Her knowledge, tech support regarding the application process was instrumental in helping complete all documents as we had to refresh a few times and her patience was most appreciated. Ms. Greta Horton's personality was a most appreciated breath of fresh air as these days so many businesses do not understand true customer service and Ms. Greta Horton exemplies to perfection customer service leaving no stone unturned in supporting my self through the process and I strongly suggest to Rocket Morgage to tightly hold on to Greta Horton as she is an asset to your company. When he put an offer in on a home the lender who was refereed to us by the realtor stated that actually he didn't qualify and need me, his mom to co-sign. I was put off by that and went on to my husbands employers perk website. There prefered lender is Rocket Mortgage. It was a Saturday moring when I found out this information but I thought lets give it a try to call a lender on a Saturday. Honestly expected a voice message to call us back during business hours, but to my surprise I was connected with Kyle. I told him our situation and explained that we were already into the documentation with the other lender. He reassured me that he could work with our tight timeline (3 weeks) and that we would get a better deal. He was correct on both counts. We closed on March 30th and saved about 4K over the quote from our first lender. I highly recommend Kyle and all of Rocket Mortgage. Most is done on-line as far as doucmentation and the website keeps you up to date on what they are doing and what you need to do. Kyle called my son on his own time at least twice to keep him up to date and assure him it would be done on time. I rarely write reviews but Kyle and Rocket Mortgage did such a great job everyone should be this lucky to have them as a lender."

Throughout the entire loan process, Mitchel Rogowski, Gary Tolbert and the Team at Rocket Mortgage was consistently accommodating, taking the time to explain every step in detail and answering each of my questions—no matter how naive they may have seemed. I truly appreciated their approachability and the fact that no question was ever dismissed, no matter how small or basic it might have been. The previous lender could not describe some of the basic concepts of the loans I was looking at/asking about. Frustrated I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a try and felt really lucky to get Amanda. I asked her to explain everything to me like I was a fourth grader and she did! She gave me a nationwide perspective on closing costs, mortgage rates, and the housing market and it was helpful in putting my experience into perspective. She was reassuring and broke down the numbers and debt to income ratios for me when I was nervous about whether I was taking on too much mortgage to income. That conversation gave me the solid foundation I needed to confidently put in my offer. She was quick, communicative, and even shared some personal anecdotes which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I think we walk into these Rocket Mortgages thinking we might lose the personal touch, but that wasn't my experience at all. Of the three mortgage lending experiences I've had, this was the most personal and attentive. Thanks, Amanda, you're aces!"

I met Jake last year shortly after the Covid virus ...I wanted to make sure I took time out to leave my experience, not just saying, "Thank you Jake" in an email or text but to also share with you why. I met Jake last year shortly after the Covid virus reached the United States. People were rushing to get supplies, food and an understanding as to what was happening in our country, yet when I spoke to Jake, he never once during that time missed an email, a phone call or the opportunity to make sure I had every thing I needed for my approval. Fast forward, two hurricanes, and eleven months later I am back in the market, I call Jake and I promise you it was as though I had kept in touch all those months. Once again Jake who remains professional and patient was ready to go to work. Jake answers every phone call, text, and email so promptly, that you forget he has other buyers/customers. On top of that Jake is an Executive/Senior Banker and yet I have not met anyone so humble and approachable in this industry. I am 1700 miles a way, however when ever I communicate with Jake in regards to my home loan, or any related business I guarantee you that I feel I am right there at the Rocket Mortgage Headquarters. Rocket Mortgage you got this right, bringing Jake into the Rocket Mortgage Family. Jake don't you loose that amazing attitude and drive and eagerness to help buyers make dreams come true. I had no idea how great the quality of customer service would be. Simon is the real deal! He Knows his business and there wasn't a question I could ask that he didn't have the answer for. The whole process was quick and seamless. I would recommend to anyone and yes I would use him again! "

Once I decided to go with Rocket/Rocket Mortgage (in large part because I felt Renee really knew what she was talking about), Renee was very quick in responding to any email queries I sent to her. After another Rocket associate became involved in processing my application, Renee kept in touch to ensure that everything was staying on track. The process itself dragged on longer than I would have liked, primarily because my work as a freelance writer meant I needed to submit a variety of proofs of employment and income. Throughout that extended process, both Renee and her Rocket associate were very helpful and encouraging. Ultimately, the refi went through, so everything worked out well."
