We have done two loans with him because he is a man of his word and actually CALLED US to let us know that the he could do even better with us on refinancing our loan that we already had with Rocket Mortgage. I tell anyone I meet or know that if they are ever wanting to refinance or get a loan that they must consider Ryan at Rocket Mortgage first. I never worry that their experience would be any different than ours. "

However, interest rates were too good to pass up, so we held our breath and decided to jump into the deep-end again. I've seen advertisements for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would try them out. Immediately after hitting submit, my phone rang. The representative told me that he was going to get Pedro on the phone with me to start the process. Fifteen minutes later we got a phone call from Pedro. His friendly, knowledgeable, and can-do persona was delightful. He thoroughly explained the Rocket Mortgage and Rocket process, helped us get logged into the online portal and walked us through the first steps. Already, this initial experience with Pedro far exceeded our experience with our last mortgage agent. But, it just got better from there. Anytime we had a question or concern, he responded within 24 hours. It's been one week since we started the application process with Pedro and because of his expertise, we are already closing in on completing the process and set to close from start to finish in less than a month. I truly cannot recommend Pedro enough!"

I refinanced right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when everyone was refinancing so I know he must have been super busy. However, I couldn't tell he was super busy. He must be very organized to handle the workload. I would recommend Jeff if you're even thinking about refinancing or buying a home. I never felt pressured to refinance with Jeff and Rocket Mortgage. They are just the best value compared to the competitors so he just guided me through the process. It was nice working with you Jeff. Thanks for understanding that I had two active kids at home every time we spoke on the phone! Adam"

You might ask yourself, why is it an honor to do business with Mathew Ross? I’m glad you asked that kind internet stranger. Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who wakes up in the morning, pisses excellence, cracks his knuckles knowing full and well that it does not give you arthritis, then goes to his computer in his basement fortress of solitude, that he refers to as his office, and sweats excellence all day. Mathew Ross has the patience of a contract killer working in an industry that does not forgive mistakes. His vast array of industry knowledge dwarfs that of any rival to a degree that one finds themselves questioning how the competition stays in business. Mathew Ross is a master of his craft and trade. From the inflection in his voice, to the fact that he will never talk over you in any conversation. Seriously, I interpreted him like four times and he never once stopped me. Have you ever heard the saying measure twice and cut once? Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who measures three times and the board cuts itself out of respect for his professionalism. He will have zero issues taking full responsibility for any mistakes, but let me assure you, you have a higher probability of winning the mega millions than finding an error. He stated early on, that he is the they, and the buck stops here. For a man to take full responsibility for any potential issues says a lot about his character, his abilities, and his confidence in the people around him. In closing, if your looking for a dedicated professional to work with, look no further. If I had to fight any man on earth in an old fashion Wild West duel, it would be Mathew Ross. The reason is simple. While I’m ninety percent sure I would win, if by chance he got off a lucky shot, I wouldn’t feel bad about dying by the hand of a man of such character."

"we had a very difficult mortgage to process. Had existing mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. It was a rental property. Wanted to divide out land and build our retirement home. Long drawn out process. Michael worked with us from the beginning and with many many ups and downs was able to not only get the rental mortgage refinanced but new retirement home financed. We are talking new appraisals, new surveys, new abstracts and on and on it went. There was more than one time I wanted to pull plug on process. I am glad the process is done and over. We are in our retirement home. Rental property all set. Very very difficult process and to have two mortgages in process at the same time it was frustrating at times. However Michael did help us with the process and now it is said and done......life is good.!!!!! The difficulty of the process was not Rocket Mortgage fault it was what we did that made it a difficult process. I am not sure another mortgage company could have handled the complex process."

Tima was the first person I talked to at Rocket Mortgages and after speaking with him for a few minutes I knew I had found my guy! Within minutes he gave me hope that I would be able to close in a timely matter, with a better rate, and work with someone who was personable and professional. Even as the loan moved thru different stages and different contacts, Tima continued to check in with me to see how everything was going and to see if there was anything I needed. I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more hard working and knowledgeable person to have answered the phone that day, and for that I am grateful. Thank you Tima and crew for all your hard work! "

Also, her turnaround time on my questions was minimal and she always responded with kindness and professionalism. The entire process was smooth and unlike other well-known lenders we closed the loan in a little more than 30 days. Rocket Mortgages (Rocket Mortgage) online portal is outstanding. It provided a buyer-friendly platform that was easy to manage, upload and retain documents. It also kept us abreast of any changes or requests for documentation. Even though I used the portal a lot Jessica was always around for questions and follow-up when needed. She'd often reach out and see how things were going. The funding and closing portion of the process was also smooth and quick. It's associates like Jessica that make Rocket Mortgage the number one lender in the USA. The previous lender could not describe some of the basic concepts of the loans I was looking at/asking about. Frustrated I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a try and felt really lucky to get Amanda. I asked her to explain everything to me like I was a fourth grader and she did! She gave me a nationwide perspective on closing costs, mortgage rates, and the housing market and it was helpful in putting my experience into perspective. She was reassuring and broke down the numbers and debt to income ratios for me when I was nervous about whether I was taking on too much mortgage to income. That conversation gave me the solid foundation I needed to confidently put in my offer. She was quick, communicative, and even shared some personal anecdotes which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I think we walk into these Rocket Mortgages thinking we might lose the personal touch, but that wasn't my experience at all. Of the three mortgage lending experiences I've had, this was the most personal and attentive. Thanks, Amanda, you're aces!"
