She was able to get us the best rate and terms for our loan and was always there for any questions we had, even on the weekends. She was courteous, kind, patient, and extremely supportive every step of the way with helping us get Rocket Mortgage the information needed to get our loan closed quickly. However in my mind what resonates the most is how much he...This is my 2nd time working with Sam on a refinancing mortgage. I cannot say enough about his knowledge , professionalism, and follow through. However in my mind what resonates the most is how much he connects with his customer, truely keeping their best interest at heart and working tirelessly to come up with the best possible plan options To help your situation. He remains in constant contact through the whole process and never once did I feel I was bothersome calling him with all my questions. He responded immediately to phone calls or texts and walked me through all my questions and concerns always with a pleasant and positive attitude. In my opinion he is a dedicated and invaluable representative of Rocket Moortgage would I not hesitate to recommend him and Rocket to friends and family, and would definitely turn to him for any future needs for myself. "I shopped around extensively for a Company to refinance my home. Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason made me feel like I was talking with...I shopped around extensively for a Company to refinance my home. Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason made me feel like I was talking with a good friend about my options. He did not rush anything and gave me advice on how I should move forward if I decided to. He ran multiple calculations and looked at my financial situation and gave me possible scenarios. Jason made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He not only called me for any changes with the loan, but he would return my call promptly and answer my questions with ease. He did not pass my loan off after he completed his section, he continued to make sure I was good throughout the full process to closing. Jason is an expert in his craft and trustworthy. His integrity is above reproach. I am a Military Veteran and I have refinanced multiple times, and because of Jason, I will use Rocket Mortgage for any future needs. I will recommend Jason to all my family, friends and even strangers looking for a mortgage. I can not say enough about this guy."

We cannot say enough great things about Alex. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. He guided us through every step of the mortgage process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt informed and confident along the way. Financing a home can feel overwhelming, but Alex made the process feel smooth and manageable. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interest, giving us honest guidance, and helping us make the best decisions for our situation. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything on track made such a difference. No matter the time of day (nights and weekends included), he was available to answer our questions. We are so grateful for Alex’s support and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. He always did what he said he ...Working with Brandon was a pure pleasure. It was 35 years since I last applied for a mortgage so I needed someone who was honest and patient, Brandon was always both. He always did what he said he would and checked in with me almost daily keeping me calm and informed of our progress. He knew what he was doing and accomplished everything smoothly and error free. He got me using the Rocket Mortgage Portal and associated tools which was a big help for both of us. I wish he was my only point of contact throughout the process but I understand there is a system in place and protocols to be followed. Some of the others that I dealt with just weren't on par with Brandon. Of course, knowing Brandon I knew he was only a phone call or email away from getting involved and getting us back on course. He is certainly an asset to Rocket Mortgage and if I ever need to get into a housing loan again I will call Brandon. "

The thought of taking out a mortgage again scared me to deaf! I'm so thankful you called me. I was just inquiring on Facebook and you was the first person to call me. From then on my phone and mailbox was filling up with other companies texting ,calling and mailing their packages. The other companies I talked to was pushy , and was rushing me to make a instant decision now . Really stressing me out. Victoria gave me the information . She understood this was not a decision I could rushed into being a single women. She locked me into a rate and gave me the time to look around and check with my local banks. The 1st time she was referred to me because I had some difficult issues to work through when refinancing and I was told ...I have gone through the refinance process 2 times and each time was with Laura. The 1st time she was referred to me because I had some difficult issues to work through when refinancing and I was told that she could help and make the process that seemed daunting to me an easy and painless experience. It was the best referral ever! She is so knowledgable and kind and held my hand through the process until it was a success. The next time I chose to refinance there was no question that I would go back directly to her to start the new process and this time my loan closed in 21 days from start to finish. This occurred so fast because of her knowledge and dedication to making her customer's #1! I have already and will always recommend her to anyone going through a loan process or even just in need of mortgage advice. She's the best!!"

We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; ...Alvin was the absolute top in getting the hard work completed quickly and cleanly. We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; we even got to the closing and signatures. The Notary was informed 1 hour before the signing, and had very little time to organize and be ready for the signing - the papers were not ready and were full of errors; so we just canceled out of the process and got directly in touch with Rocket Mortgage. Then Alvin came into the picture - fully understanding our embarassment from not going with Rocket Mortgage in the first place. He gave us the royal service - he really knows what he is doing - and the whole loan process was completed witout a bunch of going back and forth and without delays. I hope Alvin is still with Rocket Mortgage next time we need a mortgage change - he is the best I have ever seen with no exceptions."
