Within two minutes of completing Rocket Mortgage’s online questionnaire about my desire/ability to purchase a house, I was speaking to Joseph, who, along with my real estate agent, ended up being my greatest counselor during the whole homebuying process. Whenever I had any question, he responded with great satisfaction… weeknights, weekends, whenever. He walked me through everything, from the approval process to the closing process, providing valuable insight all the way. He talked me through all the paperwork, through all the seller negotiation details and through all the closing specifics. Joseph is the absolute ideal of a mortgage counselor, just as interested and invested in my success as I was, and it’s simply not possible recommend him more highly. A true professional in every respect… consider yourself lucky to have Joseph working on your loan. "

We were introduced to a very pleasant professional by the name of Olivia Smith. In fact, we spent most of the day with her. She was most charming and knowledgeable about the mortgage business and very patient with our computer illiteracy. She was most reassuring that the remaining process was be completely harmless and would continue in a rather quickly fashion bearing receipt of pertinent information for qualification on our part. All in all, we would surmise that Rocket Mortgage and Mr. and Ms. Dickerson has a great asset in Olivia Smith! Norman and Cathleen "

Even with the work-at-home situation during the pandemic, Sami was able to answer all our questions and comprehend all of our needs and expectations in one telephone call. Where a previous refi (different lender) took months and required countless uploads and affidavits, invasive phone calls to previous employers, and just general slow-walking), Sami confirmed our details (much to our benefit) in about a week. We closed approximately 3 weeks later. Sami kept in touch throughout, even when the closing team took over. We really appreciate the way Rocket Mortgage handled our refi and are particularly grateful to Sami for her efficient, knowledgeable management and pleasant handling of the matter, start to finish."

I couldn't believe how simple Ali made this process for me after dealing with numerous Lenders that couldn't satisfy my needs. Ali had full control of the situation the entire time and if anything changed she was quick to let me know. She explained things and brought me along. I work a 12 hour shift, 7p to 7a. Courtney worked around my schedule, calling me when it was good for me. She made house buying enjoyable. She also assisted in the search, sending me links to homes similar to what I was looking for. Any problems I had, once I explained them, she took care of them. I have already bragged about her to some people I work with. Def impressed with the customer service and her personable personality. Rocket Mortgage should model future employees after her methods. Thanks again!!!!"

Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25. Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. Our dreams are starting to come true."

He was able to take my refinance idea, which was only a baby step to my long term retirement goals, and with my long term goals in mind he was able to help me change my refinance idea, into my ultimate vision of financial security for retirement, and help me to make it a reality so much more quickly than I could have imagined. By paying off mine and my husbands debt through our home refinance we will be able to survive on a single income and live very comfortably with me working locally and only part time, instead of living check-to-check, and we will have emergency money available on our currently maxed credit cards that we are paying off along with improved credit scores. That way when we refinance again to get rid of our fha and pmi we will qualify for best rates and perks with excellent credit! Thanks Chad for helping me to realize the potential of the "Avalanche effect"! It feels wonderful not be drowning in debt!"
