From our first conversation, she was responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—always taking the time to explain each step and answer all of my questions without rushing. What really stood out was her attention to detail and commitment to getting the best possible outcome. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, proactively communicated any changes, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping me succeed, not just closing a transaction. I highly recommend Briana to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and personable loan expert. "Paul contacted Judy and I the first part of 2019 and he demonstrated how we would be able to save money by consolidating our first and second mortgage into one monthly payment. We were also able to ...Paul contacted Judy and I the first part of 2019 and he demonstrated how we would be able to save money by consolidating our first and second mortgage into one monthly payment. We were also able to take cash out in order to replace our aging roof. We completed the roof project, and realized that our home also need a restucco. We were considering a personal loan with our credit union, but were concerned about the 8% interest rate. We again contacted Paul to see if it was possible to once again refinance, with cash out in order to complete the upgrade to our home. Paul was able to make it all work for us in a very short amount of time. We now have a home that looks better than the day we purchased it. We are very happy and greatful to Paul for helping us through the process. We also were able sign at a lower interest rate."

Every interaction was painless. He listened to us and assisted with any question we had. The overall experience was nothing short of spectacular. The quality of service was outstanding, far surpassing my expectations, as we all know good customer service is not often something we encounter anymore. It’s clear that Sean , and his team truly treat thier clients the way they hope to be treated, and I hope for them the receive this on whatever situation they find themselve in. I really can't say enough good about my experience, I am just hoping in 2 years when we do this again Sean is there for us!"

We decided to stay at our current home and just recently decided to refinance. We got back in contact with Tim (because he was so patient and helpful that last time) and we're so glad we did. Tim is a really nice person. He is professional, patient and so very helpful. Tim was always available to answer a question and explained the refinance process to us all the way through. Time and agin, I know I delayed her doing what she needed so that could do something or find something out on my own. She was able to develop a refinance plan that includes refinancing my home mortgage and also includees a loan attached to my property I owe to another company and the outstanding loan I have on a new car I purchased about a year ago. Rolling everything into one monthly payment is a huge benefit to me. She also assured me that when I am able to make a bulk payment to my refinanced mortgage, I can work with her or another Rocket representative to lower the interest I am being charged and my monthly payment. I look forward to doing this in the near future, so, even though my refinanced mortgage is a fixed, 30 year mortgage, I know I can trust what Candice has told me and I look forward to working with her and communicating with her in the future."

Not only I got approved but the process was a synch. Everything was done on the ph. The only time I've seen paper work was on the day of closing when the Lawer came conveniently to my home. Chad was my guy that help me all the way. There was never any empty promises just straight up as to what to expect, and I'm happy to say I've had a better deal than I've expected. The new way of doing paperless business is the best thing ever. I can go on and on about this company and that's not something I ever done before so all I'll say is they really came true for me when I needed them to. Did I mention it took lest than 30 days from start to finish. I can't say every one will have the same experience I did but to me they are the best thing out there I'll never forget the wonderful experience I had with them. So for me, 5 stars for Rocket Mortgage and Chad. Jason Thomas. "

Ryan spent over a half hour on the phone with me - reviewing my options, asking what my goals were, and he came to the honest conclusion that it just wasn't worth refinancing at this time based on my loan amount and what I wanted to achieve. I can't say how much I appreciate that honesty and time commitment for nothing on his end. I will certainly be referring friends and family to Ryan who can use the Rocket Mortgage services, or for myself down the road! Thank you Ryan!"

Only one important improvement needed, customers who are frustrated with a process would cope better if folks like Manar to the time to explain WHY things were happening. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket kept saying they were checking my employment--I was annoyed! This happened several times. I did not realize as time passes this information needs to be RE-verified every 30 days. If Manar just explained that, I am reasonable, and I would have understood and I would have had far more patience. Customer service must be direct, clear, and thorough. In all other ways, Manar was great!"
