He assured ...When I made the call to Rocket Mortgage, I was sceptical. I have had a miserable experience with a different mortgage lender in the past. I explained my past trials, and he understood. He assured me that he and the team's at Rocket Mortgage, would not let that happen. He was right!!! With in 20 minutes of our conversation, Jacob had my options, his plan, and all I had to do was say, "let's do it"!!! He made it easy, it was simple. Jacob knows his stuff! We are very pleased with our results, thanks to Jacob, and the people at Rocket Mortgage. Thank you, Jacob!!!"

I love that and feel like they are looking out for us because we probably wouldn’t have refinanced if he hadn’t called and we wouldn’t have saved money and years on our loan! I always rave about Rocket Mortgage and the fantastic service they’ve provided to us over the last 3 years. Probably will continue to work with them forever!"

He left no stone unturned and looked in every corner to make the best loan possible for me - an Army Veteran and 1st time home buyer. He made what could have been - and usually is - a very frustrating and difficult challenge into a walk in the park. He worked very closely with my awesome KW Realtor, Lucy Andreas. The two of them kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know when I needed to sign or send documents and just as importantly they kept me informed when I was on track and caught up. "Honestly when I first thought about using Rocket Mortgage I was not really comfortable with the idea of using a company that I couldn't just walk in the door to talk to when or if a problem came up. ...Honestly when I first thought about using Rocket Mortgage I was not really comfortable with the idea of using a company that I couldn't just walk in the door to talk to when or if a problem came up. It almost held me back from using them until I called and spoke to Chris. His patience and understanding and the assurance he had of himself and the company really put me at ease and allowed me to start the process without all the worrying. EVERY step of the way Chris was here for us. I had his cell phone number which I'm sure he regretted but he never made me feel like I was a bother! If he couldn't answer when I called he would send me a text letting me know he would call me right back, and he always did. Extemely personable and very honest. We almost went with a different company and Chris allowed us to explore that option without making us feel obligated or bad and he was even helpful in giving us tips to ask the other company about. As it turned out thanks to Chris' advice the other company wasn't so much on the up and up and when I called Chris back he never gloated about his company being better he just said he was glad that we would be continuing the process with him. You can always hear his smile through the phone which makes spending money a little easier. We've been in the customer service field collectively for over 30 years and Chris is the epitome of what customer service means. Give him a call and let him make the home buying process as easy for you as he did for us!"

He gave me several hours of his time on lengthy phone discussions going over the details of Rocket Mortgage's offer and process and evaluating my scenarios for refinancing. He was very knowledgeable and experienced with how the Rocket Mortgage would proceed, including the portions of the process that were particularly confusing, he knew in advance that's how it would go. He was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone in the future. My only comment on the entirety of the process to share with the reader is that Rocket Mortgage did not do a good job of obtaining the absolute latest payoff statements from my prior bank for either my mortgage or HELOC and it took a lot of last minute pressure for me to get them to do that. As a result, they were way off on their closing projections and actually failed to pay off my HELOC in as timely a manner as they intended to. I'm very happy with the overall experience and the financial outcome, but I think, particularly since they intend to move so quickly and efficiently, they should have taken this more seriously than they did. I don't think that has anything to do with Oscar, who was along for the ride and helped a lot in all regards."

So I was told my next step was to find a lender, I went to two different lenders who promised to help me get into my dream home but after all the running around they gave me they told me flat out that they could not help me and I was unhelpable! It definitely tore my heart out and I was sad! I decided to try one more time and found Anthony. I told him my story and he gave me a heartfelt promise that he would do everything in his power to get me into my dream home no matter what. I was a bit skeptical at first because the other two told me pretty much the same thing. But there was something about Anthony that made me really believe him! He made the process so easy and it was so fast in 2 months the home that I was told that I could never own was mine and me and my family love it to pieces and it's all things to Anthony at Rocket Mortgage! Anthony wasn't just someone doing his job he was someone who was determined to get this family into the home that belong to them! After all is said and done this journey ended or should I say started with us in our new home and Anthony as not only a friend but family! And I recommend him to absolutely everyone who is searching or have found their dream home and is in need of help! Thanks Anthony we love you! The Olvera family"

Though I have a unique situation which didn't allow me to communicate often, Brian and his team were clear with what they needed and helped me take care of the task. I have since reached out to Brian for a few follow-up questions and he has been very helpful and responded quickly. This is my second Mortgage with Rocket Mortgage and I recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends. You will be lucky if you have a chance to have Brian's team working on your mortage."

I used the money to get most of the renovations done and then wanted to refinance that would take into account the renovations, so that I could finish the job. Andrew again was unbelievable in helping through the process and making sure I was getting the best situation/deal that I could. I did shop other mortgage companies. all were about the same. a reason I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage was Andrew. he seemed the most upfront and helpful of all the folks I talked to . he would be someone I would definitely continue to work with in the future."

Using the information available at Rocket Mortgage he recognized exactly why I was looking to refinance and made suggestions that would benefit me in the long term and allow me to use my VA benefit in the process. He followed through on the loan application with me and provided me with extremely accurate estimates of the costs and benefits that were available to me. I am completely satisfied with the loan, the professional services Philip provided, and the timeliness of the process. If you are looking into a Refinance, and have equity in your current home, I highly recommend giving Rocket Mortgage and Philip Ducher a call."

Scott worked with me and gave me the facts that I needed regarding refinancing or purchasing another home. I had been going through some medical problems at the same time and he showed compassion for what I was going through and never rushed me in making a decision..his patiences with me allowed me to take my time and let him know what I decided...He checked on me every so often as to which way I was going until I finally made up me mind...Very helpful and I want to thank him for his time and patience working with me...Thank you Scott...you made this very easy and within a months time we closed....Scott thank you very much for all you didi....
