I have learned in life that people will forget what you said, and people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how they made you feel. Adam was only interested in me and what he could do to lessen the road I was living in, and it showed in his patience and walking me through each and every detail and not giving up. He even did a screen share with me which I'm sure he could have used that time to work with someone else, but he was patient and kind and to me that produces experts in the field.
