"The people were all good, but the process was terrible. It was time consuming. Even after we signed our documents we got a call asking for more verification I formation. Even after we signed our documents we got a call asking for more verification I formation. Then they sent the paperwork the wrong address twice. I am overall happy with the mortgage rate, but be ready to spend time with the process."

After a relative took advantage of the Rocket Mortgage process for his loan, I decided to see how involved it might be. I simply entered my initial information into the website and the process was off and running. I was extremely lucky. David Stanczak was assigned my loan for processing. I went from "investigating" to processing immediately. David made sure the process was as painless as possible. He remained in daily contact with me throughout the process and ALWAYS answered my questions almost immediately. He has a systemized approach to requesting the required documentation. He somehow, kept up with what I needed to send him and what he already had. Since working with David, I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to several other friends and relatives. I had one relative that was not quite satisfied with their Rocket Mortgage banker and I suggested they specifically ask for David to handle their loan processing. Unfortunately, because of their state location, he could not help them. When I need another loan, i will work with Rocket Mortgage as long as David Stanczak can handle it for me."

It just was by chance that John Called me that day and I told him my story. WELL, after a little work on my part, my home was refinance within 1 month only due to the knowledge and work of John Taft. I will recommend John and Rocket Mortgage to anyone who needs excellent service."
