Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason made me feel like I was talking with a good friend about my options. He did not rush anything and gave me advice on how I should move forward if I decided to. He ran multiple calculations and looked at my financial situation and gave me possible scenarios. Jason made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He not only called me for any changes with the loan, but he would return my call promptly and answer my questions with ease. He did not pass my loan off after he completed his section, he continued to make sure I was good throughout the full process to closing. Jason is an expert in his craft and trustworthy. His integrity is above reproach. I am a Military Veteran and I have refinanced multiple times, and because of Jason, I will use Rocket Mortgage for any future needs. I will recommend Jason to all my family, friends and even strangers looking for a mortgage. I can not say enough about this guy."

He always did what he said he ...Working with Brandon was a pure pleasure. It was 35 years since I last applied for a mortgage so I needed someone who was honest and patient, Brandon was always both. He always did what he said he would and checked in with me almost daily keeping me calm and informed of our progress. He knew what he was doing and accomplished everything smoothly and error free. He got me using the Rocket Mortgage Portal and associated tools which was a big help for both of us. I wish he was my only point of contact throughout the process but I understand there is a system in place and protocols to be followed. Some of the others that I dealt with just weren't on par with Brandon. Of course, knowing Brandon I knew he was only a phone call or email away from getting involved and getting us back on course. He is certainly an asset to Rocket Mortgage and if I ever need to get into a housing loan again I will call Brandon. "

A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"

Our credit was far from being good and you helped us get things on track so we would qualify, in an extremely short period of time! You even contacted me every week to see how things were going and to see if there was any assistance you could give. I was amazed at how fast we received our pre approval letter. We were fortunate enough to find a house within a couple of days. I contacted you the next day, you got the ball rolling and we were told shortly after, that the loan would close in approximately forty five days, I thought you were crazy. Throughout the process, there were a few hiccups, but you were in constant contact and all was resolved in a matter if a few hours or a couple of days. Finally we closed and guess what, it was forty five days! Bless your heart, you always called us back, within a reasonable time, to answer my questions or calm my anxieties and were always kind and patient. "Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some...Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some crazy hour like 11.15pm (he works very long hours!) looking to get an approval letter for a higher amount than I already had, he contacted me from home and went straight to work getting me that approval letter, it arrived in my inbox at around 2am! I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing. This being my first time buying in the US, I needed a lot of guidance and Justin really came through for me, I really can't recommend him highly enough!"

His people skills are top notch and expertise in what he’s doing is unmatched! He went above and beyond to get me approved for what we needed even though I had a lot going on, on my end. Didn’t matter that I asked 5,000 questions whether it was 9 AM or 5 PM he responded happily right away. He knows exactly what he’s doing and it shows. I can’t thank him enough. Will def be reaching out to him again with any future purchases!"
