"The people were all good, but the process was terrible. It was time consuming. Even after we signed our documents we got a call asking for more verification I formation. Then they sent the paperwork ...The people were all good, but the process was terrible. It was time consuming. Even after we signed our documents we got a call asking for more verification I formation. Then they sent the paperwork the wrong address twice. I am overall happy with the mortgage rate, but be ready to spend time with the process."
