I was snippy because no one seemed to know that I'd already been spoken to each time they called and with no results, I was annoyed. I told Andrew I didn't want to go through the whole thing again and he understood and let me off the phone. A while later I checked my email and Andrew and found a way to refinance my mortgage and save me on my payment and mortgage insurance. Even after I was short with him. He was great to work with afterwards and did everything he said he would. I would recommend working with him."

Prior to December 2018, my first occasion to work with Rocket Mortgage, I was not in favor of using an online lender. I am very personable and prefer to work face-to-face with lenders especially, but all others who have a role in closing a real estate transaction. However, as a Buyer's Agent, I work for my client--and this one came to me already approved with Rocket Mortgage, and Bianca as his banker. He was highly impressed with her professionalism, and Rocket Mortgage competitive rates. Bianca, my client, and I successfully closed 2 purchases within 3 months of each other. I still prefer local lenders to online lenders, however, I readily refer Bianca (Rocket Mortgage) when a client suggests interest in checking out lenders online. Let me tell why--Bianca is responsive to her clients, including me, there is a whole team of professionals supporting her, and the ease of the client portal Rocket Mortgage provides. My experience has been on time or early closings each time I have had the pleasure of working with Bianca."

A couple of years ago I received and email from Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on a link and filled out a general questionnaire. I immediately received phone calls and emails from different representatives. I became fearful about talking to individuals that I could not see and asked them to stop calling me. In December, after talking to two different individuals about their experiences with Rocket Mortgage, I decided to try again. I immediately told Dustin that I was uncomfortable with the process even though I knew it would save me money. Dustin was very patient from start to finish. He answered my questions, and I never had to wait long for a return call or email. I would say that my experience was perfect. However, there was a mild misunderstanding concerning the last payment of my January mortgage. I thought my last payment was December, however I needed to make the January payment. I am pleased with Rocket Mortgage and with the service that Dustin provided. He turned a life changing decision into a smooth transition for me and my family. Thank you Dustin and Thank you Rocket Mortgage. "

Things like getting a mortgage ...These days it is hard to find a pleasant, knowledgeable person on the other side of the phone line especially when you're taking some very important step in your life. Things like getting a mortgage or refinancing your old mortgage. This is not a commercial or infomercial but a real-life experience. Recently I decided to refinance my mortgage. I called Rocket Mortgage. On the other side of the line was Mrs. Nikki Mariner, a banker with Rocket Mortgage company. From the beginning, I sensed that Mrs. Mariner was exactly what the doctor ordered. Knowledgeable, pleasant and spontaneous. Seldom I had a great talk with a customer representative like I had with Mrs. Mariner. Next time when you need a helping hand in buying or refinancing a house and when you'd rather have a friend on the other side of your inquiry than a predator, call Mrs. Nikki Mariner."

Due to the fact I was not in the states when I started the process we began with texts and were then able ...Chuck was the first person I spoke with to get the ball rolling on applying for a mortgage. Due to the fact I was not in the states when I started the process we began with texts and were then able to get to phone for a conversation. After I explained my situation that most of the [process would need to be online he was very understanding. He never made it seems like certain things could not be done even though I was not always able to call and talk directly with him. Chuck would always answer an email or text within a couple of hours. Even when I could not get in touch there was someone there who was up to speed and could answer questions. I appreciated everything Chuck did and the explanations he gave always made sense. Wished I could have kept him throughout the whole process but I understand what part of the team he was with . He was available for any questions pr concerns even after the closing date. Would request him again if we were looking for another mortgage through Rocket. Thanks again Chuck."

My husband and I were ready to do our refinance with another company because of a horrible experience with another person that was NO help, didn’t care if she retained us as a customer, and came across as if she was trying to just get us off her checklist. We reached out in a last attempt for another person and thankfully got in touch with Skyler. He made our refinance process stress free. Skyler kept in contact with my husband and I throughout the ENTIRE process and Skyler answered any question we may have had. Skyler is the perfect example of customer service and he cares about the process from start to finish."

A friend had recommended Rocket Mortgage, so I logged on one day, inspired by a house I’d seen for sale down the road. I was randomly paired with Ryan on the chat page and we were soon thereafter talking on the phone. He walked me through the initial process with extreme patience and understanding, and he helped me comprehend a lot of things I was unaware of going in. Within a short time, we were preapproved for our loan pending some extra paperwork. I couldn’t believe it! What made the entire experience so painless was Ryan. He had a well-informed and concise answer for every question we came up with, and we honestly felt like he cared about us and our situation. He didn’t simply go through the motions to get us approved. He was genuine, thoughtful, funny, and kind, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with."

My family just recently entered into the market to purchase our ...I've worked in the software industry for 15+ years. So I understand how technology can simplify complicated day-in-day-out tasks. My family just recently entered into the market to purchase our second home. A task we have very little skill in. 16 years ago, we purchased our first home and we went the traditional path of obtaining a lender, having the lender take us down a very convoluted path. This time around we started off by doing the same thing. That is, until I saw an advertisement for Rocket Mortgage. Having a background in technology, I don't know why I didn't think about using this immediately. But even like most of my clients, it's that "teaching old dog new tricks" mentality, so I decided to give it a go. Long story short we bought our second home using Rocket Mortgage. Things that blew my mind was how supportive the team was. The #1 takeaway for me was: I was able to get the home with a down payment that was well below our budget. Like I said, when we started the process of buying this home we went down a traditional path. That traditional path quoted a down payment that was 120% higher than what we ended up paying through Rocket for the same exact house (approved limit). The second thing that really stuck out was the technology. WOW. Rocket Mortgage has this fine-tuned and then some. Speaking purely from my experience in software, this is hands down the most user-friendly, linear step-by-step, keep you on track - user interface. We new exactly what needed to be done and when. Seriously, it made buying a home super, super, super simple. I cannot thank them enough. Lastly, I want to comment on the customer service. There was an issue with our load regarding the property assessment. These are things that come up. I thought the tax assessment was way off, but who am I to really know the ins-and-outs of tax assessing. I reviewed this information on a Sunday evening and freaked out and made a comment on the Rocket App. The comment was one that you would expect from a frustrated home buyer that just learned they were over budget due to 'estimated' property taxes. To my surprise, not even 10 minutes later a Rocket employee commented back (Sunday Eve, 8pm!) saying they would be reaching out to me asap to have the discussion one on one. The really amazing thing. Really, the most amazing thing out of the entire experience: they spent the time digging into the assessment which resulted in a positive outcome. Simple, friendly, really - why would anyone use anything other than Quciken's Rocket Mortgage. The entire process I want to say took less than 40 days. We now own the home we've always wanted. Thanks to Rocket Mortgage for their amazing tech and most amazing staff! If you guys are even in St. Pete Fl, party at our house!"

Doing this all online challenged my "less than stellar" computer skills and he reassured me if was no problem and he walked me through everything step by step, answered every question we had and found us a mortgage that enabled us to get rid of a home equity loan we had previously and get everything into one load which means we can pay extra on principal each month. A total pleasure working with him and I've mentioned Rocket Mortgage and his name specifically to a couple people in case they consider refinancing."
