This was our second home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, however, our realtor wanted us to work with a local lender because she felt Rocket Mortgage didn't know the market we were purchasing in as well as a local lender. We had Chris Zale and a local lender work out rates and mortgage options for us. The local lender couldn't compete with Rocket Mortgage. Chris did an excellent job finding us the best interest rate for our needs and was very knowledgeable in this market. He was thorough, pleasant, and on top of everything. Chris responded to our questions ASAP. The online process was simple and quick. I would strongly refer Chris Zale and Rocket Mortgage! After we went through the closing process, our realtor said, "I have to admit, Rocket Mortgage came through with no problems and they were easy to work with." Thank you Chris and Rocket Mortgage! We love our new home!"

He answered every question I had and was always available in a timely manner when I needed to get in touch with him. I appreciated his openness and honesty and felt like he had my best interests in mind. Of all the lenders I reached out to, Bill was the only one who didn't make me feel like he was trying to get one over on me, so to speak. I knew exactly what I was looking for and said as much to each lender I contacted. I told them all up front that if it wasn't possible then that's ok, I would just wait a while longer and try again. Bill is the only one who didn't disrepect my wishes by coming in with a ridiculous quote like the other lenders did. Once the other lenders knew what my quote was from Bill, THEN they were willing to give me a quote that resembled what I was looking for. But. too little too late for them. Bill gave me a wonderful deal that met everything I was looking for, and he did it the first time around, not the 3rd or 4th like the others. I respect and appreciate Bill for that. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone due to my positive interactions with Bill."

He explained everything to me in a way that made sense, eliminated my frustration, and convinced me to refinance when I had previously had no intention of doing so. I'm so glad Tyler changed my mind about refinancing. We're in a better place now financially, and it wouldn't have happened if Tyler hadn't been so professional, knowledgeable, and patiently persistent to help us out when we didn't even realize ourselves just how much Rocket could actually help us. Lightning speed too, and easy. I've refinanced before, and it was always a convoluted and time consuming process before. Absolutely not the case this time with Rocket, and with Tyler's guidance every step of the way!"

He made it so easy, hence...Scott was my first contact with Rocket Mortgage, as I needed a pre-approval one rainy and cold Sunday morning for a house I just toured, and he nailed it down from the start! He made it so easy, hence the name "Rocket" Mortgage. Scott was very effective at getting me initially started with a lighting-fast pre-approval so I could "play ball" and make a quick offer to be taken seriously. Well, that ended-up winning the deal: the speed of the pre-approval and the subsequent offer. The interesting thing is that it was, initially, entirely via chat! (I've never "chatted" with anyone over such an important matter before, but he made it so easy!) I'm familiar with the Rocket Mortgage line of products, so I didn't have a reluctance to who I was talking to, but boy, he was gravitational with his helpfulness and communication. It started there, and Rocket Mortgage didn't disappoint all the way through to the closing after that. Very happy, ESPECIALLY with Scott! Thank you Scott C! I'm actually Typing this from my NEW HOME, that YOU, SCOTT C., got me pre-approved for!!!! I WON by starting with you, Scott! Me and my family say, "thank you!""

She did the work and I'm really impressed with what she was able to do to help me out again. I just closed on the best interest rate I think I could possibly ever get. Ellen worked with all the techy stuff for handling what needed to be taken care since I didn't know what or how to do what needed to be done. Thank you, Ellen, for all of your fantastic help that I appreciate a whole lot!"

I have been in IT customer service for years and I was incredibly impressed with how seamless Alex made the process for our first home purchase. He set us at ease and was patient with the multiple offers we put on the table for homes. He never made us feel like we were just a "sale" for him. Our closing happened in just over 30 days --- our realtor had not seen any closes in less than 40 days prior to ours! Rocket Mortgage was even ready days before our close proving that the preparation that Alex took with us definitely paid off! Alex's years of experience showed with his keen eye for detail. I felt like Alex was always looking out for us and found ways to help us make the right decision as if he were the one making the decision with his finances and family. Opening up our finances and details about our needs and wants is not always simple, especially with your own brother. Alex handled everything professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or family member to use his services. Rocket Mortgage process was superb! I could not believe how quick we closed on our home. The details were ALL covered by Alex and Rocket Mortgage to make sure our close was a success. The portal that Rocket Mortgage has to organize all documents and needed signatures/information is amazing! You always know where you are at in the process and on top of that Alex supported me every step of the way answering all questions I had prior to our closing to create an amazing experience where we could focus on our new home instead of the process of closing our loan! Competing with multiple cash offers, the only way to make a compelling case to a seller is to present an absurdly quick closing, betting the bank on underwriting, escrow, and funding success. Sonia made sure we new where we stood every step of the way, even if those steps were lateral some days. She was honest, hard working and straightforward. We'll absolutely stick with our A-team when the time comes again. Thank you, Sonia."

I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted. Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment. I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want."

So I was told my next step was to find a lender, I went to two different lenders who promised to help me get into my dream home but after all the running around they gave me they told me flat out that they could not help me and I was unhelpable! It definitely tore my heart out and I was sad! I decided to try one more time and found Anthony. I told him my story and he gave me a heartfelt promise that he would do everything in his power to get me into my dream home no matter what. I was a bit skeptical at first because the other two told me pretty much the same thing. But there was something about Anthony that made me really believe him! He made the process so easy and it was so fast in 2 months the home that I was told that I could never own was mine and me and my family love it to pieces and it's all things to Anthony at Rocket Mortgage! Anthony wasn't just someone doing his job he was someone who was determined to get this family into the home that belong to them! After all is said and done this journey ended or should I say started with us in our new home and Anthony as not only a friend but family!
