I called back within a couple months, she talked with the wife and things started rolling again. Any hiccups, I called Jaimee and she got with her team and worked through them. She saved us from completely going under and took the stress I was feeling about things off of me and showed me some light. Never talked down to us, always a professional, gave me easy and quick access to her during the whole process. Jaimee is very pleasant to talk with and understands your problems and helps you. From our first contact ...Some of my friends talked to me about considering Rocket Mortgage for future home mortgage needs. When the time came in 2017, I naturally contacted the company and met Brian. From our first contact through the final closing he was always there for us. He did not waste time. He was increadibly efficient and Rocket Mortgage's system took away all of the frustration normally associated with the home mortgage loan process. While the system is great, Brian made it work. He did not ask for more information than was needed. He never asked for duplicates. there was instant communication whether I asked a question or he needed some more data on his end. Everything was done electronically -- a fabulous emil process. We started the process around September 12 and closed on October 20. Rocket Mortgage and people like Brian make traditional bank images (such as Wells Fargo) live up to their stodgy brand images i.e. using a stage coach versus 21st century technology. Frankly, if the company were not called Rocket Mortgage, it could easily be called Brian and there would not be any of difference. "

The fact that he will check with another professional has built our trust with Shane as we know that he is not going to give us information that may not be accurate. 3. We have a unique situation with our needs and Shane patiently listens and helps us each step of the way and when his job is passed on during the process, he checks in to make sure that all is going as planned. I'm old,ill, I don't have skills in providing documentation over internet, I am nearly blind doing all tasks to aquire insurance , for my home, to locate understandings about properties, to achieve a loan through a very long process , meanwhile being to time zones away. My entire deal was handled with three short phone calls. Alex explained the process and kept me informed throughout via email which comforted me even more.
