"As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and ...As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and offers by the mortgage company. This is the case in which Evan has come in place to complete the process exactly as supposed to be and meet the expectation with clean outcome. During the process, there was some gray area that at the end Evan has worked toward completing as expected. And this is the positive side as often agents does not take additional steps and leaving the customer with the problem. A side observation as well that even after the process and paperwork has started, he looked into possible best alternative which helped me to comfort my decision that the chosen plan was correct. In my criteria, Excellent for 5 stars are for providing end result more than expected, in my case wasn't exactly this, but as described above there was effort for removing road blocker and recognizing error to remedy it for which I am giving 5 stars."

I was interested in a refi, and people were calling me left, right, and center, the moment the word was out!! Then Gregory called me and explained I should give him a chance to go over the numbers. We went over what I was looking to do and it all seemed possible. That evening Gregory called me at home and we went over everything and completed the intent to proceed form. From there the entire process took less than 3 weeks (more like 2 weeks, because we had to wait 5 days for a closing date), and he checked in and was able to answer any question I had (stupid or otherwise) and do so very quickly. I am a very busy individual, so spending hours on the phone going in circles was not something I had the time for. Beyond the first intro call and the call to complete the form of intent to proceed, everything else was done online via email. I would definitely work with Gregory again, and recommend him highly."

When I contacted her about a discrepancy on the loan paperwork, she took time on her day off to help me. Instead of running around doing bridesmaid's duties for a friend's wedding, Aliyah took time out of her day to straighten out the problem with the paperwork. If you are looking to get a mortgage or refinance your house, Aliyah is and should be your number one choice to get the job done. From the start, he was absolutely on top of things, working numbers efficiently, sending all the facts and leaving nothing to question. He was knowledgeable, efficient, extremely responsive, polite and very professional. I honestly dreaded this refi process, however Tyson made it swift and utterly painless throughout. In less than a day, my loan is on its way and I completely attribute it to Tyson. Thank you for a surprisingly uncomplicated experience!!!!"

Other banks we contacted required that we start taking monthly draws from our retirement annuities, but we were able to avoid doing this with a Rocket Mortgage (quite unusual, if not impossible to do for seniors) with Patrick's expert guidance. He stayed by our side every step of the way, assuring us that the loan would work out. And it did!!! Much to our delight and surprise. Seldom can you take a loan advisor's word "to the bank" but in Patrick's case, it was literally true. Everything he said he hoped would happen did for us. The loan enabled us to finish our home's remodel, which no other loan we looked into could do without charging up to a point for cash out, or other exorbitant fees.
