She explained things and brought me along. I work a 12 hour shift, 7p to 7a. Courtney worked around my schedule, calling me when it was good for me. She made house buying enjoyable. She also assisted in the search, sending me links to homes similar to what I was looking for. Any problems I had, once I explained them, she took care of them. I have already bragged about her to some people I work with. Def impressed with the customer service and her personable personality. Rocket Mortgage should model future employees after her methods. Thanks again!!!!"

Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25. Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. Our dreams are starting to come true."

Our credit was far from being good and you helped us get things on track so we would qualify, in an extremely short period of time! You even contacted me every week to see how things were going and to see if there was any assistance you could give. I was amazed at how fast we received our pre approval letter. We were fortunate enough to find a house within a couple of days. I contacted you the next day, you got the ball rolling and we were told shortly after, that the loan would close in approximately forty five days, I thought you were crazy. Throughout the process, there were a few hiccups, but you were in constant contact and all was resolved in a matter if a few hours or a couple of days. Finally we closed and guess what, it was forty five days! Bless your heart, you always called us back, within a reasonable time, to answer my questions or calm my anxieties and were always kind and patient. Josh, we would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage and especially you, to friends and others who inquired who we got our loan through. Again, we cannot thank you enough! Mary Shaffer "

"Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some...Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some crazy hour like 11.15pm (he works very long hours!) looking to get an approval letter for a higher amount than I already had, he contacted me from home and went straight to work getting me that approval letter, it arrived in my inbox at around 2am! I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing. This being my first time buying in the US, I needed a lot of guidance and Justin really came through for me, I really can't recommend him highly enough!"

Jeff was probably the best person I could’ve gotten for the mortgage process. He was there every step of the way, even about half a year after I had first contacted him about a mortgage. He made the entire process easy to understand and easy to do, from the first application to closing. He was extremely patient and answered any and every question I may have had, and I felt like I could always reach out to him with any questions I had or anything I may have been stumped with."

He was able to take my refinance idea, which was only a baby step to my long term retirement goals, and with my long term goals in mind he was able to help me change my refinance idea, into my ultimate vision of financial security for retirement, and help me to make it a reality so much more quickly than I could have imagined. By paying off mine and my husbands debt through our home refinance we will be able to survive on a single income and live very comfortably with me working locally and only part time, instead of living check-to-check, and we will have emergency money available on our currently maxed credit cards that we are paying off along with improved credit scores. That way when we refinance again to get rid of our fha and pmi we will qualify for best rates and perks with excellent credit! Thanks Chad for helping me to realize the potential of the "Avalanche effect"! It feels wonderful not be drowning in debt!"

She called me on weekends and after hours, she reached out to keep me updated on changes to our rate, she quickly responded with answers to my questions, she was amazing to work with. Her customer service was impeccable and she was so friendly. This was my first home and I cannot overstate how Bobbie was supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very patient with a nervous first time buyer. :) We managed to close in 20 days because she was so responsive, efficient, and communicative. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that ...Mikayla was a dream to work with. She refinanced our home the first time we did a refinance and then reached back out when rates lowered. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that she’d be able to do much since we had done our first refinance less than a year prior. But we were able to move from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage for about $100 more a month. She also provided 2 other options that didn’t include raising our monthly payment, but this made the most sense for us. I’d give Mikayla 10 stars if I could, honestly. I swear, she must work around the clock because she seemed to always be available, timely, provided correct information, and was super pleasant to work with. We were able to go from our first chat to scheduling closing in less than a week. I’m beyond happy with the service that she provided!"
