They reduced capital and ...We bought our house 11 years ago with a 9.9%, beyond belief, rate. We were very close to loose it on 2013. Fortunately, Bank of America allowed us to modify the loan. They reduced capital and interest but the rate was not negotiable. Mortgage payments were too high and refinance was a must to ease our budget. Last year, we tried them but it was a titanic effort. Lots of papers, calls, follow ups, and complications. It resulted just impossible. Then we tried Tropical Financial and came out with the same negative outcome. At last, we tried Rocket Mortgage. From start to finish, we couldn't believe ourselves. They were absolutely amazing. Mr. Darren Goldsmith and his excellent team provided us an impeccable service. Communication, promptness to respond, assistance, perfect knowledge of all the process and procedures are just outstanding. To write a review is just that, a review. But to recommend somebody with all you heart, makes a difference. Today I want to thank Mr. Goldsmith and all his people because they were greatly wonderful to us. People like them, make us believe in a better future and in a better America. (Rocket Mortgage gave us a 2.99% rate on a 15 yrs term, best deal ever!!)."

So when I was ready to purchase a new loan plan Cody was there ...Cody was amazing he got in touch with me one early morning, I have always Financed with Quicken Loans now founder of Rocket Mortgage. So when I was ready to purchase a new loan plan Cody was there ready to prepare my loan and close by 2 or 3 weeks. It was the easiest home Loan Mortgage I had ever done. In my life time I have bought 7 homes. Cody pulled all my prior information that had not changed, and provided me with additional documents he was going to need to get me qualified. Cody pulled me from another lender I was working with. And did everything he said he was going to do to satisfy my loan. On July 26, 2024 I was closing on my loan. Fortunately some new developments have occurred in my life I'm hoping to pay my loan off in the not so distant future about another 2 months and my loans first payment was due September 1, 2024. So I will be talking with Cody very soon too help me to close out this loan. Thank you Cody I will be in touch very soon I hope!! Job well done my friend job well done!! Sincerely, Margaret Sims"

While we were on the phone she quickly pulled together some of...My current mortgage is with Rocket Mortgage and about 3 weeks ago Nicky called me to ask if I had ever thought about refinancing my home. While we were on the phone she quickly pulled together some of my financial information and told me I could consolidate some of my other bills along with my mortgage. By doing this I lowered my interest rate and reduced the length of the loan by three and a half years. I told her I would consider it and get back with her. Nicky was not pushy to try to close the deal but gave me the time I needed. Throughout this entire process Nicky has been a joy to work with...she is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and, if she didn't know the answer to a question she would convey this too plus obtain the answer for you. I also want to acknowledge how easy it is to apply for a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage...most paperwork is accomplished via their computer system and Nicky was there every step to assure it was done correctly and efficiently. Thanks Nicky for making this a smooth process and I would certainly recommend you to my friends!"

From our first communication months earlier, he impressed me as truly listening to my thoughts and goals. This had not been my earlier experience from Rocket Mortgage Re-fi team members. I was previously met with sales aggressiveness and rudeness and frankly had felt very insulted. Mr. Witt listened, presented the numbers and then honored my decision at multiple times. When the time was right for me, I got back to Mr. Witt, trusting his offering even when a lower offer was presented by an another lender. Because he listened to me from the beginning, allowed me to get back to him, was not inappropriately aggressive, and very responsive, a win-win outcome was the outcome. I really appreciated his style and the way I was handled as a customer. Little did he know that in addition to my principal employment, I am a Customer Service Strategist and can accurately assess good from lesser service skills. Mr. Witt was the perfect match for me."

Several weeks ago I was just testing the waters on a refinance. From the initial, " Hello, my name is Jennifer, how can I help you today", she has been the most professional, personable, and professional person I have had the pleasure of talking to. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If I had a question, she answered it promptly. She made this process seamless and enjoyable. I have been in retail for 42 years and I wish I could have worked with employees like Jennifer more often. She's amazing at her job and you can tell she enjoys her work just by the way she treated me. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Jennifer for all your help."

Once we were moved on to the next department in the process things went rapidly downhill for us. We were passed about amoung so many different depts-asking for the same info-- no follow through and we were in the dark about how things were progressing most of the time-- it was a very unpleasant stressful time for us sorry to say-- unlike the last time we had refinanced. However ,in desperation, a couple of times we reached back out to Bill-- and even though we had moved on from his initial contact with us-- he took the time to help us, look into what was going on, and keep us a bit sane. We are so grateful to him. Overall, although it all worked out after seemingly an endless amount of time-- I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. However, this is supposed to be about Bill-- and we say thank you Bill-- you were patient, knowledgable and helpful to us . A bright spot indeed. happy holiday to you and yours."

While most others I've spoken to there at Rocket Mortgage's have been good, Drew stands out above everyone else. He is my "ALL STAIR" go to person and I hope yours too. She found the best option for us, at the most competitive rate possible. I guess a huge bank like Rocket Mortgage can afford to offer really great deals. On a personal note, Merribeth was a pleasure to work with, because she was not only highly efficient and very timely, but she's also quite personable. I always felt like I was talking with an old friend, when speaking with Merribeth. Sure, she's a good salesperson, but she's much more than that. She's also experienced, honest, and doesn't waste your time or beat around the bush. That's probably why she is a top performing Banker with Rocket Mortgage. She and her team, most definitely, exceeded our expectations, and we are now saving hundreds of dollars each month, because Merribeth knows her job, and knows it well, and found the best way to make it happen. I always do my research prior to making a large purchase, and buying a mortgage is a massive purchase. Rocket Mortgage definitely offered us the best value available.
