When he put an offer in on a home the lender who was refereed to us by the realtor stated that actually he didn't qualify and need me, his mom to co-sign. I was put off by that and went on to my husbands employers perk website. There prefered lender is Rocket Mortgage. It was a Saturday moring when I found out this information but I thought lets give it a try to call a lender on a Saturday. Honestly expected a voice message to call us back during business hours, but to my surprise I was connected with Kyle. I told him our situation and explained that we were already into the documentation with the other lender. He reassured me that he could work with our tight timeline (3 weeks) and that we would get a better deal. He was correct on both counts. We closed on March 30th and saved about 4K over the quote from our first lender. I highly recommend Kyle and all of Rocket Mortgage. Most is done on-line as far as doucmentation and the website keeps you up to date on what they are doing and what you need to do. Kyle called my son on his own time at least twice to keep him up to date and assure him it would be done on time. I rarely write reviews but Kyle and Rocket Mortgage did such a great job everyone should be this lucky to have them as a lender."

You might ask yourself, why is it an honor to do business with Mathew Ross? I’m glad you asked that kind internet stranger. Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who wakes up in the morning, pisses excellence, cracks his knuckles knowing full and well that it does not give you arthritis, then goes to his computer in his basement fortress of solitude, that he refers to as his office, and sweats excellence all day. Mathew Ross has the patience of a contract killer working in an industry that does not forgive mistakes. His vast array of industry knowledge dwarfs that of any rival to a degree that one finds themselves questioning how the competition stays in business. Mathew Ross is a master of his craft and trade. From the inflection in his voice, to the fact that he will never talk over you in any conversation. Seriously, I interpreted him like four times and he never once stopped me. Have you ever heard the saying measure twice and cut once? Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who measures three times and the board cuts itself out of respect for his professionalism. He will have zero issues taking full responsibility for any mistakes, but let me assure you, you have a higher probability of winning the mega millions than finding an error. He stated early on, that he is the they, and the buck stops here. For a man to take full responsibility for any potential issues says a lot about his character, his abilities, and his confidence in the people around him. In closing, if your looking for a dedicated professional to work with, look no further. If I had to fight any man on earth in an old fashion Wild West duel, it would be Mathew Ross. The reason is simple. While I’m ninety percent sure I would win, if by chance he got off a lucky shot, I wouldn’t feel bad about dying by the hand of a man of such character."

"Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 ...Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 years, but decided to consider other loan mortgage for comparison. I contacted Rocket Mortgage. Adam was able to secure a pre-loan qualification document by the next day, and presented to me Rocket Mortgage's policy of providing as many options as possible that may be available to meet our financial status and mortgage goals. I was surprised at the extraordinary breath of options that Adam presented as he became more aware of our circumstances and needs. He worked with me for several weeks and hours of phone calls, providing several mortgage opportunities that were not available thru my local credit union, and in the end locked in a interest rate plan and loan estimate that our local credit union could not match. It was a delight to work with Adam to firm our mortgage, even overcoming a difficult issue of need that I defined as essential, but unusual. Adam's demeanor was always courteous, helpful, and understanding. He was truthful and proved trustworthy, and he made himself available to me 7 days a week. He immediately responded to all emails and phone calls (there were many). I have been delighted by the focus and dedication that Adam gave to me and my wife in undertaking this important and difficult life's undertaking. Adam became more than a Rocket Mortgage representative, but a friendly cohort as well. Thanks, Adam... you have been terrific and well-deserve five (5) stars for your work with us!"

Tima was the first person I talked to at Rocket Mortgages and after speaking with him for a few minutes I knew I had found my guy! Within minutes he gave me hope that I would be able to close in a timely matter, with a better rate, and work with someone who was personable and professional. Even as the loan moved thru different stages and different contacts, Tima continued to check in with me to see how everything was going and to see if there was anything I needed. I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more hard working and knowledgeable person to have answered the phone that day, and for that I am grateful. Thank you Tima and crew for all your hard work! "

I was in some serious debt with the IRS and needed help. I knew i had equity in my home but needed help getting that equity out and paying off the IRS. I called Rocket Mortgage and they put me in touch with Maggie. She reviewed my case within two days and called me and said i think we can help. 30 days later i closed on my loan and payed off the IRS. i cant tell you the weight that was lifted off my shoulders. My payment was just a few dollars more than i was paying and i don't have the IRS calling me every week.. THANK YOU MAGGIE. My son just put a offer in on a house and used Rocket Mortgage and Maggie. his closing is scheduled for the 27th of November just 27 days after he applied. Once again THANK YOU!!!!!!!"

The previous lender could not describe some of the basic concepts of the loans I was looking at/asking about. Frustrated I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a try and felt really lucky to get Amanda. I asked her to explain everything to me like I was a fourth grader and she did! She gave me a nationwide perspective on closing costs, mortgage rates, and the housing market and it was helpful in putting my experience into perspective. She was reassuring and broke down the numbers and debt to income ratios for me when I was nervous about whether I was taking on too much mortgage to income. That conversation gave me the solid foundation I needed to confidently put in my offer. She was quick, communicative, and even shared some personal anecdotes which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I think we walk into these Rocket Mortgages thinking we might lose the personal touch, but that wasn't my experience at all. Of the three mortgage lending experiences I've had, this was the most personal and attentive. Thanks, Amanda, you're aces!"

I had been trying to work with another company before I had the pleasure of working with Moe. While I had a 7 week headache trying to get a pre approval from another company, Moe, who is a miracle worker, got me my pre approval less than 30 minutes. Not only that, due to the nature of cape cod housing being crazy, I had to ask Moe for about 5-7 different approval letters all within the budget but all specific to the houses that I was putting offers on. He was always available and if he was out of the office and unable to reach his computer, he always had someone to run to my rescue. He did not only make the entire stressful process of financing and getting the paperwork done, super easy and stress-FREE, but he definitely became the person I could count on if I ever had any questions. He is absolutely amazing, attentive, funny, respectful, super knowledgeable, very patient, and he's become a great friend. I will absolutely refer any friend, family, colleague or associate to him without a single doubt because I know if there's one person who can get it done flawlessly, it will be Moe.
