Adam was only interested in me and what he could do to lessen the road I was living in, and it showed in his patience and walking me through each and every detail and not giving up. From the moment we called and were blessed to have been connected to Maggie, we hit the JACKPOT! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and pleasant we figured"ok, that was the easy part" because she walked use through it all on the internet. But that wasn't all. She followed up with the process through the end. which didn't take long at all. We were elated at how fast it happened.
