My husband and I liked Scott from our first conversation; he was direct, forthcoming, honest and never once reneged on what he promised he could do. My daughter a cynical real estate attorney and partner in a real estate law firm and title company was less than charmed when I told her about our enthusiasm for Scott and what he said he could do for us. She wanted to investigate to protect us. After talking with Scott, reviewing all his facts and figures, and investigating and checking out his proposals and Rocket Mortgage, she said, "Mom, we couldn't even do this for you as my own mother as fast and cheaply as Scott can. You should definitely jump on this proposal as fast as you can". She corresponded with Scott and reviewed all proposals and updates throughout, going over proposed closing costs and eventually settlement sheets with a fine tooth comb, checking to make sure all federal laws, etc. were timely complied with and that we were getting exactly what we had been promised at the quoted cost. If she had a question or issue that needed resolution, Scott took care of it immediately. In short, Scott made our refinance a pleasant, and efficient process. He was ALWAYS instantly available, answered questions patiently (we are both over 75) and explained every step and requirement in terms anyone could understand. The Rocket Mortgage communications board by which documents and information is exchanged between Rocket Mortgage and borrowers was perfect, and our Client Care Coordinator, Erika Kyles was as responsive and helpful as Scott. She answered immediately, offered creative ways to exchange documents and signatures, etc. and kept the stress level down to nil. I would not only highly recommend Scott and Erika and Rocket Mortgage, I think I will plan to put them in our Will!. "

The loan process was made so much easier when a representative is thorough, quick to respond and exceptionally kind. A loan process can be difficult, yet Marjan helped us obtain the loan in record time with no problems at all. We have had several home loans in our life time and many were filled with unanswered questions, lack of communication and tons of paperwork sent repeatedly. None of this was a problem with Marjan and we wish he had been available with every loan!! A great job and 100 per cent notice to everyone to contact Rocket Mortgage/Rocket and ask for him. Chris kept me informed through the whole process. I didn’t have electronic signature on my phone. He and another employee helped me download your mini app. It ended up being so helpful. Chris was organized and extremely patient. Our refinance was in the range I hoped for. He listened well. He always seemed to like his job because no matter what help we needed, he was always there for us. Getting a refinance was incredibly easy compared to others I’ve done over my adult life.The banking I’ve done with Rocket Mortgage was respectful, fair, mostly easy and completed in a shorter amount of time than possible with traditional businesses. Chris had all the people including the notary on time. I was amazed at how your company has such a well coordinated group of people including people in my home. He was amazing at coordinating people I needed to see in person. I never worried about the integrity of business with your company. Thank you for my 2nd or 3rd refinance with you. Chris could handle with class and integrity any promotion you give him in the future. I’m a teacher and really related to his positive and serious nature with doing the steps correctly. I called several mortgage companies, but when I reached out to Rocket Mortgage on a late evening, Sean answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, he reassured me and said, "We can work on this now." At that moment, I was overwhelmed with uncertainty. It was late, and I thought, “Are you sure?” Without hesitation, Sean began explaining the entire process, on a night when I had lost all hope. I had only 90 days to secure a home, a place my children and I could call our own—especially with the possibility of losing it in the divorce battle. Sean did more than just professionally guide me through the mortgage process. He became a true support system. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure my needs were met. She told me that he was “excellent and worked miracles.” When experiencing a major life change such as divorce, and solely relied on your husband that was responsible for all the finances for almost 30 years, it can be very intimidating and difficult to adjust to losing that. I had no idea about the refinancing process and what was involved. As I explained the situation to Mr. Shaw, he assured me he would guide me through the process. Clark was extremely through with answering many of the questions I had. Not once did I feel embarrassed or like he was overwhelmed by my questioning and the need of him to explain everything. He also made sure I understood everything. I also had a few things that I needed done in my home and Clark made that possible. This whole divorce process and experience of losing your family, and having to now do things alone, it is very hard to adjust to. I would have to say that this was the best experience I had with the new refinancing process Thanks to Mr. Shaw. I will without a doubt recommend and refer Clark Shaw to everyone and anyone I know. Aaron was able to work around their issues, prequalify them and we were under contract within a week. A few weeks later, I ran into another situation. A client that I was working with had a break in employment, and the local guys all gave the thumbs down. I figured I'd give Aaron a chance and see if he could help us, and WOW! We are closing in a week, less than a month of escrow for an FHA loan. If it seems impossible, give Aaron a call before you give up, he may just make it work for you. But it doesn't stop there, he is officially added to my "Vendor List" of preferred banks. I will gladly use him whether I have a perfect buyer or one with some problems to work around. Thanks for your help Aaron!"
