Didn't think it could work. But Ryan put the deal together and with the use of my phone took care of all the leg work and in no time at all. Everying came together. I'm incredibly lucky to have been linked up with Mark. Not once did Mark attempt to upsell me or push me in a direction that I wasn't comfortable with. Mark was incredibly patient and ran my number for a variety of scenarios and did so happily. I found Mark to knowledgable and friendly; I often spent a good 30 minutes after our 'official business' was over with to chat more on a variety of topics. I would not hesitate to send Mark's contact information along to anyone looking to refinance or start a mortgage."

Obviously, when dealing with ANY type of mortgage it's never stress free, but Brittany made it so much easier. Out of all the mortgage people I've ever worked with she came across as the most knowledgable and explained things in a way that even a first time mortgage customer could understand. As my refinancing was due to a divorce and having to have had encountered some difficulties with other banks, Maury was able to make me feel at ease with the entire refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. At the end of it all, my loan closed with no problems, my divorce was finalized and I am now the sole owner of my home. I would 100% recommend Rocket Mortgage's team and most of all, Maury. You know how sometimes when you talk to someone at a large corporation, you can tell they're reading from a script or using the same words they use with absolutely everyone? Melissa is so far on the other end of the spectrum! She's a real person, and she talks to you like it's a normal conversation. I like feeling like I'm not just a number or a sale to meet her quota. Will definitely recommend her, and Rocket Mortgage/Rocket."

Our regular mortgage person had told us there was no way we could get refinanced so we were slow to respond to Maryana thinking we didn’t want to waste her time or ours. 🫤 She was relentless in following up with me. She would send me emails and also text messages. Finally I gave in and figured we had nothing to lose by talking to her. She really felt like RocketMortgage could help us. So we proceeded. Its not a quick or easy process to apply for home financing. But she was tenacious as all get out on trying to put our loan package together. I had read some reviews online about Rocket Mortgage and got nervous. We got nervous when we were handed off to the next team in the process but Maryana still stayed in touch. We had seen something that had changed and we reached out to her directly. She was outstanding. Her and her supervisor both jumped in to confirm everything was exactly as we had discussed. There’s nobody I know who enjoys the process of applying for a home loan but Maryana & the entire Rocket Mortgage team did an outstanding job walking us through the process. She did not disappoint. We got qualified and closed on our loan shortly thereafter. I appreciate her professionalism and her excitement for her field of expertise. I would gladly recommend Maryana and look forward to working with her in the future."

A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"

He spent over an hour on my initial call thoroughly explaining the refinance process and answering my questions. I truly felt like I was Rocket Mortgage's only customer because of this guy. Can not recommend him enough. As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case scenario", which leaves you pleasantly surprised at closing. Other lenders I dealt with tried to sell me numbers they couldn't back up, making the loan look great up front, but the numbers kept going up throughout the process. Jake was upfront and completely honest throughout. In a business where it seems everyone is trying to rip you off, Jake stands head and shoulders above the rest. As trustworthy a guy as you could ask for. Thanks again, Jake!! I hope we get to work together again one of these days!"
