The loan process was made so much easier when a representative is thorough, quick to respond and exceptionally kind. A loan process can be difficult, yet Marjan helped us obtain the loan in record time with no problems at all. We have had several home loans in our life time and many were filled with unanswered questions, lack of communication and tons of paperwork sent repeatedly. None of this was a problem with Marjan and we wish he had been available with every loan!! A great job and 100 per cent notice to everyone to contact Rocket Mortgage/Rocket and ask for him. He was patient and professional at every turn. When we had a question that was not specifically in his bailiwick he referred to the right specialists or he forwarded the question for us. He always returned our phone calls and never left us hanging. Knowledge and flexibility are his strong points. We would highly recommend him to anyone who may have multiple complicated scenarios to choose from. Anthony will steer people in the right direction."

Chris kept me informed through the whole process. I didn’t have electronic signature on my phone. He and another employee helped me download your mini app. It ended up being so helpful. Chris was organized and extremely patient. Our refinance was in the range I hoped for. He listened well. He always seemed to like his job because no matter what help we needed, he was always there for us. Getting a refinance was incredibly easy compared to others I’ve done over my adult life.The banking I’ve done with Rocket Mortgage was respectful, fair, mostly easy and completed in a shorter amount of time than possible with traditional businesses. Chris had all the people including the notary on time. I was amazed at how your company has such a well coordinated group of people including people in my home. He was amazing at coordinating people I needed to see in person. I never worried about the integrity of business with your company. Thank you for my 2nd or 3rd refinance with you. Chris could handle with class and integrity any promotion you give him in the future. I’m a teacher and really related to his positive and serious nature with doing the steps correctly. Imagine trying to buy a home for you and your children while navigating the pain of a divorce and losing almost everything. I had no idea where to even begin. I called several mortgage companies, but when I reached out to Rocket Mortgage on a late evening, Sean answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, he reassured me and said, "We can work on this now." At that moment, I was overwhelmed with uncertainty. It was late, and I thought, “Are you sure?” Without hesitation, Sean began explaining the entire process, on a night when I had lost all hope. I had only 90 days to secure a home, a place my children and I could call our own—especially with the possibility of losing it in the divorce battle. I previously worked at a mortgage company and it's been over 10 years since I've applied for a mortgage so I knew how the process would work but I was totally blown away by Rocket Mortgage. The process was very easy and went without any hiccups. Getting a mortgage you expect some issues and you dread the process. I can't believe how easy Dominic and Rocket Mortgage made this process. Hail to the chief. Now I know why Rocket Mortgage is #1. Even your post-closed process is thoughtful. I received a personalized email telling me how to set up my account for payments. There is even an amortization schedule online so I can track my progress to payoff. The helpful emails about potential scammers who might be contacting me since my mortgage was recorded was informative. Rocket Mortgage has put a lot of thought into their customers. It's refreshing to find a company who is putting their customers first. I will always be a Rocket Mortgage customer. Thank you!!!"

I was introduced to Aaron by a mutual client of ours that had spoken to the usual big lenders In town, but could not be helped. Aaron was able to work around their issues, prequalify them and we were under contract within a week. A few weeks later, I ran into another situation. A client that I was working with had a break in employment, and the local guys all gave the thumbs down. I figured I'd give Aaron a chance and see if he could help us, and WOW! We are closing in a week, less than a month of escrow for an FHA loan. If it seems impossible, give Aaron a call before you give up, he may just make it work for you. But it doesn't stop there, he is officially added to my "Vendor List" of preferred banks. I will gladly use him whether I have a perfect buyer or one with some problems to work around. Thanks for your help Aaron!"

Not only were we moving out of state, but we also experienced a few job changes and had a 3rd party co-signer. Normally that would cause endless headaches and miscommunication, not so with Tiffany on our side. She explained every item and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was easy to get a hold of via email, text, or phone. No matter what the issue was she always had kind and cool demeanor. Tiffany is an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so grateful that she was assigned to our case. Needless to say the purchase went through without a hitch on our end and we closed escrow on time."
