Dave has been a great help and assisted me with the mortgage I have today along with aiming to reach for other goals. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the second time I've worked with Dave and it would be privilege and an honor to work with Dave in the future. Dave really knows what he's doing and aims to get you the best options while comfortably fitting in or improving your financial situation. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for help or looking to refinance on a home loan."

"Tyler knowledge of his job was just fantastic. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him. He was just an amazing person to have working for me so my dream of owning a home would come true. At one point I almost gave up but he keep saying you are so close just do what I'm asking you to do. Who does that. I also checked with 2 other lenders. They couldn't come close to Tyler. If anyone I no needs a loan I would be sure to give them Tyler's phone number. He is very knowledgeable, kind and he will not run you around. Hat's off to this man"

As my refinancing was due to a divorce and having to have had encountered some difficulties with other banks, Maury was able to make me feel at ease with the entire refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. At the end of it all, my loan closed with no problems, my divorce was finalized and I am now the sole owner of my home. I would 100% recommend Rocket Mortgage's team and most of all, Maury. "I shopped around extensively for a Company to refinance my home. Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason made me feel like I was talking with a good friend about my options. He did not rush anything and gave me advice on how I should move forward if I decided to. He ran multiple calculations and looked at my financial situation and gave me possible scenarios. Jason made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He not only called me for any changes with the loan, but he would return my call promptly and answer my questions with ease. He did not pass my loan off after he completed his section, he continued to make sure I was good throughout the full process to closing. Jason is an expert in his craft and trustworthy. His integrity is above reproach. I am a Military Veteran and I have refinanced multiple times, and because of Jason, I will use Rocket Mortgage for any future needs. He always did what he said he would and checked in with me almost daily keeping me calm and informed of our progress. He knew what he was doing and accomplished everything smoothly and error free. He got me using the Rocket Mortgage Portal and associated tools which was a big help for both of us. I wish he was my only point of contact throughout the process but I understand there is a system in place and protocols to be followed. Some of the others that I dealt with just weren't on par with Brandon. Of course, knowing Brandon I knew he was only a phone call or email away from getting involved and getting us back on course. He is certainly an asset to Rocket Mortgage and if I ever need to get into a housing loan again I will call Brandon. "

A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"
