Myles is an excellent communicator, very professional and patient. He really advocated for me and I was always able to reach him when I needed him. He is very personable and was able to give me some helpful tips and suggestions throughout the process. He was very clear in explaining the process of home ownership and I really felt taken care of by him and the Rocket Mortgage team as a whole. This process could have been overwhelming, but they streamlined this to make it manageable, even on my tight deadline. I would recommend Myles and his team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for this first home purchase!"

He was very knowledgeable and experienced with how the Rocket Mortgage would proceed, including the portions of the process that were particularly confusing, he knew in advance that's how it would go. He was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone in the future. My only comment on the entirety of the process to share with the reader is that Rocket Mortgage did not do a good job of obtaining the absolute latest payoff statements from my prior bank for either my mortgage or HELOC and it took a lot of last minute pressure for me to get them to do that. As a result, they were way off on their closing projections and actually failed to pay off my HELOC in as timely a manner as they intended to. I'm very happy with the overall experience and the financial outcome, but I think, particularly since they intend to move so quickly and efficiently, they should have taken this more seriously than they did. I don't think that has anything to do with Oscar, who was along for the ride and helped a lot in all regards."

So I was told my next step was to find a lender, I went to two different lenders who promised to help me get into my dream home but after all the running around they gave me they told me flat out that they could not help me and I was unhelpable! It definitely tore my heart out and I was sad! I decided to try one more time and found Anthony. I told him my story and he gave me a heartfelt promise that he would do everything in his power to get me into my dream home no matter what. I was a bit skeptical at first because the other two told me pretty much the same thing. But there was something about Anthony that made me really believe him! He made the process so easy and it was so fast in 2 months the home that I was told that I could never own was mine and me and my family love it to pieces and it's all things to Anthony at Rocket Mortgage! Anthony wasn't just someone doing his job he was someone who was determined to get this family into the home that belong to them! After all is said and done this journey ended or should I say started with us in our new home and Anthony as not only a friend but family! And I recommend him to absolutely everyone who is searching or have found their dream home and is in need of help! Thanks Anthony we love you! The Olvera family"

"I chose Peter because I knew him and knew I needed someone who could work through putting a land trust in my name and then taking it out of the land trust with a loan to pay off my siblings. It took over three months with some hiccups. Peter came up with a solution when it seemed unsuccessful and the loan application expired. With the new application, Peter's solution was used and things went smoothly forward. I was so surprised to have the notary come to my home for the closing and my siblings received their payments, one electronically the next day and two with checks delivered to their homes the following two days. Peter knows how to work in the modern world successfully."

I used the money to get most of the renovations done and then wanted to refinance that would take into account the renovations, so that I could finish the job. Andrew again was unbelievable in helping through the process and making sure I was getting the best situation/deal that I could. I did shop other mortgage companies. all were about the same. a reason I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage was Andrew. he seemed the most upfront and helpful of all the folks I talked to . he would be someone I would definitely continue to work with in the future."

He followed through on the loan application with me and provided me with extremely accurate estimates of the costs and benefits that were available to me. I am completely satisfied with the loan, the professional services Philip provided, and the timeliness of the process. She did the work and I'm really impressed with what she was able to do to help me out again. I just closed on the best interest rate I think I could possibly ever get. Ellen worked with all the techy stuff for handling what needed to be taken care since I didn't know what or how to do what needed to be done. Scott worked with me and gave me the facts that I needed regarding refinancing or purchasing another home. I had been going through some medical problems at the same time and he showed compassion for what I was going through and never rushed me in making a decision..his patiences with me allowed me to take my time and let him know what I decided...He checked on me every so often as to which way I was going until I finally made up me mind...Very helpful and I want to thank him for his time and patience working with me...Thank you Scott...you made this very easy and within a months time we closed....Scott thank you very much for all you didi....
