Honestly I have seen the commercials and I read alot of positive reviews, but felt the words were to good to be true. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will be forever grateful for speaking to Nathan. I feel that if one person could embody the word customer service it would be Nathan. In the past I have tried to tell banks and other lenders my story, but no one truly listened. Nathan listened to me and treated me as a unique person. He worked with me and understood that I am an individual looking to make a life changing decision and not a customer. From the very first day he worked to ensure that I received the very best service. As the process went along he kept reassuring me that things would work out. I honestly could not believe it each day that my family and I were getting closer to purchasing a home. There were several requests for documents and verification that made me felt uneasy, but he was such a reassuring force that supported me throughout. He was always available and answered every question I had no matter if it was a question I previously asked before. I almost forgot that he had other clients and people to work with due to his personalized approach. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this man's work and service. I hope in the future I can work with Nathan again. I am sure this is how home buying should be. I appreciate him because he gave me a chance. If you are looking for a loan I hope you speak to Nathan. "

We had spent months with nothing but road blocks and poorly trained and inexperienced people. He completed the entire process in less than 30 days and coordinated all efforts within the Rocket Mortgage organization. I would highly recommend him to any of my family members. John R Jeremy was the consummate professional. Amazingly through and accurate. Chase had been a fiasco of six months of their protocol and roadblocks. Jeremy utilized others in the Rocket Mortgage organization and coordinated all services. The entire process took less than 30 days with every question resolved immediately . The website interface is extremely user-friendly, permitting an "Information Age" solution for rapid and painless processing of the paperwork required to secure a mortgage loan. I've used "online banking" for everything else in my financial management routine, but for some reason had not considered online mortgage lending as a viable option. Now I'm completely sold on the concept web-based mortgage lending! I think the key is to have an articulate mortgage banker on the other end of the process, and that's where Jacquie comes in. She seemlessly steered me through the process of how to get the best of both worlds ... the speed and convenience of the web-based mortgage process, with personalized phone conversations to help clarify issues and keep the process moving forward at a good clip. I'm amazed at how quickly things have moved forward. I love that I can go back to the secure Rocket Mortgage website and double-check items or remind myself of what's next. I can also pick up the phone and talk to a capable mortgage banker if I need. But I get to choose how much or how little I ask for help. Most of the paperwork is trivial and goes fast. But there are a few complex items, and the amount of financial commitment is large when buying a house. So having a capable banker like Jacquie available as needed to clarify the fine points creates confidence in the process. I'll never go back to the old way of securing a mortgage. "

From the very first phone call, Lorans handled our home loan process with the precision of a master surgeon and the energy of a champion athlete. Answers every call? Checked. Explains complex terms in plain English? Done. Moves heaven and earth to get us across the finish line ahead of schedule? ABSOLUTELY. Buying a home can be stressful, but working with Lorans felt like smooth sailing through a thunderstorm. He was calm, brilliantly knowledgeable, lightning-fast, and genuinely had our back every single step of the way. If you aren't using Lorans for your home loan, you are doing it wrong. "Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not ...Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not anwsering any fone calls from any other company, there were too many, BUT, somehow i picked that call, from Brandon first, then he sent me to "Beautiful Maria", who within less than a minute convinced me that I had a chance to get my deal approved, from then on she let the way, and when some bumps got on the way , her calmed, , composed, knowledgeable "voice" kept telling me that there was away to do this. My only issue, and it was "mine" was that i kept thinking the closing cash $$ would be included in the loan, I think it needs to be emphasized asap, and make sure costumers do understand it, being specific needs to be done very, early, but again, I blame myself for it. Anyway, "Beautiful Maria" was the reason I stayed, and trusted that things were gonna work out. I do thank her from the the bottom of my heart. Gracias!!!!"

She calculated and recalculated everything to help us figure out what was the best for our family. She worked around our schedules to find time to speak with both myself and my husband with our differing schedules which often hard to do without missing work. I found Derek after a failed attempt to get my (then) bank to help me. Where my old bank rep was condesending and totally unhelpful...Derek was the complete opposite. I was expecting him at anytime to tell me that our request was undoable. He not only did the refinance seamlessly, he also scrambled to make several corrections that were my fault. I appreciate him so much. Not to get too personal, but my family has been through some interesting financial challenges over the last few years. This refinance was our opportunity to finally put that past behind us. And Derek made it possible. Thank you Rocket Mortgage for recognizing talent when you hired Derek, and thank you Derek for every single thing you did for us!"

Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition ...I closed last week on a loan from Rocket Mortgage, and it was the most pleasant and effortless mortgage experience I have ever had. Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition we are building. He tweaked the loan amount I had requested until it exactly matched the monthly payment I wanted. This extra attention to detail allowed me to borrow more of my home’s equity, cover all the closing costs, and receive more cash out than if he had simply stuck to the "round number" I initially asked to borrow… all without exceeding my target monthly payment. Jim patiently walked me through all the numbers in the pre-application worksheet so I had a very clear understanding of how his estimate compared to a competitor (the credit union to which my husband and I belong). Jim even negotiated on my behalf to get Rocket's closing costs to match the competitor's terms. The last factor that clinched my decision to go with Rocket was the time to closing, which he said could be as soon as 3 weeks. True to his word, we closed the loan exactly 21 days from the day we signed the application. Rocket Mortgage offered more value, and then delivered on every promise. Rocket’s business model is outstanding, with a web interface that makes a complicated process extremely easy to follow. Not once did I wonder whether there was something I needed to do or where we were in the process. All I had to do was log in and look for my outstanding tasks. Green check-marks told me at a glance whenever my part was complete. Their communications via email and text message were timely and never so frequent as to be annoying. What really surprised me is that - amid all the automated communications and digital efficiency - this experience never felt impersonal. That’s definitely due to Jim’s quick responsiveness. I appreciate the many ways in which he provided answers, reassurance, and the warmth of friendly human connection. Kudos to both Jim and Rocket for reminding me what excellent customer service looks and feels like.  I am happy to recommend Rocket Mortgage, and specifically Jim LaFontaine, for a worry-free lending experience."

He was eager to get us moving forward, but never fell into the high pressure that you come across in other places. Even after handing the over to the next phase in my refinancing, Chris was available and checked in to see how we were doing. Going in, I was a bit toward the "Just grit your teeth and we'll fight through" end of the spectrum on my expectations but Chris made the whole thing simple and easy. Chris was an invaluable resource and a standout amongst the fine team that I dealt with at Rocket Mortgage. If only we could clone Chris and have him everywhere else that I have to do business - ha, wouldn't that be cool."
