He was eager to ...Chris was great. Prompt, professional, friendly, and available to answer every question that came up. His enthusiasm for the refinancing Rocket Mortgage provided me was contagious. He was eager to get us moving forward, but never fell into the high pressure that you come across in other places. Even after handing the over to the next phase in my refinancing, Chris was available and checked in to see how we were doing. Going in, I was a bit toward the "Just grit your teeth and we'll fight through" end of the spectrum on my expectations but Chris made the whole thing simple and easy. Chris was an invaluable resource and a standout amongst the fine team that I dealt with at Rocket Mortgage. If only we could clone Chris and have him everywhere else that I have to do business - ha, wouldn't that be cool."

I was told another two months at that point I surfed the web and found Rocket Mortgage I sent a email requesting information within a half hour I received a call from Zak we talked and by that Saturday I was preapproved then I was contacted by Elizabeth who then put me in touch with Scott my real estate agent and low and behold I have place a offer on a home and I am beginning the loan process all of this in under two weeks after trying to get approved for over two years. Zak and everyone affiliated with him has been wonderful. They have all gone beyond the call of duty to make this a great experience for me. They kept me in the loop; Zak walked me through every process and I had every question and concern addressed. All I can say is excellent customer service and genuine concern and friends for life"

He always made himself available and reached out to us inquiring if any questions were present even before we had a chance to reach out to him. Thank you for your time and patience to explain everything we came to you with. Even the simplest of questions included of when you helped us set up our login to the Rocket Mortgage website. It's the small gestures that one often remembers when everything is set and done. Over all it was a smooth process which we feel was only due to who we were working with. We were first time home buyers and were a bit concerned with and afraid of the entire process. We heard some scary stories about online mortgages, etc., etc. If you work with Mark - forget about all those stories. We did have a few other people working with us (from reputable banks) but our experience working with Mark was the best! Mark would never miss a call from me (or would give me a call back if he was busy at that time), he would answer any (ANY!) questions we would have, he explained entire process to such details that we felt we were pro's in buying a house. He assisted us throughout entire process all the way to the closing and gave whatever support we had. We had no surprises whatsoever - the entire process was transparent and Mark would explain to us all the details. In addition to all this, Mark is very professional and nice person to deal with. Another impressing point: he VERY fast! We closed the deal on time and with Mark everything worked like watches - just trust him and follow his instructions. Although we've never met him in person, we felt like we can rely on and trust him - which we did and we never felt that we want to switch the agent. Overall - we had great experience and Mark was a great pleasure to work with! If we buy our next house we will go with Mark - no questions asked!"

My husband, Bruce, and I were desperately trying to buy a house in my home state of Maryland. At the time, we owned a home in Rochester, MN, which was not ready to go on the market. After months and months of searching, we found our perfect house – now the problem was – how do you get a mortgage on a new house when you already own one. We computed multiple mortgage possibilities and they all said the same thing – you don't qualify. We had seen commercials for Rocket Mortgage and we had received letters stating that Rocket Mortgage could maybe get us a better rate on our current home. On a whim, we called Rocket Mortgage and told them I didn't want to refinance but questioned what could they do for us on a new house mortgage. The person I was talking to was not in that department, but he assured me that someone would contact me. True to his word, within hours I received a call from Adam Julien. I explained our situation. Of course he crunched the numbers and came up with the initial conclusion everyone else had – but that's where the similarity ended. He listened. He knew how passionate I was about purchasing this new house. He researched and something his resources to see if there was a chance he could make it happen for us. We had investments, but they didn't qualify in the loan crunching. Short story, Adam figured out a way we could use our investments and we qualified. No one else listened. No one else even gave us the time of day. Adam did. Adam is my hero. He made it possible for us to purchase our dream home. I love it so much, and I love him for making it happen. He really cares. This is the bottom line: he listens to his clients. He bothers to know what they really want and need and he finds a way to make these dreams happen. I am blown away by his diligence. He made my dream come true. I love him. He is a member of my family forever."

Honestly I have seen the commercials and I read alot of positive reviews, but felt the words were to good to be true. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will be forever grateful for speaking to Nathan. I feel that if one person could embody the word customer service it would be Nathan. In the past I have tried to tell banks and other lenders my story, but no one truly listened. Nathan listened to me and treated me as a unique person. He worked with me and understood that I am an individual looking to make a life changing decision and not a customer. From the very first day he worked to ensure that I received the very best service. As the process went along he kept reassuring me that things would work out. I honestly could not believe it each day that my family and I were getting closer to purchasing a home. There were several requests for documents and verification that made me felt uneasy, but he was such a reassuring force that supported me throughout. He was always available and answered every question I had no matter if it was a question I previously asked before. I almost forgot that he had other clients and people to work with due to his personalized approach. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this man's work and service. So finally i figured i would give it a shot, and i was blown away with how easy it was. Rocket Mortgage hooked me up with Brian and instantly we hit it off. I live in NH and hes in Michigan, and after a few days of talking it was like i was calling a good friend. He was very honest told me stuff most agents wouldn't of and saved me lots of money. This guys the real deal most agents are out to take your money at any means necessary,and i didn't get that with Brian, its weird i was always waiting for the catch, because in this business there allot of shyster's out there but Brian is not one of them.. Its been almost two yrs now since my purchase and no surprise's he tells it how it is and that's that. He saved me a ton of money and because of that he's got a customer for life......"

I knew this and was ...Brian was extremely helpful throughout the refinance process. He took the initiative to contact me to mention about interest rates on our home equity loan continuing to go up. I knew this and was planning a more aggressive plan to pay it down, but it would have been impossible to keep up with the rising rates. His suggestion to lock in a fixed loan at a good rate struck home and we will be saving a lot of money. Also HE loans will no longer be tax deductible, so a double savings for us. Of course he was always there during the application process and made it less painful. Thanks Brian. Helm"
