She is very knowledgeable about any and all loans or refi's. If we have a question she doesn't know, she will research it and call us back immediately! She has been very trustworthy in all of our dealings with her. Everything she says is true and accurate and she doesn't sugar-coat anything. She tells us where we are at, and what the best loan or refi option would be best for us at that time. Everything she does is faster than expected- she even works early Sunday mornings for us because that's the best time for her to talk with my husband and me! It's hard to find someone you trust these days, but with Sandra, she always does what she says she will do and is completely trustworthy. Even when she is finished with her part of the loan process, we still ask to speak only to her. Not because we don't trust others at Rocket Mortgage, but we KNOW we can trust Sandra. She has become not just a mortgage specialist to us, but a very close friend! We would probably invite her over for Thanksgiving if she lived closer- she's like family now. We highly recommend Sandra to our friends and family, and have given her contact information out also."

Her responses were clear and easy to understand. I really liked how personable she was too--she laughed a lot and seemed like an all-around, generally good-hearted person. My experience with Rocket Mortgage was excellent in every respect, and Trish was the one who started it off, as she was the first person I spoke with. Because of her help and support, we chose Rocket Mortgage over PNC, and I am glad we did. Trish has been responsive and helpful every time we have reached out. The company clearly has excellent training for their staff, as everyone I communicated with was terrific. Last--the deal was good too! We got the low interest rate we wanted and a reasonable payment plan. Overall, our experience with Rocket Mortgage could not have been better. Thank you to all who helped us!"

I went online very upset looking for a new mortgage company because my old company sold my account to Freedom Mortgage and in just 2 phone encounters with them I was already calling it a quit! Google led me to Rocketmortgage; I dialed the number and Stephanie Taylor picked up the phone and washed all my worries away. She is extremely knowledgeable. You can feel that she loves her job and cares about customers she just met on the phone. She genuinely answered all my questions, she gave guidance that made sense and that was in my best interest!!!! So rare in the financial world. Ms Stephanie Taylor you truly made my evening. "I was looking for a HELOC from my bank and after a couple of weeks of providing everything but my first born son, I was turned down.  Fortunately, Bryan contacted me as a result of me expressing ...I was looking for a HELOC from my bank and after a couple of weeks of providing everything but my first born son, I was turned down.  Fortunately, Bryan contacted me as a result of me expressing interest in Rocket Mortgage.  We discussed the situation and felt the best route to go would be a refi.  The entire process happened very quickly and painlessly, thanks to Bryan.  He is a courteous and professional individual that truly puts his customers first.  He went above and beyond mine and my husband’s expectations, even sitting in his car charging his cell while his power was out to inform us where the progress lay.  It was important to him to be available every step of the way.  I would and have highly recommended him to anyone and everyone.  I had a great experience and I think of him as a friend I can turn to when further needs come along.  You are fortunate to have Bryan in your company.  "

The entire process with Rocket Mortgage Rocket Mortgage was possibly the easiest experience I've had with a mortgage or refinance process. I would say that Jeremy had a large part in that. After visiting the Rocket Mortgage website and starting the process to see if I'd even want to refinance, I received a call from Jeremy who had been assigned my account. He advised of a rate (which I thought was too good to be true), along with the terms for that rate, and an expectation of how the process would play out if I was interested in locking-in right then-and-there. I usually wouldn't just jump into that something like this over the phone, but Jeremy seemed so squared away with this information that I really trusted him. During the process Jeremy was consistently available via email or phone if I had a quick question. He had also promised me a quick closing and kept up by checking in with me to make sure I had submitted everything he needed. Along the way, there was one hiccup outside of Jeremy and Rocket Mortgage's control (an error by third party appraiser), but before I could even process how to address it, Jeremy called me and already had a few options laid out to keep the process moving without delay. In the end, I think I closed about a month after Jeremy first called me, just like he had expected. I always read these reviews of people who had great experiences refinancing and I just assumed I wasn't destined for that kind of experience. I guess that's because I hadn't been assisted by a real professional like Jeremy Gabrielson. I cannot recommend him and Rocket Mortgage enough. "

"Things went (ended) well, but there were hick-ups in the processing. Merilee and I are a "commuting couple". I'm in Helena, MT 3 weeks a month and in West Jordan (the house we refinanced) one week. ...Things went (ended) well, but there were hick-ups in the processing. Merilee and I are a "commuting couple". I'm in Helena, MT 3 weeks a month and in West Jordan (the house we refinanced) one week. Because I initiated the loan process and am not in the hose more than half time, this seemed to stump the the processors. Apparently, had Merilee initiated the loan process there wouldn't have been a problem since she lives there full time. Both our names are on the loan, this seems completely aribitrary about who initiates the loan. Second, they didn't count all my income initially. I'm a pastor, so I my income contains both a Salary and a Housing Allowance. Over a month into the loan there were messages that we didn't quite meet the debt/income ratio. First the processors were trying to deal with a credit card's reported monthly payment (was it overstated), and then it came to light that only a portion of my housing allowance was being attributed to my income. Rocket Mortgage was only allowing what the new mortgage payment would be toward my Housing Allowance. Two big problems: a)housing allowance covers rent/mortgage plus utilities, and anything I purchase to equip/maintain the house (furniture, yard equipment, decorations, repairs, appliances, etc.), b) it only makes sense to overestimate your Housing Allowance. If you overestimate, what wasn't "used" turns back into Salary on your tax return. If you underestimate you can't after the fact claim some of your Salary as Housing Allowance. So, pastors overestimate, and convert the excess back to taxable income. Rocket Mortgage should count the entire Housing Allowance as part of a pastor's income. Additionally, the fact this took more than a month to come out is a problem. I could have pointed out the error in Rocket Mortgage's processing if anyone would have made it clear not all of my income was being counted early on. These delays caused my loan not to close in the 45 day window. Then Rocket Mortgage added a quarter point fee to the loan for extending the lock. After I explained that I wasn't the delay in the loan closing (I always got info in right when requested) but the fumblings over the above to issues the agent said he would seek removal of that "penalty" point. I'm pleased that it's removal was promptly approved and removed. Lastly, as I included you in a message, after the first loan estimate, the subsequent loan estimates kept showing a one point origination fee. It was explained that that was an error, and there would be no fee, but with each new iteration of paper work I was forced to call and inquire again that no origination points were being added to the loan. It would have been more reassuring if the erroneous points didn't show up on the Loan Estimates. Matt, if you helped in resolving any of the issues that came up I sincerely appreciate your efforts in helping the loan proceed. Ultimately the loan closed under the terms I anticipated (terms as we discussed); it would have been nice to have the loan close in the original 45 days."

I first started working with Peter after applying for ...Honestly, I was skeptical when I first saw Peter's reviews, but after working with him, I can confidently say he is legitimately the real deal. I first started working with Peter after applying for pre-approval through RocketMortgage, and it quickly became clear to me that he does whatever it takes to get things done. I've emailed him late at night and gotten responses immediately. I've called him on weekends to get questions answered and issues resolved. At one point, there was a one-in-a-million technical glitch while trying to sign into my account, and Peter got a technical team to resolve the issue the same day - during the weekend. When it came to putting in an offer, Peter took the initiative to call the seller agent and speak about his confidence in closing my loan quickly. When I finally did get my offer accepted, I had a tough choice to make: I was trying to buy in one of the most competitive markets in the US (Seattle), where fast closing is everything. My realtor highly recommended I go with a local lender that was quoting 21 days closing, but even just from getting pre-approved by the local lender, I could tell that they did not have the dedication and drive that Peter has. He had completely earned my trust, so I took a gamble and stuck with Peter and Rocket Mortgage. This "gamble" ended up being far from a gamble. Peter and his team ensured everything went smoothly, and I was cleared to close in 19 days. Less than three weeks. Peter is peerless in his dedication, availability, and ability to get things done right."

Throughout the process, Adam answered my e-mails in a timely manner, and even picked up the phone at some very odd hours if I needed a question answered. I enjoyed working with Adam as he helped me through the various stages of the process and kept me informed with any information needed. Adam is very responsive and is a tremendous asset to the Rocket Mortgage Team. Always has time to assist with any questions or concerns making you feel like you are the most important client he has. When I look for a mortgage I don’t do comparisons I just go to Jason because I feel comfortable he is the best and will do the best for me. He even changed a Realtor’s perception of Rocket Mortgage as she perceived the process unorganized, with lack of communication, impersonal. Even tried to convince me to choose a different lender. Of course I did not, and promised her an awesome experience. After the closing she was so “wow” by the easiness of the process, the customer service, the meeting of the time frames, the communication and personal touch that she mentioned how impressed she was and would not mind doing business with Rocket Mortgage in the future. You cannot go wrong doing business with Jason and his “magical” touch. Thank you Jason for all your help through out the years. Maria"
