He has been a literal guardian angel for me and my family during one of the most challenging times in our lives. Imagine trying to buy a home for you and your children while navigating the pain of a divorce and losing almost everything. I had no idea where to even begin. I called several mortgage companies, but when I reached out to Rocket Mortgage on a late evening, Sean answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, he reassured me and said, "We can work on this now." At that moment, I was overwhelmed with uncertainty. It was late, and I thought, “Are you sure?” Without hesitation, Sean began explaining the entire process, on a night when I had lost all hope. I had only 90 days to secure a home, a place my children and I could call our own—especially with the possibility of losing it in the divorce battle. Sean did more than just professionally guide me through the mortgage process. He became a true support system. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure my needs were met. On days when I could hardly think straight, bogged down by legal paperwork and personal stress, Sean would work tirelessly, crunching numbers and providing resources to help me navigate the financial aspects I hadn’t even considered. He never made me feel like a burden, despite my constant questions and concerns. Sean was more than just a mortgage specialist—he was a constant source of positivity and hope. He would find creative solutions in ways I had never seen before. He genuinely cares about his clients and takes their well-being to heart. It’s rare to find someone who treats their job with the level of commitment and care that Sean does. Thanks to Sean’s relentless support and dedication, I was able to secure a home for my children and me. I just thought when i was done with Nick that i was done with the process and instead we were handed to another person who needed a whole new set of documents. That was a bit frustrating, but again probably not Nick's fault. Just an expectations thing. Thank you very much. "

People were telling me to use a local expert, that going through an out-of-state company would be difficult. In Brandon's case, simply not true! He worked with me through every glitch like nothing could stop BOTH of us from getting me into a dream home! Fantastic representative for a fantastic company!"

From the first time I spoke with her, she was professional and a sweetheart. She knows her business and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was always ready to answer any questions and was willing to walk me through the on-line process. Even after I had moved along in the process, she checked in and it felt as if I was speaking with an old friend. She remembered personal items and asked about my family. She shared a few anecdotes herself while maintaining her professionalism throughout the process."

Tuition, fees and living expenses are 78k per year. Initially, we went through the refinance process and were discouraged when we were not approved initially. I decided to go through the application for refinancing our home again wondering how we could be denied with an excellent credit score. When interest rates dropped to 2.75 I decided it was worth it. Jimmy was assigned to our application and his knowledge, experience, encouragement and availability were unparalleled. He was able to get us a 2.5 interest rate! Rocket Mortgage is fantastic because it is comprised of experts like Jimmy. My wife and I are now having our mother apply in Washington State. As it turns out, Jimmy is also certified in that state and can help her too! When you apply, make sure to ask for Jimmy."

He is also very quick to ensure that we get our loans pre-approved so that we are ready to present our offer and our financial backing when we started talking to a realtor and builder. He defended us when we tried to get a lower interest rate from Rocket Mortgage to match another lender. He gives reminders and calls to follow up to ensure that the goal is reached on time. I set a date to close on our house and he has helped me tremendously to ensure that it happens on that day! Even pushing me and reminding me of the things I also needed to do to meet my deadline... And we did meet my deadline! Talk about customer service! He involved as much people I needed from Rocket Mortgage to ensure that my papers are submitted and reviewed on time. Thank you so much! I have already recommended Michael to all of my colleagues who are also relocating from my company. I am recommending him to all of you who read these reviews.
