We discussed a variety of ...At first, as natural instincts may suggest, I thought this was just good salesmanship. But very quickly I came to learn that Jorge had a real-life interest in helping me. We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate. But, with rates beginning to rise, and the logic of haven't the certainty of a payment, we refinanced. And, even though the appraisal was less than expected, and with some objection on my part, he nevertheless was able to structure a refinance that met the criteria that we had originally considered. Jorge is obviously a family man, with a positive work ethic, and made me feel comfortable, all through the process. I would be glad to recommend him to others. I did not move quickly through this process. I stopped and started, had a lot of questions, disappeared for a bit, and then came back. He never missed a beat. To me, that shows real dedication and patience, which can be hard to find in any profession these days. He was always communicative. I could send a text or an email and he responded promptly and kept things moving forward. Whenever I had questions, he took the time to answer them. If I ran into issues submitting documents and needed alternatives, he helped me work through it. I highly recommend working with him. It was a great experience, an easy closing, and throughout the entire process he maintained a patient, positive attitude."

Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate ...Dan was the best person at Rocket Mortgage hands down. When I called and talked to another person it was night and day, Dan is the best. Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate experience (which sucks). I would be at work in a meeting and was able to text him and get a response and never had to move my day around to try and work around coordinating a phone call. Texting and email was a big advantage for me because I could quickly toss out a question before I forgot and get a response back without worry about phone tag, or waiting until I can make a call and forget what I was going to say. Rocket Mortgage as a company means nothing to me. There's 1,000 Rocket Mortgage-like places and I don't care about any of them enough to care which one I use. The technology, the app and Dan is the reason I stayed and allowed Rocket Mortgage to finance my home loan. Thanks again Dan! Rocket Mortgage owes you a thank you."

We explained early on that we were soon to sign contracts and begin the renovations and if there were any delays, we would lose some of the subcontractors for an unspecified period. Nate responded by making sure he was available no matter what day we called and took a personal approach into making sure we could meet our timeline. We closed one week before the deadlines although we had to finance the project out of pocket for two weeks to hold the one contractor on site. You could not get this level of service from a bank. Great Job Nate and Thank you so much!"

He ...Honestly, I have never in my life worked with someone who deserved more stars than Dominic. He knows his products inside and out, but more than that he genuinely cares about his clients. He personally walks you through all the steps and addresses your concerns while getting to know you in the process. The social skills others take years to learn, and sometimes never do, seem to come naturally to Dominic. We had a situation where we sold our home and were facing living in a hotel until we closed on a new home. We had two homes fall through, one the seller did not disclose structural damage and the other did not have enough funds after closing to pay off the loan. We were very stressed, but when Dominic would call he would make us smile and laugh. He was with us every step of the way, and when our loan moved along to other departments, I'd still get calls from Dominic to see if we had any concerns and to see how we were going. Everyone needs a Dominic it their lives! Rocket Mortgage have someone extra special!!!"

It took us a while, a whole year, but we found the house we wanted. Wissam became my number one advisor and resource and help me every step of the way. He is not only knowledgeable, he communicates very well. He explained every detail every step of the way in a simple and precise way making it a pleasant process. A month after our closure, and he still checks with us via email to see how things are going in our new home. I always hear stories on how other home buyers have nightmares with the buying and closing process, that was NOT our experience. Wissam and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy is unreal. "This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy (failure to reaffirm a mortgage) and returned me to stability with my home mortgage. This second time allowed me to capture the current rates for a 15 yr. mortgage at 3.5%. More surprisingly this only added roughly $160 to my monthly payments. My biggest motivator to refinance at this time is this will save me $66,000 in interest that I would have paid in interest for the balance of my mortgage. It's the smartest financial move I've made in decades. Andy made the process painless, speedy, and 'surprise'-free. I've sent two other friends/relatives his way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks again Andy!! Great to do business with you."

All of their numbers switched and we owed way more for our down payment and monthly payment. It was robbery! We then decided to give Rocket Mortgage a shot and were synced with Kaitlyn. She was confident and promising of a better program we qualified for. Lower down payment/lower monthly payment. I was skeptical at first because of the other company's scam. Kaitlyn was reassuring and guaranteed that we would be well taken care of with Rocket Mortgage. Here we are a week after closing in our beautiful new home thanks to Kaitlyn! On December 15, 2017, after watching the commercial "Rocket Mortgage," I decide it would be a good place to start. Whether it was luck, or a blessing sent from my grandmother above, Larry was the agent to be there and answer all of my questions. From day one, he guided me step-by-step, explained very detailed in the most simplest ways to that I could understand. Any time I had a question, he always had the answered. He made the experience of buying a home so quick and easy with no strings attached. He works hard to make sure you get most benefits and if something does not seem right, he will find a solution. Larry is a true expert and is passionate about the work he does. He makes himself available so that he can provided the best customer service. He was so easy to talk to and extremely patient and courteous in response to our questions. When things were happening quickly, Kevin was very prompt in responding to our needs. From the pre-approval process to closing, Kevin was professional and efficient working with us every step of the way. His real estate expertise is outstanding.
