I spoke to her during the process of ...This was our first time working with Rocket Mortgage and Jennifer. It was an amazing experience. She was fantastic at follow up, even before we were a client. I spoke to her during the process of deciding what lending company I would like to use and prior to getting pre-approved. Her follow up every couple of weeks in a non aggressive way, lead me towards Rocket Mortgage and working with her. It took us a while to sell our home and she continued to check in to see how things were progressing up until the time we were ready, which was about 6 months. I work at a company were are customers are treated like Kings. The challenge is not everyone else has that same motto, which normally sets me up for a disappointment. One of my biggest pet peeves for me is having to call to find out how things are progressing and for me to do the majority of the communicating to make sure everything is ok. I did not have to do that with Jennifer. She was amazing with email and phone correspondence. I was never concerned about any step, because she either gave me an update or made sure I was comfortable with the next step. I know she was extremely busy, but she never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She made the horrible process of getting a home loan a pleasant one and even enjoyable. I will always be banking with her in the future. "

My Wife and I have been through a lot this Year from Me being in Life threating car Accident ,to being in probably in the highest 9.9 rated loan not thinking we would ever be able to refinance. When I called and was Connected to Darius I could tell wright away that he CARED for Us ! And I will always treasure that ! I a so thankful for Darius and his Team for everything they did ! We ended up with a 2.9 Rated loan !!! Unbelievable I thank God for using Darius and his Team and never giving up on us! Her responses were clear and easy to understand. I really liked how personable she was too--she laughed a lot and seemed like an all-around, generally good-hearted person. My experience with Rocket Mortgage was excellent in every respect, and Trish was the one who started it off, as she was the first person I spoke with. Because of her help and support, we chose Rocket Mortgage over PNC, and I am glad we did. Trish has been responsive and helpful every time we have reached out. The company clearly has excellent training for their staff, as everyone I communicated with was terrific. Last--the deal was good too! We got the low interest rate we wanted and a reasonable payment plan. Overall, our experience with Rocket Mortgage could not have been better. Thank you to all who helped us!"

At the end of the day my choice to go with Rocket Mortgage was as much of a decision based on the rate and monthly payment as it was based on the fact that Tracy presented the idea of the best loan solution first, and was much more responsive than the banks I spoke to. Yes, even the local guys that I built up when we first talked could not keep up. As a sales professional I appreciate it when I see the harder working individual win out and that was the case here with working with Tracy. I felt confident that Tracy understood our goal and that he is knowledgeable about the industry and trends and could provide helpful consultation in areas where I am a novice. So thank you again... and I'm glad this was the choice we landed on. Time and agin, I know I delayed her doing what she needed so that could do something or find something out on my own. She was able to develop a refinance plan that includes refinancing my home mortgage and also includees a loan attached to my property I owe to another company and the outstanding loan I have on a new car I purchased about a year ago. Rolling everything into one monthly payment is a huge benefit to me. She also assured me that when I am able to make a bulk payment to my refinanced mortgage, I can work with her or another Rocket representative to lower the interest I am being charged and my monthly payment. I look forward to doing this in the near future, so, even though my refinanced mortgage is a fixed, 30 year mortgage, I know I can trust what Candice has told me and I look forward to working with her and communicating with her in the future."

Ryan spent over a half hour on the phone with me - reviewing my options, asking what my goals were, and he came to the honest conclusion that it just wasn't worth refinancing at this time based on my loan amount and what I wanted to achieve. I can't say how much I appreciate that honesty and time commitment for nothing on his end. I will certainly be referring friends and family to Ryan who can use the Rocket Mortgage services, or for myself down the road! Thank you Ryan!"

We were also able to ...Paul contacted Judy and I the first part of 2019 and he demonstrated how we would be able to save money by consolidating our first and second mortgage into one monthly payment. We were also able to take cash out in order to replace our aging roof. We completed the roof project, and realized that our home also need a restucco. We were considering a personal loan with our credit union, but were concerned about the 8% interest rate. We again contacted Paul to see if it was possible to once again refinance, with cash out in order to complete the upgrade to our home. Paul was able to make it all work for us in a very short amount of time. We now have a home that looks better than the day we purchased it. We are very happy and greatful to Paul for helping us through the process. We also were able sign at a lower interest rate."

I decided to use Rocket Mortgage as my existing residence was financed thru Rocket Mortgage. It was my good fortune to be connected with Andrew Romaya, a Purchase Mortgage Banker. I asked Andrew if they dealt in VA Loans and was assured that they deal in all kinds of Loans, including VA and would be more than happy to assist me. Andrew and I developed a good bond almost immediately. I found Andrew to be be informative and his knowledge and expertise were excellent. Andrew had me VA pre-approved Loan within the hour. I made an offer on a residence in Charleston and have signed a written offer. I just finished up the paperwork and starting with the initial phone to completion of paperwork was just over 48 hrs. The peace of mind that comes with this is immense. I hope to be able to consider Andrew a friend and of course my Go to Guy for all matters relating to Mortgage issues.
