They keep everyone—buyers, agents, and title companies—in the loop at every stage, which helps prevent surprises and delays. Their online systems are user-friendly and efficient, and their loan officers are proactive about solving issues before they become problems. I am a single mother who is trying to make ends meet. I am fortunate enough to be able to pay my bills on time. I have a credit score of 780 with some credit card bills. I’ve spoken with Christian Klimkiewicz one of their broker about the program. I provided him with the information he needs to start the process to refinance my home thru HARP program. I never missed a mortgage payment and pay my bills time, helped me qualified for the government program. Chris was very helpful and professional, he helped me set up my Q&L portal account and he’s very good in providing information. I was amazed how efficient and effective our communication, their Q&L portal was the best tool and that kept the process moving. Let me be clear . . . No fees or any sort of payment made by me to Q&L. Everything went so smooth and flawless in refinancing my home, we closed on April 1, 2016! I couldn’t ask for a better service and a better interest rate, it saves me a lot of money. Thank you Q&L! "

We had been given the run around by ...My husband and I managed to get ourselves in a financial bind and really needed this refinance. WE were at our wits end with the whole refinancing process. We had been given the run around by several other financial institutions full of false hopes and fake pretenses. Late one evening Robert called me and to be quite honest, I didn't want to hear a thing he had to say. The last thing I wanted was to jump through hoops for no reason, again. He kept asking us to trust him and that he would take care of us. After what we had been through we were rather cynical but didn't stay that way for long. He was sincere. He was genuine. He was knowledgeable. Most of all, he was honest. The day after speaking with him and starting the process, I was back to freaking out thinking Rocket Mortgage was going to pull the same shenanigans the other lenders had. Once again, he assured me that this was an easy process and he would help us every step of the way. He has held true to his word. I have bugged him numerous times throughout the process and he has always been there to listen to my concerns, answer any questions and if by chance he doesn't have the answer he gets it. In today's world, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It is refreshing to know that there are still people like Robert out there who actually know what customer service is and strive to be the best. Bravo to Rocket Mortgage for having him as part of the team. Robert has saved our family from financial ruin. I guess you could say he is our personal loan hero! For that, we cannot thank you enough!"

I luckily clicked on a Rocket Mortgage link and decided to use their online chat service to ask a few questions. I luckily was put into contact with Michael. He gave me great information and has actually started me on the path to homeownership. He told me I needed to work my credit a bit and set me up with people who are going to help me get my credit up to par. In all the research I’ve done thus far no one has even come close to actually getting the process started for me. Michael truly seems like he wants to help me get into a house and in this profession this character is sometimes hard to find. It’s crazy that after our chat I feel becoming a homeowner again is finally in my grasp and this is a direct result of michael’s information and help. I also believe he’s in it to help. If anyone reads these reviews and are looking for someone to work with someone at Rocket Mortgage michael is the man!!!"

When Anthony was asked to wait while I reviewed documents, or to wait while I made sure this was something I wanted to do, he did not place any pressure on me or call to harass me. Anthony allowed me to this on my terms and on my time. Anthony was courteous and always had the time to go over everything with me page by page (tab by tab), process by process. I was a bit uncomfortable initially to do this, since this was a huge undertaking, however Anthony answered all of my questions, immediately returned calls and emails and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed with the entire process. Thank you so very much. I know I was not the easiest customer to work with, but your patience, was welcomed. In the end, I was very happy with your outstanding customer service. "

We were extremely nervous about the mortgage application process, this being our first time ever; but the moment we got in touch with Gino who answered that magic call I made last year, I could not believe how calm, respectful and easy he made everything sound like. By the way, to me, Gino seems always came across as a calm, soft-spoken, patient, and respectful, compassionate, understanding, and a very professional individual. Additionally, Gino always had a solution for any difficult situation we faced, he was always able to maintain all situations that seemed confusing or stressful, especially when dealing with out real estate agent who was not as easy and always seemed challenging as she wanted to convince us to use her lending company (which was different from Rocket Mortgage) right in the beginning. So, we were so blessed to have Gino process our Mortgage; he made sure we benefited from the best rate ever one could have for mortgage: 2.25%. I would unreservedly recommend Gino to anyone considering applying for mortgage, he did an outstanding job of representing Rocket Mortgage, his employer."

We were about to close with another bank but VERY unsatisfied with the deal. The desire of a new home was making us just want to get everything over with. Thank GOD we reached out to Rocket Mortgage specifically to Jonathan. We were intimidated by false statements that were keeping us from searching another mortgage option but he was able to manage all that anxiety with grace and gave us peace of mind and the truth. I cannot leave out he helped us save SOOOO much money with his negotiation. He was available at all times no matter what (except on vacation in the desert lol and Boy did we miss him bc no other substitute was comparable). I believe that Jonathan at such young age has a true gift. A Perfect balance between his business knowledge and his not overwhelming persuasiveness to make his clients feel secure and confident while breaking any previous false self defense barriers we can have. You became a friend/family. Missing all that excitement sometimes. We BLESS YOU and will FOREVER be in our hearts and part of this home. PLEASE stop by when in Miami.
