Also thank you for providing the information about DTI and the different programs you offer. The 1% down program saved me enough money to afford to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. I am sure most times you were just doing your job, but you have impacted the course of my life in such a positive way I felt it necessary to send you this email. I know your job has long hours and many thankless tasks associated with it, so a big thank you!!! However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Initially, I spent most of my weekend trying to get in contact with a mortgage broker for assistance but no one returned my call. I was in a jam, I wanted to be the first person to put in an offer to the condo. Desperately, I surfed the web and found Rocket Mortgage. At first, I was very hesitant of doing business with someone online. However, I took a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I came in contact with Matt from Rocket Mortgage and within 30 minutes of filling out my application, he gave me a call. Not only did he make time to call me over the weekend, but he also answered any questions that I had as well as walked me through each step needed in order to get pre-qualified. At the end of our conversation, I was very impressed with his knowledge, patience and most importantly his professionalism. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to buy a home! IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME"....AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. WHEN CERTAIN TEAM MEMBERS DID GET BACK WITH ME, IT WAS LIKE A TYPICAL STANDARD RESPONSE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BUT THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER, NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT I TALKED TO. IN FRUSTRATION, I ALWAYS TURNED TO AARON AND SAID, "LOOK, I WORK FOR A TITLE COMPANY I KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLES ANSWERS REALLY MEAN AND WHERE THEY GET THEM FROM, I HONESTLY DO GET THAT! BUT PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLID ANSWER, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT WAITING FOR SOMETHING FROM THE TITLE COMPANY (FOR EXAMPLE) I JUST SENT THAT YESTERDAY!" If Chris needed something or had an important update, he would initiate a communication. If not, he would leave us alone to concentrate on the other aspects of our relocation. Although I did not expect a response at such times, if I emailed a question late at night or on a weekend, Chris would promptly respond. Somehow, every time I spoke with Chris, I felt as if our mortgage was his top priority. When we ran into problems with the sale of our existing home, Chris quickly found a solution. There was no panic, there was no handwringing, there was merely a solution. If you have the opportunity to work with Chris, I advise you do so!"

I called Rana at Rocket Mortgage, and she was unbelievably efficient. professional, understanding, and friendly. She worked out my numbers in the first call, which I read to her over the phone and later verified, let me know what I could expect (which turned out to be the case), and got the process rolling right away. She got my refinance to closing in more than enough time. She is really impressive! I highly recommend her for real estate financing."
