However, in a very short time his professionalism and knowledge of the process quickly allayed my fears. Throughout the process, I found that each step he had explained was basically what happened! I am grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend James to anyone seeking to finance or refinance a home! Thanks so much James for a wonderful experience!!!"

He has been a literal guardian angel for me and my family during one of the most challenging times in our lives. Imagine trying to buy a home for you and your children while navigating the pain of a divorce and losing almost everything. I had no idea where to even begin. I called several mortgage companies, but when I reached out to Rocket Mortgage on a late evening, Sean answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, he reassured me and said, "We can work on this now." At that moment, I was overwhelmed with uncertainty. It was late, and I thought, “Are you sure?” Without hesitation, Sean began explaining the entire process, on a night when I had lost all hope. I had only 90 days to secure a home, a place my children and I could call our own—especially with the possibility of losing it in the divorce battle. Sean did more than just professionally guide me through the mortgage process. He became a true support system. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure my needs were met. On days when I could hardly think straight, bogged down by legal paperwork and personal stress, Sean would work tirelessly, crunching numbers and providing resources to help me navigate the financial aspects I hadn’t even considered. He never made me feel like a burden, despite my constant questions and concerns. Sean was more than just a mortgage specialist—he was a constant source of positivity and hope. He would find creative solutions in ways I had never seen before. He genuinely cares about his clients and takes their well-being to heart. It’s rare to find someone who treats their job with the level of commitment and care that Sean does. Thanks to Sean’s relentless support and dedication, I was able to secure a home for my children and me. He deserves more than just a bonus or a raise—he deserves recognition for being the incredible person he is. Rocket Mortgage is incredibly lucky to have him. I just thought when i was done with Nick that i was done with the process and instead we were handed to another person who needed a whole new set of documents. That was a bit frustrating, but again probably not Nick's fault. Just an expectations thing. Thank you very much. "

What I mostly appreciated what the fact that I was not pressured into anything and everything was done on my time and on my timetable; absolutely no sales pitch. When Anthony was asked to wait while I reviewed documents, or to wait while I made sure this was something I wanted to do, he did not place any pressure on me or call to harass me. Anthony allowed me to this on my terms and on my time. Anthony was courteous and always had the time to go over everything with me page by page (tab by tab), process by process. I was a bit uncomfortable initially to do this, since this was a huge undertaking, however Anthony answered all of my questions, immediately returned calls and emails and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed with the entire process. Thank you so very much. I know I was not the easiest customer to work with, but your patience, was welcomed. In the end, I was very happy with your outstanding customer service. "

We were extremely nervous about the mortgage application process, this being our first time ever; but the moment we got in touch with Gino who answered that magic call I made last year, I could not believe how calm, respectful and easy he made everything sound like. By the way, to me, Gino seems always came across as a calm, soft-spoken, patient, and respectful, compassionate, understanding, and a very professional individual. Additionally, Gino always had a solution for any difficult situation we faced, he was always able to maintain all situations that seemed confusing or stressful, especially when dealing with out real estate agent who was not as easy and always seemed challenging as she wanted to convince us to use her lending company (which was different from Rocket Mortgage) right in the beginning. So, we were so blessed to have Gino process our Mortgage; he made sure we benefited from the best rate ever one could have for mortgage: 2.25%. I would unreservedly recommend Gino to anyone considering applying for mortgage, he did an outstanding job of representing Rocket Mortgage, his employer."

I can truly say that Katlyn is one of the finest i have come into contact with. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have her and we customers are fortunate to have her working for and with us. From the first time I spoke with her, she was professional and a sweetheart. She knows her business and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was always ready to answer any questions and was willing to walk me through the on-line process. Even after I had moved along in the process, she checked in and it felt as if I was speaking with an old friend. She remembered personal items and asked about my family. She shared a few anecdotes herself while maintaining her professionalism throughout the process."

There were times when I would ask her for assistance in understanding something, and even if my question was not in her exact area (different workgroups in Rocket Mortgage) she would always either (1) know the answer, or (2) know who did. There were two times I did not find adequate answers from other Q people assigned to my mortgage and she would help when I called. In summary, she became my very able advisor and single-point (my decision) contact within Q. She was way above any normal level of helpful and friendly, on anyone's scale! Because I know Detroit, and where the Q officees are, we even shared comments about local eating establishments in the area. (Roasting Plant!) Nice to have a "real" person to help me, and NOT just another voice on the other end of the line. Liliana should be held up as an example of an employee that should be the standard of customer assistance and personal involvement."
