We were extremely nervous about the mortgage application process, this being our first time ever; but the moment we got in touch with Gino who answered that magic call I made last year, I could not believe how calm, respectful and easy he made everything sound like. By the way, to me, Gino seems always came across as a calm, soft-spoken, patient, and respectful, compassionate, understanding, and a very professional individual. Additionally, Gino always had a solution for any difficult situation we faced, he was always able to maintain all situations that seemed confusing or stressful, especially when dealing with out real estate agent who was not as easy and always seemed challenging as she wanted to convince us to use her lending company (which was different from Rocket Mortgage) right in the beginning. So, we were so blessed to have Gino process our Mortgage; he made sure we benefited from the best rate ever one could have for mortgage: 2.25%. I would unreservedly recommend Gino to anyone considering applying for mortgage, he did an outstanding job of representing Rocket Mortgage, his employer."

We were about to close with another bank but VERY unsatisfied with the deal. The desire of a new home was making us just want to get everything over with. Thank GOD we reached out to Rocket Mortgage specifically to Jonathan. We were intimidated by false statements that were keeping us from searching another mortgage option but he was able to manage all that anxiety with grace and gave us peace of mind and the truth. I cannot leave out he helped us save SOOOO much money with his negotiation. He was available at all times no matter what (except on vacation in the desert lol and Boy did we miss him bc no other substitute was comparable). I believe that Jonathan at such young age has a true gift. A Perfect balance between his business knowledge and his not overwhelming persuasiveness to make his clients feel secure and confident while breaking any previous false self defense barriers we can have. You became a friend/family. Missing all that excitement sometimes. We BLESS YOU and will FOREVER be in our hearts and part of this home. PLEASE stop by when in Miami. After almost a year and a half trying to "re-finance" with our mortgage company of 10 years, we were so frustrated and in very bad shape financially. We just needed to get our payment down. I called Rocket Mortgage and within a few months we were done and are now saving about $3,000.00 a month. We got out from under our back taxes, cut our mortgage in half and the process was SO easy. DeAnna kept in touch with us weekly and was always there (even on weekends) to answer any and all questions. I tell everyone about our great experience and I highly recommend them! My wife and I had refinanced a year ago, Chris called to tell me he can save me thousands and thousands if I’d do a refinance after displaying the numbers he was right I was able to drop nearly 2 points on my rate saving tons of money over the next 10 years so happy with the outcome . Except for the notary signing everything is done through my Rocket mortgage app Chris kept in constant contact to help me through the process made it very very simple ... easier than buying a car . We closed unbelievably quick ( following his advice it took only a couple of weeks to close)again Thank You Chris !"

He answered all of ...I recently applied and closed on a Home Equity Loan (HEL) through Rocket Mortgage. My loan expert was Billy Harb. From the very beginning Billy was polite, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the entire process. He assisted me with understanding the procedure of how everything was completed online and how to upload the necessary documents requested for final closing approval. Billy remained available via phone, text and email for questions and/or concerns from start to finish. I had explained that I was going to be going out of town and I was concerned about the closing date being while I was away. Billy advised me that the closing should be relatively quick and he was not kidding. From the beginning to close, the entire process was only eleven days total, including weekends. I was beyond impressed! My closing was online. I was able to choose my closing date and time. I was also able to sign some of the documents in advance on the day of the closing. Billy reached out to me prior to the closing offering his assistance and did help me to figure out how my husband could join the closing from a different location, as well as other closing details that I required assistance with. I cannot thank Billy enough for all of his assistance and guidance, as well as his patience, during the process of applying and closing on my home equity loan. I would highly recommend Billy Harb to anyone looking for a genuine and competent loan professional to assist them throughout their home equity loan journey."

I was ...I don’t know if I have the words to describe how I feel about Pamela and her expertise and experience. When we got our last mortgage 6 years ago with Wells Fargo, it was absolute hell. I was constantly printing forms, signing them, scanning them, and emailing them back. They kept requesting more and more documentation for everything. It was almost like a full time job just getting the loan. And it was extremely stressful. We actually had to move our closing back twice, a week at a time because of their practices. With Pamela and Rocket Mortgage, everything was easy. The loan status site made sure I knew what was needed. And Pamela made sure to honor my request to call me anytime something was needed to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She not only knew what needed done immediately, but she anticipated what needed to be done in a week, or two weeks. It’s obvious she knows her job inside and out. Knowledge is power, and she’s as powerful a person as I’ve ever met. She promised me she could get the loan approval in 18-21 days after we made an offer on a house, and she delivered! Her vast experience is obvious. We’ve moved 7 times in 19 years, always purchasing a new home when we did. So we’ve got experience with mortgage lenders. Because of Pamela’s experience, knowledge, and personality, when we move again, we will definitely use Rocket Mortgage if Pamela still works there, she made the process easy. She reduced my stress during an extremely stressful time. For that, I will be forever grateful. Customers for life! Y’all better make sure she is very well compensated for what she does, because if you don’t, another institution may snatch her away from you. "I discovered Mike on the internet, early in 2019. I was interested in refinancing my home after my divorce. Mike was very professional and helpful, in filling out my application. Finding out ...I discovered Mike on the internet, early in 2019. I was interested in refinancing my home after my divorce. Mike was very professional and helpful, in filling out my application. Finding out quickly that I was approved for a home loan from his company. Rocket Mortgage. The rate of the mortgage was 2.0 percentage points below my current mortgage. Which was at 6.5 percent. That would mean a lower mortgage payment for me, more money in my pocket per month. Unfortunately, his company found out that my name was on another property that had a payment that had exceeded 30 days at one time. But it had been paid off after the deliquent payment. So I was penalized for one year. Mike said that once my penalty was expired I could resume my application with him. He advised me to keep making my payment's on time. I did that! I called Mike First week of October, 2019. He started the wheel turning again for me, all electronically. Signature and all. Application was approved, I went with a VA loan as I'm retired military. It was a little more work on my part, going with a VA loan. Mike informed me that the rates were lower now. He locked me in a 30 year fixed mortgage at 3.25 Percent. Half of my current rate of 6.5 percent. With coaching from Mike and patience from myself. It took a little time to complete the process. All the the paper was meticulous and reviewed for perfection by his team from Rocket Mortgage. Mike was always helpful and positive on every question or issue that I had for him. He was always friendly and respectful to me, on every question or issue I presented to him. He had a positive attitude and always answered my questions, in a quick and timely manner. With answers! I started the Loan application October 08th, 2019. Closed on the Mortgage December 20th 2019. I'm very pleased. One thing I recommend, is to check your Rocket Mortgage page once a day. When you have a task, complete it as quickly as possible. Read it over and over. Become aware of the whole package. There's alot going on and to learn. It really helped me.
