I have used Qucken Loans before, and met some good people, but, never as Professional, as him. To put it bluntly, HE HAD THE ANSWERS, to all my questions. After the first Phone call, I knew, my new mortgage rate, savings per month, cost of the loan, and how long it would take me to break even. The follow up was quick, I knew what I had to send him, and what they were working on, every day. I would recomend him to my family menbers."

We were very nervous to refinance with Rocket Mortgage because we have had our mortgage with our local bank since 1993. However, with the possibility of saving thousands of dollars per year intrigued our interest. Moe informed us about the history of Rocket Mortgage and explained the painless process of applying, submitting documentation and not having to take time off work to meet with a financial consultant. Moe was very customer service, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about Rocket Mortgage and the process from beginning to end. He kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process. It appeared too good to be true, but it was. I have shared my outstanding experience with many people and continue to encourage them to contact Rocket Mortgage through Moe! The experience is exactly how the commercials describe it; painless, quick and extremely customer friendly! Being as that is was Winter makes it difficult to find anything to rent let alone buy. Renting is so expensive and application fee after application fee, we were depleting our funds. Frank got my husband hooked up with their credit expert Joel and told us exactly what we needed to do and quickly the points went up hence qualifying us for more house. Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. A miracle indeed giving us more time to move. Thank you Frank and your team for making it happen. I am truly in awe and amazement. I know now why they call you Rocket Mortgage."

"I was a loan officer in the Wild West mortgage days of the early 2000's so I've seen good loan officers and I've seen some not so good ones. I shopped my refinance with three other lenders, including...I was a loan officer in the Wild West mortgage days of the early 2000's so I've seen good loan officers and I've seen some not so good ones. I shopped my refinance with three other lenders, including my current lender that wasn't Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). After speaking with Chris, he was detail-oriented, professional, and very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process with Rocket Mortgage. So much so, he put the other loan officers to shame! So we decided to refi w/Rocket Mortgage and I'm very happy that we did! When doing a mortgage loan, the process is usually pretty easy, unless something unforeseen pops up. This is where the good mortgage companies separate themselves from the average ones, by coming up with a workable solution, and this situation happened to me. Our home appraised for 15% less than even Rocket Mortgage had projected! This was due to the appraiser using year old comps and ignoring newer model-match comps. I put together a property profile of all the recent sales in my area and despite showing 5 model-matches that sold within 6 months, the appraiser wouldn't adjust his valuation! I thought the loan was killed because the value put me under 20% equity in my house, meaning I'd still have PMI. But Rocket Mortgage contacted me saying they had a solution. I didn't return their calls for a couple weeks thinking whatever their solution was, it involved PMI so it makes no sense to move forward. Luckily they called me one day and I picked up the phone! While their solution did involve PMI, the PMI payment itself was less than 1/3rd my current PMI payment because I had over 10% equity in the house. In addition, the PMI automatically falls off after 30 months. After doing the math, I'd pay the same amount in PMI w/my current mortgage in one year! So we decided to refi into a 15 year loan and we've been happy since! Thanks Chris for all you've done for us and I'll definitely be referring my friends and family to you. Dave"

Taylor jumped in immediately and even accommodated my schedule while I was in China for a month. He invested several months with me and answered all my questions. I went into this knowing how the ...As a decently financially educated person, I definitely did my due diligence when searching for what mortgage company I wanted to purchase my first home through. I went into this knowing how the mortgage process works and started with multiple companies to do a little shopping before I put an offer in on a house. Every representative I spoke with did their best to explain to me the benefits of their business and what they do to help throughout the process. While there were several good options for me to go with, Andrew rose to the top of the pack with his upfront and clear information ultimately leading me to choose Rocket Mortgage due to his service and rates. His true help came out in the thick of the underwriting portion when my bank statements and the underwriting team were not playing nicely. I almost had to delay closing due to them not being able to have the paperwork they wanted but Andrew stepped in and worked his magic with the both of us to gather and explain all the details. With him having mine and the underwriters numbers, he was instantly able to connect all the dots for their team and get us to the closing table. In the end, there are a lot of way's to get a loan that will get you closed, and though Rocket Mortgage may not have the bare bones lowest rates, the real value comes from who you work with to minimize any headaches or concerns. Andrew was the coach that lead the team victory and myself to now owning a house! Thanks again!"
