The homebuying process timeline was tight (first time for me, within 30 days), and Cortni managed the project very smoothly. To ensure we get the documentation done in time (in time frames of days and hours), she was great handling communication with me. This included also after hours (evenings, weekend) when I expected she needed time off (we all need it!). There was a lot of forms. She managed them proficiently with her expertise, and I felt I understood what was going on (thanks to her) without feeling overwhelmed by the detail of the documentation. Cortni eased me through the process, and educated me on my choices. Such as what benefits I would get with a higher or lower down payment, which made me feel more comfortable on my loan. My wife requested a late change after I approved something, and Cortni drove the change with other parties (such as my realtor and lawyer) to make it succeed. For anyone looking to purchase a home, I highly recommend Cortni!"

From that moment on, it became so easy to trust him. Doug made me feel confident that he genuinely had my best interest at heart every step of the way. What amazed me most is that a process I had struggled with for eight years—trying unsuccessfully to buy my home—was completed in less than a month. I called Rocket Mortgage and within a few months we were done and are now saving about $3,000.00 a month. We got out from under our back taxes, cut our mortgage in half and the process was SO easy. DeAnna kept in touch with us weekly and was always there (even on weekends) to answer any and all questions. I tell everyone about our great experience and I highly recommend them! We now can stop stressing about making our mortgage payment and enjoy our 1st grandchild! Thank you DeAnna and Rocket Mortgage! Leslie & Jerry Behnke"

My wife and I had refinanced a year ago, Chris called to tell me he can save me thousands and thousands if I’d do a refinance after displaying the numbers he was right I was able to drop nearly 2 points on my rate saving tons of money over the next 10 years so happy with the outcome . Except for the notary signing everything is done through my Rocket mortgage app Chris kept in constant contact to help me through the process made it very very simple ... easier than buying a car . We closed unbelievably quick ( following his advice it took only a couple of weeks to close)again Thank You Chris !"
