He's extremely knowledgeable about the products ...I've had many experiences in mortgage finance and refinancing over the years, but I can say that Andrew is the best professional I've ever worked with. He's extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer and the market as a whole. He was open and honest about discussing interest rates, the market, and how that positioned me for my goals. Most agents are trying to get a deal done, but he worked sincerely with me to ensure I was comfortable with the transaction and that it made sense for me, including walking through various options. I never felt pressured into anything and know enough about the market to know that he was completely honest and open with me about the deal. He was also available and readily answered all of my questions. So often, you start a transaction with a company, and the agent disappears, is hard to get in touch with, or pretty much forgets who you are when you talk to them again. Andrew remembered every detail, always had good advice, and was always available. It was the best experience I've had in real estate transactions over the past decades. I couldn't recommend him any higher."

She did the work and I'm really impressed with what she was able to do to help me out again. I just closed on the best interest rate I think I could possibly ever get. Ellen worked with all the techy stuff for handling what needed to be taken care since I didn't know what or how to do what needed to be done. Thank you, Ellen, for all of your fantastic help that I appreciate a whole lot!"

I went 1st with my old finance co. but they kept running into problems.I then tried Rocket Mortgage and came up with similar problems. I told both companies I was withdrawning my loan application. About a week later Nick McKAy called and said he was only inquiring why it went wrong to better your process. Nick immediately saw the problem in my application and we completed the refi very soon afterwards. Nick completely turned it around. Thanks Nick. Charles Chernault."

He was blunt with me from day 1 about my situation and how my financial picture fit into the mold, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to improve that for me and set me on the path to financial success. He always got back with me quickly. But the most important fact about James is, he stands behind what he says!! When I first started looking for a mortgage lender I contacted Rocket Mortgages and spoke to James. I was quickly pre-approved. I looked for months to find a home and finally decided to build. The builder had a preferred lender and it was not Rocket Mortgages. I called James to pretty much say hey its been nice working with you but this other lender has offered a deal that I'm sure you can not match. To my delight, James beat the other lenders offer. It took 6 months to finish the house from start to finish. I was sure that at closing time the expected costs would be higher but they were not. James and Rocket Mortgages stood by what they promised. I have recommended James to my family and friends. There is no question that I would use James again. I just can say enough about the service he provided!!"

He is very personable and was able to give me some helpful tips and suggestions throughout the process. He was very clear in explaining the process of home ownership and I really felt taken care of by him and the Rocket Mortgage team as a whole. This process could have been overwhelming, but they streamlined this to make it manageable, even on my tight deadline. I would recommend Myles and his team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for this first home purchase!"

We went to three different local banks to do this. Time after time we were disappointed with the service we got from those banks. None of these banks had the knowledge or will to work with us and a VA loan. I spoke with Joe Waters at Rocket Mortgage and all I really was doing was asking basic questions about the refinance process. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.After speaking with Joe, I thought that instead of putting our house on the market and finding another house we could stay in the house we made into a home.However, I knew that to really get this process going my wife Jody would have to get on board. I arranged a time that Joe, Jody and myself could get on the phone together. Joe went thru the refinance process with us and explained what would be required of us. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Once we decided that this was the best choice for our family, and began the process, Joe walked us thru every step of the application and background.The time it took for us to do the paperwork was actually alot easier than I thought it would be. We are closing our loan on August 8th. I am deploying to South East Asia for a year and am currently in training for this mission. We wanted to do some improvement projects on the house prior to my leaving. To know that Jody wont have to worry about fixing the bathroom downstairs or replacing the window upstairs while Im on this deployment will be a heavy load off my mind. I am not easy to please. I always try to look at each situation in terms of how I will be negatively impacted or how the company that is helping me will benefit. We found a win-win. David patiently explained the "complicated-by-design" details of the financing and run numbers for me in various scenarios until I felt comfortable moving forward. He listened to my concerns and understood what I was trying to accomplish. When my requests aligned with the available opportunity, David called me immediately and we finalized everything as quickly as possible. I am excited about the refinancing option we have chosen and thankful there was someone like David to help us get there."

I appreciated his openness and honesty and felt like he had my best interests in mind. Of all the lenders I reached out to, Bill was the only one who didn't make me feel like he was trying to get one over on me, so to speak. I knew exactly what I was looking for and said as much to each lender I contacted. I told them all up front that if it wasn't possible then that's ok, I would just wait a while longer and try again. Bill is the only one who didn't disrepect my wishes by coming in with a ridiculous quote like the other lenders did. Once the other lenders knew what my quote was from Bill, THEN they were willing to give me a quote that resembled what I was looking for. But. too little too late for them. Bill gave me a wonderful deal that met everything I was looking for, and he did it the first time around, not the 3rd or 4th like the others. I respect and appreciate Bill for that. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone due to my positive interactions with Bill."

He spent over an hour on my initial call thoroughly explaining the refinance process and answering my questions. I truly felt like I was Rocket Mortgage's only customer because of this guy. Can not recommend him enough. As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case scenario", which leaves you pleasantly surprised at closing. Other lenders I dealt with tried to sell me numbers they couldn't back up, making the loan look great up front, but the numbers kept going up throughout the process. Jake was upfront and completely honest throughout. In a business where it seems everyone is trying to rip you off, Jake stands head and shoulders above the rest. As trustworthy a guy as you could ask for. Thanks again, Jake!! I hope we get to work together again one of these days!"
