He has answered our questions to our satisfaction, we have confided so much about our financial situation with him and he has told us what we need to do to take care of those financial issues that could affect the refinancing process because we want the process to go smoothly. Refinancing is a very personal and confidential process in which a lot of disclosures have to be made and when we speak with Ryan it feels as though we're speaking with a family member, I've never had to think, "Oh, I shouldn't have said that, or I need to get back on the phone with Ryan to clarify what I meant." Ryan is very patient and understanding and customizes the process and his hours to our schedule, situation and needs, which makes the process much easier to go through. With Rocket Mortgage I am always speaking with a live person, Ryan, directly, there's continuity. I don't have to explain why I am calling to anyone and who I need to talk to just to be put on hold, I call Ryan directly and he knows my name when he picks up. Ryan is a professional. I must admit that an agent from another company called me to try to get me to refinance with them, and my impression of that individual after my first conversation with him was that he and the people he worked with were just a bunch of clowns who had no respect for what I said and went and did the complete opposite. I was frustrated and upset to say the least, though, it was good to compare the difference I experienced when speaking with Ryan at Rocket Mortgage who listens, is helpful and a professional with whom I was already happy to be in communication. I expect to write another great review after closing and make referrals to friends and everyone on here, Facebook, Twitter, and anywhere I can recommend Rocket Mortgage and bankers like Ryan Albig."

Once I was certain I was going to complete my transactions with him he made himself available 24/7 and was always very quick to respond to my inquiries. The entire process of receiving and submitting documents online was truly a blessing and really made what could have been a very stressful process much less stressful. As I was processing 2 refinances at roughly the same time they were able to transfer all of the documents from one loan to the other so that I didn't have to complete duplicate work - common sense, right?! I LOVED that I could check the status of my loans via Rocket Mortgage - I have the app and love it, I'm also using it for my loan payments as well. This was an amazing process, I have already recommended Sam to someone who has also used him and reported to me how impressed they were. Actually, my parents used him and recommended that I use him too - SO GLAD THAT I DID. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAM AND Rocket Mortgage TO ANYONE THAT INQUIRED - SPREAD THE WORK!"

Honestly I have seen the commercials and I read alot of positive reviews, but felt the words were to good to be true. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will be forever grateful for speaking to Nathan. I feel that if one person could embody the word customer service it would be Nathan. In the past I have tried to tell banks and other lenders my story, but no one truly listened. Nathan listened to me and treated me as a unique person. He worked with me and understood that I am an individual looking to make a life changing decision and not a customer. From the very first day he worked to ensure that I received the very best service. As the process went along he kept reassuring me that things would work out. I honestly could not believe it each day that my family and I were getting closer to purchasing a home. There were several requests for documents and verification that made me felt uneasy, but he was such a reassuring force that supported me throughout. He was always available and answered every question I had no matter if it was a question I previously asked before. I almost forgot that he had other clients and people to work with due to his personalized approach. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this man's work and service. I hope in the future I can work with Nathan again. I am sure this is how home buying should be. I appreciate him because he gave me a chance. If you are looking for a loan I hope you speak to Nathan. He completed the entire process in less than 30 days and coordinated all efforts within the Rocket Mortgage organization. I would highly recommend him to any of my family members. John R Jeremy was the consummate professional. Amazingly through and accurate. Chase had been a fiasco of six months of their protocol and roadblocks. Jeremy utilized others in the Rocket Mortgage organization and coordinated all services. The entire process took less than 30 days with every question resolved immediately . The website interface is extremely user-friendly, permitting an "Information Age" solution for rapid and painless processing of the paperwork required to secure a mortgage loan. I've used "online banking" for everything else in my financial management routine, but for some reason had not considered online mortgage lending as a viable option. Now I'm completely sold on the concept web-based mortgage lending! I think the key is to have an articulate mortgage banker on the other end of the process, and that's where Jacquie comes in. She seemlessly steered me through the process of how to get the best of both worlds ... the speed and convenience of the web-based mortgage process, with personalized phone conversations to help clarify issues and keep the process moving forward at a good clip. I'm amazed at how quickly things have moved forward. I love that I can go back to the secure Rocket Mortgage website and double-check items or remind myself of what's next. I can also pick up the phone and talk to a capable mortgage banker if I need. But I get to choose how much or how little I ask for help. Most of the paperwork is trivial and goes fast. But there are a few complex items, and the amount of financial commitment is large when buying a house. So having a capable banker like Jacquie available as needed to clarify the fine points creates confidence in the process. I'll never go back to the old way of securing a mortgage. "

"Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not ...Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not anwsering any fone calls from any other company, there were too many, BUT, somehow i picked that call, from Brandon first, then he sent me to "Beautiful Maria", who within less than a minute convinced me that I had a chance to get my deal approved, from then on she let the way, and when some bumps got on the way , her calmed, , composed, knowledgeable "voice" kept telling me that there was away to do this. My only issue, and it was "mine" was that i kept thinking the closing cash $$ would be included in the loan, I think it needs to be emphasized asap, and make sure costumers do understand it, being specific needs to be done very, early, but again, I blame myself for it. Anyway, "Beautiful Maria" was the reason I stayed, and trusted that things were gonna work out. I do thank her from the the bottom of my heart. Gracias!!!!"

I found Derek after a failed attempt to get my (then) bank to help me. Where my old bank rep was condesending and totally unhelpful...Derek was the complete opposite. I was expecting him at anytime to tell me that our request was undoable. He not only did the refinance seamlessly, he also scrambled to make several corrections that were my fault. I appreciate him so much. Not to get too personal, but my family has been through some interesting financial challenges over the last few years. This refinance was our opportunity to finally put that past behind us. And Derek made it possible. Thank you Rocket Mortgage for recognizing talent when you hired Derek, and thank you Derek for every single thing you did for us!"

We were first time home buyers and were a bit concerned with and afraid of the entire process. We heard some scary stories about online mortgages, etc., etc. If you work with Mark - forget about all those stories. We did have a few other people working with us (from reputable banks) but our experience working with Mark was the best! Mark would never miss a call from me (or would give me a call back if he was busy at that time), he would answer any (ANY!) questions we would have, he explained entire process to such details that we felt we were pro's in buying a house. He assisted us throughout entire process all the way to the closing and gave whatever support we had. We had no surprises whatsoever - the entire process was transparent and Mark would explain to us all the details. In addition to all this, Mark is very professional and nice person to deal with. Another impressing point: he VERY fast! We closed the deal on time and with Mark everything worked like watches - just trust him and follow his instructions. Although we've never met him in person, we felt like we can rely on and trust him - which we did and we never felt that we want to switch the agent. Overall - we had great experience and Mark was a great pleasure to work with! If we buy our next house we will go with Mark - no questions asked!"
