Less than 24 hours after I'd completed to initial online application I received a call from Jason Ellis at Rocket Mortgage. Just a couple minutes into that conversation, my skepticism vanished. Jason's professionalism, personality, and knowledge erased any desire to shop around for a mortgage. He asked all the right questions and explained the process thoroughly. Throughout the mortgage process, Jason would keep me updated and keep my mortgage flowing smoothly. If you're considering buying a new home, I highly recommend Jason Ellis. He even called me after the mortgage closed to verify I was happy and that all had gone well. It had!"
