I'm not sure where Rocket Mortgage find employees like Garrett but I can tell you he was very patient and very helpful when we refinanced our home. I can say that my experience with other lenders, servicer, and the like, was why we made a mistake going with someone other than Rocket Mortgage. The feeling we got from them was something like "Hey I'm doing you a favor so hurry and get things done" I can say that at times I find the whole application on line a bit daunting but Garrett ever the professional explained things and helped us the whole way. In my opinion he is a great guy, oh I forgot he contacted us to do the refinance we were thinking about it so Garrett must be psychic or something as he called the day I was going to start looking at a refi for a lower rate Thank you Garrett"

Not only I got approved but the ...Being the person that always being told for one reason or the other why I can't have my mortgage refinancing by many companies. It was a great experience for me. Not only I got approved but the process was a synch. Everything was done on the ph. The only time I've seen paper work was on the day of closing when the Lawer came conveniently to my home. Chad was my guy that help me all the way. There was never any empty promises just straight up as to what to expect, and I'm happy to say I've had a better deal than I've expected. The new way of doing paperless business is the best thing ever. I can go on and on about this company and that's not something I ever done before so all I'll say is they really came true for me when I needed them to. Did I mention it took lest than 30 days from start to finish. I can't say every one will have the same experience I did but to me they are the best thing out there I'll never forget the wonderful experience I had with them. So for me, 5 stars for Rocket Mortgage and Chad. Jason Thomas. "

Every interaction was painless. He listened to us and assisted with any question we had. The overall experience was nothing short of spectacular. The quality of service was outstanding, far surpassing my expectations, as we all know good customer service is not often something we encounter anymore. It’s clear that Sean , and his team truly treat thier clients the way they hope to be treated, and I hope for them the receive this on whatever situation they find themselve in. I really can't say enough good about my experience, I am just hoping in 2 years when we do this again Sean is there for us!"

We decided to stay at our current home and just recently decided to refinance. We got back in contact with Tim (because he was so patient and helpful that last time) and we're so glad we did. Tim is a really nice person. He is professional, patient and so very helpful. Tim was always available to answer a question and explained the refinance process to us all the way through. Tim is an asset to your company, and we are so glad that Tim was there to help us. Thank you, Tim and Rocket Mortgage!!"

Time and agin, I know I delayed her doing what she needed so that could do something or find something out on my own. She was able to develop a refinance plan that includes refinancing my home mortgage and also includees a loan attached to my property I owe to another company and the outstanding loan I have on a new car I purchased about a year ago. Rolling everything into one monthly payment is a huge benefit to me. She also assured me that when I am able to make a bulk payment to my refinanced mortgage, I can work with her or another Rocket representative to lower the interest I am being charged and my monthly payment. I look forward to doing this in the near future, so, even though my refinanced mortgage is a fixed, 30 year mortgage, I know I can trust what Candice has told me and I look forward to working with her and communicating with her in the future."

My neighbor mentioned Rocket Mortgage that day. I punched in the website on the Safari browser in m phone, and all of a sudden, was in an online chat with Dj. He was professional, answered my questions quickly. Gave us some quick options – all on an online chat. The next day, we started the process, spoke a couple of times over the phone and within about three weeks, had closed on the refi. He explained everything well and guided us through a very simple process. I would recommend him – and have – any time. Going through Rocket Mortgage was seamless, and Dj was a big reason for that."

I had dealt with a couple of other lenders and was immensely frustrated with the lack of communication and their unwillingness to accommodate my financing needs. Giving Omar and Rocket Mortgage the opportunity to help me out has been an absolute joy in every aspect of the process!!! I am a real estate investor and have dealt with many lending institutions . I didn't really think Rocket Mortgage was going to be a good fit for me but was amazed at how wrong I was! Omar and Abe far exceeded all my expectations and will be the first people I call with all my future financing needs. Without hesitation, she delivered a solution for me that allowed me to increase my credit score. She is a unicorn (both magical and rare). I am excited that Rocket Mortgage has such a phenomenal leader and strategist saving individuals like myself. I say all of this because I started a software company and used my credit cards to cover my patent costs (legal fees are ridiculous). Without her expertise and consultancy, I do not see how I would be able to get my company and credit back on track. Thank you immensely for being my superhero, Sheree!"

His patience working with me, I travel a lot for business, was greatly appreciated. Although, I traveled a lot during our process he was very prompted and on top of the ball on helping me close as fast as possible. I think we closed just under 35 days which is very quick for being my first mortgage. He supported me after normal work hours which was very helpful during the times I was traveling on the west coast and dealing with the 3 hour time difference. He answered any questions, simple or complicated, I had and was very prompt. He stayed on top of all the items and documents I needed to complete which really helped in closing as fast as we did. Working with Justin was just so simple. I don't know what all the fuss and frustration was about I hear from my friends on applying for a mortgage. Justin is the type of person expected to get things done quickly that fits into the Quick Loans/Rocket Mortgage value and quick service."
