I knew this and was ...Brian was extremely helpful throughout the refinance process. He took the initiative to contact me to mention about interest rates on our home equity loan continuing to go up. I knew this and was planning a more aggressive plan to pay it down, but it would have been impossible to keep up with the rising rates. His suggestion to lock in a fixed loan at a good rate struck home and we will be saving a lot of money. Also HE loans will no longer be tax deductible, so a double savings for us. Of course he was always there during the application process and made it less painful. Thanks Brian. Helm"

So finally i figured i would give it a shot, and i was blown away with how easy it was. Rocket Mortgage hooked me up with Brian and instantly we hit it off. I live in NH and hes in Michigan, and after a few days of talking it was like i was calling a good friend. He was very honest told me stuff most agents wouldn't of and saved me lots of money. This guys the real deal most agents are out to take your money at any means necessary,and i didn't get that with Brian, its weird i was always waiting for the catch, because in this business there allot of shyster's out there but Brian is not one of them.. Its been almost two yrs now since my purchase and no surprise's he tells it how it is and that's that. He saved me a ton of money and because of that he's got a customer for life......"

He was patient and ...I remember the first time Collin called me offering to help with my home purchase. I was reluctant at first as I did not know him and had not done work with Rocket Mortgage. He was patient and offered information on himself and Rocket Mortgage. We continued to talk and I eventually gained confidence and decided to share information needed in order to evaluate my loan needs. I can safely say that not having bought a house in over 27 years the process of shopping for mortgage lenders via the internet was all new but yet again easy to learn and use. It also helped that I am somewhat tech knowledgeable. Very pleased with how Collin introduced the Rocket Mortgage approach to mortgage lending to me. Thanks and look forward to being a client. We were pressed by our ...Jay was our loan agent assigned through our recent corporate relocation. This was our first relo which also involved moving out-of-state and two full-time working adults. We were pressed by our companies into a very tight timeframe to implement relocation. This is where Jay and Rocket Mortgage shined the brightest. Their products and process could be implemented quickly with a transparent means of continuous communication. Jay was confident in their abilities to meet our needs, but not in an arrogant manner. Once we decided to use Rocket Mortgage, Jay provided a thorough synopsis of the process, explanation of the website tools used to communicate with all departments within Rocket Mortgage, and stepped in to provide verbal communication when only warranted. With so many tasks necessary to complete our relation, and only so much time to make phone calls, this last quality was the most appreciated. As we approached final underwriting, my family hit a wall regarding my job. I was going to need to change employers. This could've been a roadblock that caused a reboot of the whole process. But Jay was calm and informed enough to provide potential solutions to our problem. We cleared underwriting and we were still able to close within 30 days! Bottom line, Jay is a terrific balance of working knowledge, perception of his customers' needs, and work-ethic to pull it all together. Working with Jay was one of the best possible solutions to my family's life change. Thanks so much, Jay!"

We found a few prospective homes and wanted to move fast. During my research a couple of cimpatiens kept coming up for mortgage originations. I called the first and was on hold for 30 mins... bad sign right? I called Rocket Mortgage and was immediately transferred to Matt. I got lucky! Within the first day we were pre- approved numbers in hand we called a realtor and went house shopping. Every day Matt called or emailed to make sure all was good. He answered the phone 90% of the time pretty much at anytime of the day. On the occasions I did leave a message he'd have the answer emailed and then provided a follow up call. The whole time he made sure we had all our buying options laid out in an easy to understand manner. When we put an offer in and went to start the closing process, Matt and his team went even further. They engineered the loan to save us 10 years off the loan for very little extra monthly. If your still reading this then I have one last thing to add. He won't sell you an unrealistic loan or home expectations. He will get you into what you can realistically afford and not be worried about months end or even when the tax bill arrives. That to me means he's not in the sell a home game. If you really need convincing then call me. Matt has my number and I tell you in person why you should use him and his team. Thanks again! "

We started our loan process with Rocket Mortgage February 7 and got word today that the process has finalized and we will be closing soon. If all goes as planned with closing then I must say this is a first rate company with first rate people with Brad at the top of that list. Brad was quick to follow up when we had questions and even responded a time or two on the weekend. Brad was awesome and truly rates a 5 out of 5. I would recommend Him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone going through this process. Keep up the great work Brad and thank you for your diligence and professionalism and for your sensitivity to our needs. "I'm an agent in Cleveland,TN and have worked with several local lenders as well as several online lenders. I was introduced to Aaron by a mutual client of ours that had spoken to the usual big lenders...I'm an agent in Cleveland,TN and have worked with several local lenders as well as several online lenders. I was introduced to Aaron by a mutual client of ours that had spoken to the usual big lenders In town, but could not be helped. Aaron was able to work around their issues, prequalify them and we were under contract within a week. A few weeks later, I ran into another situation. A client that I was working with had a break in employment, and the local guys all gave the thumbs down. I figured I'd give Aaron a chance and see if he could help us, and WOW! We are closing in a week, less than a month of escrow for an FHA loan. If it seems impossible, give Aaron a call before you give up, he may just make it work for you. But it doesn't stop there, he is officially added to my "Vendor List" of preferred banks. I will gladly use him whether I have a perfect buyer or one with some problems to work around. Thanks for your help Aaron!"
