Being a first time homebuyer, with barely enough established credit AND a $50k increase on asking price in the middle of the approval process, Joe patiently explained each scenario and provided solutions to every obstacle that tried to get in the way!! This young man worked diligently with and for us to ensure our closing date and I’m forever in his debt! (No pun intended 😆) Hands down the ABSOLUTE best experience! Joe is compassionate, understanding and relentless when it comes to problem solving. Not to mention his honesty! He never once lead us on and told us we would have a lot to do while we went thru this buying process but we never once felt alone or like our questions were not fully answered. I will partner with Joe for ALL of our upcoming investment purchases and will sing his praise to everybody in need of a caring and experience Mortgage Broker!!! Thank you AGAIN Joe! He has answered our questions to our satisfaction, we have confided so much about our financial situation with him and he has told us what we need to do to take care of those financial issues that could affect the refinancing process because we want the process to go smoothly. Refinancing is a very personal and confidential process in which a lot of disclosures have to be made and when we speak with Ryan it feels as though we're speaking with a family member, I've never had to think, "Oh, I shouldn't have said that, or I need to get back on the phone with Ryan to clarify what I meant." Ryan is very patient and understanding and customizes the process and his hours to our schedule, situation and needs, which makes the process much easier to go through. With Rocket Mortgage I am always speaking with a live person, Ryan, directly, there's continuity. I don't have to explain why I am calling to anyone and who I need to talk to just to be put on hold, I call Ryan directly and he knows my name when he picks up. Ryan is a professional. I must admit that an agent from another company called me to try to get me to refinance with them, and my impression of that individual after my first conversation with him was that he and the people he worked with were just a bunch of clowns who had no respect for what I said and went and did the complete opposite. I was frustrated and upset to say the least, though, it was good to compare the difference I experienced when speaking with Ryan at Rocket Mortgage who listens, is helpful and a professional with whom I was already happy to be in communication. I expect to write another great review after closing and make referrals to friends and everyone on here, Facebook, Twitter, and anywhere I can recommend Rocket Mortgage and bankers like Ryan Albig."

"Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not ...Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not anwsering any fone calls from any other company, there were too many, BUT, somehow i picked that call, from Brandon first, then he sent me to "Beautiful Maria", who within less than a minute convinced me that I had a chance to get my deal approved, from then on she let the way, and when some bumps got on the way , her calmed, , composed, knowledgeable "voice" kept telling me that there was away to do this. My only issue, and it was "mine" was that i kept thinking the closing cash $$ would be included in the loan, I think it needs to be emphasized asap, and make sure costumers do understand it, being specific needs to be done very, early, but again, I blame myself for it. Anyway, "Beautiful Maria" was the reason I stayed, and trusted that things were gonna work out. I do thank her from the the bottom of my heart. Gracias!!!!"

He always made himself available and reached out to us inquiring if any questions were present even before we had a chance to reach out to him. Thank you for your time and patience to explain everything we came to you with. Even the simplest of questions included of when you helped us set up our login to the Rocket Mortgage website. It's the small gestures that one often remembers when everything is set and done. Over all it was a smooth process which we feel was only due to who we were working with. "Ryan was always there - quickly answering emails and phone calls and giving me prompt answers to my MANY questions. I don’t know how many times I asked for a pre-qual letter; it always came within ...Ryan was always there - quickly answering emails and phone calls and giving me prompt answers to my MANY questions. I don’t know how many times I asked for a pre-qual letter; it always came within hours, nights, weekends included. I think he sleeps with a cell nearby. I was looking for non-conventional properties in two states and he never hesitated, checking with his underwriter for some of the properties - like those off the grid with no running water 3000 miles away from my home. When I finally settled on a property, the process of getting approved for the mortgage took a few days because everything was already in his file thanks to Rocket Mortgage’s relationship with my bank, Scwhab. I literally had no hoops to jump through. When it came to closing, it was over in 25 minutes and even the realtors who insisted I use a local community bank that was very familiar with the area, had to admit they were very impressed with the ease and simplicity of the closing. Ryan was a dream, there’s nothing he needs to improve. I woud and have highly recommended Rocket Mortgage simply based on the service he provided. If his boss is reading this - he deserves bonus!!!"

However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Initially, I spent most of my weekend trying to get in contact with a mortgage broker for assistance but no one returned my call. I was in a jam, I wanted to be the first person to put in an offer to the condo. Desperately, I surfed the web and found Rocket Mortgage. At first, I was very hesitant of doing business with someone online. However, I took a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I came in contact with Matt from Rocket Mortgage and within 30 minutes of filling out my application, he gave me a call. Not only did he make time to call me over the weekend, but he also answered any questions that I had as well as walked me through each step needed in order to get pre-qualified. At the end of our conversation, I was very impressed with his knowledge, patience and most importantly his professionalism. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to buy a home! The woman I was dealing with would not acknowledge my ...I was very, VERY hesitant when I called Bryan for help. I had called Rocket Mortgage approximately three (3) months earlier and got no where. The woman I was dealing with would not acknowledge my emails OR phone calls. Bryan not only sounded like he was anxious to help me; but, you could tell he was smiling while talking (voice flex is different). When Bryan realized I was a Veteran, he "tried" to talk me into a VA loan vs. the standard convention loan. Again, I was hesitant. Bryan answered all my questions -- despite how stupid they might've sounded. I conceded and got the Veteran loan and I love it. A huge low interest rate. I have not any regrets talking to Bryan. He was courteous, professional, had a great sense of humor, took his time with me and allowed me to interrupt him when a question popped into my pea-sized brain. I can't say enough good about Bryan and I hope Rocket Mortgage appreciates his service and professionalism."

Please beware that his work with the others staff members of the Rocket Mortgage Process with Ms Bassma .Ms Jayna .and many others as well as, the methods and systems that are used by the Rocket Mortgage Staff to prepare and process these loans to it's final stages is one of the best that I have ever encountered and experienced ,but at the end everything went as Mr Sammy said it would end like. "I closed last week on a loan from Rocket Mortgage, and it was the most pleasant and effortless mortgage experience I have ever had. Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition ...I closed last week on a loan from Rocket Mortgage, and it was the most pleasant and effortless mortgage experience I have ever had. Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition we are building. He tweaked the loan amount I had requested until it exactly matched the monthly payment I wanted. This extra attention to detail allowed me to borrow more of my home’s equity, cover all the closing costs, and receive more cash out than if he had simply stuck to the "round number" I initially asked to borrow… all without exceeding my target monthly payment. Jim patiently walked me through all the numbers in the pre-application worksheet so I had a very clear understanding of how his estimate compared to a competitor (the credit union to which my husband and I belong). Jim even negotiated on my behalf to get Rocket's closing costs to match the competitor's terms. The last factor that clinched my decision to go with Rocket was the time to closing, which he said could be as soon as 3 weeks. True to his word, we closed the loan exactly 21 days from the day we signed the application. Rocket Mortgage offered more value, and then delivered on every promise. Rocket’s business model is outstanding, with a web interface that makes a complicated process extremely easy to follow. Not once did I wonder whether there was something I needed to do or where we were in the process. All I had to do was log in and look for my outstanding tasks. Green check-marks told me at a glance whenever my part was complete. Their communications via email and text message were timely and never so frequent as to be annoying. What really surprised me is that - amid all the automated communications and digital efficiency - this experience never felt impersonal. That’s definitely due to Jim’s quick responsiveness. I appreciate the many ways in which he provided answers, reassurance, and the warmth of friendly human connection. Kudos to both Jim and Rocket for reminding me what excellent customer service looks and feels like.  I am happy to recommend Rocket Mortgage, and specifically Jim LaFontaine, for a worry-free lending experience."
