With companies that get the top ratings for customer service, you always wonder who and what their service is. If Garrett is the benchmark for what Rocket Mortgage is then Rocket Mortgage is an absolute customer service juggernaut, because Garrett appears to me to be an exception rather than the rule. Garrett embodies customer service and engineers all his encounters to amaze. One of the main reasons we went with Rocket Mortgage was how easy Garrett made the process and how absolutely delightful he is. From the start, Garrett advocates for the customer at every step of the way. He wants you to get a home and loan easy. No issue is too small and he takes absolute care of you. Garrett was always available even on weekends when any important issues occurred. Garrett would frequently check-in and treat my wife and I not just as customers but as friends. Garrett is a class act and takes time to hand-write personalized notes to see how you are doing in an age that people just see emails regularly fly. The customer is first in his eyes and the process is second. I appreciate that motif. However, Garrett not only treats customers well like me, but he also works fabulously well with real estate agents and the seller through the house buying process. Like me, neither had worked with Rocket Mortgage before and the seller had actually raised concerned about working with an unknown lender. However, after several calls and encounters, they knew Garrett and by proxy Rocket Mortgage were the real deal and were excited to work with Garrett. Redfin and the seller were all impressed that rather than taking days or hours, Garrett resolved issues in mere minutes with completely control and empathy. Garrett is my go to man and if I had to do another loan, Garrett would be where I start. He is top notch and provides an amazing first time home owner experience. I recommend him to anyone. My wife and I are looking forward to our new house and welcoming a new child beneath its roof. Something that might not have occurred if Garrett had not always been on top of things over the weekend. He has two, very soon to be three, satisfied customers."

Michael was responsive and was always immediately available no matter the time of day or the day of the week. His advice helped us save money by selecting the best loan terms for our needs. I will gladly go back to him for any advice. It’s worth noting that during the process of selling our old home and buying our new home we worked with multiple agencies and law firms. Of all the business interactions we had to conduct, working with Michael was by far the easiest. His attitude of “can Do” and “We can work with it” was a beacon of light in an otherwise difficult process. I will strongly recommend him to anyone."

He was there for every question I had, helped me with getting the documents required to his team either by text or email because I didn't have the access to a fax machine or a scanner. but he made it work without one hitch. He was always kind and patient, and always respectful, efficient and professional. He took my application and approved it on January 3, and by January 24, my loan closed. That was 21 days of the loan process with a holiday in there as well! It could have been even a shorter time if it weren't held up a couple of days because of my previous mortgage company's inefficiency to get documents to me. Therefore, as I said, it was a wonderful experience thanks to Prince!!"

From the moment Abe reached out he took a look at my credit, told me exactly what I needed to do and laid everything out clearly so we could close in our timeframe. My realtor Chevy, gave me a timeline and together we executed every step in order. Abe was always available when we needed him. He was very informative, knowledgeable, honest and patient. I met Justin at Rocket Mortgage when I wanted to purchase a home and it went further then just buying a home, I met a friend, a true friend... see Justin is not an executive loan Banker for a paycheck he is doing it for you!! Justin is the type of person it likes helping people and doing what he does allows him to do exactly that. He helps people get their home loans so that they can find their place in the world to raise their families, to build memories, a place to hang their hat and call home... Justin went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected from anyone in any business... from the beginning to the end of the buying process he was there day or night to answer any questions or to remove any doubt or worries that I might have had. A loan Banker doesn't do that, that's something a true friend does.... what's amazing is that he treats everyone this way!!!! I put an application in online and was put in contact with Mike Gunn. In the back of my mind I was like here we go again.... he’s going to get on the phone and rudely tell me that I don’t qualify. Let me tell you guys something.... I HAD NO IDEA What was about to happen. Mike gets on the phone and was just as kind and sweet as could be. He told me I was approved and although it was over the phone it literally felt like he held my hand and walked me through step by step. Mikes welcoming personality should be commended. He helps to ease the anxiety of the home buying process. My process took a while but that was at no fault of Mike or Rocket Mortgage. Some repairs needed to be done for my FHA loan to go through. During this time I had questions and I sometimes didn’t know who to contact but I knew if I reached out to Mike that he would either have an answer, find an answer, or direct me to the right place. I worked with multiple people throughout the process but the person who has the long lasting wonderful impact on me is Mike. I don’t know how important reviews are to the company but I know if Mike was my employee I would keep him in mind for any raises or promotions that are available. Mike has created an excellent experience for me and my family. Whenever someone asks who they should contact for a home purchase or a refinance I won’t say Rocket Mortgage I will literally say “hey get in touch with my buddy Mike he will take care of you”. For all it’s worth, Mike if you are seeing this I appreciate you so very much. I am finally in my new home and I am grateful and appreciative for all of you hard work, dedication, professionalism, and understanding. I was anxious and had no clue how to enter into or follow through with the home buying experience and you literally were a God send that provided me so much hope and relief through the process. My journey with refinancing has come from a very bleak know-how of what's going on with my finances that is heavily in debt with credit cards, to an enlightened home owner, where Myles walked me through all the way. I, not only was able to refinance my properties at a reasonably affordable monthly rate, but also paid off my credit card debts through Rocket Mortgage Pay-off Refinancing Program.
