Initially I had gone with one of the banks...What an excellent service I received starting from day one, Catherine and her team made the loan process so simple and easy that I can not thank them enough. Initially I had gone with one of the banks for the mortgage and the day before closing found out they had not even started my loan process besides the fact that all the requested documents were provided to them the day they requested, now on the other hand same documents I submitted to Catherine (Rocket Mortgage) and they worked so hard and made the transaction so easy that I was able to move into my house without paying any penalty to the builder due to the fact that closing was pushed 2 weeks forward. One thing I will say is YOU SHOULD LET THE EXPERTS DO THEIR JOB NOT SOME BANK WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAKING MONEY, Rocket Mortgage specialty makes them an excellent mortgage loan providers. "
