At first I was running into some issues and was unsure if the refi would get done. Nick was then brought on board to help resolve any issues preventing me from moving forward. Everything was smooth sailing once I started dealing directly with Nick. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient at explaining anything dealing with the loan. I'm sure Nick serves many Borrowers on a daily basis, but I honestly felt like I was his sole focus! He was always available for me, literally 24/7. In the very rare circumstances he was unable to answer my call, he'd always call me right back within a few minutes. I would email Nick late at night sometimes because of my crazy work schedule. I wouldn't expect him to reply to my night time emails until the next day during business hours, but he would surprise me with a reply answering whatever my current question or concern was. One of the most important things is that I trusted Nick. I trusted his judgment and also that he was honestly doing everything he could to get me the best deal. A home refinance can be a stressful journey, but Nick made it a calming one. Nick was so pleasant to work with and I will absolutely be requesting him for my future refi's with Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Mortgage."

"I just closed on a house in my home town. The mortgage company the buyer of my house used, First Community Bank, was worse than my worse nightmare. The mortgage company the buyer of my house used, First Community Bank, was worse than my worse nightmare. They refused to talk to their client, the realtors, or Rocket Mortgage (my mtg. company). We closed late due to serious negligence and lies from top management. This caused me great stress because my paraplegic son was scheduled for major reconstructive surgery. We were left homeless until First Community decided to get their act together. They never apologized or compensated me for the additional costs I incurred as a result of their negligence. Fortunately for me I used Rocket Mortgage. My mortgae was handled quickly and professionally. I was kept up to date almost daily. Every person assigned to the different parts of my mortgage process was professional, kind, thoughtful, and made me feel my loan was very important to them. Any questions I asked were answered almost immediately and completely. Everything was explained in great detail so I always knew what to expect. Their website really made it easy for me to keep up. I could see what I needed to do, what I had done, and copies of all signed forms were kept in a file for easy reference. No muss no fuss... I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone who is interested in getting a mortgage. They were a pleasure to work with."

When I decided to apply to refinance, my world was in chaos. I was going through a divorce, my identity had been stolen and I was drowning in credit card debt(circumstances of the divorce). My world was upside down:( Then I was fortunate enough to have Tara contact me about my interest in referencing. She listened to everything that I had to say and I told her everything about what was going on in my life. She was always positive and forthcoming with advice on the things that I had going on. I started to teally look forward to speaking with her. This was my first time refinancing and I had a lot of uncertainties about the process but with Tara on my side, I knew and felt that she wouldn’t lead me in the wrong direction. She reassured me that we will be closed on time as long as I was efficient with the commitment between us. The reason I was concerned was, I could lose my good rate and that identity theft issue that I spoke briefly on, in the start. It had caused my credit score to drop 100 points in 2 weeks😱. As long as we closed on time we wouldn’t need to reapply and run another credit check. And guess what, Tara was right we closed on time, even had a couple days to spare. I wasn't even necessarily ready at that minute to refinance through Rocket Mortgage. But first impressions made extremely good impressions. I hadn't even finished reading the computer screen when I received a call from Marcello. He was so friendly, professional and efficient that he immediately put my mind at ease about Rocket Mortgage. I had a much better experience than I had with my other mortgage rep through a competitor that I had been working with for about 20 years. He called to check on me several times throughout the process and was very clear about the next steps and the entire approval process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him and with Rocket Mortgage. Everyone else I worked with at Rocket Mortgage was also very professional and friendly. The company is fantastic and will always go with Rocket Mortgage for my housing loan needs as long as this is how the staff is. The people who work at a company really are what makes or breaks a company and Marcello is an asset to your organization. "

When I purchased my home I was very young and had no one to help me with the process, so really James was explaining the buying process and the refinancing process to me. He was very flexible with my schedule since my boss isn't big with me using my phone at work. James had several people working on my account with him, he answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked them. If he didn't know the answer right then he made sure to find out before the next time we spoke. I'm so glad I got James when I called, I couldn't imagine going through the process with anyone else. Rocket Mortgage is very lucky to have James, if you are thinking about buying a home or refinancing your home definitely call Rocket Mortgage and ASK FOR JAMES ROBERTS!!! "As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and ...As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and offers by the mortgage company. This is the case in which Evan has come in place to complete the process exactly as supposed to be and meet the expectation with clean outcome. During the process, there was some gray area that at the end Evan has worked toward completing as expected. And this is the positive side as often agents does not take additional steps and leaving the customer with the problem. A side observation as well that even after the process and paperwork has started, he looked into possible best alternative which helped me to comfort my decision that the chosen plan was correct. In my criteria, Excellent for 5 stars are for providing end result more than expected, in my case wasn't exactly this, but as described above there was effort for removing road blocker and recognizing error to remedy it for which I am giving 5 stars."

"Working with Gregory was a joy! I was interested in a refi, and people were calling me left, right, and center, the moment the word was out!! Then Gregory called me and explained I should give him a ...Working with Gregory was a joy! I was interested in a refi, and people were calling me left, right, and center, the moment the word was out!! Then Gregory called me and explained I should give him a chance to go over the numbers. We went over what I was looking to do and it all seemed possible. That evening Gregory called me at home and we went over everything and completed the intent to proceed form. From there the entire process took less than 3 weeks (more like 2 weeks, because we had to wait 5 days for a closing date), and he checked in and was able to answer any question I had (stupid or otherwise) and do so very quickly. I am a very busy individual, so spending hours on the phone going in circles was not something I had the time for. Beyond the first intro call and the call to complete the form of intent to proceed, everything else was done online via email. I would definitely work with Gregory again, and recommend him highly."

He was ...John did so much amazing work with and for me, I literally want to cry (tears of joy) when I think about where I was when I started the process of refinancing my home, and where I am now. He was kind, patient, understanding, informative, always prompt in our correspondence and most importantly communicative. Our correspondence always felt more like I was talking to an informed, longtime friend rather than an uncaring big business only vying after my money. Which I think, a lot of the time, can be the stereotypical bias that comes along with working with a larger company. I had so many people tell me “just go to a local bank, you’ll get better service, better rates" etc. But, my first experience with a small bank for the initial buying process was completely the opposite of what I experienced with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. In an attempt to keep it light ill just say I left no reviews, for anyone at that bank. Back to the point; although, several other companies approached me for refinance rates attempting to poach me from Rocket Mortgage (only after my credit was high enough to qualify, that is), I felt I had really established a relationship with John. And in the end, that’s all we as customers really want; right? A relationship that feels good with people at businesses that really make us feel like we are making the right choice? Well, that’s what John does for you at Rocket Mortgage. You are so lucky to have an employee like John. I don’t even know what the core values are at Rocket Mortgage, but I’ll tell you what, I could feel them throughout our interactions. Thanks John, I could never have refinanced my home without you!
