I do not pretend to understand finances (other than balancing my checkbook obsessively), and don't care much about getting past email and Facebook. With that in mind, you will understand why I have become a Justin groupie. He put everything in words I could understand . . . you know, conversational English. He was infinitely patient with my multitude of questions, and the barrage of emails full of questions I hadn't thought to ask in the first place. He stayed on the phone and guided me step-by-step through each one of the multitude of forms. And he led me through all of this without even once sounding condescending or patronizing. I expected him to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, but Justin was so much more. He had the gift of making me feel as though I were not only his favorite client, but a treasured family member. That is a gift which cannot be taught. Fortunately, Justin was born with it."

He gave me ...I wholeheartedly do not believe I would be a FIRST TIME homeowner if it wasn't for Tim!! He worked with me for over a year to get me to where I am today. My credit needed improvement. He gave me tips on what to do to get my score increased and kept in touch just to check in and see how I was doing on my path of homeownership. It made me feel comfortable, showed that he genuinely cared, and I trusted that everything would work out with him in my corner. I am so thankful for the patience he's had with me, such an uneducated person when it comes to buying a home and the "real estate" lingo that is involved. I would call him frequently just to ask, to me, seemed like dumb questions. He never made me feel that way. I had many restless nights over my pre-approval to closing period just thinking about the good, bad, and "what-if's" of this process. (So many what if's...lol) Any bad thought or concern I had, I would voice to Tim. He would always just tell me not to worry and that he would take care of it. He was prompt, respectful, witty, and extremely educated in this field. I admire his professionalism. I close on my home tomorrow morning. I will own a home tomorrow. Wow. It's an emotional feeling to know that I'm finally at the finish line. Thank you so much for everything you did to help me in this process Tim. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have someone like you on their team. "

And even after we got the keys every time i have ever had a question i know he is a email or phone call away with and answer. his services just don't stop after you get your home. its just remarkable. We did have a little bit of a glitch this last go around so just wanted people to be AWARE and read their bottom line figures. I had asked for a loan amount so as to NOT have any out of pocket at close of the loan. I needed every penny to throw into rehab of home we were purchasing. We were "Closed" and sitting in our empty house waiting for movers to come drive away our packed trucks when we got a call from Escrow that we needed $20K (that is thousands!!) in order to close that day. This was after our notary signing! Yes, it was there in the paperwork but I initially asked for NO OUT OF POCKET and nothing was ever said to us about $20 thousand dollars verbally. We were shocked. We called Mark who was shocked as well. (he should have known and told us)...so we scrambled, pulled savings saved for rehab and finally got it done...but we are $20 grand poorer and can't do half of the planned rehab without more financing. We feel the communication failed somewhere along the line even though it was in the paperwork."

However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Initially, I spent most of my weekend trying to get in contact with a mortgage broker for assistance but no one returned my call. I was in a jam, I wanted to be the first person to put in an offer to the condo. Desperately, I surfed the web and found Rocket Mortgage. At first, I was very hesitant of doing business with someone online. However, I took a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I came in contact with Matt from Rocket Mortgage and within 30 minutes of filling out my application, he gave me a call. Not only did he make time to call me over the weekend, but he also answered any questions that I had as well as walked me through each step needed in order to get pre-qualified. At the end of our conversation, I was very impressed with his knowledge, patience and most importantly his professionalism. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to buy a home! Thank you Matt! "

"Laura is the most important phone call I ever picked up!! I had started a refinance application the night before and I guess there was only so much info that the computer is set up to do so I gave up ...Laura is the most important phone call I ever picked up!! I had started a refinance application the night before and I guess there was only so much info that the computer is set up to do so I gave up and figured I would stick with the other company. The next day I was sitting at the Vet(in my car) waiting for my dogs when a call from Detroit came in. Normally I would think it was a spam call but something told me to pick up. It was Laura from Rocket Mortgage/ Rocket. I told her the issues I had the night before and she immediately started manually entering what was needed for my VA refinance. She locked me in to a great 2.5% interest rate when the other guys wouldn't give anything under a 3.67%. I was sold just for the reason that there was someone helping me that actually cared about my situation. When I tell you that I had some issues including a equity line that was a thorn in my side for years and the fact that it was a charge off which made it invisible to the credit report. That was not helping because I needed to show consecutive payments in order to qualify for the refinance. Laura and her team jumped through some serious hoops to get me straight even having a conference call with the company that held the equity line. They were able to get everything straightened out and got me refinanced so I am looking at 1 mortgage payment now and even with the 2 combined I am paying 400 less per month. While talking to Laura in the weeks during the process I got to know about her and her family since we shared a love of Hockey. Laura is a dedicated Hockey mom who is proud of both of her kids who play youth travel hockey. We are the same because my son played for many years and we laughed when I told her I was "That" Hockey dad that got a little loud during games. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Laura just know that you are in very good hands. Thank you for always reassuring me that everything was going to work out even when I pushed the panic button.. She always told me that if she had any reason to be concerned she would let me know right away. Laura was the best phone call I ever received!!"

Rob was patient and kind with all of my questions, understanding to my situation, and sincerely had my best interests be first and foremost. He treated me professionally, but like family. I could not be more grateful to him for what he accomplished for me. I enjoyed the process as he was most genuine, incredibly knowledgeable, we could laugh, and although at times matters seemed uncertain, he was the reassurance I needed. I cannot sincerely and kindly thank him enough for all his efforts on my behalf."

We were in contact with Ms. Gina Brown from the beginning. It’s such a secure feeling to know she is ALWAYS there for us...through our initial loan, our refi and now our loan modification. We have NEVER had as good an experience. And we’ve been through five different homes. Been in this home 25 years now. That’s half our married life! Gina, your a true professional and yet you make us feel that no matter what the challenge, you remind us of those rough and tough cowboys of the west—-you seem to come out with both guns blazing! I am excited that Rocket Mortgage has such a phenomenal leader and strategist saving individuals like myself. I say all of this because I started a software company and used my credit cards to cover my patent costs (legal fees are ridiculous).
