My wife and I had refinanced a year ago, Chris called to tell me he can save me thousands and thousands if I’d do a refinance after displaying the numbers he was right I was able to drop nearly 2 points on my rate saving tons of money over the next 10 years so happy with the outcome . Except for the notary signing everything is done through my Rocket mortgage app Chris kept in constant contact to help me through the process made it very very simple ... easier than buying a car . We closed unbelievably quick ( following his advice it took only a couple of weeks to close)again Thank You Chris !"

He helped navigate me through several requests all in one effort. 1-He provided a lower APR which is now saving me money. 2-What I consider his most important discovery was that I paying an "Interest Only" payment with an SLS HELOC loan that is now bundled in with the new loan. 3-Ryan crafted a new, complete payment that now includes my Impound & Insurance payments so I know I will always be on track when taxes and insurance are due. 4-There were a few times when it looked as if my refinance request may have been declined due to its dynamics. These were the times when Ryan reached out to other support staff from Rocket Mortgage to help find the way for us to close this loan. 5-Ryan is incredibly professional, polite, insightful and courteous. I could not have worked with a better partner for this effort. In closing, I have worked in the Hotel/Hospitality industry for 40 years and work ethic, work quality and ultimately, customer care with ownership & solutions for any challenges is critical. Ryan delivered in all of these areas. I can tell a fake when I see/hear them. Ryan Hand is no fake. You should help groom and promote this young man from my experience with him. I was ...I don’t know if I have the words to describe how I feel about Pamela and her expertise and experience. When we got our last mortgage 6 years ago with Wells Fargo, it was absolute hell. I was constantly printing forms, signing them, scanning them, and emailing them back. They kept requesting more and more documentation for everything. It was almost like a full time job just getting the loan. And it was extremely stressful. We actually had to move our closing back twice, a week at a time because of their practices. With Pamela and Rocket Mortgage, everything was easy. The loan status site made sure I knew what was needed. And Pamela made sure to honor my request to call me anytime something was needed to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She not only knew what needed done immediately, but she anticipated what needed to be done in a week, or two weeks. It’s obvious she knows her job inside and out. Knowledge is power, and she’s as powerful a person as I’ve ever met. She promised me she could get the loan approval in 18-21 days after we made an offer on a house, and she delivered! Her vast experience is obvious. We’ve moved 7 times in 19 years, always purchasing a new home when we did. So we’ve got experience with mortgage lenders. Because of Pamela’s experience, knowledge, and personality, when we move again, we will definitely use Rocket Mortgage if Pamela still works there, she made the process easy. She reduced my stress during an extremely stressful time. For that, I will be forever grateful. Customers for life! Y’all better make sure she is very well compensated for what she does, because if you don’t, another institution may snatch her away from you. If I was still in the business world, I’d definitely try to recruit her! Thanks again Pamela!"

He was patient and professional at every turn. When we had a question that was not specifically in his bailiwick he referred to the right specialists or he forwarded the question for us. He always returned our phone calls and never left us hanging. Knowledge and flexibility are his strong points. We would highly recommend him to anyone who may have multiple complicated scenarios to choose from. Anthony will steer people in the right direction."

Long drawn out process. Michael worked with us from the beginning and with many many ups and downs was able to not only get the rental mortgage refinanced but new retirement home financed. We are talking new appraisals, new surveys, new abstracts and on and on it went. There was more than one time I wanted to pull plug on process. I am glad the process is done and over. We are in our retirement home. Rental property all set. Very very difficult process and to have two mortgages in process at the same time it was frustrating at times. However Michael did help us with the process and now it is said and done......life is good.!!!!! The difficulty of the process was not Rocket Mortgage fault it was what we did that made it a difficult process. I am not sure another mortgage company could have handled the complex process."

He answered all of ...I recently applied and closed on a Home Equity Loan (HEL) through Rocket Mortgage. My loan expert was Billy Harb. From the very beginning Billy was polite, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the entire process. He assisted me with understanding the procedure of how everything was completed online and how to upload the necessary documents requested for final closing approval. Billy remained available via phone, text and email for questions and/or concerns from start to finish. I had explained that I was going to be going out of town and I was concerned about the closing date being while I was away. Billy advised me that the closing should be relatively quick and he was not kidding. From the beginning to close, the entire process was only eleven days total, including weekends. I was beyond impressed! My closing was online. I was able to choose my closing date and time. I was also able to sign some of the documents in advance on the day of the closing. Billy reached out to me prior to the closing offering his assistance and did help me to figure out how my husband could join the closing from a different location, as well as other closing details that I required assistance with. I cannot thank Billy enough for all of his assistance and guidance, as well as his patience, during the process of applying and closing on my home equity loan. I would highly recommend Billy Harb to anyone looking for a genuine and competent loan professional to assist them throughout their home equity loan journey."

However, interest rates were too good to pass up, so we held our breath and decided to jump into the deep-end again. I've seen advertisements for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would try them out. Immediately after hitting submit, my phone rang. The representative told me that he was going to get Pedro on the phone with me to start the process. Fifteen minutes later we got a phone call from Pedro. His friendly, knowledgeable, and can-do persona was delightful. He thoroughly explained the Rocket Mortgage and Rocket process, helped us get logged into the online portal and walked us through the first steps. Already, this initial experience with Pedro far exceeded our experience with our last mortgage agent. But, it just got better from there. Anytime we had a question or concern, he responded within 24 hours. It's been one week since we started the application process with Pedro and because of his expertise, we are already closing in on completing the process and set to close from start to finish in less than a month. I truly cannot recommend Pedro enough!"
