I put an application in online and was put in contact with Mike Gunn. In the back of my mind I was like here we go again.... he’s going to get on the phone and rudely tell me that I don’t qualify. Let me tell you guys something.... I HAD NO IDEA What was about to happen. Mike gets on the phone and was just as kind and sweet as could be. He told me I was approved and although it was over the phone it literally felt like he held my hand and walked me through step by step. Mikes welcoming personality should be commended. He helps to ease the anxiety of the home buying process. My process took a while but that was at no fault of Mike or Rocket Mortgage. Some repairs needed to be done for my FHA loan to go through. During this time I had questions and I sometimes didn’t know who to contact but I knew if I reached out to Mike that he would either have an answer, find an answer, or direct me to the right place. I worked with multiple people throughout the process but the person who has the long lasting wonderful impact on me is Mike. I don’t know how important reviews are to the company but I know if Mike was my employee I would keep him in mind for any raises or promotions that are available. Mike has created an excellent experience for me and my family. Whenever someone asks who they should contact for a home purchase or a refinance I won’t say Rocket Mortgage I will literally say “hey get in touch with my buddy Mike he will take care of you”. For all it’s worth, Mike if you are seeing this I appreciate you so very much. I am finally in my new home and I am grateful and appreciative for all of you hard work, dedication, professionalism, and understanding. I was anxious and had no clue how to enter into or follow through with the home buying experience and you literally were a God send that provided me so much hope and relief through the process. Kudos to you Mike Gunn!!!!!"

When I told my realtor that I wanted to buy a home by January 2026 she said, “I have the guy for you.” And she was right! From the moment Abe reached out he took a look at my credit, told me exactly what I needed to do and laid everything out clearly so we could close in our timeframe. My realtor Chevy, gave me a timeline and together we executed every step in order. Abe was always available when we needed him. He was very informative, knowledgeable, honest and patient. He answered every question we had and solved any issue within minutes. This home buying process was truly amazing because of the incredible team we had behind us. Abe made what could’ve been stressful feel easy and achievable. I give him 100/100 and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, supportive and professional home loan experience."

I met Justin at Rocket Mortgage when I wanted to purchase a home and it went further then just buying a home, I met a friend, a true friend... see Justin is not an executive loan Banker for a paycheck he is doing it for you!! Justin is the type of person it likes helping people and doing what he does allows him to do exactly that. He helps people get their home loans so that they can find their place in the world to raise their families, to build memories, a place to hang their hat and call home... Justin went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected from anyone in any business... from the beginning to the end of the buying process he was there day or night to answer any questions or to remove any doubt or worries that I might have had. A loan Banker doesn't do that, that's something a true friend does.... what's amazing is that he treats everyone this way!!!! Anyone he's ever done business with Justin knows exactly what I'm talking about and those of you who have not done business with Justin all I can say is you're missing out..... he's an awesome individual and without a doubt, God sent.... he got my wife and I the lowest interest rate and the lowest monthly mortgage payment humanly possible. Offering a solution to my concerns, he initiated and assisted me in getting a refinancing loan started and approved. Assisting me at every turn (websites, not my forte,lol) we were able to complete the necessary information. Harry independently worked with the Rocket Mortgage team, then advising me at every turn until completion. Harry worked with me, for me, and in representing Rocket Mortgage, went beyond the bounds of his job, in my estimation, to make the refinancing happen. Harry is a blessing, to Rocket Mortgage, and to me. A professional in every sense of the words, he eased my mind with each step we took. he was a partner with me, a friend who I needed on this "journey". I do not pretend to understand finances (other than balancing my checkbook obsessively), and don't care much about getting past email and Facebook. With that in mind, you will understand why I have become a Justin groupie. He put everything in words I could understand . . . you know, conversational English. He was infinitely patient with my multitude of questions, and the barrage of emails full of questions I hadn't thought to ask in the first place. He stayed on the phone and guided me step-by-step through each one of the multitude of forms. And he led me through all of this without even once sounding condescending or patronizing. I expected him to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, but Justin was so much more. He had the gift of making me feel as though I were not only his favorite client, but a treasured family member. That is a gift which cannot be taught. Fortunately, Justin was born with it."

He gave me tips on what to do to get my score increased and kept in touch just to check in and see how I was doing on my path of homeownership. It made me feel comfortable, showed that he genuinely cared, and I trusted that everything would work out with him in my corner. I am so thankful for the patience he's had with me, such an uneducated person when it comes to buying a home and the "real estate" lingo that is involved. I would call him frequently just to ask, to me, seemed like dumb questions. He never made me feel that way. I had many restless nights over my pre-approval to closing period just thinking about the good, bad, and "what-if's" of this process. (So many what if's...lol) Any bad thought or concern I had, I would voice to Tim. He would always just tell me not to worry and that he would take care of it. He was prompt, respectful, witty, and extremely educated in this field. I admire his professionalism. I close on my home tomorrow morning. I will own a home tomorrow. Wow. It's an emotional feeling to know that I'm finally at the finish line. Thank you so much for everything you did to help me in this process Tim. We were in contact with Ms. Gina Brown from the beginning. It’s such a secure feeling to know she is ALWAYS there for us...through our initial loan, our refi and now our loan modification. We have NEVER had as good an experience. And we’ve been through five different homes. Been in this home 25 years now. That’s half our married life! Gina, your a true professional and yet you make us feel that no matter what the challenge, you remind us of those rough and tough cowboys of the west—-you seem to come out with both guns blazing!
