He was very knowledgeable on the requirements i had and listened to my specific needs . He went the extra mile to make sure i was well informed on the process and requirements when choosing a loan type and working the numbers. Christian answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire process from start to finish. In short he was knowledgeable personable and effective in everyway which gave me great confidence in using an online lender for the first time. i would strongly recommend Christian Porter to my friends and family. "I really like how easy Rocket Mortgage make the process. Reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I don't believe it was clearly communicated to me that checks to pay off cards would be sent ...I really like how easy Rocket Mortgage make the process. Reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I don't believe it was clearly communicated to me that checks to pay off cards would be sent to me instead of creditors. However I was sick and may have missed that part and didn't review my mail during days I was ill. Also, I didn't receive call backs when I inquired if rate had dropped before finalization of loan. Ironically, when I let that part go it finished up very quickly. Made me wonder if I could have gotten slightly less interest rate? Overall though I find your services good enough that should I ever need to do process again I would contact you first. You closed in 30 days or less as promised and made the process easy."
