"this loan took a long time but not really that long see all the different things that had to be done. Since I had just recently re-financed to Rocket Mortgage about 9 months earlier, I was doubtful but when he told...Jay Carter contacted me by phone to tell me he could lower my mortgage interest rates. Since I had just recently re-financed to Rocket Mortgage about 9 months earlier, I was doubtful but when he told me how much lower I could still go with a new rate, I listened. He started immediately that night and by the next day, my loan application was completed (on-line) and I was on my way. Jay assisted me all the way through the process...always available. Actually, the process was quite simple and everything was done on line. No paperwork for me to collect, copy and fax. I think Jay was exceptional. If I ever need another loan, I would definitely go to Rocket Mortgage. I have told my friends how easy and amazingly quick the whole process was. I got a great loan and I am very pleased."
