We were about to close with another bank but VERY unsatisfied with the deal. The desire of a new home was making us just want to get everything over with. Thank GOD we reached out to Rocket Mortgage specifically to Jonathan. We were intimidated by false statements that were keeping us from searching another mortgage option but he was able to manage all that anxiety with grace and gave us peace of mind and the truth. I cannot leave out he helped us save SOOOO much money with his negotiation. He was available at all times no matter what (except on vacation in the desert lol and Boy did we miss him bc no other substitute was comparable). I believe that Jonathan at such young age has a true gift. A Perfect balance between his business knowledge and his not overwhelming persuasiveness to make his clients feel secure and confident while breaking any previous false self defense barriers we can have. You became a friend/family. Missing all that excitement sometimes. We BLESS YOU and will FOREVER be in our hearts and part of this home. PLEASE stop by when in Miami. After almost a year and a half trying to "re-finance" with our mortgage company of 10 years, we were so frustrated and in very bad shape financially. We just needed to get our payment down. I called Rocket Mortgage and within a few months we were done and are now saving about $3,000.00 a month. We got out from under our back taxes, cut our mortgage in half and the process was SO easy. DeAnna kept in touch with us weekly and was always there (even on weekends) to answer any and all questions. I tell everyone about our great experience and I highly recommend them! We now can stop stressing about making our mortgage payment and enjoy our 1st grandchild! Thank you DeAnna and Rocket Mortgage! Leslie & Jerry Behnke"

Tuition, fees and living expenses are 78k per year. Initially, we went through the refinance process and were discouraged when we were not approved initially. I decided to go through the application for refinancing our home again wondering how we could be denied with an excellent credit score. When interest rates dropped to 2.75 I decided it was worth it. Jimmy was assigned to our application and his knowledge, experience, encouragement and availability were unparalleled. He was able to get us a 2.5 interest rate! Rocket Mortgage is fantastic because it is comprised of experts like Jimmy. My wife and I are now having our mother apply in Washington State. As it turns out, Jimmy is also certified in that state and can help her too! When you apply, make sure to ask for Jimmy."

My husband and I liked Scott from our first conversation; he was direct, forthcoming, ...Scott just coordinated our entire re-finance. He managed to ram rod it through in 30 days start to finish. My husband and I liked Scott from our first conversation; he was direct, forthcoming, honest and never once reneged on what he promised he could do. My daughter a cynical real estate attorney and partner in a real estate law firm and title company was less than charmed when I told her about our enthusiasm for Scott and what he said he could do for us. She wanted to investigate to protect us. After talking with Scott, reviewing all his facts and figures, and investigating and checking out his proposals and Rocket Mortgage, she said, "Mom, we couldn't even do this for you as my own mother as fast and cheaply as Scott can. You should definitely jump on this proposal as fast as you can". She corresponded with Scott and reviewed all proposals and updates throughout, going over proposed closing costs and eventually settlement sheets with a fine tooth comb, checking to make sure all federal laws, etc. were timely complied with and that we were getting exactly what we had been promised at the quoted cost. If she had a question or issue that needed resolution, Scott took care of it immediately. In short, Scott made our refinance a pleasant, and efficient process. He was ALWAYS instantly available, answered questions patiently (we are both over 75) and explained every step and requirement in terms anyone could understand. The Rocket Mortgage communications board by which documents and information is exchanged between Rocket Mortgage and borrowers was perfect, and our Client Care Coordinator, Erika Kyles was as responsive and helpful as Scott. She answered immediately, offered creative ways to exchange documents and signatures, etc. and kept the stress level down to nil. I would not only highly recommend Scott and Erika and Rocket Mortgage, I think I will plan to put them in our Will!. "

My wife and I had refinanced a year ago, Chris called to tell me he can save me thousands and thousands if I’d do a refinance after displaying the numbers he was right I was able to drop nearly 2 points on my rate saving tons of money over the next 10 years so happy with the outcome . Except for the notary signing everything is done through my Rocket mortgage app Chris kept in constant contact to help me through the process made it very very simple ... easier than buying a car . We closed unbelievably quick ( following his advice it took only a couple of weeks to close)again Thank You Chris !"

He helped navigate me through several requests all in one effort. 1-He provided a lower APR which is now saving me money. 2-What I consider his most important discovery was that I paying an "Interest Only" payment with an SLS HELOC loan that is now bundled in with the new loan. 3-Ryan crafted a new, complete payment that now includes my Impound & Insurance payments so I know I will always be on track when taxes and insurance are due. 4-There were a few times when it looked as if my refinance request may have been declined due to its dynamics. These were the times when Ryan reached out to other support staff from Rocket Mortgage to help find the way for us to close this loan. 5-Ryan is incredibly professional, polite, insightful and courteous. I could not have worked with a better partner for this effort. In closing, I have worked in the Hotel/Hospitality industry for 40 years and work ethic, work quality and ultimately, customer care with ownership & solutions for any challenges is critical. Ryan delivered in all of these areas. I can tell a fake when I see/hear them. Ryan Hand is no fake. You should help groom and promote this young man from my experience with him. I was ...I don’t know if I have the words to describe how I feel about Pamela and her expertise and experience. When we got our last mortgage 6 years ago with Wells Fargo, it was absolute hell. I was constantly printing forms, signing them, scanning them, and emailing them back. They kept requesting more and more documentation for everything. It was almost like a full time job just getting the loan. And it was extremely stressful. We actually had to move our closing back twice, a week at a time because of their practices. With Pamela and Rocket Mortgage, everything was easy. The loan status site made sure I knew what was needed. And Pamela made sure to honor my request to call me anytime something was needed to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She not only knew what needed done immediately, but she anticipated what needed to be done in a week, or two weeks. It’s obvious she knows her job inside and out. Knowledge is power, and she’s as powerful a person as I’ve ever met. She promised me she could get the loan approval in 18-21 days after we made an offer on a house, and she delivered! Her vast experience is obvious. We’ve moved 7 times in 19 years, always purchasing a new home when we did. So we’ve got experience with mortgage lenders. Because of Pamela’s experience, knowledge, and personality, when we move again, we will definitely use Rocket Mortgage if Pamela still works there, she made the process easy. She reduced my stress during an extremely stressful time. For that, I will be forever grateful. Customers for life! Y’all better make sure she is very well compensated for what she does, because if you don’t, another institution may snatch her away from you. I am a single mother who is trying to make ends meet. I am fortunate enough to be able to pay my bills on time. I have a credit score of 780 with some credit card bills. I’ve spoken with Christian Klimkiewicz one of their broker about the program. I provided him with the information he needs to start the process to refinance my home thru HARP program. I never missed a mortgage payment and pay my bills time, helped me qualified for the government program. Chris was very helpful and professional, he helped me set up my Q&L portal account and he’s very good in providing information. I was amazed how efficient and effective our communication, their Q&L portal was the best tool and that kept the process moving. Let me be clear . . . No fees or any sort of payment made by me to Q&L. Everything went so smooth and flawless in refinancing my home, we closed on April 1, 2016! I couldn’t ask for a better service and a better interest rate, it saves me a lot of money. Thank you Q&L! "

He constantly reassured me in current troubles and potential ones with direction on how to ward them off. He went above and beyond accommodating our needs to make this flow smoothly. He even provided and called me on his personal cell from home during his dinner hour. Talk about dedication! This gentleman deserves the award of the year for compassion, dedication, determination, and fortitude to get our loan close in 30 days. He is a true gem as a person and asset to Rocket.
