If there seemed to be something hard to get, he tried to go a dif. route. He quickly quoted me what he thought would help me to lower my bills since I was retiring. He explained everything I needed to understand and he is more like my family - I can always get in touch with him if I have questions. I will recommend him to anyone I know. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all...I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Rocket Mortgage in general, but more specifically, with Ryan Lange. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all of my many (many) inquiries. His knowledge about the entire process is amazing, and he shepherded me through flawlessly. Ryan made Rocket Mortgage look like super-stars; he is a true asset to the company, but even more of an asset to the clients he serves. When I got my first mortgage a few years ago, I had been a long standing employee of one of the mega-banks, and the process was miserable, tedious, aggravating, and long. They repeatedly requested the same items we had already provided, and callbacks were even more of a rarity than answers to emails. Dealing with the same person more than once was also not very common, and they scrutinized every dime I earned and spent over the past several years as if I were a criminal being interrogated by the IRS. I dreaded going for another mortgage, expecting it to be worse than the first, but I can resoundingly say the experience with Ryan Lange and Rocket Mortgage was 100% positive, efficient, and fast. Ryan was our loan officer from the beginning, and regardless of what point in the process we reached, Ryan was right there to reassure my (overly) anxious heart and mind. He got it right the first time, every time, and I am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, guidance, and patience. He made me feel like he worked for me personally rather than for his employer and as if I were his only client, which is certainly one of the hallmarks of stellar customer service. Not once was I made to feel like nothing more than a loan number as I had with my first mortgage, with my very own employer nonetheless. To anyone seeking a loan: If you found Ryan Lange, you can stop looking. You've come to the right man."

Well, Brian did it! He laughed his way through all the hurdles I threw his way, and went about getting me a loan with the "can do" attitude that I have been sorely missing. Even better, he is backed by a team that can do "all the things" and see all the documents. I never once contacted Rocket Mortgage when I didn't find someone competent and cheerful. Oh, if only this were true everywhere I needed complicated answers! He even answered his phone while trying to get a kid to a hockey practice. I know how hard that is, and all the moving parts one has to juggle to get it right. I highly recommend Brian and the Rocket Mortgage staff!"

However, with the possibility of saving thousands of dollars per year intrigued our interest. Moe informed us about the history of Rocket Mortgage and explained the painless process of applying, submitting documentation and not having to take time off work to meet with a financial consultant. Moe was very customer service, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about Rocket Mortgage and the process from beginning to end. He kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process. It appeared too good to be true, but it was. I have shared my outstanding experience with many people and continue to encourage them to contact Rocket Mortgage through Moe! All of their numbers switched and we owed way more for our down payment and monthly payment. It was robbery! We then decided to give Rocket Mortgage a shot and were synced with Kaitlyn. She was confident and promising of a better program we qualified for. Lower down payment/lower monthly payment. I was skeptical at first because of the other company's scam. Kaitlyn was reassuring and guaranteed that we would be well taken care of with Rocket Mortgage. Here we are a week after closing in our beautiful new home thanks to Kaitlyn! We were a bit nervous about doing a home loan/mortgage process totally online. From the very first conversation with Kevin, he put us immediately at ease. He was so easy to talk to and extremely patient and courteous in response to our questions. When things were happening quickly, Kevin was very prompt in responding to our needs. From the pre-approval process to closing, Kevin was professional and efficient working with us every step of the way. His real estate expertise is outstanding. Even at some nervous moments at the final determination of cash to close, Kevin responded promptly and was reassuring as he handled the situation. The process went so smoothly, we were able to close 2 weeks earlier than we had originally scheduled. Being as that is was Winter makes it difficult to find anything to rent let alone buy. Renting is so expensive and application fee after application fee, we were depleting our funds. Frank got my husband hooked up with their credit expert Joel and told us exactly what we needed to do and quickly the points went up hence qualifying us for more house. Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. A miracle indeed giving us more time to move. Thank you Frank and your team for making it happen. I am truly in awe and amazement. I know now why they call you Rocket Mortgage."
