Last Septemeber I lost my wife ...I initially worked with Suzy Hadda when my wife and I refinanced our home back in Apr 2009 from our original loan into a new loan with a significantly reduced APR. Last Septemeber I lost my wife Stephanie to melanoma and called and spoke to Suzy regarding the steps to remove Stephanie from the loan and title. At that time Suzy was able to work another refinance into a 14 yr loan reducing the rate down to 3.25%. Once again the process, paperwork and genuine great customer service from Suzy made the transition as painless as possible. Her attentiveness, skill and honesty mkade the turnover into the new loan easy and helped lift my burden during this trying time."
