Scott worked with me and gave me the facts that I needed regarding refinancing or purchasing another home. I had been going through some medical problems at the same time and he showed compassion for what I was going through and never rushed me in making a decision..his patiences with me allowed me to take my time and let him know what I decided...He checked on me every so often as to which way I was going until I finally made up me mind...Very helpful and I want to thank him for his time and patience working with me...Thank you Scott...you made this very easy and within a months time we closed....Scott thank you very much for all you didi.... "

I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our ...James is nothing short of a hero. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted. Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment. I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want."

On one occasion, I left Gary a voicemail when he was out-of-town; Gary had one of his teammates return my call to let me know that he received the message and he would get back with us as soon as he returned to the office. Gary was available to us throughout the entire process, even after we had moved on the next level of support. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Gary! He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to."

"I chose Peter because I knew him and knew I needed someone who could work through putting a land trust in my name and then taking it out of the land trust with a loan to pay off my siblings. It took ...I chose Peter because I knew him and knew I needed someone who could work through putting a land trust in my name and then taking it out of the land trust with a loan to pay off my siblings. It took over three months with some hiccups. Peter came up with a solution when it seemed unsuccessful and the loan application expired. With the new application, Peter's solution was used and things went smoothly forward. I was so surprised to have the notary come to my home for the closing and my siblings received their payments, one electronically the next day and two with checks delivered to their homes the following two days. Peter knows how to work in the modern world successfully."

He went out of his way to help us and ensure he was providing the best possible service to us. We were nervous as to how the entire home buying process would unfold, and we could not have been luckier to be working with Jon. This was our first home buying experience and it makes us feel as though we will never want to use anyone but Jon for anything like this in the future. At closing both agents and the title company confirmed it was, by far, the best experience with Rocket Mortgage they had ever had...and one of the easiest experiences they had ever had with any lending agency. There was high praise all around even though we had to move our closing date up a week due to scheduling conflicts. In addition, Alex helped us secure a better rate than both local lenders and national chains and kept us informed and engaged every step of the way. He is a true professional. Thanks Alex! If we purchase another house, Alex will be the first and only phone call my wife and I make."

She walked two very nervous seniors through the whole process with such knowledge of the system. She stayed calm every time I made a panic call about paperwork. She called me every day to see if I needed help with anything, or to just reassure me that things were going smoothly. She did the work and I'm really impressed with what she was able to do to help me out again. I just closed on the best interest rate I think I could possibly ever get. Ellen worked with all the techy stuff for handling what needed to be taken care since I didn't know what or how to do what needed to be done.
