I called and spoke with Andre Rakas. He was very easy to talk to. I asked several questions about different scenarios. He worked the numbers on a 30-yr and 20-yr mortgage. After being assured that I wouldn’t have to scan multiple documents I agreed to proceed. Since I had re-fi’d with Rocket Mortgage 1 year before they said they could use most of what they already had on file. I only had to supply new W-2, 1099, for 2020. They could access my tax returns with my permission. I didn’t have to send every page as well as I didn’t have to send bank statements either. A couple documents that were easily transmitted through their Rocket App with just a camera shot was all I had to provide. I was able to see where my mortgage process was and reply to any requests for docs. From the time I applied to closing was 17 days total. Not business days which would be even shorter. The best mortgage re-fi experience I’ve ever had."

Due to credit issues we were guided towards Alex in the Credit Department at Rocket. I will fully admit that I personally lost composure during the process though Alex remained empathetic and professional. He was communicative throughout the process and even when the news wasn't great or it was ambiguous he remained focus on the end goal. I appreciate his incredible focus on my families goals and would recommend him to anyone who must work with the Credit Department at Rocket."

I am very grateful to Sarah as well as the underwriters and everyone else involved at Rocket Mortgage for allowing me to refinance my home; I needed to get my ex husbands name off the mortgage or could have been forced to sell. Thank you again for helping me. I am already sleeping much better thanks to you."

I met Jake last year shortly after the Covid virus reached the United States. People were rushing to get supplies, food and an understanding as to what was happening in our country, yet when I spoke to Jake, he never once during that time missed an email, a phone call or the opportunity to make sure I had every thing I needed for my approval. Fast forward, two hurricanes, and eleven months later I am back in the market, I call Jake and I promise you it was as though I had kept in touch all those months. Once again Jake who remains professional and patient was ready to go to work. Jake answers every phone call, text, and email so promptly, that you forget he has other buyers/customers. On top of that Jake is an Executive/Senior Banker and yet I have not met anyone so humble and approachable in this industry. I am 1700 miles a way, however when ever I communicate with Jake in regards to my home loan, or any related business I guarantee you that I feel I am right there at the Rocket Mortgage Headquarters. Rocket Mortgage you got this right, bringing Jake into the Rocket Mortgage Family. Jake don't you loose that amazing attitude and drive and eagerness to help buyers make dreams come true. He had My interests and concerns first, even when i wasnt sure. In any review, i normally stop at 4 stars at the most. However, Nick is respectful and the customer comes first. It took a while to get my loan, but it is because I have a complicated financial situation that needed thorough examination. We want them to take our word for it, but not everyone tells the truth so while I hated the waiting I understand their wanting verification. I worked with Whitney Carey throughout this process and she was a true rock and listened to my endless whining and complaining, the employees at Rocket Mortgage ROCK. Be patient people if you don't have a simple debt to income it takes time, they are there to help you. We closed and with all that is going on in my finances, I do have good credit btw. They hung in there and worked hard to get me my loan. Most people's loans are probably not that complicated. It can be frustrating as they wade through intricate details of your expenses and income, but hang in there if you are honest and have good credit they will get you what you want in the end if you qualify. "

It took us a while, a whole year, but we found the house we wanted. Wissam became my number one advisor and resource and help me every step of the way. He is not only knowledgeable, he communicates very well. He explained every detail every step of the way in a simple and precise way making it a pleasant process. A month after our closure, and he still checks with us via email to see how things are going in our new home. I always hear stories on how other home buyers have nightmares with the buying and closing process, that was NOT our experience. Wissam and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy is unreal. Due to the fact I was not in the states when I started the process we began with texts and were then able ...Chuck was the first person I spoke with to get the ball rolling on applying for a mortgage. Due to the fact I was not in the states when I started the process we began with texts and were then able to get to phone for a conversation. After I explained my situation that most of the [process would need to be online he was very understanding. He never made it seems like certain things could not be done even though I was not always able to call and talk directly with him. Chuck would always answer an email or text within a couple of hours. Even when I could not get in touch there was someone there who was up to speed and could answer questions. I appreciated everything Chuck did and the explanations he gave always made sense. Wished I could have kept him throughout the whole process but I understand what part of the team he was with . He was available for any questions pr concerns even after the closing date. Would request him again if we were looking for another mortgage through Rocket. Thanks again Chuck."
