I really appreciated that he took the time to answer our questions, and even took the time to call the listing agent of the home we were purchasing to assure her that there would be no issues in closing the loan. We had a somewhat interesting situation in that my husband is not a US citizen, and Ron went over the top in making sure that our documentation was in order and that we would be able to purchase our home. He made a very intimidating process seem so much easier! We are so thankful for his expertise and care for us during this exciting time."

My relationship with C. Schwab included a recommendation to utilize Rocket Mortgage to obtain a mortgage loan for a second home in Myrtle Beach, SC. I found the application process and subsequent loan approval to be timely and transparent with Rocket Mortgage thanks to the communication with Mitesh and his team over a period of weeks. Mitesh was a pleasure to work with during what proved to be not one, but two mortgage applications. Mitesh was very knowledgeable with all the procedures to prepare our applications for underwriting including the online Rocket mortgage software. I would not hesitate to recommend Mitesh and his team to anyone seeking a mortgage. We appreciate all of his efforts in securing a mortgage with very favorable terms. John Bartley 860-882-4782"

"We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 ...We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 with an anticipated close date of July 21. Everything was going smoothly, until we could not get an appraisal; an appraisal that was ordered the day our contract was ratified. During the week of July 10, we finally got an appraisal scheduled and conducted. However, the report was not due back until August 16 - more than a MONTH later, after our rate lock would have expired. I elicited Alex's help in getting the report back soon after the appraisal was conducted. I'm sure Alex spent countless hours behind the scenes trying to get our loan closed - and he succeeded. We closed July 23...only 2 days beyond the original close date. During this age of COVID, customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Alex does not operate that way, however, and Rocket is very lucky to have Alex working there. Had it not been for Alex, we would have pulled our mortgage application and gone with a local lender and started the process from the beginning - it is only because of the diligence and attention Alex gave our loan that we stayed. Our loan is not huge. However, this didn't matter to Alex. He simply wanted to get our loan closed for us in a timely manner. He made us feel like we actually mattered. It was by pure luck of the draw that we ended up with Alex as our banker, but I would recommend any of my friends and family to contact him directly should they need a mortgage. He is personable, fun, intelligent and very good at his job! I am so happy that he was in our corner during this process, because without him, there most definitely would not have been a happy ending."

Our regular mortgage person had told us there was no way we could get refinanced so we were slow to respond to Maryana thinking we didn’t want to waste her time or ours. 🫤 She was relentless in following up with me. She would send me emails and also text messages. Finally I gave in and figured we had nothing to lose by talking to her. She really felt like RocketMortgage could help us. So we proceeded. Its not a quick or easy process to apply for home financing. But she was tenacious as all get out on trying to put our loan package together. I had read some reviews online about Rocket Mortgage and got nervous. We got nervous when we were handed off to the next team in the process but Maryana still stayed in touch. We had seen something that had changed and we reached out to her directly. She was outstanding. Her and her supervisor both jumped in to confirm everything was exactly as we had discussed. There’s nobody I know who enjoys the process of applying for a home loan but Maryana & the entire Rocket Mortgage team did an outstanding job walking us through the process. She did not disappoint. We got qualified and closed on our loan shortly thereafter. I appreciate her professionalism and her excitement for her field of expertise. I would gladly recommend Maryana and look forward to working with her in the future."

This was our second home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, however, our realtor wanted us to work with a ...We have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past so we knew the process was easy and reliable. This was our second home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, however, our realtor wanted us to work with a local lender because she felt Rocket Mortgage didn't know the market we were purchasing in as well as a local lender. We had Chris Zale and a local lender work out rates and mortgage options for us. The local lender couldn't compete with Rocket Mortgage. Chris did an excellent job finding us the best interest rate for our needs and was very knowledgeable in this market. He was thorough, pleasant, and on top of everything. Chris responded to our questions ASAP. The online process was simple and quick. I would strongly refer Chris Zale and Rocket Mortgage! After we went through the closing process, our realtor said, "I have to admit, Rocket Mortgage came through with no problems and they were easy to work with." Thank you Chris and Rocket Mortgage! We love our new home!"

The thought of taking out a mortgage again scared me to deaf! I'm so thankful you called me. I was just inquiring on Facebook and you was the first person to call me. From then on my phone and mailbox was filling up with other companies texting ,calling and mailing their packages. The other companies I talked to was pushy , and was rushing me to make a instant decision now . Really stressing me out. Victoria gave me the information . She understood this was not a decision I could rushed into being a single women. She locked me into a rate and gave me the time to look around and check with my local banks. She stayed in touch & was there for me to answer any questions. She walked me through the whole process right to closing. Thank you so much I would recommend you highly to any friends r family ."

The first time I talked to him was to refinance my home for a 15 yrs loan everything went smooth. He always returned my calls right away, no matter what it was about. He would explain things clearly to me so I could understand how everything was supposed to go. Then about a year later I decided to refinance my home for a lower rate. So I thought about calling him again and like the first time he locked me in a very low rate and was very satisfied with hin. Right now the rates have gone up and everything went well. I would recommend Jeff to everyone specially Veterans because he cares. I could go on but you get the idea. Jeff Kasten can be trusted. "
