You know how sometimes when you talk to someone at a large corporation, you can tell they're reading from a script or using the same words they use with absolutely everyone? Melissa is so far on the other end of the spectrum! She's a real person, and she talks to you like it's a normal conversation. I like feeling like I'm not just a number or a sale to meet her quota. Will definitely recommend her, and Rocket Mortgage/Rocket."

We went to three different local banks to do this. Time after time we were disappointed with the service we got from those banks. None of these banks had the knowledge or will to work with us and a VA loan. I spoke with Joe Waters at Rocket Mortgage and all I really was doing was asking basic questions about the refinance process. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.After speaking with Joe, I thought that instead of putting our house on the market and finding another house we could stay in the house we made into a home.However, I knew that to really get this process going my wife Jody would have to get on board. I arranged a time that Joe, Jody and myself could get on the phone together. Joe went thru the refinance process with us and explained what would be required of us. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Once we decided that this was the best choice for our family, and began the process, Joe walked us thru every step of the application and background.The time it took for us to do the paperwork was actually alot easier than I thought it would be. We are closing our loan on August 8th. I am deploying to South East Asia for a year and am currently in training for this mission. We wanted to do some improvement projects on the house prior to my leaving. To know that Jody wont have to worry about fixing the bathroom downstairs or replacing the window upstairs while Im on this deployment will be a heavy load off my mind. Our regular mortgage person had told us there was no way we could get refinanced so we were slow to respond to Maryana thinking we didn’t want to waste her time or ours. 🫤 She was relentless in following up with me. She would send me emails and also text messages. Finally I gave in and figured we had nothing to lose by talking to her. She really felt like RocketMortgage could help us. So we proceeded. Its not a quick or easy process to apply for home financing. But she was tenacious as all get out on trying to put our loan package together. I had read some reviews online about Rocket Mortgage and got nervous. We got nervous when we were handed off to the next team in the process but Maryana still stayed in touch. We had seen something that had changed and we reached out to her directly. She was outstanding. Her and her supervisor both jumped in to confirm everything was exactly as we had discussed. There’s nobody I know who enjoys the process of applying for a home loan but Maryana & the entire Rocket Mortgage team did an outstanding job walking us through the process. She did not disappoint. We got qualified and closed on our loan shortly thereafter. I appreciate her professionalism and her excitement for her field of expertise. I would gladly recommend Maryana and look forward to working with her in the future."

A year had passed and i got ...I first spoke with Frank a year ago about refinancing my mortgage. I needed to get rid of a home equity loan first so it just was not the right time for us refinance. A year had passed and i got rid of the HELOC so i called Frank. I told him this was my home for life and i wanted to pay it off before i retire. He told me to give him a few minutes and he called me back with a deal that shaved off almost two and a half points off of my existing mortgage, which was 5.37% at the time. We got the mortgage refinanced so quick that we were able to skip two mortgage payments. Thank you Frank for your time and effort. Mr. M.L. Mckeel"

He spent over an hour on my initial call thoroughly explaining the refinance process and answering my questions. I truly felt like I was Rocket Mortgage's only customer because of this guy. Can not recommend him enough. As others have said, his estimates on costs/payoffs were conservative all throughout the process, and he explained this up front. He paints a "worst-case scenario", which leaves you pleasantly surprised at closing. Other lenders I dealt with tried to sell me numbers they couldn't back up, making the loan look great up front, but the numbers kept going up throughout the process. Jake was upfront and completely honest throughout. In a business where it seems everyone is trying to rip you off, Jake stands head and shoulders above the rest. As trustworthy a guy as you could ask for. Thanks again, Jake!! I hope we get to work together again one of these days!"

When Jordan tells you she can do something and this is what it will cost, you can "take it to the bank"... After our decision to proceed, I worked with an administrative support specialist but Jordan was always available should something serious threaten to derail the process... The loan materialized in a surprisingly short timeframe and it was exactly what we agreed to in the very beginning... No last minute surprises ... No "Oh I forgot to tell you this"... It was as originally agreed... I view Jordan as I would a trusted friend... Dick Parker"

I went into the process feeling unsure about whether refinancing even made sense for my situation, but Mike took the time to really listen to what my goals were and what I was trying to accomplish long-term. There was one point where I was concerned about how the numbers would impact my monthly budget, and instead of rushing through it, he walked me through multiple scenarios so I could clearly see how each option would affect me over time. That level of patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful financial decision feel manageable and well thought out. He stayed on top of every detail and was always quick to respond when I had questions, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I truly felt like he cared about helping me make the right decision for my situation, not just getting the refinance done. My loans were a little complicated, but Sarah tackled them and made it happen. She provided the guidance I needed to complete all necessary documentation which made it extremely easy for me. She returned telephone calls, texts and e-mails in a "rapid-response" time frame - almost unheard of in these current times. She was a great support throughout the entire loan process. She never grew frustrated with me when I called with a problem and just patiently worked with me to find a solution. When COVID -19 presented its share of obstacles, which delayed my getting necessary documentation, Sarah assured me that it was not a problem and my loan would not be in jeopardy while we waited. Sarah dots her I's and crosses her T's and gets it right the first time. Rocket Mortgage would be smart to keep her and use her integrity, dedication and influence to show others how the job should be done. In March 2021, I was given his name from a friend that because I tried to refinance with my original mortgage company, I explained to the agent that I had a temporary job, and she told...Dom is AWESOME! In March 2021, I was given his name from a friend that because I tried to refinance with my original mortgage company, I explained to the agent that I had a temporary job, and she told me it would be fine and that I qualified for the refinance due to my credit score and income. She set me up for an appraisal at the cost of $500, she said the temporary job was not an issue. After the appraisal was completed I was denied the loan due to the temporary job. She admitted she was wrong, but I lost $500. Dom agreed I was not advised correctly and to contact him when the job became permanent. In June, the job became permanent so I decided to call Dom and ask how long I would have to wait to refinance, he replied "did you receive your first paycheck", my answer was yes, and the process began. I am so grateful of Don taking the time to talk to me in January, his compassion and professional advice. I have now completed the refinance, saving $250 per month! Dom is AWESOME!"
