I have learned in life that people will forget what you said, and people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how they made you feel. Adam was only interested in me and what he could do to lessen the road I was living in, and it showed in his patience and walking me through each and every detail and not giving up. He even did a screen share with me which I'm sure he could have used that time to work with someone else, but he was patient and kind and to me that produces experts in the field. Almost an impossibility to make a loan happen. But he went out of his way to talk with me and give me options. Redi is very knowledgeable about Texas Loans and he is qualified to work in half the other states. Knowing our credit card situation, Redi was kind enough to walk through a personal payment plan to get us out of debt and in a better position to be eligible to have a Rocket Mortgage. He did not have to do that and I really appreciate his time and willingness to help. I would highly recommend Redi. I would definitely work with him again in the future!"
