In March 2021, I was given his name from a friend that because I tried to refinance with my original mortgage company, I explained to the agent that I had a temporary job, and she told me it would be fine and that I qualified for the refinance due to my credit score and income. She set me up for an appraisal at the cost of $500, she said the temporary job was not an issue. After the appraisal was completed I was denied the loan due to the temporary job. She admitted she was wrong, but I lost $500. Dom agreed I was not advised correctly and to contact him when the job became permanent. In June, the job became permanent so I decided to call Dom and ask how long I would have to wait to refinance, he replied "did you receive your first paycheck", my answer was yes, and the process began. I am so grateful of Don taking the time to talk to me in January, his compassion and professional advice. I have now completed the refinance, saving $250 per month! Dom is AWESOME!"

I'm incredibly lucky to have been linked up with Mark. Not once did Mark attempt to upsell me or push me in a direction that I wasn't comfortable with. Mark was incredibly patient and ran my number for a variety of scenarios and did so happily. I found Mark to knowledgable and friendly; I often spent a good 30 minutes after our 'official business' was over with to chat more on a variety of topics. I would not hesitate to send Mark's contact information along to anyone looking to refinance or start a mortgage."

When Jordan tells you she can do something and this is what it will cost, you can "take it to the bank"... After our decision to proceed, I worked with an administrative support specialist but Jordan was always available should something serious threaten to derail the process... The loan materialized in a surprisingly short timeframe and it was exactly what we agreed to in the very beginning... No last minute surprises ... No "Oh I forgot to tell you this"... It was as originally agreed... I view Jordan as I would a trusted friend... Dick Parker"

Immediately, I could communicate my needs and understand what Orval was offering. He communicated clearly and answered questions knowledgeably. I had confidence because he told me the truth. He asked a few questions, then called back with an option I had been told I couldn't do by three different experts in debt resolution. I called Orval when I had real questions throughout the process with excellent results every time. Orval is honest and knows how to listen to the client. This review is for his supervisors more than future clients. I highly recommend Orval to anyone needing information on loan options for any situation. He should be recognized for his caring, and personal touch, that kept me comfortable during the entire process. He was there when I called yesterday with a question. I just went through the easiest closing possible in my own home. While there were other experts in different departments I talked with throughout the process, Orval was the one I trusted. He's extremely knowledgeable about the products ...I've had many experiences in mortgage finance and refinancing over the years, but I can say that Andrew is the best professional I've ever worked with. He's extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer and the market as a whole. He was open and honest about discussing interest rates, the market, and how that positioned me for my goals. Most agents are trying to get a deal done, but he worked sincerely with me to ensure I was comfortable with the transaction and that it made sense for me, including walking through various options. I never felt pressured into anything and know enough about the market to know that he was completely honest and open with me about the deal. He was also available and readily answered all of my questions. So often, you start a transaction with a company, and the agent disappears, is hard to get in touch with, or pretty much forgets who you are when you talk to them again. Andrew remembered every detail, always had good advice, and was always available. It was the best experience I've had in real estate transactions over the past decades. I couldn't recommend him any higher."

He even gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him. He was just an amazing person to have working for me so my dream of owning a home would come true. At one point I almost gave up but he keep saying you are so close just do what I'm asking you to do. Who does that. I also checked with 2 other lenders. They couldn't come close to Tyler. If anyone I no needs a loan I would be sure to give them Tyler's phone number. He is very knowledgeable, kind and he will not run you around. Hat's off to this man"
