If for some reason he isn't quite sure of the answer, he will research and dig into all resources to come-up with a credible answer. He has a body of knowledge, at his fingertips, that is amazing. We recommend Christian to all needing straight-forward answers about real estate loans, whether it be a new loan or a refinance. Trust is a very important component of a business relationship. We trust Christian in completing all phases of our loan from the beginning to the end. These days, one can't always believe what some home loan persons say. Fortunately, we have complete faith in what Christian tells us as these issues are verifiable. We find he has been completely honest and helpful regarding issues relating to our present loan inquiry."
