Finding out ...I discovered Mike on the internet, early in 2019. I was interested in refinancing my home after my divorce. Mike was very professional and helpful, in filling out my application. Finding out quickly that I was approved for a home loan from his company. Rocket Mortgage. The rate of the mortgage was 2.0 percentage points below my current mortgage. Which was at 6.5 percent. That would mean a lower mortgage payment for me, more money in my pocket per month. Unfortunately, his company found out that my name was on another property that had a payment that had exceeded 30 days at one time. But it had been paid off after the deliquent payment. So I was penalized for one year. Mike said that once my penalty was expired I could resume my application with him. He advised me to keep making my payment's on time. I did that! I called Mike First week of October, 2019. He started the wheel turning again for me, all electronically. Signature and all. Application was approved, I went with a VA loan as I'm retired military. It was a little more work on my part, going with a VA loan. Mike informed me that the rates were lower now. He locked me in a 30 year fixed mortgage at 3.25 Percent. Half of my current rate of 6.5 percent. With coaching from Mike and patience from myself. It took a little time to complete the process. All the the paper was meticulous and reviewed for perfection by his team from Rocket Mortgage. Mike was always helpful and positive on every question or issue that I had for him. He was always friendly and respectful to me, on every question or issue I presented to him. He had a positive attitude and always answered my questions, in a quick and timely manner. With answers! I started the Loan application October 08th, 2019. Closed on the Mortgage December 20th 2019. I'm very pleased. One thing I recommend, is to check your Rocket Mortgage page once a day. When you have a task, complete it as quickly as possible. Read it over and over. Become aware of the whole package. There's alot going on and to learn. It really helped me. I am a single mother who is trying to make ends meet. I am fortunate enough to be able to pay my bills on time. I have a credit score of 780 with some credit card bills. I’ve spoken with Christian Klimkiewicz one of their broker about the program. I provided him with the information he needs to start the process to refinance my home thru HARP program. I never missed a mortgage payment and pay my bills time, helped me qualified for the government program. Chris was very helpful and professional, he helped me set up my Q&L portal account and he’s very good in providing information. I was amazed how efficient and effective our communication, their Q&L portal was the best tool and that kept the process moving. Let me be clear . . . No fees or any sort of payment made by me to Q&L. Everything went so smooth and flawless in refinancing my home, we closed on April 1, 2016! I couldn’t ask for a better service and a better interest rate, it saves me a lot of money. Thank you Q&L! "

I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 ...Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 years, but decided to consider other loan mortgage for comparison. I contacted Rocket Mortgage. Adam was able to secure a pre-loan qualification document by the next day, and presented to me Rocket Mortgage's policy of providing as many options as possible that may be available to meet our financial status and mortgage goals. I was surprised at the extraordinary breath of options that Adam presented as he became more aware of our circumstances and needs. He worked with me for several weeks and hours of phone calls, providing several mortgage opportunities that were not available thru my local credit union, and in the end locked in a interest rate plan and loan estimate that our local credit union could not match. It was a delight to work with Adam to firm our mortgage, even overcoming a difficult issue of need that I defined as essential, but unusual. Adam's demeanor was always courteous, helpful, and understanding. He was truthful and proved trustworthy, and he made himself available to me 7 days a week. He immediately responded to all emails and phone calls (there were many). I have been delighted by the focus and dedication that Adam gave to me and my wife in undertaking this important and difficult life's undertaking. Adam became more than a Rocket Mortgage representative, but a friendly cohort as well. Thanks, Adam... you have been terrific and well-deserve five (5) stars for your work with us!"

I was pleasantly surprised with the results from Rocket Mortgage. Every step of the way with Amie was a pleasure. I have never done business with someone like her before. I really can't find the words to describe my experience . She was just phenomenal to deal with. I felt like she cared about me and was excited as I was for the the condo purchase. I can't find one negative thing to say about any part or anyone involved in the process. Amie is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and in my opinion one of a kind and irreplaceable. I would recommend her and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home!"

I already had another mortgage through Rocket Mortgage and was very comfortable with their services. Being that my moving company gave me the choice of Rocket Mortgage-it was a no brainer. The Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage app is so easy to use and I loved being able to use it to process documents and get things signed electronically. I can't say enough about Rocket Mortgage as they are a world class customer focused orientation. On to Troy specifically. From the start Trot went to bat for me in ways that others in my moving process had not. He went to underwriting multiple times on my behalf to help them understand my financial situation to ensure I can get the most out of my loan that I needed. While dealing with that, he kept me in the loop of communication ten fold! He didn't over communicate, but his timing was perfect and I always felt like I knew where I stood in the process of securing my loan. His customer service skills are outstanding and he built rapport and actively listened to my needs as I was making a life changing cross country move. My Wife Diana summed it up perfectly by saying "If only Troy and Rocket Mortgage could've been our Realtor and others throughout the moving process we wouldn't of had to worry about anything!" She's right. I've dealt with moving companies, realtors on both sides of the country, vehicle shipping managers, estimators, etc. and Troy was hands down the easiest and nicest person to deal with. I would recommend Troy and Rocket Mortgage to anybody who is looking for a home and doesn't want to feel like "just another file," or customer. Troy made my phone conversations personal and understood where I wanted to be, and he helped get me there. THANK YOU to Troy and Rocket Mortgage for making the process easy. "

He helped navigate me through several requests all in one effort. 1-He provided a lower APR which is now saving me money. 2-What I consider his most important discovery was that I paying an "Interest Only" payment with an SLS HELOC loan that is now bundled in with the new loan. 3-Ryan crafted a new, complete payment that now includes my Impound & Insurance payments so I know I will always be on track when taxes and insurance are due. 4-There were a few times when it looked as if my refinance request may have been declined due to its dynamics. These were the times when Ryan reached out to other support staff from Rocket Mortgage to help find the way for us to close this loan. 5-Ryan is incredibly professional, polite, insightful and courteous. I could not have worked with a better partner for this effort. In closing, I have worked in the Hotel/Hospitality industry for 40 years and work ethic, work quality and ultimately, customer care with ownership & solutions for any challenges is critical. Ryan delivered in all of these areas. I can tell a fake when I see/hear them. Ryan Hand is no fake. You should help groom and promote this young man from my experience with him. We have done two loans with him because he is a man of his word and actually CALLED US to let us know that the he could do even better with us on refinancing our loan that we already had with Rocket Mortgage. I tell anyone I meet or know that if they are ever wanting to refinance or get a loan that they must consider Ryan at Rocket Mortgage first. I never worry that their experience would be any different than ours. "

However, interest rates were too good to pass up, so we held our breath and decided to jump into the deep-end again. I've seen advertisements for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would try them out. Immediately after hitting submit, my phone rang. The representative told me that he was going to get Pedro on the phone with me to start the process. Fifteen minutes later we got a phone call from Pedro. His friendly, knowledgeable, and can-do persona was delightful. He thoroughly explained the Rocket Mortgage and Rocket process, helped us get logged into the online portal and walked us through the first steps. Already, this initial experience with Pedro far exceeded our experience with our last mortgage agent. But, it just got better from there. Anytime we had a question or concern, he responded within 24 hours. It's been one week since we started the application process with Pedro and because of his expertise, we are already closing in on completing the process and set to close from start to finish in less than a month. I truly cannot recommend Pedro enough!"
