She was well informed and clearly explained the online mortgage process to me. She impressed me with her friendly and professional manner. The way she was able to explain the ease of the application process made it obvious that Rocket Mortgage was a better choice than any of my local financing options. She stayed with me and introduced me to all of the specialists from Rocket Mortgage who worked on each individual process. She carefully explained what was happening and where we were at each step. Her knowledge and helpful advice made the financing of my new house a very positive experience. As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend Rocket Mortgage to any of my friends and family."
