However, interest rates were too good to pass up, so we held our breath and decided to jump into the deep-end again. I've seen advertisements for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would try them out. Immediately after hitting submit, my phone rang. The representative told me that he was going to get Pedro on the phone with me to start the process. Fifteen minutes later we got a phone call from Pedro. His friendly, knowledgeable, and can-do persona was delightful. He thoroughly explained the Rocket Mortgage and Rocket process, helped us get logged into the online portal and walked us through the first steps. Already, this initial experience with Pedro far exceeded our experience with our last mortgage agent. But, it just got better from there. Anytime we had a question or concern, he responded within 24 hours. It's been one week since we started the application process with Pedro and because of his expertise, we are already closing in on completing the process and set to close from start to finish in less than a month. I truly cannot recommend Pedro enough!"

Silas was compassionate and gave me hope again. He worked assiduously on my case, paying attention to every detail, and at the same time making the process stress-free for me. Silas is a good communicator and a good listener, and I was able to understand the process every step of the way. Not only was he thorough with everything, he was also very timely, and we were both able to go through the various steps in record time. He went beyond all expectations, and he laid down a good, solid foundation for my success in getting the mortgage. I would not hesitate to contact Silas again for any mortgage needs again."

Being as that is was Winter makes it difficult to find anything to rent let alone buy. Renting is so expensive and application fee after application fee, we were depleting our funds. Frank got my husband hooked up with their credit expert Joel and told us exactly what we needed to do and quickly the points went up hence qualifying us for more house. Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. A miracle indeed giving us more time to move. Thank you Frank and your team for making it happen. I am truly in awe and amazement. I know now why they call you Rocket Mortgage."

Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all...I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Rocket Mortgage in general, but more specifically, with Ryan Lange. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all of my many (many) inquiries. His knowledge about the entire process is amazing, and he shepherded me through flawlessly. Ryan made Rocket Mortgage look like super-stars; he is a true asset to the company, but even more of an asset to the clients he serves. When I got my first mortgage a few years ago, I had been a long standing employee of one of the mega-banks, and the process was miserable, tedious, aggravating, and long. They repeatedly requested the same items we had already provided, and callbacks were even more of a rarity than answers to emails. Dealing with the same person more than once was also not very common, and they scrutinized every dime I earned and spent over the past several years as if I were a criminal being interrogated by the IRS. I dreaded going for another mortgage, expecting it to be worse than the first, but I can resoundingly say the experience with Ryan Lange and Rocket Mortgage was 100% positive, efficient, and fast. Ryan was our loan officer from the beginning, and regardless of what point in the process we reached, Ryan was right there to reassure my (overly) anxious heart and mind. He got it right the first time, every time, and I am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, guidance, and patience. He made me feel like he worked for me personally rather than for his employer and as if I were his only client, which is certainly one of the hallmarks of stellar customer service. Not once was I made to feel like nothing more than a loan number as I had with my first mortgage, with my very own employer nonetheless. To anyone seeking a loan: If you found Ryan Lange, you can stop looking. You've come to the right man."

Taylor jumped in immediately and even accommodated my schedule while I was in China for a month. He invested several months with me and answered all my questions. I went into this knowing how the ...As a decently financially educated person, I definitely did my due diligence when searching for what mortgage company I wanted to purchase my first home through. I went into this knowing how the mortgage process works and started with multiple companies to do a little shopping before I put an offer in on a house. Every representative I spoke with did their best to explain to me the benefits of their business and what they do to help throughout the process. While there were several good options for me to go with, Andrew rose to the top of the pack with his upfront and clear information ultimately leading me to choose Rocket Mortgage due to his service and rates. His true help came out in the thick of the underwriting portion when my bank statements and the underwriting team were not playing nicely. I almost had to delay closing due to them not being able to have the paperwork they wanted but Andrew stepped in and worked his magic with the both of us to gather and explain all the details. With him having mine and the underwriters numbers, he was instantly able to connect all the dots for their team and get us to the closing table. In the end, there are a lot of way's to get a loan that will get you closed, and though Rocket Mortgage may not have the bare bones lowest rates, the real value comes from who you work with to minimize any headaches or concerns. Andrew was the coach that lead the team victory and myself to now owning a house! Thanks again!"

"This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy ...This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy (failure to reaffirm a mortgage) and returned me to stability with my home mortgage. This second time allowed me to capture the current rates for a 15 yr. mortgage at 3.5%. More surprisingly this only added roughly $160 to my monthly payments. My biggest motivator to refinance at this time is this will save me $66,000 in interest that I would have paid in interest for the balance of my mortgage. It's the smartest financial move I've made in decades. Andy made the process painless, speedy, and 'surprise'-free. I've sent two other friends/relatives his way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks again Andy!! Great to do business with you."

I was snippy because no one seemed to know that I'd already been spoken to each time they called and with no results, I was annoyed. I told Andrew I didn't want to go through the whole thing again and he understood and let me off the phone. A while later I checked my email and Andrew and found a way to refinance my mortgage and save me on my payment and mortgage insurance. Even after I was short with him. He was great to work with afterwards and did everything he said he would. I would recommend working with him."
