Jason is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, clearly explains the process and expectation. Always has time to assist with any questions or concerns making you feel like you are the most important client he has. When I look for a mortgage I don’t do comparisons I just go to Jason because I feel comfortable he is the best and will do the best for me. He even changed a Realtor’s perception of Rocket Mortgage as she perceived the process unorganized, with lack of communication, impersonal. Even tried to convince me to choose a different lender. Of course I did not, and promised her an awesome experience. After the closing she was so “wow” by the easiness of the process, the customer service, the meeting of the time frames, the communication and personal touch that she mentioned how impressed she was and would not mind doing business with Rocket Mortgage in the future. You cannot go wrong doing business with Jason and his “magical” touch. Thank you Jason for all your help through out the years. Maria"

I went online very upset looking for a new mortgage company because my old company sold my account to Freedom Mortgage and in just 2 phone encounters with them I was already calling it a quit! Google led me to Rocketmortgage; I dialed the number and Stephanie Taylor picked up the phone and washed all my worries away. She is extremely knowledgeable. You can feel that she loves her job and cares about customers she just met on the phone. She genuinely answered all my questions, she gave guidance that made sense and that was in my best interest!!!! So rare in the financial world. Ms Stephanie Taylor you truly made my evening. God bless your heart. Please make your managers read this; you truly humanize a large corporation, you are a rare asset that they should keep and promote; I will be joining Rocket mortgage just because of you. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had . It was stress-free, everything was done at my convenience. Alyssa called me long after her working hours to finish things up cause I was unable to be reached due to my hectic work schedule. I was extremely nervous about my low credit score and how it would effect my approval and she just ensured me that I had nothing to worry and sure enough I was approved, barely made it with a low credit score of 622. If I had known the process was going to be so quick and easy I would have refinanced awhile ago. I am very happy with the service Alyssa provided with me, so happy that I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to everyone that I talk to lol. "After inquiring to no less than 4 banks concerning my home re-finance (one of which was a bank I had been with for 31 years and another in which I had been a client with for several years as well) I ...After inquiring to no less than 4 banks concerning my home re-finance (one of which was a bank I had been with for 31 years and another in which I had been a client with for several years as well) I chose Rocket Mortgage as Adam was the only person to get back with me promptly after my initial call inquiring about information. Throughout the process, Adam answered my e-mails in a timely manner, and even picked up the phone at some very odd hours if I needed a question answered. I enjoyed working with Adam as he helped me through the various stages of the process and kept me informed with any information needed. Adam is very responsive and is a tremendous asset to the Rocket Mortgage Team. "I was looking for a HELOC from my bank and after a couple of weeks of providing everything but my first born son, I was turned down.  Fortunately, Bryan contacted me as a result of me expressing ...I was looking for a HELOC from my bank and after a couple of weeks of providing everything but my first born son, I was turned down.  Fortunately, Bryan contacted me as a result of me expressing interest in Rocket Mortgage.  We discussed the situation and felt the best route to go would be a refi.  The entire process happened very quickly and painlessly, thanks to Bryan.  He is a courteous and professional individual that truly puts his customers first.  He went above and beyond mine and my husband’s expectations, even sitting in his car charging his cell while his power was out to inform us where the progress lay.  It was important to him to be available every step of the way.  I would and have highly recommended him to anyone and everyone.  I had a great experience and I think of him as a friend I can turn to when further needs come along.  You are fortunate to have Bryan in your company.  "

My question is this, how many people would do that whom you met except via email and never actually met them in person? Hummm right! Exactly! He was the person that made this process work, if it wasn't Doug, I probably would have ventured with a different company/source, period! By the way Doug, my dad is doing just fine, thanks young man! We have used Rocket Mortgage to finance a primary and rental residence three times over the past six years. I have to say Rocket Mortgage is the only way to finance a home. And, it began with our loan originator, Jonathon. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has an insight of a homeowner needs. From the beginning, he let us know he would be available to answer any questions that might arise as we moved toward to closing. My experience with Rocket Mortgage was excellent in every respect, and Trish was the one who started it off, as she was the first person I spoke with. Because of her help and support, we chose Rocket Mortgage over PNC, and I am glad we did. Trish has been responsive and helpful every time we have reached out. The company clearly has excellent training for their staff, as everyone I communicated with was terrific. Last--the deal was good too!
