Me and my husband are forever grateful and honored that Kaitlyn was there for us 30 days before our closing. We were actually signed with a different mortgage broker until 30 days before closing. All of their numbers switched and we owed way more for our down payment and monthly payment. It was robbery! We then decided to give Rocket Mortgage a shot and were synced with Kaitlyn. She was confident and promising of a better program we qualified for. Lower down payment/lower monthly payment. I was skeptical at first because of the other company's scam. Kaitlyn was reassuring and guaranteed that we would be well taken care of with Rocket Mortgage. Here we are a week after closing in our beautiful new home thanks to Kaitlyn! Everything happened exactly as she said it would. Thank you again for your amazing patience, your honest word, and your hard work. We were a bit nervous about doing a home loan/mortgage process totally online. From the very first conversation with Kevin, he put us immediately at ease. He was so easy to talk to and extremely patient and courteous in response to our questions. When things were happening quickly, Kevin was very prompt in responding to our needs. From the pre-approval process to closing, Kevin was professional and efficient working with us every step of the way. His real estate expertise is outstanding. Even at some nervous moments at the final determination of cash to close, Kevin responded promptly and was reassuring as he handled the situation. The process went so smoothly, we were able to close 2 weeks earlier than we had originally scheduled. Kevin was highly respected by our real estate agent and attorney, who both stated their pleasure in doing business with Kevin. We've been in our new home just little over a month now, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Kevin. Due to the fact I was not in the states when I started the process we began with texts and were then able ...Chuck was the first person I spoke with to get the ball rolling on applying for a mortgage. Due to the fact I was not in the states when I started the process we began with texts and were then able to get to phone for a conversation. After I explained my situation that most of the [process would need to be online he was very understanding. He never made it seems like certain things could not be done even though I was not always able to call and talk directly with him. Chuck would always answer an email or text within a couple of hours. Even when I could not get in touch there was someone there who was up to speed and could answer questions. I appreciated everything Chuck did and the explanations he gave always made sense. Wished I could have kept him throughout the whole process but I understand what part of the team he was with . He was available for any questions pr concerns even after the closing date. Would request him again if we were looking for another mortgage through Rocket. Thanks again Chuck."

Being as that is was Winter makes it difficult to find anything to rent let alone buy. Renting is so expensive and application fee after application fee, we were depleting our funds. Frank got my husband hooked up with their credit expert Joel and told us exactly what we needed to do and quickly the points went up hence qualifying us for more house. Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. A miracle indeed giving us more time to move. Thank you Frank and your team for making it happen. I am truly in awe and amazement. I know now why they call you Rocket Mortgage."

It had been 15 years since taking a mortgage loan and given all the changes to the industry in that time I really needed someone to teach me and coach me through the process. Taylor jumped in immediately and even accommodated my schedule while I was in China for a month. He invested several months with me and answered all my questions. Rocket Mortgage has an impressive product and Taylor represents this industry very well. I highly recommend Taylor and would say "ask for him" if you want to be very well taken care of. I went into this knowing how the ...As a decently financially educated person, I definitely did my due diligence when searching for what mortgage company I wanted to purchase my first home through. I went into this knowing how the mortgage process works and started with multiple companies to do a little shopping before I put an offer in on a house. Every representative I spoke with did their best to explain to me the benefits of their business and what they do to help throughout the process. While there were several good options for me to go with, Andrew rose to the top of the pack with his upfront and clear information ultimately leading me to choose Rocket Mortgage due to his service and rates. His true help came out in the thick of the underwriting portion when my bank statements and the underwriting team were not playing nicely. I almost had to delay closing due to them not being able to have the paperwork they wanted but Andrew stepped in and worked his magic with the both of us to gather and explain all the details. With him having mine and the underwriters numbers, he was instantly able to connect all the dots for their team and get us to the closing table. In the end, there are a lot of way's to get a loan that will get you closed, and though Rocket Mortgage may not have the bare bones lowest rates, the real value comes from who you work with to minimize any headaches or concerns. Andrew was the coach that lead the team victory and myself to now owning a house! Thanks again!"
