Also thank you for providing the information about DTI and the different programs you offer. The 1% down program saved me enough money to afford to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. I am sure most times you were just doing your job, but you have impacted the course of my life in such a positive way I felt it necessary to send you this email. I know your job has long hours and many thankless tasks associated with it, so a big thank you!!! I have a long term relationship with a local bank, but I doubted their speed in working things out. I called Rana at Rocket Mortgage, and she was unbelievably efficient. professional, understanding, and friendly. She worked out my numbers in the first call, which I read to her over the phone and later verified, let me know what I could expect (which turned out to be the case), and got the process rolling right away. She got my refinance to closing in more than enough time. She is really impressive! I highly recommend her for real estate financing."

I had been looking at home equity options with my mortgage originator but was having difficulty with them due to an unknown derogatory mark from a collection around six years ago. In the middle of that process, Maggie had reached out to me via email and phone, since Rocket Mortgage is my current mortgage servicer. While that other company didn't really offer me a path forward, Maggie had me work with another fantastic team member named Victoria Kost, who was able to offer advice to get that paid collection record removed from my credit report and improve my score, which then lead me to be able to get approved and close on the equity loan. Would definitely recommend this team, extremely friendly, professional, approachable and responsive to communications. Thank you again!"

In the beginning there were some issues. I knew the issues would take persistence to find a resolution and Julie helped us with all of these concerns. She turned a bad experience into a positive outcome. We needed to have professional treatment from your company and Julie exceeded the mark. She was professional, prompt, courteous, and kept us in the loop during the entire process. We are very aware that it takes an ambassador to represent a company. Julie is a great and wonderful ambassador of your company and we thank her. She is a great asset to your company. Little did I know that I would quickly be receiving a deluge of phone calls and emails from Lenders. From the start of my phone conversation with Brock, I could tell that he was interested in my situation and the best plan for my individual need. After speaking with him quite awhile so that he thoroughly understood my needs, he gave me some viable options. He was very honest and straight forward about how they would fit into my financial picture. I also spoke with representatives from other Lenders but it was Brock who captured my trust. I also changed my mind a couple of times and when I called Brock, he took his time to explain how the changes would affect the whole payoff. I highly recommend doing business through Brock to cut through any “bs” and get to the facts. He is also patient and pleasant to talk to as well! I give him the ultimate 5 stars!!!"

If Chris needed something or had an important update, he would initiate a communication. If not, he would leave us alone to concentrate on the other aspects of our relocation. Although I did not expect a response at such times, if I emailed a question late at night or on a weekend, Chris would promptly respond. Somehow, every time I spoke with Chris, I felt as if our mortgage was his top priority. When we ran into problems with the sale of our existing home, Chris quickly found a solution. There was no panic, there was no handwringing, there was merely a solution. If you have the opportunity to work with Chris, I advise you do so!"

As first time home buyers, we were initially intimidated by the amount of paper work and deadlines however, all we needed to do was get the initial ball rolling and Areeya took care of nearly everything up to the close. We now own our first home and we are very greatful that Areeya was there to help us along the way!
