I went through the process with 3-4 different lenders, and almost all of them seemed to be simply giving me the numbers I could get anywhere else. Not to mention, these other lenders were really moving numbers around and burying costs in areas that they assumed I wouldn't either notice or understand. After 1 conversation with Nick, he quickly gauged my needs and ability to understand all the mortgage estimate components. What was intended to be a quick call just to see if I could get better numbers from a larger non-local lender turned into an super pleasant and engaging call in which he covered all the information I wanted. Nicholas was direct and honest, giving a sense of complete and utter transparency throughout the process. Further, he went above and beyond to secure much better than average numbers that I was receiving from anyone else. Even later during the process, where it's typical for your banker to assign you an coordinator and closer, Nicholas was in touch with me and ever present to assist with even the most complicated questions about escrow and closing (which typically is hard to find a banker who is knowledgeable on the subjects). Without a doubt I will be referring my friends and family to Nicholas when they are ready to purchase homes, or refinance. Thanks for all the hard work Nick!"

Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate/empathetic and completely dedicated to not only his responsibilities but also to the Rocket Mortgage. The only complaint I have is that he was not my point of contact throughout the whole process. It would have been nice and less stress provoking if, instead of three (or maybe four) different people calling me asking for information I had already provided to someone else. I might add that Nicholas was the person who received the irate phone calls for me when one of the other people called. He listened to me, which was nice and tried to fix whatever was upsetting me at the time. Hopefully someone will read this and recognize his contributions."

However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Initially, I spent most of my weekend trying to get in contact with a mortgage broker for assistance but no one returned my call. I was in a jam, I wanted to be the first person to put in an offer to the condo. Desperately, I surfed the web and found Rocket Mortgage. At first, I was very hesitant of doing business with someone online. However, I took a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I came in contact with Matt from Rocket Mortgage and within 30 minutes of filling out my application, he gave me a call. Not only did he make time to call me over the weekend, but he also answered any questions that I had as well as walked me through each step needed in order to get pre-qualified. At the end of our conversation, I was very impressed with his knowledge, patience and most importantly his professionalism. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to buy a home! When I was ready to sell my home and purchase another, I had a unique need and after being given the run around from my local banks, I decided to text Joe early one morning and he soon replied. From there on it was smooth sailing. He guided me through the process (it does help if you have all the docs you need ready to go) . I had explained to him from the outset that I really needed to get this done in 30 days or less and he and the team at Rocket Mortgages got me done in about 3 and a half weeks. The professionalism far exceeded my expectations. They follow a process that hands you over to the next account specialist and they apparently communicate very well within this process because I never felt like I had to reexplain anything to the next person. This continued through the whole process and even after it was all done, the follow up was very professional. i would highly recommend Joe Murado and the team at Rocket Mortgage without any hesitation. I had very low expectations about anything working out. But Moe does not just work on a loan for customers. He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions and tries to understand the customer's total financial situation. He then comes up with a plan that fits it perfectly. During the entire loan process he is constantly active and never rests; working with me and the Rocket team to fight for a better rate, a better term, a better structure. The structure he came up with is perfect and life changing for me and my family. I have never met another mortgage person that was as professional, responsive, knowledgeable, caring, or emphatic as Moe. For the matter I have never met any business person that way! Thank you Moe for a wonderful experience that honestly will change my life for the better (as much as finances can do of course)! Next time I need any loan I will use no one but him!"

I had some problems with my previous deed and survey. Nadine was right there to guide me through the process I needed to go through in order to get the problems corrected. Not to mention several other little things that would have otherwise would have slowed down the process considerably if it had not been for communication with Nadine via phone conversations and emails. Nadine is by far one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with by far. She is very patient and pleasant to deal with. Very strong customer relations skills that you just don’t find in business in today’s world. I can honestly say one of the best people I’ve ever had to deal with. In my opinion a very valuable part of your company. A true professional and a great person not to mention. She was able to get answers to questions and solutions to problems in an almost unbelievable short amount of time. I couldn’t be more pleased having to deal with Nadine. I would highly recommend her to anyone without a second thought. If people were half as professional the business world would be a better place!! Nadine is the best!!!"

I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me ...I was thrilled how fast and easy it was to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me off and avoiding me, and I went to the person who got original loan for our house and local bank wouldn't approve it because we still owed 80% more than the house was worth. So when I called Rocket Mortgage much to my surprise that didn't seem to shake them. I was skeptical, because we have excellent credit rating but still basically got turned down 2 times. But they were wonderful, quick, and easy how fast it went. And in fact we closed on a day it was one of the worse snow storms in the NE, the lawyer came right to our house!!! It was wonderful! I would highly suggest anyone who needs refinancing or a loan go with them, because like I said previously my mortgage company put me off changed my person 3x's who was suppose to take care of me, and the local bank said I was too high of a risk. So I was thrilled!!! And I got my loan exactly the amount I wanted it down too! "

My wife and I had been saving for quite some time awaiting the perfect house to go all in on. With a four-year old daughter, newborn son and a rapidly approaching lease renewal approaching, my wife and I were blessed to find the perfect place. My anxiety level made me less than ideal to work with at times.....even calling Nathan on Sunday at 6am (his time) to calm my nerves as we awaited closing with some details still unclear. even though just being awoken and drilled with questions he made my concerns his own and told me "I'm all over it". He made promises, guarantees, and asked for unlimited amounts of my trust throughout the process and I extended all of this and more to him because of the personal connection he built with me. We closed on our dream home a few months ago. The home buying process can be strenuous and difficult to field at times, especially for a first timer liKe myself. In the end, all promises were kept, guarantees were met, and the level of trust I had in Nathan soared. Usually, trust and friendship is not something I extend regularly in business without great apprehension. In this case I'm certainly glad I went with my instincts. Thank you Nathan."
