Needless to say, after getting nowhere with the banker assigned to me, I tore my filing system apart and literally yelled "YES" when I found his email. Within 20 minutes, of phone time, the deal was done. When you interact with Bob, it's like talking with a friend you've known all your life who just happens to be a "PRESIDENTS CLUB" banker at Rocket Mortgage. You'll feel like you have a guy on the inside. I won't misplace Bob's number again. Rocket Mortgage, along with Bob, make for a great team and a walk in the park with what normally would be a huge, stressful process. THANKS BOB!!!"

Shane took the initiative in the very beginning to make the loan process go forward a much easier process. In the beginning there were a few obstacles and Shane quickly help me resolve all of the obstacles. Any time I needed to contact him he was always there and always contacted me back right away. He was genuinely trying to help me unlike many other companies out there. He took the whole process to another level of customer service. I look forward to do business again with Shane and will definitely recommend him to everyone I know who needs help getting a loan for a house."

Somewhat a grouling ...I strongly recommend Alex and Rocket Mortgage for home purchase. Here's my supporting experience: I have previously purchased and refinced homes with traditional local banks. Somewhat a grouling process with constant trips to the lender and hours spent trying to call or awaiting a call in regards to pening item. Explored Rocket Mortgage based on great friend referral, but somewhat septical for the online option. Spoke to Alex post a quick and easy application. I cannot be more pleased with Alex and the transaction. Best experience I have ever had with a home purchase. I experienced challenges and set backs with my existing home sale, and he was very patient over the six months until we found the perfect home. Alex was always available and provided step by step assistance with every turn. He even proactively called just to check in, a greatly appreciated effort seeming unheard of with my previous experiences. I cannot thank Alex enough and strongly recommend him. I do not give accolades unless well deserved. "

Vlora was with us every step of the way, even as we progressed thru different departments. She was always available to answer my questions and any issues I was having getting documents in order. She was pretty much like a best friend and we even made a connection thru our dogs. We each had a Miniature Pomeranian. Hers was 6 months old and mine was going on 3 years. We shared photos of them with one another and enjoyed lots of laughter on the phone as our little fury side of the family is a laugh a minute. Our spouses shared with us as they saw all of the photos. Even though we far apart, Rocket Mortgage in Detroit and myself in Birmingham it felt as though I was sitting at her desk. Her great personality and to go along with her professionalism was a true Blessing. She made me feel so comfortable and a part of the process. One day we will go back to Michigan and make it to Rocket Mortgage in Detroit and I will introduce my Pom, Miss Allie to her Pom, Miss Foxy. Vlora is truly a Delight to work with and Rocket Mortgage is the place you need call when you need customer care with a smile and beyond. I went 1st with my old finance co. but they kept running into problems.I then tried Rocket Mortgage and came up with similar problems. I told both companies I was withdrawning my loan application. About a week later Nick McKAy called and said he was only inquiring why it went wrong to better your process. Nick immediately saw the problem in my application and we completed the refi very soon afterwards. Nick completely turned it around. Thanks Nick. Charles Chernault."

That may seem like an exaggeration, but it is the absolute truth. I could contact him day or night- text, email, or phone- and he would be there. My relationship with C. Schwab included a recommendation to utilize Rocket Mortgage to obtain a mortgage loan for a second home in Myrtle Beach, SC. I found the application process and subsequent loan approval to be timely and transparent with Rocket Mortgage thanks to the communication with Mitesh and his team over a period of weeks. Mitesh was a pleasure to work with during what proved to be not one, but two mortgage applications. Mitesh was very knowledgeable with all the procedures to prepare our applications for underwriting including the online Rocket mortgage software. "I was looking for help with my mortgage from Wells Fargo, and I was denied. I was with that bank for almost 20 years and this was the very first time that I ever asked for help. Not only did my request for help get denied, they tried to"steal"my home. Not knowing what to do, or where to turn to, I reached out to Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage) . The person who answered my plea for help, on the other end of the phone, was Tom Velten. What a godsend he was! He listened to my plea and he offered to look into my cause and Tom immediately got down to working on my loan. When I tell you that everything was seamless, it was seamless and extremely fast. Within 2 hours of my very first contact with Tom, we were well on our way to having our loan approved. Not even 2 weeks have passed and I'm heading to closing. Everything went exactly like Tom informed me that it would go. It's interesting to note that my mortgage payment went down by almost $100 per month and the new payment includes 2 credit cards that I'm going to pay off. I absolutely enjoyed working with Tom. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to obtain their very first mortgage or if you're looking to refinance. We were nervous as to how the entire home buying process would unfold, and we could not have been luckier to be working with Jon. This was our first home buying experience and it makes us feel as though we will never want to use anyone but Jon for anything like this in the future.
