From day one, Daniel was consistently courteous, responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what really set him apart was his ability to understand me as a client. He took the time to understand my financial needs and communication style and adapted his approach accordingly. That made a process that can be incredibly stressful feel surprisingly manageable. Daniel also has an excellent sense of balance. He followed up when needed, kept me informed, and made sure things continued moving forward — but never made me feel pressured, rushed, or like I was being “sold” something. His communication always felt genuine and purposeful. And honestly, that sincerity made all the difference. I never felt like just another loan application. I felt like Daniel genuinely cared about helping me navigate the process and get to the finish line. When he notified me that he would work my loan application, I was already stressed out because my home mortgage had just been sold again, for the third time in 1 ...Hi, Jacob was amazing to work with. When he notified me that he would work my loan application, I was already stressed out because my home mortgage had just been sold again, for the third time in 1 year and one month, and once again I was told by the new mortgage company that the original loan did not escrow enough property taxes (not even half of enough) and that I would need to send a large sum of money to cover the shortages (that both of the first two loan Escrows didn't cover. They gave me one month to send them $1,900 and the loan payment was still going to go up quite a bit. I paid the $1900, but I was devastated. Jacob assured me that he could find a loan package for me because I had excellent credit and had had a loan with Rocket Mortgage when I live in my previous home. Jacob was kind, thorough and professional in dealing with me. He communicated often until he went on Maternity Leave, I was very appreciative of that. I began to feel that Jacob would do everything that he said he would to assist me and I feel he went above and beyond. This is the kind of professional that we need in the business world to make our lives run a little smoother. I will always be grateful for the kind of service Jacob provided me."

He assured ...When I made the call to Rocket Mortgage, I was sceptical. I have had a miserable experience with a different mortgage lender in the past. I explained my past trials, and he understood. He assured me that he and the team's at Rocket Mortgage, would not let that happen. He was right!!! With in 20 minutes of our conversation, Jacob had my options, his plan, and all I had to do was say, "let's do it"!!! He made it easy, it was simple. Jacob knows his stuff! We are very pleased with our results, thanks to Jacob, and the people at Rocket Mortgage. Thank you, Jacob!!!"

I love that and feel like they are looking out for us because we probably wouldn’t have refinanced if he hadn’t called and we wouldn’t have saved money and years on our loan! I always rave about Rocket Mortgage and the fantastic service they’ve provided to us over the last 3 years. Probably will continue to work with them forever!"

I'm incredibly lucky to have been linked up with Mark. Not once did Mark attempt to upsell me or push me in a direction that I wasn't comfortable with. Mark was incredibly patient and ran my number for a variety of scenarios and did so happily. I found Mark to knowledgable and friendly; I often spent a good 30 minutes after our 'official business' was over with to chat more on a variety of topics. I would not hesitate to send Mark's contact information along to anyone looking to refinance or start a mortgage."

"Honestly when I first thought about using Rocket Mortgage I was not really comfortable with the idea of using a company that I couldn't just walk in the door to talk to when or if a problem came up. ...Honestly when I first thought about using Rocket Mortgage I was not really comfortable with the idea of using a company that I couldn't just walk in the door to talk to when or if a problem came up. It almost held me back from using them until I called and spoke to Chris. His patience and understanding and the assurance he had of himself and the company really put me at ease and allowed me to start the process without all the worrying. EVERY step of the way Chris was here for us. I had his cell phone number which I'm sure he regretted but he never made me feel like I was a bother! If he couldn't answer when I called he would send me a text letting me know he would call me right back, and he always did. Extemely personable and very honest. We almost went with a different company and Chris allowed us to explore that option without making us feel obligated or bad and he was even helpful in giving us tips to ask the other company about. As it turned out thanks to Chris' advice the other company wasn't so much on the up and up and when I called Chris back he never gloated about his company being better he just said he was glad that we would be continuing the process with him. You can always hear his smile through the phone which makes spending money a little easier. We've been in the customer service field collectively for over 30 years and Chris is the epitome of what customer service means. Give him a call and let him make the home buying process as easy for you as he did for us!"
