Refinancing my home; finding the right mortgage was very scary for me, knowing it would be somewhat complicated because of prior issues! God cleared the path and led me directly to Jeff Krinsky. Sometimes I wonder if he was for real, his confidence, energy, tireless work ethics, attention to detail, and being that top notch subject matter expert. As a military retiree, leadership, trust and communication is foremost and center for me. It’s not many of my civilian counterparts I would want as a battle buddy, but with Jeff it’s a no brainer!! He is so articulate and focus at solving problems while at the same time keeping me calm and worry free! He cares deeply about his clients, committed, responsive and supportive. You’ll never have to worry about getting hold of Jeff, he will be getting a hold of you with the slightest change in updates to information or any question asked. Exceptional is too little of a word to describe Jeff. I rather call him “The Real Estate and Mortgage Guru” the “Expert.” My mortgage was closed in less than 30 days! If you are looking for a mortgage professional, a guru, an expert, results, look no further than Jeff Krinsky; he is the ONE!!! Thank you 1 million times Jeff, God bless you!!"

I had a few different situations over the course of this process and he talked all of them. I had two different deals fall through on other properties from the other side of the table before we found the perfect one. He worked tirelessly on all of my options to put me in the best position possible for each one of these potential opportunities. I had a lot of questions along the way in addition to changing situations. He was always there to answer, adapt or modify my options, as the situations on first 2 were very fluid and constantly changing. When the third opportunity arouse for my eventual dream home came available he was ready in an instant to deploy the perfect options for me to secure this property. He was always available for me during the whole process, prompt and return my calls immediately or within a few hours. And I made a lot of calls so I was very appreciative of the constant communication. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends to take care of their mortgage needs in the future."

From my experience, Michael was very knowledgeable, efficient and available all through the loan process. Since I only had experience with a new home loan process about 13 years ago; I was unfamiliar with the details, but every question I had he took the time to explain them to me. I was impressed with his ability to get a lower rate than the competitor banker and also how he assisted me in other discounts that were available. As a matter of fact, the competitor mortgage banker I was comparing loan rates with felt that the loan package from Michael was "too good to be true." I don't want to take up too much time, but if you are looking for a GREAT rate and excellent customer service--Michael Brennan at Rocket Mortgage is your man!!!"

I, myself, work in the financial industry and pride myself upon customer service. That being said, often disappointed by the up selling and disengenuine approaches. This team at Rocket Mortgage was extremely efficient and very well coordinated. We are closing in less than 30 days. When one team member was out, the other stepped in and it was seamless. Kudos to all of you. Job well done! Tony, you are down to earth, honest and what you quote is accurate and there are not surprised. Dustin is extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly, always looking out for my nest interests. I first started working with Dustin somewhere around 2000-01 on a mortgage. We instantly hit it off, not only as a client and customer, but also established a friendship that has continued to date. I have done several mortgages through Dustin, as well as some referrals, throughout the years and he has always done everything possible to get me the best rates and the best product available to meet my needs. Things are always done in a fast efficient manner in a very professional, but friendly, manner. There is always constant communication as needed to settle my loan, informing me of all necessary documents needed and to keep my “to do tasks” progressing and getting a quick closing date. As far as the closing, it was amazing. I contacted Dustin on December 18th to get the mortgage process started, I was informed I was tentatively approved pending an appraisal. The appraisal company had a representative here on December 27th, remembering that Christmas is a remarkably busy season business and personal wise, makes this an incredibly fast action and we closed on December 31st. The closing, due to technology, was completed in 10 minutes. Both the appraiser and closing agent were very professional, knowledgeable and personable making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Again, there are not enough accolades to describe the business relationship and friendship Dustin and I have developed over the years. If I owned a business Dustin would be my top candidate to hire for the most prestigious position. The entire process was excellent and thank you Dustin again. GO MICHIGAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I can say this after more than 30 years of buying and selling real-estate, both with and without agents, but always with the services of a real-estate attorney. Whereas most banks (since the 2008 "housing bust") are overly focused on "ratios", Chris "sees a much wider window" when managing a loan application, allowing him to find avenues that work, when most others would give up. I have worked with Chris three times now in preparing "non-slam-dunk", but successful, mortgage loans and have been impressed each time. He works hard, returns phone calls (often "after hours") and finds a path for ethical and proper success, even where others have faltered. Just for the record, I no longer use my regular bank, with which I have a 20+ year successful mortgage history, because Chris Fredericks at Rocket Mortgage is far superior in both service and in successful outcomes. He responded to my e-mails and calls with celerity. When others in the process were a little tardy in processing information, he got the ball rolling again immediately. Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Courteous. You have a gem. Treat him so! I would hire Allen immediately if I were in need of a customer service professional.
