I refinanced right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when everyone was refinancing so I know he must have been super busy. However, I couldn't tell he was super busy. He must be very organized to handle the workload. I would recommend Jeff if you're even thinking about refinancing or buying a home. I never felt pressured to refinance with Jeff and Rocket Mortgage. They are just the best value compared to the competitors so he just guided me through the process. It was nice working with you Jeff. Thanks for understanding that I had two active kids at home every time we spoke on the phone! Adam"

"When looking for a re-if I decided to check with my current lender to see if I could get a drop in interest rate and monthly payment. I called and spoke with Andre Rakas. He was very easy to talk to. ...When looking for a re-if I decided to check with my current lender to see if I could get a drop in interest rate and monthly payment. I called and spoke with Andre Rakas. He was very easy to talk to. I asked several questions about different scenarios. He worked the numbers on a 30-yr and 20-yr mortgage. After being assured that I wouldn’t have to scan multiple documents I agreed to proceed. Since I had re-fi’d with Rocket Mortgage 1 year before they said they could use most of what they already had on file. I only had to supply new W-2, 1099, for 2020. They could access my tax returns with my permission. I didn’t have to send every page as well as I didn’t have to send bank statements either. A couple documents that were easily transmitted through their Rocket App with just a camera shot was all I had to provide. I was able to see where my mortgage process was and reply to any requests for docs. From the time I applied to closing was 17 days total. Not business days which would be even shorter. The best mortgage re-fi experience I’ve ever had."

Due to credit issues we were guided towards Alex in the Credit Department at Rocket. I will fully admit that I personally lost composure during the process though Alex remained empathetic and professional. He was communicative throughout the process and even when the news wasn't great or it was ambiguous he remained focus on the end goal. I appreciate his incredible focus on my families goals and would recommend him to anyone who must work with the Credit Department at Rocket."

Billy was honest, supportive and above all respectful and knowledgeable about exactly what I would want to do going forward with my refinance loan. After about 6 months I picked up my phone and immediately called Billy Harb, I knew he was exactly the type of person I wanted to complete this refinance loan with. I seriously can't thank Billy Harb and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team of representatives enough for all they did to help me! Billy started to get the ball rolling with my process and maintained a line of communication and support all the way through the completion and closing of my loan! When he put an offer in on a home the lender who was refereed to us by the realtor stated that actually he didn't qualify and need me, his mom to co-sign. I was put off by that and went on to my husbands employers perk website. There prefered lender is Rocket Mortgage. It was a Saturday moring when I found out this information but I thought lets give it a try to call a lender on a Saturday. Honestly expected a voice message to call us back during business hours, but to my surprise I was connected with Kyle. I told him our situation and explained that we were already into the documentation with the other lender. He reassured me that he could work with our tight timeline (3 weeks) and that we would get a better deal. He was correct on both counts. We closed on March 30th and saved about 4K over the quote from our first lender. I highly recommend Kyle and all of Rocket Mortgage. Most is done on-line as far as doucmentation and the website keeps you up to date on what they are doing and what you need to do. Kyle called my son on his own time at least twice to keep him up to date and assure him it would be done on time. I rarely write reviews but Kyle and Rocket Mortgage did such a great job everyone should be this lucky to have them as a lender."

You might ask yourself, why is it an honor to do business with Mathew Ross? I’m glad you asked that kind internet stranger. Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who wakes up in the morning, pisses excellence, cracks his knuckles knowing full and well that it does not give you arthritis, then goes to his computer in his basement fortress of solitude, that he refers to as his office, and sweats excellence all day. Mathew Ross has the patience of a contract killer working in an industry that does not forgive mistakes. His vast array of industry knowledge dwarfs that of any rival to a degree that one finds themselves questioning how the competition stays in business. Mathew Ross is a master of his craft and trade. From the inflection in his voice, to the fact that he will never talk over you in any conversation. Seriously, I interpreted him like four times and he never once stopped me. Have you ever heard the saying measure twice and cut once? Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who measures three times and the board cuts itself out of respect for his professionalism. He will have zero issues taking full responsibility for any mistakes, but let me assure you, you have a higher probability of winning the mega millions than finding an error. He stated early on, that he is the they, and the buck stops here. For a man to take full responsibility for any potential issues says a lot about his character, his abilities, and his confidence in the people around him. In closing, if your looking for a dedicated professional to work with, look no further. If I had to fight any man on earth in an old fashion Wild West duel, it would be Mathew Ross. The reason is simple. While I’m ninety percent sure I would win, if by chance he got off a lucky shot, I wouldn’t feel bad about dying by the hand of a man of such character."
