With the vast number of lenders available to offer you a mortgage, you need to work with someone you can trust... When Jordan tells you she can do something and this is what it will cost, you can "take it to the bank"... After our decision to proceed, I worked with an administrative support specialist but Jordan was always available should something serious threaten to derail the process... The loan materialized in a surprisingly short timeframe and it was exactly what we agreed to in the very beginning... No last minute surprises ... No "Oh I forgot to tell you this"... It was as originally agreed... I view Jordan as I would a trusted friend... Dick Parker"

Immediately, I could communicate my needs and understand what Orval was offering. He communicated clearly and answered questions knowledgeably. I had confidence because he told me the truth. He asked a few questions, then called back with an option I had been told I couldn't do by three different experts in debt resolution. I called Orval when I had real questions throughout the process with excellent results every time. Orval is honest and knows how to listen to the client. This review is for his supervisors more than future clients. I highly recommend Orval to anyone needing information on loan options for any situation. He should be recognized for his caring, and personal touch, that kept me comfortable during the entire process. He was there when I called yesterday with a question. I just went through the easiest closing possible in my own home. While there were other experts in different departments I talked with throughout the process, Orval was the one I trusted. He was honest, direct, and available. I do not know how to recommend him any higher."

As my refinancing was due to a divorce and having to have had encountered some difficulties with other banks, Maury was able to make me feel at ease with the entire refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. At the end of it all, my loan closed with no problems, my divorce was finalized and I am now the sole owner of my home. I would 100% recommend Rocket Mortgage's team and most of all, Maury. You know how sometimes when you talk to someone at a large corporation, you can tell they're reading from a script or using the same words they use with absolutely everyone? Melissa is so far on the other end of the spectrum! She's a real person, and she talks to you like it's a normal conversation. I like feeling like I'm not just a number or a sale to meet her quota. A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"

He spent over an hour on my initial call thoroughly explaining the refinance process and answering my questions. I truly felt like I was Rocket Mortgage's only customer because of this guy. Can not recommend him enough. As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case scenario", which leaves you pleasantly surprised at closing. Other lenders I dealt with tried to sell me numbers they couldn't back up, making the loan look great up front, but the numbers kept going up throughout the process. Jake was upfront and completely honest throughout. In a business where it seems everyone is trying to rip you off, Jake stands head and shoulders above the rest. As trustworthy a guy as you could ask for. Thanks again, Jake!! I hope we get to work together again one of these days!"
