The 1st time she was referred to me because I had some difficult issues to work through when refinancing and I was told that she could help and make the process that seemed daunting to me an easy and painless experience. It was the best referral ever! She is so knowledgable and kind and held my hand through the process until it was a success. The next time I chose to refinance there was no question that I would go back directly to her to start the new process and this time my loan closed in 21 days from start to finish. This occurred so fast because of her knowledge and dedication to making her customer's #1! I have already and will always recommend her to anyone going through a loan process or even just in need of mortgage advice. She's the best!!"

"I had contacted a competitor to start the initial process of a second mortgage. I then did my homework. when I realized I already had a loan with Rocket Mortgage. I then did my homework. when I realized I already had a loan with Rocket Mortgage. Contacted them and was assigned to Joe Frey. After discussing everything with him, I did not feel any pressure or pushing to sign with rocket. He answered all my questions, understood my concerns, and after that I decided to cease my relationship with the competitor and immediately started the process with rocket. Joe was able to beat the competitor rates and advised that I shouldn’t be surprised if they automatically come back with a much lower counter offer, which they did. They then came back with a second counter offer, even lower, which seemed too good to be true. Based on Joe’s professionalism, demeanor knowledge and his overall friendliness, I decided I’m staying with rocket and I am glad I did so. The process was smooth & quick with great communication. I highly recommend Joe Frey and rocket mortgage for any mortgage needs"

"I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and ...I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and we forged ahead. Within a day the application was complete and we had a tentative approval in no time flat! Dan stayed with me until the next section when I was switched to another person on the following team. Even then, he took my calls and answered questions that came up. Eighteen days later, we will sit at the settlement table. This might not have been the quickest mortgage Dan has worked with but his professionalism and doggedness allowed us to complete with a remarkably shirt time period and an absolute minimum of issues. Thank you!"

He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." He truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I will always recommend him as well as Rocket Mortgage to anyone who asks."

She called me on weekends and after hours, she reached out to keep me updated on changes to our rate, she quickly responded with answers to my questions, she was amazing to work with. Her customer service was impeccable and she was so friendly. This was my first home and I cannot overstate how Bobbie was supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very patient with a nervous first time buyer. :) We managed to close in 20 days because she was so responsive, efficient, and communicative. He explained to me how the Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage rate lock worked and how to get set up on the site to check the status of my re-fi and submit any information required from me. He was very prompt in getting back with me regarding any questions I may have had and explained things simply yet concisely. He was my primary point of contact throughout the process. I am thankful for your persistency - you gave me the history of the agency, facts, and other very pertinent information. You were also patient in allowing me the time I had asked for to talk to others. In doing that I was able to speak to someone that I personally know who had their home refinanced with Rocket Mortgage and gave Q.L high marks...And most importantly you were a man of your word... when you said you were going to call you did. I felt you were concern about me as an individual and a homeowner, and not just concerned with capturing another sale. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that ...Mikayla was a dream to work with. She refinanced our home the first time we did a refinance and then reached back out when rates lowered. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that she’d be able to do much since we had done our first refinance less than a year prior. But we were able to move from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage for about $100 more a month. She also provided 2 other options that didn’t include raising our monthly payment, but this made the most sense for us. I’d give Mikayla 10 stars if I could, honestly. I swear, she must work around the clock because she seemed to always be available, timely, provided correct information, and was super pleasant to work with. We were able to go from our first chat to scheduling closing in less than a week. I’m beyond happy with the service that she provided!"

We were introduced to a very pleasant professional by the name of Olivia Smith. In fact, we spent most of the day with her. She was most charming and knowledgeable about the mortgage business and very patient with our computer illiteracy. She was most reassuring that the remaining process was be completely harmless and would continue in a rather quickly fashion bearing receipt of pertinent information for qualification on our part. All in all, we would surmise that Rocket Mortgage and Mr. and Ms. Dickerson has a great asset in Olivia Smith! Norman and Cathleen "

Even with the work-at-home situation during the pandemic, Sami was able to answer all our questions and comprehend all of our needs and expectations in one telephone call. Where a previous refi (different lender) took months and required countless uploads and affidavits, invasive phone calls to previous employers, and just general slow-walking), Sami confirmed our details (much to our benefit) in about a week. We closed approximately 3 weeks later. Sami kept in touch throughout, even when the closing team took over. We really appreciate the way Rocket Mortgage handled our refi and are particularly grateful to Sami for her efficient, knowledgeable management and pleasant handling of the matter, start to finish."
