She makes the refinance process seamless and she is always there to answer any questions you might have. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and you understand each step in the process. No question was ever insignificant and either she or someone on her team were always there to make us feel as though our loan was a top priority. We refinanced before and never got the attention and support that Tala and her team provided. She is smart, caring and generous with her time. She has superior knowledge as a refi loan expert and I would be honored to give her name to friends and family who want to refinance. I definitely feel as though we made a lifelong friend. I knew this and was ...Brian was extremely helpful throughout the refinance process. He took the initiative to contact me to mention about interest rates on our home equity loan continuing to go up. I knew this and was planning a more aggressive plan to pay it down, but it would have been impossible to keep up with the rising rates. His suggestion to lock in a fixed loan at a good rate struck home and we will be saving a lot of money. Also HE loans will no longer be tax deductible, so a double savings for us. Of course he was always there during the application process and made it less painful. Thanks Brian. Helm"

This was our first experience using Rocket Mortgage and he made us feel like we were his only customers. I guess I thought we would be dealing with a loan company strictly online - had no idea how personal everything would be. Example: We actually changed our mind about the first house midstream through the process - I texted him on Sunday evening to let him know, and asked him to get back to me on Monday. But he called me right back that same Sunday evening within the hour. He expedited the process to make sure we closed on time, since we had just sold our own home. He was so good at explaining everything from the very beginning and kept in touch with us through the entire process. He patiently answered so many questions for us and never made us feel like we asked a stupid question. I have praised Bruce and Rocket Mortgage to all my family and friends. I HIGHLY recommend him!"

He was patient, kind, informative but most importantly communicative through the entire process of refinancing my home. Which Is absolutely contrary to my first experience buying a house through a different small bank. When I bought the house I never had any idea what was going on, but the refinance? I felt like an actual friend and I did make friends with Michael Calhoun the mortgage banker and John Wilson from their credit repair team. I can’t leave him out. Both amazing individuals and Rocket Mortgage, not to mention is obviously a great company to employ such wonderful individuals, those that clearly exemplify there core values. I know that Rocket Mortgage-rocket mortgage is a big company and a lot of people out in the world will advise you to go through some random small business or bank when it comes to these huge and sometimes scary transactions. I mean think about it. Buying or refinancing a home is one of the biggest decisions/transactions that you will ever make. But I’ll tell you what? If you are on the fence about who to go to? Pick Rocket Mortgage. Not only did I get treated like a friend in every single interaction (and let me tell you, there were a lot of them) but I also got a better interest rate, a smaller payment, and the communication I deserved as a customer. I’d rather go with a big bank who can handle my needs than feel neglected and an afterthought as I was in my original purchase with a smaller bank. Whether you are looking to buy a house as a first time buyer, buying another house or refinancing. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket mortgage and Michael Calhoun will Always have your best interests in mind. Make the right choice, one you can feel good about. That’s all I can say. Thank you all so very much."

Matthew Goldberg at Rocket Mortgage is fantastic. He was always very positive and patient with me as a first time homebuyer. He put a lot of time into researching and then determining what loan option would be best for me. Matthew was always very honest and transparent with me through the entire process. He didn’t hide anything and was always available for my questions. He also encouraged me to wait until I found the right home for me through our almost six month house hunt, even though, it would have benefitted him to get me in process as soon as possible. Even after completing the process Matthew continues to check in with me on how things are going with my house. Not only did Matthew help me through my home buying process, but he also showed genuine concern and compassion for me after losing my brother during the house hunting process. Matthew displays the highest levels of integrity and truly cares about doing what is best for his clients as opposed to just getting clients through the loan process. Jon Binns took the time to ...This was my first home buying experience. At first I was scared to death and completely lost in a sea of jargon and terms and conditions that I didn't really understand. Jon Binns took the time to completely explain the entire process for me. He laid out all of the options that were available to me based upon my personal financial situation. He constantly surprised me with his speedy responses to emails or texts. It didn't seem to matter whether it was 1:00 am on a Saturday night or not Jon was always there to help or reassure me along the way. Even after his part was completed he would check in on me every few days to make sure his teammate was still taking care of me. To put it simply, I would highly recommend Jon Binns for your next home purchase! I liked him so much that I feel like I owe him! Hey Jon, if you're ever in North Alabama, look me up and I'll treat you to a steak and some beers!"

We were pressed by our companies into a very tight timeframe to implement relocation. This is where Jay and Rocket Mortgage shined the brightest. Their products and process could be implemented quickly with a transparent means of continuous communication. Jay was confident in their abilities to meet our needs, but not in an arrogant manner. Once we decided to use Rocket Mortgage, Jay provided a thorough synopsis of the process, explanation of the website tools used to communicate with all departments within Rocket Mortgage, and stepped in to provide verbal communication when only warranted. With so many tasks necessary to complete our relation, and only so much time to make phone calls, this last quality was the most appreciated. As we approached final underwriting, my family hit a wall regarding my job. I was going to need to change employers. This could've been a roadblock that caused a reboot of the whole process. But Jay was calm and informed enough to provide potential solutions to our problem. We cleared underwriting and we were still able to close within 30 days! Bottom line, Jay is a terrific balance of working knowledge, perception of his customers' needs, and work-ethic to pull it all together. Working with Jay was one of the best possible solutions to my family's life change. Thanks so much, Jay!"
