There were times when I would ask her for assistance in understanding something, and even if my question was not in her exact area (different workgroups in Rocket Mortgage) she would always either (1) know the answer, or (2) know who did. There were two times I did not find adequate answers from other Q people assigned to my mortgage and she would help when I called. In summary, she became my very able advisor and single-point (my decision) contact within Q. She was way above any normal level of helpful and friendly, on anyone's scale! Because I know Detroit, and where the Q officees are, we even shared comments about local eating establishments in the area. (Roasting Plant!) Nice to have a "real" person to help me, and NOT just another voice on the other end of the line. Liliana should be held up as an example of an employee that should be the standard of customer assistance and personal involvement."

The homebuying process timeline was tight (first time for me, within 30 days), and Cortni managed the project very smoothly. To ensure we get the documentation done in time (in time frames of days and hours), she was great handling communication with me. This included also after hours (evenings, weekend) when I expected she needed time off (we all need it!). There was a lot of forms. She managed them proficiently with her expertise, and I felt I understood what was going on (thanks to her) without feeling overwhelmed by the detail of the documentation. Cortni eased me through the process, and educated me on my choices. Such as what benefits I would get with a higher or lower down payment, which made me feel more comfortable on my loan. My wife requested a late change after I approved something, and Cortni drove the change with other parties (such as my realtor and lawyer) to make it succeed. For anyone looking to purchase a home, I highly recommend Cortni!"

No snail mail and everything so quick and easy all done on line saving me a ton of time and locking in an interest rate right before the Feds increased them the next day. You definitely have a gift and your customer service and knowledge in the finance business Is so valuable for customers like me! You won and all because of your knowledge and honesty! Thank you for saving this family a ton of money on a refinance! I luckily clicked on a Rocket Mortgage link and decided to use their online chat service to ask a few questions. I luckily was put into contact with Michael. He gave me great information and has actually started me on the path to homeownership. He told me I needed to work my credit a bit and set me up with people who are going to help me get my credit up to par. In all the research I’ve done thus far no one has even come close to actually getting the process started for me. Michael truly seems like he wants to help me get into a house and in this profession this character is sometimes hard to find. It’s crazy that after our chat I feel becoming a homeowner again is finally in my grasp and this is a direct result of michael’s information and help. I also believe he’s in it to help. If anyone reads these reviews and are looking for someone to work with someone at Rocket Mortgage michael is the man!!!"

When Anthony was asked to wait while I reviewed documents, or to wait while I made sure this was something I wanted to do, he did not place any pressure on me or call to harass me. Anthony allowed me to this on my terms and on my time. Anthony was courteous and always had the time to go over everything with me page by page (tab by tab), process by process. I was a bit uncomfortable initially to do this, since this was a huge undertaking, however Anthony answered all of my questions, immediately returned calls and emails and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed with the entire process. Thank you so very much. I know I was not the easiest customer to work with, but your patience, was welcomed. In the end, I was very happy with your outstanding customer service. "
