She walked two very nervous seniors through the whole process with such knowledge of the system. She stayed calm every time I made a panic call about paperwork. She called me every day to see if I needed help with anything, or to just reassure me that things were going smoothly. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone, but when you call, ask for Diana Hamdan. You will get someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also wonderful to work with!"

Somewhat a grouling ...I strongly recommend Alex and Rocket Mortgage for home purchase. Here's my supporting experience: I have previously purchased and refinced homes with traditional local banks. Somewhat a grouling process with constant trips to the lender and hours spent trying to call or awaiting a call in regards to pening item. Explored Rocket Mortgage based on great friend referral, but somewhat septical for the online option. Spoke to Alex post a quick and easy application. I cannot be more pleased with Alex and the transaction. Best experience I have ever had with a home purchase. I experienced challenges and set backs with my existing home sale, and he was very patient over the six months until we found the perfect home. Alex was always available and provided step by step assistance with every turn. He even proactively called just to check in, a greatly appreciated effort seeming unheard of with my previous experiences. I cannot thank Alex enough and strongly recommend him. I do not give accolades unless well deserved. "

Vlora was with us every step of the way, even as we progressed thru different departments. She was always available to answer my questions and any issues I was having getting documents in order. She was pretty much like a best friend and we even made a connection thru our dogs. We each had a Miniature Pomeranian. Hers was 6 months old and mine was going on 3 years. We shared photos of them with one another and enjoyed lots of laughter on the phone as our little fury side of the family is a laugh a minute. Our spouses shared with us as they saw all of the photos. Even though we far apart, Rocket Mortgage in Detroit and myself in Birmingham it felt as though I was sitting at her desk. Her great personality and to go along with her professionalism was a true Blessing. She made me feel so comfortable and a part of the process. One day we will go back to Michigan and make it to Rocket Mortgage in Detroit and I will introduce my Pom, Miss Allie to her Pom, Miss Foxy. Vlora is truly a Delight to work with and Rocket Mortgage is the place you need call when you need customer care with a smile and beyond. Scott worked with me and gave me the facts that I needed regarding refinancing or purchasing another home. I had been going through some medical problems at the same time and he showed compassion for what I was going through and never rushed me in making a decision..his patiences with me allowed me to take my time and let him know what I decided...He checked on me every so often as to which way I was going until I finally made up me mind...Very helpful and I want to thank him for his time and patience working with me...Thank you Scott...you made this very easy and within a months time we closed....Scott thank you very much for all you didi.... I really appreciated that he took the time to answer our questions, and even took the time to call the listing agent of the home we were purchasing to assure her that there would be no issues in closing the loan. We had a somewhat interesting situation in that my husband is not a US citizen, and Ron went over the top in making sure that our documentation was in order and that we would be able to purchase our home. He made a very intimidating process seem so much easier! We are so thankful for his expertise and care for us during this exciting time."

"When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later...When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later Joe called. Everything changed. He was very professional, but at the same time, he made me feel that he was looking out for my benefits. I was so relieved. Everything that happened after that was like smooth sailing. He tried all kinds of ways to get what was best for me before he found the right solution. One, I will say, I would not have chosen, without his guidance. After he explained a few things I realized he was right and went forward with the refinance. I have never had anything go so smoothly. He has contacted me since, just to let me know he is still there for me if I need him. Personally, I do not feel 5 is a good enough rating! Thanks Joe!!!!"

"James is nothing short of a hero. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our ...James is nothing short of a hero. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted. Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment. I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want."

So I was told my next step was to find a lender, I went to two different lenders who promised to help me get into my dream home but after all the running around they gave me they told me flat out that they could not help me and I was unhelpable! It definitely tore my heart out and I was sad! I decided to try one more time and found Anthony. I told him my story and he gave me a heartfelt promise that he would do everything in his power to get me into my dream home no matter what. I was a bit skeptical at first because the other two told me pretty much the same thing. But there was something about Anthony that made me really believe him! He made the process so easy and it was so fast in 2 months the home that I was told that I could never own was mine and me and my family love it to pieces and it's all things to Anthony at Rocket Mortgage! Anthony wasn't just someone doing his job he was someone who was determined to get this family into the home that belong to them! After all is said and done this journey ended or should I say started with us in our new home and Anthony as not only a friend but family! "We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 ...We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 with an anticipated close date of July 21. Everything was going smoothly, until we could not get an appraisal; an appraisal that was ordered the day our contract was ratified. During the week of July 10, we finally got an appraisal scheduled and conducted. However, the report was not due back until August 16 - more than a MONTH later, after our rate lock would have expired. I elicited Alex's help in getting the report back soon after the appraisal was conducted. I'm sure Alex spent countless hours behind the scenes trying to get our loan closed - and he succeeded. We closed July 23...only 2 days beyond the original close date. During this age of COVID, customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Alex does not operate that way, however, and Rocket is very lucky to have Alex working there. Had it not been for Alex, we would have pulled our mortgage application and gone with a local lender and started the process from the beginning - it is only because of the diligence and attention Alex gave our loan that we stayed. Our loan is not huge. However, this didn't matter to Alex. He simply wanted to get our loan closed for us in a timely manner. He made us feel like we actually mattered. It was by pure luck of the draw that we ended up with Alex as our banker, but I would recommend any of my friends and family to contact him directly should they need a mortgage. He is personable, fun, intelligent and very good at his job! I am so happy that he was in our corner during this process, because without him, there most definitely would not have been a happy ending."
