He is extremely experienced and he went above and beyond in every aspect of obtaining my mortgage. Right from the start Jeremy was courteous, professional, helpful and just so kind. Our company closes Rocket Mortgage for the Mid-Hudson area of New York- almost on a daily basis- and I enjoy being part of such a wonderful team of Mortgage brokers- and by having Jeremy on the team we are complete!! Throughout the entire loan process, Mitchel Rogowski, Gary Tolbert and the Team at Rocket Mortgage was consistently accommodating, taking the time to explain every step in detail and answering each of my questions—no matter how naive they may have seemed. I truly appreciated their approachability and the fact that no question was ever dismissed, no matter how small or basic it might have been. This made me feel at ease and empowered, knowing I was making informed decisions every step of the way. Their prompt and clear communication was also a standout feature. I was obviously stressed and confused and didn’t really know what to do. Darrius was great- gave me much needed calming advice and walked me through the process. He remained in contact through out the process- advised me on ways to improve my situation and helped me secure the refinance I needed in record time. Sounds like an exaggeration- but dude was a god send. At no point did I feel sold on anything or pressured. He was proactive- available and able to answer all questions I had."

Once I decided to go with Rocket/Rocket Mortgage (in large part because I felt Renee really knew what she was talking about), Renee was very quick in responding to any email queries I sent to her. After another Rocket associate became involved in processing my application, Renee kept in touch to ensure that everything was staying on track. The process itself dragged on longer than I would have liked, primarily because my work as a freelance writer meant I needed to submit a variety of proofs of employment and income. Throughout that extended process, both Renee and her Rocket associate were very helpful and encouraging. Ultimately, the refi went through, so everything worked out well."

I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 ...Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 years, but decided to consider other loan mortgage for comparison. I contacted Rocket Mortgage. Adam was able to secure a pre-loan qualification document by the next day, and presented to me Rocket Mortgage's policy of providing as many options as possible that may be available to meet our financial status and mortgage goals. I was surprised at the extraordinary breath of options that Adam presented as he became more aware of our circumstances and needs. He worked with me for several weeks and hours of phone calls, providing several mortgage opportunities that were not available thru my local credit union, and in the end locked in a interest rate plan and loan estimate that our local credit union could not match. It was a delight to work with Adam to firm our mortgage, even overcoming a difficult issue of need that I defined as essential, but unusual. Adam's demeanor was always courteous, helpful, and understanding. He was truthful and proved trustworthy, and he made himself available to me 7 days a week. He immediately responded to all emails and phone calls (there were many). I have been delighted by the focus and dedication that Adam gave to me and my wife in undertaking this important and difficult life's undertaking. However, in ...It should be noted that I do not like working with "loan people" and I don't enjoy the loan process. During a recent purchase of a home I had what I would consider a poor experience. However, in working on a new opportunity with my realtor I received a recommendation to talk to Chris at Rocket Mortgage in order to secure a loan on an investment home. While that did not work out, no fault to Chris, I did commit to working with him on a refi. And it was a great experience. Chris has the knowledge, experience, and persistence, as well as patience, to make this particular loan process very simple and, to a degree, enjoyable. I saved money after reviewing numerous options, the on-line process is very efficient, and Chris managed everything from open to close. When I refi and/or buy another home I will work with Chris. And I will recommend Chris to anyone that asks if I know anyone that works with home loans. Even family. So stop reading this review and contact Chris Airriess (Don't try to pronounce his last name) today for the best loan experience you thought imaginable."
