He was always very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! He provided me with my pre approval and then stayed with me as I looked for the perfect home. He called me on a weekly basis to check on how my search was going, and when I needed an updated pre approval letter he was always happy to assist me with a new one. Adam was especially helpful in advising me on the proper steps to take to ensure that my loan my was not delayed or denied before closing. When I first came to Rocket Mortgage, I was a bit fearful since I am self-employed, but Adam made the loan process a breeze for me! If I could give him ten stars...I would happily give him 11!!!"

After a few minutes of review Samer put together a plan for me—absolutely no pressure. He said it would take about thirty days and he was right on target. Samer was very polite and easy to work with. He called several times to see if I had any questions and to reassure me of the loan progress. I gave him five stars only because that’s the most this program allows—the system doesn’t allow ten. I highly recommend Samer and am thankful for his professionalism."

I couldn't believe how simple Ali made this process for me after dealing with numerous Lenders that couldn't satisfy my needs. Ali had full control of the situation the entire time and if anything changed she was quick to let me know. Definitely going to recommend Ali to a few of my buddies over here at Ford, I'm sure they will be very satisfied with her professionalism and expertise. He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." He truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I will always recommend him as well as Rocket Mortgage to anyone who asks."

"When starting the mortgage process I was extremely overwhelmed and felt like I was in over my head with all of the different things that I didn’t know I needed or in some cases knew was even a thing. ...When starting the mortgage process I was extremely overwhelmed and felt like I was in over my head with all of the different things that I didn’t know I needed or in some cases knew was even a thing. Jeff was probably the best person I could’ve gotten for the mortgage process. He was there every step of the way, even about half a year after I had first contacted him about a mortgage. He made the entire process easy to understand and easy to do, from the first application to closing. He was extremely patient and answered any and every question I may have had, and I felt like I could always reach out to him with any questions I had or anything I may have been stumped with."

Her customer service was impeccable and she was so friendly. This was my first home and I cannot overstate how Bobbie was supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very patient with a nervous first time buyer. :) We managed to close in 20 days because she was so responsive, efficient, and communicative. Within two minutes of completing Rocket Mortgage’s online questionnaire about my desire/ability to purchase a house, I was speaking to Joseph, who, along with my real estate agent, ended up being my greatest counselor during the whole homebuying process. Whenever I had any question, he responded with great satisfaction… weeknights, weekends, whenever.
