Its really happened so quick and its very easy like a push button. Eric also helped us in refinancing on our another loan and that was amazing experience. So I asked Eric, if I can get another loan for custom build, he really put his heart in it, did all he has to do, and came up with very exciting news and thus helped us to get this loan approved. we are very happy, he understood all what needed from our contract for the build job and we got the Real Estate Agent-Broker letter (Loan approval commitment letter) within two days, that was needed to have within 45 days after signing the contract with builder. I highly recommend to reach Eric at Rocket Mortgage for any financial need for your dream home!!"

Obviously, I adore Rocket Mortgage (a company name that speaks for itself), but employees like him is WHY I would never go elsewhere when it comes to any mortgage related financing. He responds fast (even if it was a simple question on email) and delivers nothing shy of world-class service from start to finish. He is so kind and caring as well which is just an extra bonus if you ask me!!! I've purchased two homes now with Rocket Mortgage (one in 2014 and recently one in 2016) and both times Peter has been my banker. I honestly couldn't have imagined a better experience, especially when it comes to a mortgage (usually a headache at other places). Everyone else who was assigned to my loans (like my client care specialists for example) were also incredible. 5 stars for Pete all day and every day!!!! Thanks again buddy for all that you do!!!"

During my research regarding mortgage insurance, I entered in my information and shortly after I got the information was looking for I was called promptly by James, I mean in minutes. I explained my situation to James and told him I was going to use this Colorado based company to refinance my loan. He assured me that Rocket Mortgage would be my best option but that I could compare the two and to go with the company that best meets my needs to refinance. After a couple days it did turn out that Rocket Mortgage was my best option. James did a great job getting me a great rate and he made the process Quick and Easy. Very few documents needed and all was done by uploading them to their secure website. I would definitely recommend James and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to refinance or in getting a home loan. I was very leary about using this Big loan company to refinance but I am so glad I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage. Give them an opportunity to do business with them, again I'm glad I did. We needed to mitigate the financial hardship caused by her loss of employment during this pandemic. We hoped to refinance our home for a lower payment. I contacted several lenders who typically offer preference to veterans. We could not qualify with any of those lenders due to the loss of my wife's income. Fortunately for us, I just happened to reach Alan Isham when I called Rocket Mortgage to see if we could refinance with them. Alan assured me that in spite of our financial standing, he would do everything possible to get us qualified. Alan went right to work getting our application started, while helping me to gather critical information. He maintained constant communication and routinely kept me updated on the status. He took numerous calls from me at his home to answer questions and offer guidance. He treated us as if we were his only clients. Alan managed not only to get us qualified but he got us an incredibly low interest rate that significantly reduced our mortgage payment. This was a tremendous blessing that provided immediate financial relief. Alan Isham is not just a consummate professional. He sincerely cares about helping people and treats everyone of his clients as family. You will not find a better agent to help with your financial needs than Alan Isham! I have honestly never had such a transaction run so smoothly, especially after being turned down by own banking institution of MANY years. Christine created a new beginning for me, a sense of empowerment, and means of security that I felt I had lost through some unfortunate circumstances. I can't possibly express how comfortable I felt with this whole endeavor because of her professional and personal ethic. I would HIGHLY recommend her (as I already have) to anyone that is looking to achieve a financial goal. I just wanted basic information without having to speak with a customer rep. But, in the end, I am more than satisfied that it led to Gerald and his no pressure, informative discussions about my personal situation and options available to me for solidifying my family's financial position as a homeowner. I think our first conversation lasted 45 minutes. Never have I been so satisfied with a mortgage application and delivery. Before agreeing to the mortgage I consulted with my attorney/tax lawyer, who had helped with three previous mortgage applications. He said you may pay a quarter percent more with Rocket Mortgage, but the ease of the process will make it worthwhile and cut weeks off the waiting period for approval. He also said to feel comfortable about signing the contracts (in my home) without his presence. I couldn't feel better about the results, and I thank Gerald and his colleagues for their guidance throughout the process. David Lanute "
