I never felt pressured, or like I was being slicked into, " a great deal." Nick is not only knowledgeable he is personable. He found the perfect program that met my needs and challenges. He walked me through each process and my questions and concerns were always welcomed . Nick provides fantastic customer service. He does what he says he will do. If something arises he finds a way to incorporate it or work around it. He returns phone calls promptly and answers emails usually within hours. He makes himself available through the whole process. Refinancing my house was amazingly quick, I could not believe how fast this process was. If you are thinking about a home purchase or a refinance, do yourself a favor and call Nick Math. "Dan was the best person at Rocket Mortgage hands down. When I called and talked to another person it was night and day, Dan is the best. Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate ...Dan was the best person at Rocket Mortgage hands down. When I called and talked to another person it was night and day, Dan is the best. Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate experience (which sucks). I would be at work in a meeting and was able to text him and get a response and never had to move my day around to try and work around coordinating a phone call. Texting and email was a big advantage for me because I could quickly toss out a question before I forgot and get a response back without worry about phone tag, or waiting until I can make a call and forget what I was going to say. Rocket Mortgage as a company means nothing to me. There's 1,000 Rocket Mortgage-like places and I don't care about any of them enough to care which one I use. The technology, the app and Dan is the reason I stayed and allowed Rocket Mortgage to finance my home loan. Thanks again Dan! Rocket Mortgage owes you a thank you."

He was extremely knowledgeable of his products to offer us the best scenario for our situation and provided lightning-speed service at the highest level far beyond our expectations. He was amazingly available by phone and email to move things forward even late in the evening after hours. We couldn’t recommend Craig more highly and cannot think of anything that could have been done differently to make this experience better. It took us a while, a whole year, but we found the house we wanted. Wissam became my number one advisor and resource and help me every step of the way. He is not only knowledgeable, he communicates very well. He explained every detail every step of the way in a simple and precise way making it a pleasant process. A month after our closure, and he still checks with us via email to see how things are going in our new home. I always hear stories on how other home buyers have nightmares with the buying and closing process, that was NOT our experience. Wissam and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy is unreal. We discussed a variety of ...At first, as natural instincts may suggest, I thought this was just good salesmanship. But very quickly I came to learn that Jorge had a real-life interest in helping me. We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate. But, with rates beginning to rise, and the logic of haven't the certainty of a payment, we refinanced. And, even though the appraisal was less than expected, and with some objection on my part, he nevertheless was able to structure a refinance that met the criteria that we had originally considered. Jorge is obviously a family man, with a positive work ethic, and made me feel comfortable, all through the process. I would be glad to recommend him to others. To me, that shows real dedication and patience, which can be hard to find in any profession these days. He was always communicative. I could send a text or an email and he responded promptly and kept things moving forward. Whenever I had questions, he took the time to answer them. If I ran into issues submitting documents and needed alternatives, he helped me work through it. I highly recommend working with him. It was a great experience, an easy closing, and throughout the entire process he maintained a patient, positive attitude."

"I was a loan officer in the Wild West mortgage days of the early 2000's so I've seen good loan officers and I've seen some not so good ones. I shopped my refinance with three other lenders, including...I was a loan officer in the Wild West mortgage days of the early 2000's so I've seen good loan officers and I've seen some not so good ones. I shopped my refinance with three other lenders, including my current lender that wasn't Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). After speaking with Chris, he was detail-oriented, professional, and very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process with Rocket Mortgage. So much so, he put the other loan officers to shame! So we decided to refi w/Rocket Mortgage and I'm very happy that we did! When doing a mortgage loan, the process is usually pretty easy, unless something unforeseen pops up. This is where the good mortgage companies separate themselves from the average ones, by coming up with a workable solution, and this situation happened to me. Our home appraised for 15% less than even Rocket Mortgage had projected! This was due to the appraiser using year old comps and ignoring newer model-match comps. I put together a property profile of all the recent sales in my area and despite showing 5 model-matches that sold within 6 months, the appraiser wouldn't adjust his valuation! I thought the loan was killed because the value put me under 20% equity in my house, meaning I'd still have PMI. But Rocket Mortgage contacted me saying they had a solution. I didn't return their calls for a couple weeks thinking whatever their solution was, it involved PMI so it makes no sense to move forward. Luckily they called me one day and I picked up the phone! While their solution did involve PMI, the PMI payment itself was less than 1/3rd my current PMI payment because I had over 10% equity in the house. In addition, the PMI automatically falls off after 30 months. After doing the math, I'd pay the same amount in PMI w/my current mortgage in one year! So we decided to refi into a 15 year loan and we've been happy since! Thanks Chris for all you've done for us and I'll definitely be referring my friends and family to you. Dave"

We explained early on that we were soon to sign contracts and begin the renovations and if there were any delays, we would lose some of the subcontractors for an unspecified period. Nate responded by making sure he was available no matter what day we called and took a personal approach into making sure we could meet our timeline. We closed one week before the deadlines although we had to finance the project out of pocket for two weeks to hold the one contractor on site. You could not get this level of service from a bank. Great Job Nate and Thank you so much!"
