It took us a while, a whole year, but we found the house we wanted. Wissam became my number one advisor and resource and help me every step of the way. He is not only knowledgeable, he communicates very well. He explained every detail every step of the way in a simple and precise way making it a pleasant process. A month after our closure, and he still checks with us via email to see how things are going in our new home. I always hear stories on how other home buyers have nightmares with the buying and closing process, that was NOT our experience. Wissam and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy is unreal. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication, we cant be more happier with everything you did for us!"

I was obviously stressed and confused and didn’t really know what to do. Darrius was great- gave me much needed calming advice and walked me through the process. He remained in contact through out the process- advised me on ways to improve my situation and helped me secure the refinance I needed in record time. Sounds like an exaggeration- but dude was a god send. At no point did I feel sold on anything or pressured. He was proactive- available and able to answer all questions I had."

Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate ...Dan was the best person at Rocket Mortgage hands down. When I called and talked to another person it was night and day, Dan is the best. Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate experience (which sucks). I would be at work in a meeting and was able to text him and get a response and never had to move my day around to try and work around coordinating a phone call. Texting and email was a big advantage for me because I could quickly toss out a question before I forgot and get a response back without worry about phone tag, or waiting until I can make a call and forget what I was going to say. Rocket Mortgage as a company means nothing to me. There's 1,000 Rocket Mortgage-like places and I don't care about any of them enough to care which one I use. The technology, the app and Dan is the reason I stayed and allowed Rocket Mortgage to finance my home loan. Thanks again Dan! Rocket Mortgage owes you a thank you."

On December 15, 2017, after watching the commercial "Rocket Mortgage," I decide it would be a good place to start. Whether it was luck, or a blessing sent from my grandmother above, Larry was the agent to be there and answer all of my questions. From day one, he guided me step-by-step, explained very detailed in the most simplest ways to that I could understand. Any time I had a question, he always had the answered. He made the experience of buying a home so quick and easy with no strings attached. He works hard to make sure you get most benefits and if something does not seem right, he will find a solution. Larry is a true expert and is passionate about the work he does. He makes himself available so that he can provided the best customer service. He cares for his customers and is the type guy to always have your back. Thank you so much Larry!!"

However, in ...It should be noted that I do not like working with "loan people" and I don't enjoy the loan process. During a recent purchase of a home I had what I would consider a poor experience. However, in working on a new opportunity with my realtor I received a recommendation to talk to Chris at Rocket Mortgage in order to secure a loan on an investment home. While that did not work out, no fault to Chris, I did commit to working with him on a refi. And it was a great experience. Chris has the knowledge, experience, and persistence, as well as patience, to make this particular loan process very simple and, to a degree, enjoyable. I saved money after reviewing numerous options, the on-line process is very efficient, and Chris managed everything from open to close. When I refi and/or buy another home I will work with Chris. And I will recommend Chris to anyone that asks if I know anyone that works with home loans. Even family. So stop reading this review and contact Chris Airriess (Don't try to pronounce his last name) today for the best loan experience you thought imaginable."

He was amazingly available by phone and email to move things forward even late in the evening after hours. We couldn’t recommend Craig more highly and cannot think of anything that could have been done differently to make this experience better. I never felt pressured, or like I was being slicked into, " a great deal." Nick is not only knowledgeable he is personable. He found the perfect program that met my needs and challenges. He walked me through each process and my questions and concerns were always welcomed . Nick provides fantastic customer service. He does what he says he will do. If something arises he finds a way to incorporate it or work around it. He returns phone calls promptly and answers emails usually within hours. He makes himself available through the whole process. Refinancing my house was amazingly quick, I could not believe how fast this process was. If you are thinking about a home purchase or a refinance, do yourself a favor and call Nick Math. I did not move quickly through this process. I stopped and started, had a lot of questions, disappeared for a bit, and then came back. He never missed a beat. To me, that shows real dedication and patience, which can be hard to find in any profession these days. He was always communicative. I could send a text or an email and he responded promptly and kept things moving forward. Whenever I had questions, he took the time to answer them. If I ran into issues submitting documents and needed alternatives, he helped me work through it. I highly recommend working with him. It was a great experience, an easy closing, and throughout the entire process he maintained a patient, positive attitude."
