"I am writing to thank those who worked with me on my re-fi. I am not a new Rocket Mortgage customer, having worked with you several years ago. Each and every person I spoke to throughout the process,...I am writing to thank those who worked with me on my re-fi. I am not a new Rocket Mortgage customer, having worked with you several years ago. Each and every person I spoke to throughout the process, especially Jad Bedoun, was kind, interested in my story and offered complete explanation at every stage. But, I am writing about the extraordinary professionalism that occurred during a glitch that happened. Somehow a mistake was made after my first closing. I was told that the mortgage was cancelled due to closing costs which had never been mentioned. . I was devastated and called Jad who told me that he would look into it. After several days of back and forth, I was sure that lose mu re-fi I was moved from person to person and I finally heard from a higher up who told me that the glitch had been resolved and, after another closing, my loan would e approved at the exact cost that I was given at the beginning of the process. In this world of increasing incivility and decreasing personal responsibility , I was afforded respect and caring at every step. Everyone I worked with, especially Jad, was at the top of their game. I remember the process being extremely stressful and complicated when I purchased my first home and was weary at the thought of having to do it again, times two! I spoke with Josh about our situation and he not only offered his professional services, but also advice and insight on how the process would work. Josh was never pushy, allowing us to take our own path and the time we needed to do it. I know that I always ask a ton of questions, and Josh was there to answer every one of them. He always stayed in contact with me, often giving me updates the second they would post to my Rocket Mortgage page. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. his entire team of Rocket Mortgage employees were just as kind as him. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone and recommend Josh every time! Thank you for all your help in the purchase of our dream home!"

Our first pre-qualification letter given two months ago by Rocket Mortgage, was cancelled due to some lenders having regulations that...ISAAC helps Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage) live up to its name! Our first pre-qualification letter given two months ago by Rocket Mortgage, was cancelled due to some lenders having regulations that were excessively orderly and fussy concerning cash deposits (I'm a musician who performs concerts overseas who usually returns to the USA with most of my earned cash in hand). We pursued alternate financing with lenders who were less AR (anal retentive) about such matters. But one week after the cancellation, we saw a home online on Realtor.com and pressed "inquire"...and 75 seconds later I received a phone call from Isaac. What a nice guy, and very knowledgeable (just like our first Rocket Mortgage agent). I told him our original Rocket Mortgage pre-quality was cancelled despite our original agent doing everything in her power, and the reasons why, and within 30 minutes Isaac issued a second pre-qualification letter from Rocket Mortgage. It helped so much that when we processed the original application with Rocket Mortgage we uploaded all the necessary documents, so in the end all that Isaac needed additionally was online access to our bank accounts for funds verification. Nowadays EVERYTHING is lightning-fast, and with specialists like Isaac doing his job so well, and a system like the Rocket Mortgage portal, mortgage pre-qualification letters are a snap. Now....whether this one lasts or not, is still yet to be seen, but we're hopeful and will let you know. God bless."

Then I found the diamond in a rough when I met Bridgett .Working with Bridgett has been one of the best business interactions I've ever had in my life. In the world full of dream sellers And people who view You as another sale I stumbled across a woman who is genuine , honest , helpful , and sweet and truly in this to help people on the road to Generational Wealth and well being. Not only is she spot on with the numbers and what you need from a financial standpoint to be a home owner she's very encouraging. As we all know this housing market is pretty hot in one moment you put in offer the next moment you're looking for another house. This can be Emotionally frustrating and Mentally draining, but her words of encouragement and mind for strategizing gave me the confidence to continue my home Is buying journey . Moving forward anyone that I come across that is serious about buying a home she is the first person that comes to mind that I think they should talk to and work with. She is always contactable she always returns calls no matter how busy her day is. She works weekdays and weekends All for her customer to have the ability to fulfill the dream of owning a home. "Nicholas was amazing to work with. I went through the process with 3-4 different lenders, and almost all of them seemed to be simply giving me the numbers I could get anywhere else. Not to mention, ...Nicholas was amazing to work with. I went through the process with 3-4 different lenders, and almost all of them seemed to be simply giving me the numbers I could get anywhere else. Not to mention, these other lenders were really moving numbers around and burying costs in areas that they assumed I wouldn't either notice or understand. After 1 conversation with Nick, he quickly gauged my needs and ability to understand all the mortgage estimate components. What was intended to be a quick call just to see if I could get better numbers from a larger non-local lender turned into an super pleasant and engaging call in which he covered all the information I wanted. Nicholas was direct and honest, giving a sense of complete and utter transparency throughout the process. Further, he went above and beyond to secure much better than average numbers that I was receiving from anyone else. Even later during the process, where it's typical for your banker to assign you an coordinator and closer, Nicholas was in touch with me and ever present to assist with even the most complicated questions about escrow and closing (which typically is hard to find a banker who is knowledgeable on the subjects). Without a doubt I will be referring my friends and family to Nicholas when they are ready to purchase homes, or refinance. Thanks for all the hard work Nick!"

My neighbor mentioned Rocket Mortgage that day. I punched in the website on the Safari browser in m phone, and all of a sudden, was in an online chat with Dj. He was professional, answered my questions quickly. Gave us some quick options – all on an online chat. The next day, we started the process, spoke a couple of times over the phone and within about three weeks, had closed on the refi. He explained everything well and guided us through a very simple process. I would recommend him – and have – any time. Going through Rocket Mortgage was seamless, and Dj was a big reason for that."

"Lee and Rocket Mortgage was able to give us more than we'd hoped for. Because we were with Rocket Mortgage, we wanted to give them first shot. Well the quote they gave us was just not what we wanted, ...Lee and Rocket Mortgage was able to give us more than we'd hoped for. Because we were with Rocket Mortgage, we wanted to give them first shot. Well the quote they gave us was just not what we wanted, So we went with NewDay USA. We were ready to close. We already got the appraisal and everything. That's when Lee contacted me and asked me to give him a chance. I was going around and around with NewDay, they just wouldn't come down below 3%. They wanted 3.75% with 2 points to get to 3.25 and $25000 cash. Lee said he could get me 2.25% and $35000 cash. We were floored. We called NewDay and said hold everything. I even asked if I needed to pay the $600 for the appraisal and NewDay said. Don't worry about it, they would eat it. Rocket was able to use their appraisal and we are in a comfortable loan that we can afford thanks to Lee. I thought he was going to get fired over that one. Thanks Lee"

Omar was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the process of refinancing my home. Handled all my questions immediately and had a conditional approval within 2 days! I had dealt with a couple of other lenders and was immensely frustrated with the lack of communication and their unwillingness to accommodate my financing needs. Giving Omar and Rocket Mortgage the opportunity to help me out has been an absolute joy in every aspect of the process!!! I am a real estate investor and have dealt with many lending institutions . I didn't really think Rocket Mortgage was going to be a good fit for me but was amazed at how wrong I was! Omar and Abe far exceeded all my expectations and will be the first people I call with all my future financing needs. Thank You so much Omar for making an endeavor which is usually on par with getting a root canal a painless and very simple task!!! Your service is remarkable and very much appreciated! He put me at ease and took his time to walk me thru it. I didn't feel pushed about the decision we made. Nick guided me through every step. I must say, we have had several loans in the past and Nick made the loan quick and easy. Any time I had a question, I would leave a message on his phone and within a couple of hours, he was returning my call. What great customer service. I have been in retail business for over 30 years and hospitality business for 15 years, Nick should teach a class on good customer service. He's "top notch!" I would recommend this company to all my friends."
