I had been trying to work with another company before I had the pleasure of working with Moe. While I had a 7 week headache trying to get a pre approval from another company, Moe, who is a miracle worker, got me my pre approval less than 30 minutes. Not only that, due to the nature of cape cod housing being crazy, I had to ask Moe for about 5-7 different approval letters all within the budget but all specific to the houses that I was putting offers on. He was always available and if he was out of the office and unable to reach his computer, he always had someone to run to my rescue. He did not only make the entire stressful process of financing and getting the paperwork done, super easy and stress-FREE, but he definitely became the person I could count on if I ever had any questions. He is absolutely amazing, attentive, funny, respectful, super knowledgeable, very patient, and he's become a great friend. I will absolutely refer any friend, family, colleague or associate to him without a single doubt because I know if there's one person who can get it done flawlessly, it will be Moe. Thank you for everything you've done for me and because of you, I now have a home."

Alyssa's personality made working with her extremely pleasant. She returned all calls and emails promptly even on the weekend from home. Alyssa looked for ways to help the client resolve all financial issues through the loan process. Alyssa worked as if she was a family member, not a business person looking to sell a product or service Even after the loan was approved and closed, was available to help if needed. Alyssa is a credit to Rocket Mortgage and a valuable resource. When Rocket Mortgage recognition time comes, Alyssa deserves to be at the top of the list."

I met Jake last year shortly after the Covid virus ...I wanted to make sure I took time out to leave my experience, not just saying, "Thank you Jake" in an email or text but to also share with you why. I met Jake last year shortly after the Covid virus reached the United States. People were rushing to get supplies, food and an understanding as to what was happening in our country, yet when I spoke to Jake, he never once during that time missed an email, a phone call or the opportunity to make sure I had every thing I needed for my approval. Fast forward, two hurricanes, and eleven months later I am back in the market, I call Jake and I promise you it was as though I had kept in touch all those months. Once again Jake who remains professional and patient was ready to go to work. Jake answers every phone call, text, and email so promptly, that you forget he has other buyers/customers. On top of that Jake is an Executive/Senior Banker and yet I have not met anyone so humble and approachable in this industry. I am 1700 miles a way, however when ever I communicate with Jake in regards to my home loan, or any related business I guarantee you that I feel I am right there at the Rocket Mortgage Headquarters. Rocket Mortgage you got this right, bringing Jake into the Rocket Mortgage Family. Jake don't you loose that amazing attitude and drive and eagerness to help buyers make dreams come true. More than that, though, he was personable and i felt that we connected, person to person, and i enjoy some of the off-topic banter. Personally, that’s what I am always going to be seeking in any interaction, whether professional or casual, but I’m sure that he would have read me and reacted accordingly if my personality was different. He was able to answer all of my questions as well. But what I appreciated tbe most was that, between the initial loan Estimate and when i was about to accept, my credit score went down by a few points. This put me under a threshold that increased my APR. Keegan/rocket could have thought “great, we’ll get more of his money over time”. I wouldn’t have known there was a g other choice. But instead, he got me connected with another department and they and he helped me with a plan to bump it back up within a few days. That was above and beyond in my book. I can’t think of any negatives or negatives or even non-positives. Entirely positive experience. Thanks Keegan!"

However, in ...It should be noted that I do not like working with "loan people" and I don't enjoy the loan process. During a recent purchase of a home I had what I would consider a poor experience. However, in working on a new opportunity with my realtor I received a recommendation to talk to Chris at Rocket Mortgage in order to secure a loan on an investment home. While that did not work out, no fault to Chris, I did commit to working with him on a refi. And it was a great experience. Chris has the knowledge, experience, and persistence, as well as patience, to make this particular loan process very simple and, to a degree, enjoyable. I saved money after reviewing numerous options, the on-line process is very efficient, and Chris managed everything from open to close. When I refi and/or buy another home I will work with Chris. And I will recommend Chris to anyone that asks if I know anyone that works with home loans. Even family. So stop reading this review and contact Chris Airriess (Don't try to pronounce his last name) today for the best loan experience you thought imaginable."

I am very grateful to Sarah as well as the underwriters and everyone else involved at Rocket Mortgage for allowing me to refinance my home; I needed to get my ex husbands name off the mortgage or could have been forced to sell. I was connected to Murad who helped me through process of refinancing my home. Murad was personable and kind and very knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and gave me some very good advice. It was the fastest refinance i have ever done.The fastest yet.I applied on 7/2/20 and closed on 7/14/20 Was able to get a little cash to pay some bills and took got 2.875 interest rate. Easy and lightening fast.If you are buying a home or refinancing these people are as good as it gets.And Murad is a top notch executive banker and will help you out and guide you through if its you first time. I guarantee you that your experience with this lender will be the best and once you use them you wont ever use another lender ever. There is a reason they win the JD Power award year after year.And please ask for Marad he will take care of you just like you were a member of the family."

I never felt pressured, or like I was being slicked into, " a great deal." Nick is not only knowledgeable he is personable. He found the perfect program that met my needs and challenges. He walked me through each process and my questions and concerns were always welcomed . Nick provides fantastic customer service. He does what he says he will do. If something arises he finds a way to incorporate it or work around it. He returns phone calls promptly and answers emails usually within hours. He makes himself available through the whole process. Refinancing my house was amazingly quick, I could not believe how fast this process was. If you are thinking about a home purchase or a refinance, do yourself a favor and call Nick Math. We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate. But, with rates beginning to rise, and the logic of haven't the certainty of a payment, we refinanced. And, even though the appraisal was less than expected, and with some objection on my part, he nevertheless was able to structure a refinance that met the criteria that we had originally considered. Jorge is obviously a family man, with a positive work ethic, and made me feel comfortable, all through the process. I would be glad to recommend him to others.
