We had spent months with nothing but road blocks and poorly trained and inexperienced people. He completed the entire process in less than 30 days and coordinated all efforts within the Rocket Mortgage organization. I would highly recommend him to any of my family members. John R Jeremy was the consummate professional. Amazingly through and accurate. Chase had been a fiasco of six months of their protocol and roadblocks. Jeremy utilized others in the Rocket Mortgage organization and coordinated all services. The entire process took less than 30 days with every question resolved immediately . My closing from first contact to closing day was less than 20 days and cost me less then 2 hours total time involved. After a few ...Daniel called me about a week ago, seemingly out of the blue on behalf of Rocket Mortgage to talk about my current loan, and an opportunity to refinance the loan at a lower interest rate. After a few phone calls back and forth, we settled on a loan that would cut years of the time that it would take to pay off, and dropped the rate fantastically, saving me quite a lot of money in the long run. As others have stated, from the moment he began speaking on the phone, Daniel made it clear that he had my best interests in heart. He walked me though all the options, and explained what the mortgage company could and couldn't do. At no time did I feel pressured or forced - just very well informed. I cannot say enough nice about Daniel, (or anyone at Rocket Mortgage for that matter, they've all been fantastic) - and I would definenetly recommened him to others in a heartbeat."

Initially, there was zero pressure, he was just happy to answer my questions without anything in return. Once I was certain I was going to complete my transactions with him he made himself available 24/7 and was always very quick to respond to my inquiries. The entire process of receiving and submitting documents online was truly a blessing and really made what could have been a very stressful process much less stressful. As I was processing 2 refinances at roughly the same time they were able to transfer all of the documents from one loan to the other so that I didn't have to complete duplicate work - common sense, right?! I LOVED that I could check the status of my loans via Rocket Mortgage - I have the app and love it, I'm also using it for my loan payments as well. This was an amazing process, I have already recommended Sam to someone who has also used him and reported to me how impressed they were. Actually, my parents used him and recommended that I use him too - SO GLAD THAT I DID. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAM AND Rocket Mortgage TO ANYONE THAT INQUIRED - SPREAD THE WORK!"

Guy not only helped us design the ...There are not enough stars for Guy! 5 is waaaay too low for the quality service that he provides. I would give him a lot more if the tool would let me, for sure. Guy not only helped us design the right combination of funding for a complex combination of loans, involving more than one property (at one time), but he also helped us figure out the right order of things and how to benefit from equity, minimize taxes and so forth. He helped us before we even signed anything or started the loans by talking us through the possibilities. Then during the loan processes, when we were with other groups downstream, Guy continued to support us. There were times when I called him in a (sort of) panic because I thought the plan was getting derailed, and even when it wasn't his part of his job, he helped communicate the plans to the other groups and make sure I understood what was happening too. I consider Guy "our" loan expert. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, a tremendous creative, problem solver and a genuinely kind person too. He is the "end-all, be-all" as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't go to anyone else for this type of business."

Being a first time homebuyer, with barely enough established credit AND a $50k increase on asking price in the middle of the approval process, Joe patiently explained each scenario and provided solutions to every obstacle that tried to get in the way!! This young man worked diligently with and for us to ensure our closing date and I’m forever in his debt! (No pun intended 😆) Hands down the ABSOLUTE best experience! Joe is compassionate, understanding and relentless when it comes to problem solving. Not to mention his honesty! He never once lead us on and told us we would have a lot to do while we went thru this buying process but we never once felt alone or like our questions were not fully answered. I will partner with Joe for ALL of our upcoming investment purchases and will sing his praise to everybody in need of a caring and experience Mortgage Broker!!! Thank you AGAIN Joe! Please beware that his work with the others staff members of the Rocket Mortgage Process with Ms Bassma .Ms Jayna .and many others as well as, the methods and systems that are used by the Rocket Mortgage Staff to prepare and process these loans to it's final stages is one of the best that I have ever encountered and experienced ,but at the end everything went as Mr Sammy said it would end like. He has answered our questions to our satisfaction, we have confided so much about our financial situation with him and he has told us what we need to do to take care of those financial issues that could affect the refinancing process because we want the process to go smoothly. Refinancing is a very personal and confidential process in which a lot of disclosures have to be made and when we speak with Ryan it feels as though we're speaking with a family member, I've never had to think, "Oh, I shouldn't have said that, or I need to get back on the phone with Ryan to clarify what I meant." Ryan is very patient and understanding and customizes the process and his hours to our schedule, situation and needs, which makes the process much easier to go through. With Rocket Mortgage I am always speaking with a live person, Ryan, directly, there's continuity. I don't have to explain why I am calling to anyone and who I need to talk to just to be put on hold, I call Ryan directly and he knows my name when he picks up. Ryan is a professional. I must admit that an agent from another company called me to try to get me to refinance with them, and my impression of that individual after my first conversation with him was that he and the people he worked with were just a bunch of clowns who had no respect for what I said and went and did the complete opposite. I was frustrated and upset to say the least, though, it was good to compare the difference I experienced when speaking with Ryan at Rocket Mortgage who listens, is helpful and a professional with whom I was already happy to be in communication. I expect to write another great review after closing and make referrals to friends and everyone on here, Facebook, Twitter, and anywhere I can recommend Rocket Mortgage and bankers like Ryan Albig."

He is super one on one and always available by text, phone, or email. Never once did I feel like he was giving me the run around and never had to worry about the hassle of having to go through automated phone service, his number goes straight to his office. Getting Preapproved was complicated for us because of Our Credit situation and he stayed by our side for 6 months while we got our credit exactly where we needed it. Joaquin is simply the best and I would buy 100 houses if he was my loan officer every single time. Put your trust in him, he is worth it. Thank you Joaquin for helping us make our dream come true.
