I do not pretend to understand finances (other than balancing my checkbook obsessively), and don't care much about getting past email and Facebook. With that in mind, you will understand why I have become a Justin groupie. He put everything in words I could understand . . . you know, conversational English. He was infinitely patient with my multitude of questions, and the barrage of emails full of questions I hadn't thought to ask in the first place. He stayed on the phone and guided me step-by-step through each one of the multitude of forms. And he led me through all of this without even once sounding condescending or patronizing. I expected him to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, but Justin was so much more. He had the gift of making me feel as though I were not only his favorite client, but a treasured family member. That is a gift which cannot be taught. Fortunately, Justin was born with it."

Electronic banking still a bit scary and I still pay most bills by check and trusdt none to credit cards and I like to look folks in the eye when I do significant business. You can imagine my reluctance to write and rewrite mortgages on line and by phone. That is, until Heather Santos responded to an interest rate inquiry. Very quickly she gained my confidence with her firndly approach and her clear, and clearly comprehensive, grasp of the business at hand. From start to finish, she was the chief go-to person. No matter who else handled any specific part of the exercise, Heather was the reassuring voice that kept me believing that this was the thing to do and that she had it all in hand. The next time there is a significant rate drop, I'll probably call her first. "

Rob was patient and kind with all of my questions, understanding to my situation, and sincerely had my best interests be first and foremost. He treated me professionally, but like family. I could not be more grateful to him for what he accomplished for me. I enjoyed the process as he was most genuine, incredibly knowledgeable, we could laugh, and although at times matters seemed uncertain, he was the reassurance I needed. I cannot sincerely and kindly thank him enough for all his efforts on my behalf."

"I'm giving Bryan 5 stars because he inherited me from someone else who had made promises that weren't being kept. He tried thru out our interactions to get the answers I needed but when a department of Rocket thinks it's right and the customer is wrong, they do not make it easy on the customer to have to prove it or themselves to accept it. I wonder if Rocket listens to all those recordings to hear how some of their people talked to me? Over three months because they kept switching me to other people and the explanations had to start over. When Bryan did become involved, he stayed with it to the end, trying to find the right people to fix the errors on paperwork but it took over 3 months. I do credit him with finding Cody D. who worked for 2 days, nonstop, to get us finally closed with the correct papers. They were faxing papers as we were sitting at the closing table. I still have questions if everything was done right about my deeds and haven't found the right person to answer them. A man did call when I expressed this fact on another survey, but he didn't have a clue what I was talking about, and I was just too tired over the whole ordeal to start explaining it to him. So Bryan you get 5 stars, you stuck with it and we finally closed."

Not only did he help me every step of the way in the loan process for home purchasing, he contacted me frequently to encourage me and remind me each deadline all the way through. He loves Christ and he loves people. I love the way he made me laugh and smile when I thought I could not endure anymore paperwork! He made the process really so simple, with the help of their computer system and e-signatures, which he explained so thoroughly and taught me so well of every button to push, as if he were standing over me watching. Kevin works long hours and was available whenever I needed him. Sometimes at 7 or 8pm and he would spend as much time as I needed to get through each part of the process. The house closed 30 days after we started the process. Thank you Kevin. I love you for your caring nature. May God bless you in all that you do. I hope you remember me. I'm the housewife who doesn't care much for computers, who knew nothing about purchasing a house. My husband was recovering from surgeries, (Percy). With Rocket Mortgage, it cuts out the realtor. It was really very easy, especially for Kevin's help. They do it all from inspections, to title searches, to escrow and Kevin made sure to find us the best interest rate possible. I don’t know how many times I asked for a pre-qual letter; it always came within hours, nights, weekends included. I think he sleeps with a cell nearby. I was looking for non-conventional properties in two states and he never hesitated, checking with his underwriter for some of the properties - like those off the grid with no running water 3000 miles away from my home. When I finally settled on a property, the process of getting approved for the mortgage took a few days because everything was already in his file thanks to Rocket Mortgage’s relationship with my bank, Scwhab. I literally had no hoops to jump through. When it came to closing, it was over in 25 minutes and even the realtors who insisted I use a local community bank that was very familiar with the area, had to admit they were very impressed with the ease and simplicity of the closing. Ryan was a dream, there’s nothing he needs to improve. I woud and have highly recommended Rocket Mortgage simply based on the service he provided. If his boss is reading this - he deserves bonus!!!"

"Laura is the most important phone call I ever picked up!! I had started a refinance application the night before and I guess there was only so much info that the computer is set up to do so I gave up and figured I would stick with the other company. The next day I was sitting at the Vet(in my car) waiting for my dogs when a call from Detroit came in. Normally I would think it was a spam call but something told me to pick up. It was Laura from Rocket Mortgage/ Rocket. I told her the issues I had the night before and she immediately started manually entering what was needed for my VA refinance. She locked me in to a great 2.5% interest rate when the other guys wouldn't give anything under a 3.67%. I was sold just for the reason that there was someone helping me that actually cared about my situation. When I tell you that I had some issues including a equity line that was a thorn in my side for years and the fact that it was a charge off which made it invisible to the credit report. That was not helping because I needed to show consecutive payments in order to qualify for the refinance. Laura and her team jumped through some serious hoops to get me straight even having a conference call with the company that held the equity line. They were able to get everything straightened out and got me refinanced so I am looking at 1 mortgage payment now and even with the 2 combined I am paying 400 less per month. While talking to Laura in the weeks during the process I got to know about her and her family since we shared a love of Hockey. Laura is a dedicated Hockey mom who is proud of both of her kids who play youth travel hockey. We are the same because my son played for many years and we laughed when I told her I was "That" Hockey dad that got a little loud during games. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Laura just know that you are in very good hands. Thank you for always reassuring me that everything was going to work out even when I pushed the panic button.. She always told me that if she had any reason to be concerned she would let me know right away. Laura was the best phone call I ever received!!"
