Finding out ...I discovered Mike on the internet, early in 2019. I was interested in refinancing my home after my divorce. Mike was very professional and helpful, in filling out my application. Finding out quickly that I was approved for a home loan from his company. Rocket Mortgage. The rate of the mortgage was 2.0 percentage points below my current mortgage. Which was at 6.5 percent. That would mean a lower mortgage payment for me, more money in my pocket per month. Unfortunately, his company found out that my name was on another property that had a payment that had exceeded 30 days at one time. But it had been paid off after the deliquent payment. So I was penalized for one year. Mike said that once my penalty was expired I could resume my application with him. He advised me to keep making my payment's on time. I did that! I called Mike First week of October, 2019. He started the wheel turning again for me, all electronically. Signature and all. Application was approved, I went with a VA loan as I'm retired military. It was a little more work on my part, going with a VA loan. Mike informed me that the rates were lower now. He locked me in a 30 year fixed mortgage at 3.25 Percent. Half of my current rate of 6.5 percent. With coaching from Mike and patience from myself. It took a little time to complete the process. All the the paper was meticulous and reviewed for perfection by his team from Rocket Mortgage. Mike was always helpful and positive on every question or issue that I had for him. He was always friendly and respectful to me, on every question or issue I presented to him. He had a positive attitude and always answered my questions, in a quick and timely manner. With answers! I started the Loan application October 08th, 2019. Closed on the Mortgage December 20th 2019. I'm very pleased. One thing I recommend, is to check your Rocket Mortgage page once a day. When you have a task, complete it as quickly as possible. Read it over and over. Become aware of the whole package. There's alot going on and to learn. It really helped me. We had been given the run around by several other financial institutions full of false hopes and fake pretenses. Late one evening Robert called me and to be quite honest, I didn't want to hear a thing he had to say. The last thing I wanted was to jump through hoops for no reason, again. He kept asking us to trust him and that he would take care of us. After what we had been through we were rather cynical but didn't stay that way for long. He was sincere. He was genuine. He was knowledgeable. Most of all, he was honest. The day after speaking with him and starting the process, I was back to freaking out thinking Rocket Mortgage was going to pull the same shenanigans the other lenders had. Once again, he assured me that this was an easy process and he would help us every step of the way. He has held true to his word. I have bugged him numerous times throughout the process and he has always been there to listen to my concerns, answer any questions and if by chance he doesn't have the answer he gets it. In today's world, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It is refreshing to know that there are still people like Robert out there who actually know what customer service is and strive to be the best. Bravo to Rocket Mortgage for having him as part of the team. Robert has saved our family from financial ruin. I guess you could say he is our personal loan hero! For that, we cannot thank you enough!"

My wife and I found our dream house and didn’t want it to get away. We were wotking with our local bank at the time and every step of the process was slow and tedious. From the moment I first spoke to Cortni she was positive, kind, and professional. I felt like she made our loan her number one priority. She was always available and consistently returned phone calls immediately. She helped me understand the different options we had with our loan and made sure I knew the advantages and disadvantages of each option. She even helped me put together an offer on the house that I was comfortable with. We were a family of 8 living in a 2 bedroom house and I can honestly say that we would still be there if it wasn’t for Cortni. She’s the best I’ve ever envountered in the business and I’m eternally grateful for her help."

You did everything right from being very honest and alerting me of s rate hike. The fact that I had already chosen a financial institution to work with and you explained the process in detail! No snail mail and everything so quick and easy all done on line saving me a ton of time and locking in an interest rate right before the Feds increased them the next day. You definitely have a gift and your customer service and knowledge in the finance business Is so valuable for customers like me! You won and all because of your knowledge and honesty! Thank you for saving this family a ton of money on a refinance! He constantly reassured me in current troubles and potential ones with direction on how to ward them off. He went above and beyond accommodating our needs to make this flow smoothly. He even provided and called me on his personal cell from home during his dinner hour. Talk about dedication! This gentleman deserves the award of the year for compassion, dedication, determination, and fortitude to get our loan close in 30 days. He is a true gem as a person and asset to Rocket. I luckily clicked on a Rocket Mortgage link and decided to use their online chat service to ask a few questions. I luckily was put into contact with Michael. He gave me great information and has actually started me on the path to homeownership. He told me I needed to work my credit a bit and set me up with people who are going to help me get my credit up to par. In all the research I’ve done thus far no one has even come close to actually getting the process started for me. Michael truly seems like he wants to help me get into a house and in this profession this character is sometimes hard to find. It’s crazy that after our chat I feel becoming a homeowner again is finally in my grasp and this is a direct result of michael’s information and help. I also believe he’s in it to help. If anyone reads these reviews and are looking for someone to work with someone at Rocket Mortgage michael is the man!!!"

My husband and I liked Scott from our first conversation; he was direct, forthcoming, honest and never once reneged on what he promised he could do. My daughter a cynical real estate attorney and partner in a real estate law firm and title company was less than charmed when I told her about our enthusiasm for Scott and what he said he could do for us. She wanted to investigate to protect us. After talking with Scott, reviewing all his facts and figures, and investigating and checking out his proposals and Rocket Mortgage, she said, "Mom, we couldn't even do this for you as my own mother as fast and cheaply as Scott can. You should definitely jump on this proposal as fast as you can". She corresponded with Scott and reviewed all proposals and updates throughout, going over proposed closing costs and eventually settlement sheets with a fine tooth comb, checking to make sure all federal laws, etc. were timely complied with and that we were getting exactly what we had been promised at the quoted cost. If she had a question or issue that needed resolution, Scott took care of it immediately. In short, Scott made our refinance a pleasant, and efficient process. He was ALWAYS instantly available, answered questions patiently (we are both over 75) and explained every step and requirement in terms anyone could understand. The Rocket Mortgage communications board by which documents and information is exchanged between Rocket Mortgage and borrowers was perfect, and our Client Care Coordinator, Erika Kyles was as responsive and helpful as Scott. She answered immediately, offered creative ways to exchange documents and signatures, etc. and kept the stress level down to nil. I would not only highly recommend Scott and Erika and Rocket Mortgage, I think I will plan to put them in our Will!. "

I was pleasantly surprised with the results from Rocket Mortgage. Every step of the way with Amie was a pleasure. I have never done business with someone like her before. I really can't find the words to describe my experience . She was just phenomenal to deal with. I felt like she cared about me and was excited as I was for the the condo purchase. I can't find one negative thing to say about any part or anyone involved in the process. Amie is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and in my opinion one of a kind and irreplaceable. I would recommend her and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home!"

I already had another mortgage through Rocket Mortgage and was very comfortable with their services. Being that my moving company gave me the choice of Rocket Mortgage-it was a no brainer. The Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage app is so easy to use and I loved being able to use it to process documents and get things signed electronically. I can't say enough about Rocket Mortgage as they are a world class customer focused orientation. On to Troy specifically. From the start Trot went to bat for me in ways that others in my moving process had not. He went to underwriting multiple times on my behalf to help them understand my financial situation to ensure I can get the most out of my loan that I needed. While dealing with that, he kept me in the loop of communication ten fold! He didn't over communicate, but his timing was perfect and I always felt like I knew where I stood in the process of securing my loan. His customer service skills are outstanding and he built rapport and actively listened to my needs as I was making a life changing cross country move. My Wife Diana summed it up perfectly by saying "If only Troy and Rocket Mortgage could've been our Realtor and others throughout the moving process we wouldn't of had to worry about anything!" She's right. I've dealt with moving companies, realtors on both sides of the country, vehicle shipping managers, estimators, etc. and Troy was hands down the easiest and nicest person to deal with. I would recommend Troy and Rocket Mortgage to anybody who is looking for a home and doesn't want to feel like "just another file," or customer. Troy made my phone conversations personal and understood where I wanted to be, and he helped get me there. THANK YOU to Troy and Rocket Mortgage for making the process easy. "
