"I really like how easy Rocket Mortgage make the process. Reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I don't believe it was clearly communicated to me that checks to pay off cards would be sent ...I really like how easy Rocket Mortgage make the process. Reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I don't believe it was clearly communicated to me that checks to pay off cards would be sent to me instead of creditors. However I was sick and may have missed that part and didn't review my mail during days I was ill. Also, I didn't receive call backs when I inquired if rate had dropped before finalization of loan. Ironically, when I let that part go it finished up very quickly. Made me wonder if I could have gotten slightly less interest rate? Overall though I find your services good enough that should I ever need to do process again I would contact you first. You closed in 30 days or less as promised and made the process easy."
