His people skills are top notch and expertise in what he’s doing is unmatched! He went above and beyond to get me approved for what we needed even though I had a lot going on, on my end. Didn’t matter that I asked 5,000 questions whether it was 9 AM or 5 PM he responded happily right away. He knows exactly what he’s doing and it shows. I can’t thank him enough. Will def be reaching out to him again with any future purchases!"

I met Jacob 2 years ago he worked so hard to get me a refinance loan for my home. I had to get some work done on my home so in doing the process and not receiving the loan I was very discourage at the time. Jacob was so helpful , understanding and caring that I told him if I came back I would only do a loan with him . So that’s exactly what I did. It didn’t go as smooth as I would like this time but once again because of Jacob I persevered and refinanced my home. I have told my friends and family about Jacob . He makes me feel like he has the utmost respect for me and he truly cares about my needs. Thank you so much Jacob . 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼"

We were introduced to a very pleasant professional by the name of Olivia Smith. In fact, we spent most of the day with her. She was most charming and knowledgeable about the mortgage business and very patient with our computer illiteracy. She was most reassuring that the remaining process was be completely harmless and would continue in a rather quickly fashion bearing receipt of pertinent information for qualification on our part. All in all, we would surmise that Rocket Mortgage and Mr. and Ms. Dickerson has a great asset in Olivia Smith! Norman and Cathleen "

Even with the work-at-home situation during the pandemic, Sami was able to answer all our questions and comprehend all of our needs and expectations in one telephone call. Where a previous refi (different lender) took months and required countless uploads and affidavits, invasive phone calls to previous employers, and just general slow-walking), Sami confirmed our details (much to our benefit) in about a week. We closed approximately 3 weeks later. Sami kept in touch throughout, even when the closing team took over. We really appreciate the way Rocket Mortgage handled our refi and are particularly grateful to Sami for her efficient, knowledgeable management and pleasant handling of the matter, start to finish."

She explained things and brought me along. I work a 12 hour shift, 7p to 7a. Courtney worked around my schedule, calling me when it was good for me. She made house buying enjoyable. She also assisted in the search, sending me links to homes similar to what I was looking for. Any problems I had, once I explained them, she took care of them. I have already bragged about her to some people I work with. Def impressed with the customer service and her personable personality. Rocket Mortgage should model future employees after her methods. Thanks again!!!!"

Our credit was far from being good and you helped us get things on track so we would qualify, in an extremely short period of time! You even contacted me every week to see how things were going and to see if there was any assistance you could give. I was amazed at how fast we received our pre approval letter. We were fortunate enough to find a house within a couple of days. I contacted you the next day, you got the ball rolling and we were told shortly after, that the loan would close in approximately forty five days, I thought you were crazy. Throughout the process, there were a few hiccups, but you were in constant contact and all was resolved in a matter if a few hours or a couple of days. Finally we closed and guess what, it was forty five days! Bless your heart, you always called us back, within a reasonable time, to answer my questions or calm my anxieties and were always kind and patient. Josh, we would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage and especially you, to friends and others who inquired who we got our loan through. Again, we cannot thank you enough! Mary Shaffer "

However, our experience with other members of the Rocket Mortgage team was not impressive. I spoke to three different people, all of whom asked for the same information—name, address, phone number, etc.—to input into our profile. Each time, they failed to enter that information. Whenever we called, we had to provide the same details again, which became extremely frustrating. It was unclear why they asked for this information if they weren’t going to input it. After struggling with those team members, we decided to contact Andrew directly, as he was the only one who consistently followed through and entered the information correctly. He was exceptional and truly transformed our experience. I greatly appreciated his assistance and consistent availability."

We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; ...Alvin was the absolute top in getting the hard work completed quickly and cleanly. We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; we even got to the closing and signatures. The Notary was informed 1 hour before the signing, and had very little time to organize and be ready for the signing - the papers were not ready and were full of errors; so we just canceled out of the process and got directly in touch with Rocket Mortgage. Then Alvin came into the picture - fully understanding our embarassment from not going with Rocket Mortgage in the first place. He gave us the royal service - he really knows what he is doing - and the whole loan process was completed witout a bunch of going back and forth and without delays. I hope Alvin is still with Rocket Mortgage next time we need a mortgage change - he is the best I have ever seen with no exceptions."

He was able to take my refinance idea, which was only a baby step to my long term retirement goals, and with my long term goals in mind he was able to help me change my refinance idea, into my ultimate vision of financial security for retirement, and help me to make it a reality so much more quickly than I could have imagined. By paying off mine and my husbands debt through our home refinance we will be able to survive on a single income and live very comfortably with me working locally and only part time, instead of living check-to-check, and we will have emergency money available on our currently maxed credit cards that we are paying off along with improved credit scores. That way when we refinance again to get rid of our fha and pmi we will qualify for best rates and perks with excellent credit! Thanks Chad for helping me to realize the potential of the "Avalanche effect"! It feels wonderful not be drowning in debt!"
