"We began an application with Alex in May of 2021 for a home that did not work out. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. We then were able to find another home, which Alex assisted us in purchasing. The contract was ratified on June 21 with an anticipated close date of July 21. Everything was going smoothly, until we could not get an appraisal; an appraisal that was ordered the day our contract was ratified. During the week of July 10, we finally got an appraisal scheduled and conducted. However, the report was not due back until August 16 - more than a MONTH later, after our rate lock would have expired. I elicited Alex's help in getting the report back soon after the appraisal was conducted. I'm sure Alex spent countless hours behind the scenes trying to get our loan closed - and he succeeded. We closed July 23...only 2 days beyond the original close date. During this age of COVID, customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Alex does not operate that way, however, and Rocket is very lucky to have Alex working there. Had it not been for Alex, we would have pulled our mortgage application and gone with a local lender and started the process from the beginning - it is only because of the diligence and attention Alex gave our loan that we stayed. Our loan is not huge. However, this didn't matter to Alex. He simply wanted to get our loan closed for us in a timely manner. He made us feel like we actually mattered. It was by pure luck of the draw that we ended up with Alex as our banker, but I would recommend any of my friends and family to contact him directly should they need a mortgage. He is personable, fun, intelligent and very good at his job! I am so happy that he was in our corner during this process, because without him, there most definitely would not have been a happy ending."

I always try to look at each situation...David did a fantastic job managing me in this process and getting us into a plan we could feel knowledgeable about and comfortable with. I am not easy to please. I always try to look at each situation in terms of how I will be negatively impacted or how the company that is helping me will benefit. We found a win-win. David patiently explained the "complicated-by-design" details of the financing and run numbers for me in various scenarios until I felt comfortable moving forward. He listened to my concerns and understood what I was trying to accomplish. When my requests aligned with the available opportunity, David called me immediately and we finalized everything as quickly as possible. I am excited about the refinancing option we have chosen and thankful there was someone like David to help us get there."

He made it so easy, hence...Scott was my first contact with Rocket Mortgage, as I needed a pre-approval one rainy and cold Sunday morning for a house I just toured, and he nailed it down from the start! He made it so easy, hence the name "Rocket" Mortgage. Scott was very effective at getting me initially started with a lighting-fast pre-approval so I could "play ball" and make a quick offer to be taken seriously. Well, that ended-up winning the deal: the speed of the pre-approval and the subsequent offer. The interesting thing is that it was, initially, entirely via chat! (I've never "chatted" with anyone over such an important matter before, but he made it so easy!) I'm familiar with the Rocket Mortgage line of products, so I didn't have a reluctance to who I was talking to, but boy, he was gravitational with his helpfulness and communication. It started there, and Rocket Mortgage didn't disappoint all the way through to the closing after that. Very happy, ESPECIALLY with Scott! Thank you Scott C! I'm actually Typing this from my NEW HOME, that YOU, SCOTT C., got me pre-approved for!!!! I WON by starting with you, Scott! Me and my family say, "thank you!""

Myles is an excellent communicator, very professional and patient. He really advocated for me and I was always able to reach him when I needed him. He is very personable and was able to give me some helpful tips and suggestions throughout the process. He was very clear in explaining the process of home ownership and I really felt taken care of by him and the Rocket Mortgage team as a whole. This process could have been overwhelming, but they streamlined this to make it manageable, even on my tight deadline. I would recommend Myles and his team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for this first home purchase!"

This was our second home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, however, our realtor wanted us to work with a local lender because she felt Rocket Mortgage didn't know the market we were purchasing in as well as a local lender. We had Chris Zale and a local lender work out rates and mortgage options for us. The local lender couldn't compete with Rocket Mortgage. Chris did an excellent job finding us the best interest rate for our needs and was very knowledgeable in this market. He was thorough, pleasant, and on top of everything. Chris responded to our questions ASAP. The online process was simple and quick. I would strongly refer Chris Zale and Rocket Mortgage! After we went through the closing process, our realtor said, "I have to admit, Rocket Mortgage came through with no problems and they were easy to work with." Thank you Chris and Rocket Mortgage! We love our new home!"

I appreciated his openness and honesty and felt like he had my best interests in mind. Of all the lenders I reached out to, Bill was the only one who didn't make me feel like he was trying to get one over on me, so to speak. I knew exactly what I was looking for and said as much to each lender I contacted. I told them all up front that if it wasn't possible then that's ok, I would just wait a while longer and try again. Bill is the only one who didn't disrepect my wishes by coming in with a ridiculous quote like the other lenders did. Once the other lenders knew what my quote was from Bill, THEN they were willing to give me a quote that resembled what I was looking for. But. too little too late for them. Bill gave me a wonderful deal that met everything I was looking for, and he did it the first time around, not the 3rd or 4th like the others. I respect and appreciate Bill for that. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone due to my positive interactions with Bill."

He spent over an hour on my initial call thoroughly explaining the refinance process and answering my questions. I truly felt like I was Rocket Mortgage's only customer because of this guy. Can not recommend him enough. As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case scenario", which leaves you pleasantly surprised at closing. Other lenders I dealt with tried to sell me numbers they couldn't back up, making the loan look great up front, but the numbers kept going up throughout the process. Jake was upfront and completely honest throughout. In a business where it seems everyone is trying to rip you off, Jake stands head and shoulders above the rest. As trustworthy a guy as you could ask for. Thanks again, Jake!! I hope we get to work together again one of these days!"

He explained everything to me in a way that made sense, eliminated my frustration, and convinced me to refinance when I had previously had no intention of doing so. I'm so glad Tyler changed my mind about refinancing. We're in a better place now financially, and it wouldn't have happened if Tyler hadn't been so professional, knowledgeable, and patiently persistent to help us out when we didn't even realize ourselves just how much Rocket could actually help us. Lightning speed too, and easy. I've refinanced before, and it was always a convoluted and time consuming process before. Absolutely not the case this time with Rocket, and with Tyler's guidance every step of the way!"

I have been in IT customer service for years and I was incredibly impressed with how seamless Alex made the process for our first home purchase. He set us at ease and was patient with the multiple offers we put on the table for homes. He never made us feel like we were just a "sale" for him. Our closing happened in just over 30 days --- our realtor had not seen any closes in less than 40 days prior to ours! Rocket Mortgage was even ready days before our close proving that the preparation that Alex took with us definitely paid off! Alex's years of experience showed with his keen eye for detail. I felt like Alex was always looking out for us and found ways to help us make the right decision as if he were the one making the decision with his finances and family. Opening up our finances and details about our needs and wants is not always simple, especially with your own brother. Alex handled everything professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or family member to use his services. Rocket Mortgage process was superb! I could not believe how quick we closed on our home. The details were ALL covered by Alex and Rocket Mortgage to make sure our close was a success. The portal that Rocket Mortgage has to organize all documents and needed signatures/information is amazing! You always know where you are at in the process and on top of that Alex supported me every step of the way answering all questions I had prior to our closing to create an amazing experience where we could focus on our new home instead of the process of closing our loan!
