I went through the process with 3-4 different lenders, and almost all of them seemed to be simply giving me the numbers I could get anywhere else. Not to mention, these other lenders were really moving numbers around and burying costs in areas that they assumed I wouldn't either notice or understand. After 1 conversation with Nick, he quickly gauged my needs and ability to understand all the mortgage estimate components. What was intended to be a quick call just to see if I could get better numbers from a larger non-local lender turned into an super pleasant and engaging call in which he covered all the information I wanted. Nicholas was direct and honest, giving a sense of complete and utter transparency throughout the process. Further, he went above and beyond to secure much better than average numbers that I was receiving from anyone else. Even later during the process, where it's typical for your banker to assign you an coordinator and closer, Nicholas was in touch with me and ever present to assist with even the most complicated questions about escrow and closing (which typically is hard to find a banker who is knowledgeable on the subjects). Without a doubt I will be referring my friends and family to Nicholas when they are ready to purchase homes, or refinance. Thanks for all the hard work Nick!"

Omar was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the process of refinancing my home. Handled all my questions immediately and had a conditional approval within 2 days! I had dealt with a couple of other lenders and was immensely frustrated with the lack of communication and their unwillingness to accommodate my financing needs. Giving Omar and Rocket Mortgage the opportunity to help me out has been an absolute joy in every aspect of the process!!! I am a real estate investor and have dealt with many lending institutions . I didn't really think Rocket Mortgage was going to be a good fit for me but was amazed at how wrong I was! Omar and Abe far exceeded all my expectations and will be the first people I call with all my future financing needs. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate/empathetic and completely dedicated to not only his responsibilities but also to the Rocket Mortgage. The only complaint I have is that he was not my point of contact throughout the whole process. It would have been nice and less stress provoking if, instead of three (or maybe four) different people calling me asking for information I had already provided to someone else. I might add that Nicholas was the person who received the irate phone calls for me when one of the other people called. He listened to me, which was nice and tried to fix whatever was upsetting me at the time. Hopefully someone will read this and recognize his contributions."

It led to my first conversation with Jacob, who right from the start praise me for my service and assured me that I was qualified for a low interest VA loan with my good credit. Once I had the final decree of divorce in my hand I contacted Jacob on a Friday to let him know the numbers that the court had laid down. The next day on a Saturday we were on the phone and starting the process of my refinance loan, and two months later, my home was officially my home again, with a mortgage payment that fit my budget. I'm forever grateful Fort Jacob and his teams help, and believing in me financially."

I had some problems with my previous deed and survey. Nadine was right there to guide me through the process I needed to go through in order to get the problems corrected. Not to mention several other little things that would have otherwise would have slowed down the process considerably if it had not been for communication with Nadine via phone conversations and emails. Nadine is by far one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with by far. She is very patient and pleasant to deal with. Very strong customer relations skills that you just don’t find in business in today’s world. I can honestly say one of the best people I’ve ever had to deal with. In my opinion a very valuable part of your company. A true professional and a great person not to mention. She was able to get answers to questions and solutions to problems in an almost unbelievable short amount of time. I couldn’t be more pleased having to deal with Nadine. I would highly recommend her to anyone without a second thought. If people were half as professional the business world would be a better place!! Nadine is the best!!!"

I had a million questions and he was a wealth of knowledge not only regarding new financing options, but also gave me some great insight into the sale or my current house. Over the 6 months we waited, he had a great follow up cadence that was not pushy or over bearing. Even though I rarely called him back, he continued to provide insight into the changing rates and options for when I was ready to move forward. When the time was right, I had a million more questions and scenarios I asked him to run through which he did with the utmost professionalism. He was always available when I needed him, even when he was not in the office. AJ is top notch and made the purchase of our new home quick, easy and stress-free. I was hesitant because my fear was that I was locking myself into something that would not be beneficial for me and my family. Once I started speaking with Chris I began to better understand my options. At no time did I feel pushed or rushed into making a decision. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and always made himself available if I had a question. In the rare circumstance Chris did not have the answer, he immediately would connect me with someone that did. I would highly recommend speaking with Chris if you are ready or just need some information about refinancing or purchasing a home. "

I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me ...I was thrilled how fast and easy it was to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me off and avoiding me, and I went to the person who got original loan for our house and local bank wouldn't approve it because we still owed 80% more than the house was worth. So when I called Rocket Mortgage much to my surprise that didn't seem to shake them. I was skeptical, because we have excellent credit rating but still basically got turned down 2 times. But they were wonderful, quick, and easy how fast it went. And in fact we closed on a day it was one of the worse snow storms in the NE, the lawyer came right to our house!!! It was wonderful! I would highly suggest anyone who needs refinancing or a loan go with them, because like I said previously my mortgage company put me off changed my person 3x's who was suppose to take care of me, and the local bank said I was too high of a risk. So I was thrilled!!! And I got my loan exactly the amount I wanted it down too! "

When I was ready to sell my home and purchase another, I had a unique need and after being given the run around from my local banks, I decided to text Joe early one morning and he soon replied. From there on it was smooth sailing. He guided me through the process (it does help if you have all the docs you need ready to go) . I had explained to him from the outset that I really needed to get this done in 30 days or less and he and the team at Rocket Mortgages got me done in about 3 and a half weeks. The professionalism far exceeded my expectations. They follow a process that hands you over to the next account specialist and they apparently communicate very well within this process because I never felt like I had to reexplain anything to the next person. This continued through the whole process and even after it was all done, the follow up was very professional. i would highly recommend Joe Murado and the team at Rocket Mortgage without any hesitation.
