I had very low expectations...If I could give Moe a 10 star rating on the system I would but here's the best I can do: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to Rocket Mortgage in a rough financial situation and met Moe. I had very low expectations about anything working out. But Moe does not just work on a loan for customers. He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions and tries to understand the customer's total financial situation. He then comes up with a plan that fits it perfectly. During the entire loan process he is constantly active and never rests; working with me and the Rocket team to fight for a better rate, a better term, a better structure. The structure he came up with is perfect and life changing for me and my family. I have never met another mortgage person that was as professional, responsive, knowledgeable, caring, or emphatic as Moe. For the matter I have never met any business person that way! Thank you Moe for a wonderful experience that honestly will change my life for the better (as much as finances can do of course)! Next time I need any loan I will use no one but him!"

"I was thrilled how fast and easy it was to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me ...I was thrilled how fast and easy it was to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me off and avoiding me, and I went to the person who got original loan for our house and local bank wouldn't approve it because we still owed 80% more than the house was worth. So when I called Rocket Mortgage much to my surprise that didn't seem to shake them. I was skeptical, because we have excellent credit rating but still basically got turned down 2 times. But they were wonderful, quick, and easy how fast it went. And in fact we closed on a day it was one of the worse snow storms in the NE, the lawyer came right to our house!!! It was wonderful! I would highly suggest anyone who needs refinancing or a loan go with them, because like I said previously my mortgage company put me off changed my person 3x's who was suppose to take care of me, and the local bank said I was too high of a risk. So I was thrilled!!! And I got my loan exactly the amount I wanted it down too! "

"I first contacted Rocket while trying to buy my first home but my credit wasn't the best ..... after being denied I was ready to give up .... the very next day I received a call from Tony. He gave me...I first contacted Rocket while trying to buy my first home but my credit wasn't the best ..... after being denied I was ready to give up .... the very next day I received a call from Tony. He gave me a little education on credit and looked at my credit and told me what I needed to do to get it better The first time anyone has ever done this for me. Over the next few weeks I was able to take care of the credit with his help and now it looks like I'm back on track.... Tony your a great person !!!! thanks again!!"

My wife and I had been saving for quite some time awaiting the perfect house to go all in on. With a four-year old daughter, newborn son and a rapidly approaching lease renewal approaching, my wife and I were blessed to find the perfect place. My anxiety level made me less than ideal to work with at times.....even calling Nathan on Sunday at 6am (his time) to calm my nerves as we awaited closing with some details still unclear. even though just being awoken and drilled with questions he made my concerns his own and told me "I'm all over it". He made promises, guarantees, and asked for unlimited amounts of my trust throughout the process and I extended all of this and more to him because of the personal connection he built with me. We closed on our dream home a few months ago. The home buying process can be strenuous and difficult to field at times, especially for a first timer liKe myself. In the end, all promises were kept, guarantees were met, and the level of trust I had in Nathan soared. Usually, trust and friendship is not something I extend regularly in business without great apprehension. In this case I'm certainly glad I went with my instincts. Thank you Nathan."

From...So going into this process with Rocket Mortgage I must admit I was skeptical. Using an online portal to apply for a mortgage seemed to me too easy. Little did I know it was even easier than that. From start to finish, I was well taken care of. Once I was introduced to Tracy Rice, I felt I was in good hands. Not having a loan officer to see in person was not an issue whatsoever. Tracy followed up on any questions I had and kept in touch the "right" amount for me. On the road constantly for my job, being able to use the online portal and calling her was perfect solution to never being in an area during banking hours. Tracy was more than I could have ever asked for in a loan officer. She understood my questions and never talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. With all the calculations, percentages and banking "jargon" she explained everything to me perfectly. I never once felt overwhelmed or understood, it all worked out great. Not that I am looking to go through another mortgage, but if I was, I would be more than pleased to work with her again. Thanks Tracy for all your help, I truly appreciate it."

I really did not think that I would qualify for the refinancing of my home but with Peter's guidance and professional assurances, he put me at ease and the loan was granted much sooner than I expected. He addressed all of my concerns pertaining to the loan and the process as well as gave me additional information the calm all of my fears. Why did we go back to Rocket Mortgages for this one? - we compared their rates against our current mortgage holder and Rocket Mortgages was lower. - the last experience with them was a great experience so no hesitation to use them again. - their online process makes it quick and very easy. - they use a team approach where your first contact, Alex I this case, oversee the whole process; however, they hand you off to various experts along the process. This way you always have an expert your dealing with. - for the closing they send an experienced notary to your home, 30 minutes in your home and your finished! Alex spent a significant amount of time looking at various options for us and was able to find one we were very comfortable with. The process was easy and pleasant from the first phone call to Alex through the closing!"

Just looking for information on rates and things of that nature. Jeff answered all my questions completely. I found him to be very knowlegable and enjoyed working with him. After getting all the info I requested, I thought to myself why not just go for it. I didn't want to risk calling later and not getting to work with Jeff. I felt very comfortable with Jeff. There was no pressure from Jeff to do anything which I appreciated. It was my decision based on information he provided. Well from that point on the process was very smooth and fast. Jeff was available at every step of the process. I never felt I was bothering him when I called. (and I called alot) When he said call anytime for any reason, he means it. Thanks again Jeff. So when it came time to ...We currently have a Rocket Mortgage on our primary residence. This is our second loan using Rocket Mortgage. Both experiences have been handled quickly and efficiently. So when it came time to refinance our rental house we looked to Rocket Mortgage. This was all to prepare for retirement a year from now. Unfortunately retirement came sooner and I found myself unemployed but with a generous severance package before I could complete the loan transaction. Adam (Ahmad) was our principle contact during all of this. We immediately felt his honest interest in accomplishing our goals and helping my wife and I. He called often to direct us in the many steps. He wished me happy birthday. I sent him a photo of my granddaughter and I doing one of our favorite things together. He shared his life with us as well. We never felt pressured. I am certain he feels as badly as we do on a personal level that we were not able to complete the loan. Evidently severance doesn't satisfy the underwriters. No fault on Adam or Rocket Mortgage. We will be back and will request Adam as our representative. Thank you friend. Ed and Allyson Montague"
