"I've worked w/Rocket Mortgage on 3 occasions and all experiences were good. Their underwriters aren't always very accommodating - for instance on this loan I'm selling a house I've been in for 25yrs and buying a 2nd condo next door to my condo in Ft Worth (to give me extra space). The two units are right next door to each other, but the underwriters wouldn't believe this wasn't investment property. So they upped my rate some. It wasn't enough to drop the whole thing, but this is the 2nd time this has occurred. I have another condo in Dallas that I purchased for my Daughter/Son going to SMU....it was an 8yr period of time. They valued this as investment property once again - even though my family is living there. The support people are very good and thorough...they need to educate their underwriters. "

As a matter of convenience I though I'd try Rocket Mortgage and complete the application process on-line. I did this and Adam Orley was assigned my application. After speaking with Adam the first time I knew my mortgage refi was in good hands. My application was a complicated one because I had recently retired and have multiple rental properties, therefore navigating income verification was complicated, as I knew it would be. Adam was there every step of the way and we even communicated via: text message well after normal office hours. I have never personally met Adam, but can tell he is a man of integrity and ethics. I couldn't be happier with the outcome from A to Z and Adam is already evaluating some of my other loans for a better rate. A+++ to Adam Orley & Saad Saad (Another Rocket Mortgage Expert who assisted) and Rocket Mortgage for a job well done! I am an extremely satisfied customer! Best, John Barber"

Tyler called me back on another line ...I was looking to refinance with my current company but after they put me on hold for 15 min I decided to apply online via Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Tyler called me back on another line immediately and while still on hold with the other company he had already started my loan process with our qualifications. When it initially looked like what we wanted was not possible (lower rate, no PMI) Tyler refused to give up and got us a great deal that took advantage of the market conditions. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket's online mortgage and closing process was excellent as usual and even with the COVID outbreak we just had a no-contact closing process that was as great virtually as in-person. All of our loans are now with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket."

Also thank you for providing the information about DTI and the different programs you offer. The 1% down program saved me enough money to afford to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. I am sure most times you were just doing your job, but you have impacted the course of my life in such a positive way I felt it necessary to send you this email. Little did I know that I would quickly be receiving a deluge of phone calls and emails from Lenders. From the start of my phone conversation with Brock, I could tell that he was interested in my situation and the best plan for my individual need. After speaking with him quite awhile so that he thoroughly understood my needs, he gave me some viable options. He was very honest and straight forward about how they would fit into my financial picture. I also spoke with representatives from other Lenders but it was Brock who captured my trust. I also changed my mind a couple of times and when I called Brock, he took his time to explain how the changes would affect the whole payoff. I highly recommend doing business through Brock to cut through any “bs” and get to the facts. He is also patient and pleasant to talk to as well! I give him the ultimate 5 stars!!!"

I called Rana at Rocket Mortgage, and she was unbelievably efficient. professional, understanding, and friendly. She worked out my numbers in the first call, which I read to her over the phone and later verified, let me know what I could expect (which turned out to be the case), and got the process rolling right away. She got my refinance to closing in more than enough time. She is really impressive! I highly recommend her for real estate financing."
