During my research a couple of cimpatiens kept ...Ok, so where do I start? My wife and I have been looking for a new home for a couple of years. We found a few prospective homes and wanted to move fast. During my research a couple of cimpatiens kept coming up for mortgage originations. I called the first and was on hold for 30 mins... bad sign right? I called Rocket Mortgage and was immediately transferred to Matt. I got lucky! Within the first day we were pre- approved numbers in hand we called a realtor and went house shopping. Every day Matt called or emailed to make sure all was good. He answered the phone 90% of the time pretty much at anytime of the day. On the occasions I did leave a message he'd have the answer emailed and then provided a follow up call. The whole time he made sure we had all our buying options laid out in an easy to understand manner. When we put an offer in and went to start the closing process, Matt and his team went even further. They engineered the loan to save us 10 years off the loan for very little extra monthly. If your still reading this then I have one last thing to add. He won't sell you an unrealistic loan or home expectations. He will get you into what you can realistically afford and not be worried about months end or even when the tax bill arrives. That to me means he's not in the sell a home game. If you really need convincing then call me. Matt has my number and I tell you in person why you should use him and his team. Thanks again! "

He would go over and over things with me when I was having trouble understanding any part of the loan process. He went far and beyond to assist me from the beginning to the end ensuring me that everything was going to be all right. I put my trust in him and he most definitely came through for me. Thank you for your patience as well as treating me as person rather than just home loan customer. You stand above the rest, and you're my 1st choice, if I need loan help"

He was patient and ...I remember the first time Collin called me offering to help with my home purchase. I was reluctant at first as I did not know him and had not done work with Rocket Mortgage. He was patient and offered information on himself and Rocket Mortgage. We continued to talk and I eventually gained confidence and decided to share information needed in order to evaluate my loan needs. I can safely say that not having bought a house in over 27 years the process of shopping for mortgage lenders via the internet was all new but yet again easy to learn and use. It also helped that I am somewhat tech knowledgeable. Very pleased with how Collin introduced the Rocket Mortgage approach to mortgage lending to me. Thanks and look forward to being a client. Gross incompetence from the ...Cutter was professional and extremely helpful during just an awful refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. The process could not have been handled much worse. Gross incompetence from the contracted appraiser resulted in unnecessary mortgage insurance that will cost me over $2k before it finally is removed from my account. They told me they would not be selling my mortgage, but after 6 weeks it has already been sold to another company. Their estimates needed for escrow were so poorly calculated that I got $4k back from them after closing. The communication during the refinancing is shockingly unprofessional if you hear from them at all. Cutter is a very nice young man but Rocket Mortgage is a complete joke. They must be hiring high school dropouts to manage their processes."

Jon Binns took the time to ...This was my first home buying experience. At first I was scared to death and completely lost in a sea of jargon and terms and conditions that I didn't really understand. Jon Binns took the time to completely explain the entire process for me. He laid out all of the options that were available to me based upon my personal financial situation. He constantly surprised me with his speedy responses to emails or texts. It didn't seem to matter whether it was 1:00 am on a Saturday night or not Jon was always there to help or reassure me along the way. Even after his part was completed he would check in on me every few days to make sure his teammate was still taking care of me. To put it simply, I would highly recommend Jon Binns for your next home purchase! I liked him so much that I feel like I owe him! Hey Jon, if you're ever in North Alabama, look me up and I'll treat you to a steak and some beers!"

Which Is absolutely contrary to my first experience buying a house through a different small bank. When I bought the house I never had any idea what was going on, but the refinance? I felt like an actual friend and I did make friends with Michael Calhoun the mortgage banker and John Wilson from their credit repair team. I can’t leave him out. Both amazing individuals and Rocket Mortgage, not to mention is obviously a great company to employ such wonderful individuals, those that clearly exemplify there core values. I know that Rocket Mortgage-rocket mortgage is a big company and a lot of people out in the world will advise you to go through some random small business or bank when it comes to these huge and sometimes scary transactions. I mean think about it. Buying or refinancing a home is one of the biggest decisions/transactions that you will ever make. But I’ll tell you what? If you are on the fence about who to go to? Pick Rocket Mortgage. Not only did I get treated like a friend in every single interaction (and let me tell you, there were a lot of them) but I also got a better interest rate, a smaller payment, and the communication I deserved as a customer. I’d rather go with a big bank who can handle my needs than feel neglected and an afterthought as I was in my original purchase with a smaller bank. Whether you are looking to buy a house as a first time buyer, buying another house or refinancing. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket mortgage and Michael Calhoun will Always have your best interests in mind. Make the right choice, one you can feel good about. That’s all I can say. Thank you all so very much."

A loan process can be difficult, yet Marjan helped us obtain the loan in record time with no problems at all. We have had several home loans in our life time and many were filled with unanswered questions, lack of communication and tons of paperwork sent repeatedly.
