The online platform was incredibly user-friendly, and I appreciated how easily I could track the status of my application. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service Sam provided us. The entire team at Rocket Mortgage was always available to answer any questions I had and provide guidance along the way. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best option for my needs. Every step felt personalized, and I never felt like just another number. "Lee and Rocket Mortgage was able to give us more than we'd hoped for. Because we were with Rocket Mortgage, we wanted to give them first shot. Well the quote they gave us was just not what we wanted, ...Lee and Rocket Mortgage was able to give us more than we'd hoped for. Because we were with Rocket Mortgage, we wanted to give them first shot. Well the quote they gave us was just not what we wanted, So we went with NewDay USA. We were ready to close. We already got the appraisal and everything. That's when Lee contacted me and asked me to give him a chance. I was going around and around with NewDay, they just wouldn't come down below 3%. They wanted 3.75% with 2 points to get to 3.25 and $25000 cash. Lee said he could get me 2.25% and $35000 cash. We were floored. We called NewDay and said hold everything. I even asked if I needed to pay the $600 for the appraisal and NewDay said. Don't worry about it, they would eat it. Rocket was able to use their appraisal and we are in a comfortable loan that we can afford thanks to Lee. I thought he was going to get fired over that one. Thanks Lee"

"I'm a Marine Veteran who was about to lose my house because of divorce, my credit was good but wasn't sure if I would qualify 4 refinancing that would give me enough to pay off my ex-wife ...I'm a Marine Veteran who was about to lose my house because of divorce, my credit was good but wasn't sure if I would qualify 4 refinancing that would give me enough to pay off my ex-wife consolidation debts and refinance existing mortgage I decided to follow up on a Rocket Mortgage ad that showed up in my Gmail account. It led to my first conversation with Jacob, who right from the start praise me for my service and assured me that I was qualified for a low interest VA loan with my good credit. Once I had the final decree of divorce in my hand I contacted Jacob on a Friday to let him know the numbers that the court had laid down. The next day on a Saturday we were on the phone and starting the process of my refinance loan, and two months later, my home was officially my home again, with a mortgage payment that fit my budget. I'm forever grateful Fort Jacob and his teams help, and believing in me financially."

Without hesitation, she delivered a solution for me that allowed me to increase my credit score. She is a unicorn (both magical and rare). I am excited that Rocket Mortgage has such a phenomenal leader and strategist saving individuals like myself. I say all of this because I started a software company and used my credit cards to cover my patent costs (legal fees are ridiculous). Without her expertise and consultancy, I do not see how I would be able to get my company and credit back on track. Thank you immensely for being my superhero, Sheree!"

Our first pre-qualification letter given two months ago by Rocket Mortgage, was cancelled due to some lenders having regulations that...ISAAC helps Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage) live up to its name! Our first pre-qualification letter given two months ago by Rocket Mortgage, was cancelled due to some lenders having regulations that were excessively orderly and fussy concerning cash deposits (I'm a musician who performs concerts overseas who usually returns to the USA with most of my earned cash in hand). We pursued alternate financing with lenders who were less AR (anal retentive) about such matters. But one week after the cancellation, we saw a home online on Realtor.com and pressed "inquire"...and 75 seconds later I received a phone call from Isaac. What a nice guy, and very knowledgeable (just like our first Rocket Mortgage agent). I told him our original Rocket Mortgage pre-quality was cancelled despite our original agent doing everything in her power, and the reasons why, and within 30 minutes Isaac issued a second pre-qualification letter from Rocket Mortgage. It helped so much that when we processed the original application with Rocket Mortgage we uploaded all the necessary documents, so in the end all that Isaac needed additionally was online access to our bank accounts for funds verification. Nowadays EVERYTHING is lightning-fast, and with specialists like Isaac doing his job so well, and a system like the Rocket Mortgage portal, mortgage pre-qualification letters are a snap. Now....whether this one lasts or not, is still yet to be seen, but we're hopeful and will let you know. God bless."

I had a million questions and he was a wealth of knowledge not only regarding new financing options, but also gave me some great insight into the sale or my current house. Over the 6 months we waited, he had a great follow up cadence that was not pushy or over bearing. Even though I rarely called him back, he continued to provide insight into the changing rates and options for when I was ready to move forward. When the time was right, I had a million more questions and scenarios I asked him to run through which he did with the utmost professionalism. He was always available when I needed him, even when he was not in the office. AJ is top notch and made the purchase of our new home quick, easy and stress-free. I highly recommend AJ and the Rocket Mortgage team."

I was hesitant because my fear was that I was locking myself into something that would not be beneficial for me and my family. Once I started speaking with Chris I began to better understand my options. At no time did I feel pushed or rushed into making a decision. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and always made himself available if I had a question. In the rare circumstance Chris did not have the answer, he immediately would connect me with someone that did. I would highly recommend speaking with Chris if you are ready or just need some information about refinancing or purchasing a home. "

"Nicholas was amazing to work with. I went through the process with 3-4 different lenders, and almost all of them seemed to be simply giving me the numbers I could get anywhere else. I went through the process with 3-4 different lenders, and almost all of them seemed to be simply giving me the numbers I could get anywhere else. Not to mention, these other lenders were really moving numbers around and burying costs in areas that they assumed I wouldn't either notice or understand. After 1 conversation with Nick, he quickly gauged my needs and ability to understand all the mortgage estimate components. What was intended to be a quick call just to see if I could get better numbers from a larger non-local lender turned into an super pleasant and engaging call in which he covered all the information I wanted. Nicholas was direct and honest, giving a sense of complete and utter transparency throughout the process. Further, he went above and beyond to secure much better than average numbers that I was receiving from anyone else. Even later during the process, where it's typical for your banker to assign you an coordinator and closer, Nicholas was in touch with me and ever present to assist with even the most complicated questions about escrow and closing (which typically is hard to find a banker who is knowledgeable on the subjects). Without a doubt I will be referring my friends and family to Nicholas when they are ready to purchase homes, or refinance. Thanks for all the hard work Nick!"

Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate/empathetic and completely dedicated to not only his responsibilities but also to the Rocket Mortgage. The only complaint I have is that he was not my point of contact throughout the whole process. It would have been nice and less stress provoking if, instead of three (or maybe four) different people calling me asking for information I had already provided to someone else. I might add that Nicholas was the person who received the irate phone calls for me when one of the other people called. He listened to me, which was nice and tried to fix whatever was upsetting me at the time. Hopefully someone will read this and recognize his contributions."

However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Initially, I spent most of my weekend trying to get in contact with a mortgage broker for assistance but no one returned my call. I was in a jam, I wanted to be the first person to put in an offer to the condo. Desperately, I surfed the web and found Rocket Mortgage. At first, I was very hesitant of doing business with someone online. However, I took a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I came in contact with Matt from Rocket Mortgage and within 30 minutes of filling out my application, he gave me a call. Not only did he make time to call me over the weekend, but he also answered any questions that I had as well as walked me through each step needed in order to get pre-qualified. At the end of our conversation, I was very impressed with his knowledge, patience and most importantly his professionalism. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to buy a home!
