It just was by chance that John Called me that day and I told him my story. WELL, after a little work on my part, my home was refinance within 1 month only due to the knowledge and work of John Taft. "The people were all good, but the process was terrible. It was time consuming. Even after we signed our documents we got a call asking for more verification I formation. Even after we signed our documents we got a call asking for more verification I formation. Then they sent the paperwork the wrong address twice. I am overall happy with the mortgage rate, but be ready to spend time with the process."
