He made refinancing our home extremely easy and streamlined. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with confidence which made us feel very comfortable with our decision to move forward with our loan. One of the important things to me was that Dylan stayed in touch with us after the completion of the loan and gave us a phone number to call him with any questions we might have. That engagement made me trust the process throughout. My father was ill and I was having difficulty with the information needed, Doug was professional and sensitive to my personal needs. My question is this, how many people would do that whom you met except via email and never actually met them in person? Hummm right! Exactly! He was the person that made this process work, if it wasn't Doug, I probably would have ventured with a different company/source, period! By the way Doug, my dad is doing just fine, thanks young man! "I first contacted Rocket while trying to buy my first home but my credit wasn't the best ..... after being denied I was ready to give up .... the very next day I received a call from Tony. He gave me...I first contacted Rocket while trying to buy my first home but my credit wasn't the best ..... after being denied I was ready to give up .... the very next day I received a call from Tony. He gave me a little education on credit and looked at my credit and told me what I needed to do to get it better The first time anyone has ever done this for me. Over the next few weeks I was able to take care of the credit with his help and now it looks like I'm back on track.... Tony your a great person !!!! thanks again!!"

Ryan spent over a half hour on the phone with me - reviewing my options, asking what my goals were, and he came to the honest conclusion that it just wasn't worth refinancing at this time based on my loan amount and what I wanted to achieve. I can't say how much I appreciate that honesty and time commitment for nothing on his end. I will certainly be referring friends and family to Ryan who can use the Rocket Mortgage services, or for myself down the road! Thank you Ryan!"

He asked a few questions and within a very short time we had begun the process of our home refinance. We have used Rocket Mortgage to finance a primary and rental residence three times over the past six years. I have to say Rocket Mortgage is the only way to finance a home. And, it began with our loan originator, Jonathon. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has an insight of a homeowner needs. From the beginning, he let us know he would be available to answer any questions that might arise as we moved toward to closing. Even though we used Rocket Mortgage in the past, Jon reviewed the Rocket Mortgage process so we understood how Rocket Mortgage works, and after signing our documents and our final closing of the loan, he called to ask how the process went, and if we were satisfied with our experience. "

"This was our first time working with Rocket Mortgage and Jennifer. It was an amazing experience. She was fantastic at follow up, even before we were a client. I spoke to her during the process of ...This was our first time working with Rocket Mortgage and Jennifer. It was an amazing experience. She was fantastic at follow up, even before we were a client. I spoke to her during the process of deciding what lending company I would like to use and prior to getting pre-approved. Her follow up every couple of weeks in a non aggressive way, lead me towards Rocket Mortgage and working with her. It took us a while to sell our home and she continued to check in to see how things were progressing up until the time we were ready, which was about 6 months. I work at a company were are customers are treated like Kings. The challenge is not everyone else has that same motto, which normally sets me up for a disappointment. One of my biggest pet peeves for me is having to call to find out how things are progressing and for me to do the majority of the communicating to make sure everything is ok. I did not have to do that with Jennifer. She was amazing with email and phone correspondence. I was never concerned about any step, because she either gave me an update or made sure I was comfortable with the next step. I know she was extremely busy, but she never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She made the horrible process of getting a home loan a pleasant one and even enjoyable. I will always be banking with her in the future. "

We were also able to ...Paul contacted Judy and I the first part of 2019 and he demonstrated how we would be able to save money by consolidating our first and second mortgage into one monthly payment. We were also able to take cash out in order to replace our aging roof. We completed the roof project, and realized that our home also need a restucco. We were considering a personal loan with our credit union, but were concerned about the 8% interest rate. We again contacted Paul to see if it was possible to once again refinance, with cash out in order to complete the upgrade to our home. Paul was able to make it all work for us in a very short amount of time. We now have a home that looks better than the day we purchased it. We are very happy and greatful to Paul for helping us through the process. We also were able sign at a lower interest rate."
