mortgage (usually a headache at other places). Everyone else who was assigned to my loans (like my client care specialists for example) were also incredible. 5 stars for Pete all day and every day!!!! Thanks again buddy for all that you do!!!"

Any hour of the day or night (within reason) if we have a question or concern he promptly ...Met Gordon a few Refinances ago. We were lucky to have gotten him as our contact through Rocket Mortgage. Any hour of the day or night (within reason) if we have a question or concern he promptly calls us back and explains in simple terms what the answer is. During the loan different departments handle different parts. After talking with a rep from the closing department, Gordon makes a followup call to us to make sure we understand what's taking place at that time. He has gone over and above anything we could have asked for in a rep. He is easy to talk to, very personable and genuinely seems to like his job and care about gis clients. Once or twice a year I give him a call and ask if there is anything that may be advantageous to us. We have a family of 8, so every penny counts. Within a days time Gordon has any suggestions and ideas ready for us to listen to. If there is not anything beneficial at the moment he tells us also. Never ever tries to sell us on anything that won't be of help. We have completed 4 refis in the last 6 years. One was a cash out loan. Everything from Gordon and Rocket Mortgage goes through with no problem and minimal work from us as clients. I recommend Gordon to all my friends and family. We will continue to work with Gordon as long as we own our home."

Mario contacto conmigo, me escucho y después de unas preguntas me prometio que está navidad yo tendría paz. Me dijo cuan duro trabajaría de manera que resolviera todas mis deudas de la mejor manera.
