He strives to provide an exceptional experience and definitely wants the client to feel empowered! This is truly what set Matt and Rocket Mortgage apart from the other prospective lenders. I loved the dashboard and the ability to complete tasks virtually. I loved the email and text alerts so I knew something was due, and I absolutely LOVED the fact that we beat our closing timeline so I could breathe at the end of the process, because everything was buttoned up! Fantastic work! Cheers!"

"Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 ...Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 years, but decided to consider other loan mortgage for comparison. I contacted Rocket Mortgage. Adam was able to secure a pre-loan qualification document by the next day, and presented to me Rocket Mortgage's policy of providing as many options as possible that may be available to meet our financial status and mortgage goals. I was surprised at the extraordinary breath of options that Adam presented as he became more aware of our circumstances and needs. He worked with me for several weeks and hours of phone calls, providing several mortgage opportunities that were not available thru my local credit union, and in the end locked in a interest rate plan and loan estimate that our local credit union could not match. It was a delight to work with Adam to firm our mortgage, even overcoming a difficult issue of need that I defined as essential, but unusual. Adam's demeanor was always courteous, helpful, and understanding. He was truthful and proved trustworthy, and he made himself available to me 7 days a week. He immediately responded to all emails and phone calls (there were many). I have been delighted by the focus and dedication that Adam gave to me and my wife in undertaking this important and difficult life's undertaking. Adam became more than a Rocket Mortgage representative, but a friendly cohort as well. Thanks, Adam... you have been terrific and well-deserve five (5) stars for your work with us!"

I'm a pretty skeptical person when it comes to dealing with finances with a stranger, especially over the phone. My dad had used Rocket Mortgage a time or two before and recommended them. I had no idea how great the quality of customer service would be. Simon is the real deal! He Knows his business and there wasn't a question I could ask that he didn't have the answer for. The whole process was quick and seamless. I would recommend to anyone and yes I would use him again! "

Lyne Demonte was my first contact with my most recent contact with Rocket Mortgage. I had made inquiries previously, but was hesitant to proceed. From the beginning, Lynae understood my hesitations and concerns about applying. She talked to me about each concern, taking on a much larger mortgage vs my debt consolidation, she answered each question completely in a way that was understandable and never lost patience with my endless questions. From beginning until George and I signed our closing documents she was consistently available and patient with my questions. However, it was after we signed the closing documents and thought it was completed, is when Lynae really saved the day for us, and frankly turned our "soured" opinion around. A week after we had signed the documents I became concerned we had not heard one word from Rocket Mortgage, normally I was getting updates almost daily. When I called to check on status (I had another house payment due on old mortgage) I was told after researching, that our signatures were missing on documents and closing would be held up. I was angry, frustrated and would have tried to completely back out. I called Lynae, she responded immediately, went above and beyond to assure the documents were faxed to me, and waited on the line while I was at the library talking me through the whole process and waited until she received the signed documents I faxed. The home loan was payed off in time. I believe, she has a strong integrity to her customers, even if her initial part of the process could have been understood as completed. For this reason, I would recommend Rocket Mortgage, and would have persons considering request Lynae."

I met Jake last year shortly after the Covid virus ...I wanted to make sure I took time out to leave my experience, not just saying, "Thank you Jake" in an email or text but to also share with you why. I met Jake last year shortly after the Covid virus reached the United States. People were rushing to get supplies, food and an understanding as to what was happening in our country, yet when I spoke to Jake, he never once during that time missed an email, a phone call or the opportunity to make sure I had every thing I needed for my approval. Fast forward, two hurricanes, and eleven months later I am back in the market, I call Jake and I promise you it was as though I had kept in touch all those months. Once again Jake who remains professional and patient was ready to go to work. Jake answers every phone call, text, and email so promptly, that you forget he has other buyers/customers. On top of that Jake is an Executive/Senior Banker and yet I have not met anyone so humble and approachable in this industry. I am 1700 miles a way, however when ever I communicate with Jake in regards to my home loan, or any related business I guarantee you that I feel I am right there at the Rocket Mortgage Headquarters. Rocket Mortgage you got this right, bringing Jake into the Rocket Mortgage Family. Jake don't you loose that amazing attitude and drive and eagerness to help buyers make dreams come true.
