Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the home-buying process as smooth as possible for both clients and agents. Communication is a major priority in any transaction, and Rocket Mortgage excels in this area. They keep everyone—buyers, agents, and title companies—in the loop at every stage, which helps prevent surprises and delays. Their online systems are user-friendly and efficient, and their loan officers are proactive about solving issues before they become problems. Rocket Mortgage has become one of my go-to lenders, and I always look forward to working with their team on future deals."

Not only did she get me an approval letter in a matter of a couple days (we had already put an offer in as my wife and I work backwards!) but she saw the whole purchase through until the end. Even when the account was "passed on" to the next specialist within Rocket Mortgages Laura remained involved to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Tuition, fees and living expenses are 78k...My wife and I have had to do quite a bit of belt squeazing when our youngest daughter was accepted into a private music program and a prestiegeous university. Tuition, fees and living expenses are 78k per year. Initially, we went through the refinance process and were discouraged when we were not approved initially. I decided to go through the application for refinancing our home again wondering how we could be denied with an excellent credit score. When interest rates dropped to 2.75 I decided it was worth it. Jimmy was assigned to our application and his knowledge, experience, encouragement and availability were unparalleled. He was able to get us a 2.5 interest rate! Rocket Mortgage is fantastic because it is comprised of experts like Jimmy. My wife and I are now having our mother apply in Washington State. As it turns out, Jimmy is also certified in that state and can help her too! When you apply, make sure to ask for Jimmy."

He was always there to answer your questions even during odd hours and weekends. He is also very quick to ensure that we get our loans pre-approved so that we are ready to present our offer and our financial backing when we started talking to a realtor and builder. He defended us when we tried to get a lower interest rate from Rocket Mortgage to match another lender. He gives reminders and calls to follow up to ensure that the goal is reached on time. I set a date to close on our house and he has helped me tremendously to ensure that it happens on that day! Even pushing me and reminding me of the things I also needed to do to meet my deadline... And we did meet my deadline! Talk about customer service! He involved as much people I needed from Rocket Mortgage to ensure that my papers are submitted and reviewed on time. Thank you so much! I have already recommended Michael to all of my colleagues who are also relocating from my company. I am recommending him to all of you who read these reviews. Michael do not need luck to be successful in the future... He already has the talent and determination to do so! "

My wife and I had refinanced a year ago, Chris called to tell me he can save me thousands and thousands if I’d do a refinance after displaying the numbers he was right I was able to drop nearly 2 points on my rate saving tons of money over the next 10 years so happy with the outcome . Except for the notary signing everything is done through my Rocket mortgage app Chris kept in constant contact to help me through the process made it very very simple ... easier than buying a car . We closed unbelievably quick ( following his advice it took only a couple of weeks to close)again Thank You Chris !"

He answered all of ...I recently applied and closed on a Home Equity Loan (HEL) through Rocket Mortgage. My loan expert was Billy Harb. From the very beginning Billy was polite, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the entire process. He assisted me with understanding the procedure of how everything was completed online and how to upload the necessary documents requested for final closing approval. Billy remained available via phone, text and email for questions and/or concerns from start to finish. I had explained that I was going to be going out of town and I was concerned about the closing date being while I was away. Billy advised me that the closing should be relatively quick and he was not kidding. From the beginning to close, the entire process was only eleven days total, including weekends. I was beyond impressed! My closing was online. I was able to choose my closing date and time. I was also able to sign some of the documents in advance on the day of the closing. Billy reached out to me prior to the closing offering his assistance and did help me to figure out how my husband could join the closing from a different location, as well as other closing details that I required assistance with. I cannot thank Billy enough for all of his assistance and guidance, as well as his patience, during the process of applying and closing on my home equity loan. I would highly recommend Billy Harb to anyone looking for a genuine and competent loan professional to assist them throughout their home equity loan journey."
