Even with the work-at-home situation during the pandemic, Sami was able to answer all our questions and comprehend all of our needs and expectations in one telephone call. Where a previous refi (different lender) took months and required countless uploads and affidavits, invasive phone calls to previous employers, and just general slow-walking), Sami confirmed our details (much to our benefit) in about a week. We closed approximately 3 weeks later. Sami kept in touch throughout, even when the closing team took over. We really appreciate the way Rocket Mortgage handled our refi and are particularly grateful to Sami for her efficient, knowledgeable management and pleasant handling of the matter, start to finish."

Our regular mortgage person had told us there was no way we could get refinanced so we were slow to respond to Maryana thinking we didn’t want to waste her time or ours. 🫤 She was relentless in following up with me. She would send me emails and also text messages. Finally I gave in and figured we had nothing to lose by talking to her. She really felt like RocketMortgage could help us. So we proceeded. Its not a quick or easy process to apply for home financing. But she was tenacious as all get out on trying to put our loan package together. I had read some reviews online about Rocket Mortgage and got nervous. We got nervous when we were handed off to the next team in the process but Maryana still stayed in touch. We had seen something that had changed and we reached out to her directly. She was outstanding. Her and her supervisor both jumped in to confirm everything was exactly as we had discussed. There’s nobody I know who enjoys the process of applying for a home loan but Maryana & the entire Rocket Mortgage team did an outstanding job walking us through the process. She did not disappoint. We got qualified and closed on our loan shortly thereafter. I appreciate her professionalism and her excitement for her field of expertise. I would gladly recommend Maryana and look forward to working with her in the future."

She explained things and brought me along. I work a 12 hour shift, 7p to 7a. Courtney worked around my schedule, calling me when it was good for me. She made house buying enjoyable. She also assisted in the search, sending me links to homes similar to what I was looking for. Any problems I had, once I explained them, she took care of them. I have already bragged about her to some people I work with. Def impressed with the customer service and her personable personality. Rocket Mortgage should model future employees after her methods. Thanks again!!!!"

We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; ...Alvin was the absolute top in getting the hard work completed quickly and cleanly. We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; we even got to the closing and signatures. The Notary was informed 1 hour before the signing, and had very little time to organize and be ready for the signing - the papers were not ready and were full of errors; so we just canceled out of the process and got directly in touch with Rocket Mortgage. Then Alvin came into the picture - fully understanding our embarassment from not going with Rocket Mortgage in the first place. He gave us the royal service - he really knows what he is doing - and the whole loan process was completed witout a bunch of going back and forth and without delays. I hope Alvin is still with Rocket Mortgage next time we need a mortgage change - he is the best I have ever seen with no exceptions."

Dave has been a great help and assisted me with the mortgage I have today along with aiming to reach for other goals. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the second time I've worked with Dave and it would be privilege and an honor to work with Dave in the future. Dave really knows what he's doing and aims to get you the best options while comfortably fitting in or improving your financial situation. He was able to take my refinance idea, which was only a baby step to my long term retirement goals, and with my long term goals in mind he was able to help me change my refinance idea, into my ultimate vision of financial security for retirement, and help me to make it a reality so much more quickly than I could have imagined. By paying off mine and my husbands debt through our home refinance we will be able to survive on a single income and live very comfortably with me working locally and only part time, instead of living check-to-check, and we will have emergency money available on our currently maxed credit cards that we are paying off along with improved credit scores. That way when we refinance again to get rid of our fha and pmi we will qualify for best rates and perks with excellent credit! Thanks Chad for helping me to realize the potential of the "Avalanche effect"! It feels wonderful not be drowning in debt!"

When you are applying for a mortgage at a time when rates are sky high and changing daily, as a customer you are apprehensive , have multiple questions , repeated questions and lots of unknowns and I really feel thankful that I got Shiraz as my banker . He was so professional , patient , answered my questions to minutest details ,took time at odd hours to resolve my questions and help me make my decision . I would not have expected this kind of support from any other banker and I have had mortgages earlier as well when the rates where as low as 1.25% and mortgage decisions were not stressful . I feel Shiraz made the current experience calmer and stress free than even my previous experiences . He goes out of way and works towards helping the customer reach decision with factual data , variety of options that would help the customer in long run and most of it delivers to the promises that he makes . I got the confidence that my loan would close within 10 days and it actually closed in lesser time than what Shiraz promised . Best in class service , best in class attitude , super professional and an awesome human . He remains in constant contact through the whole process and never once did I feel I was bothersome calling him with all my questions. "I shopped around extensively for a Company to refinance my home. Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason happened to be one of the last ones I talked to, and I did not have to go any further. Jason made me feel like I was talking with a good friend about my options. He did not rush anything and gave me advice on how I should move forward if I decided to. He ran multiple calculations and looked at my financial situation and gave me possible scenarios. Jason made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He not only called me for any changes with the loan, but he would return my call promptly and answer my questions with ease. He did not pass my loan off after he completed his section, he continued to make sure I was good throughout the full process to closing. Jason is an expert in his craft and trustworthy. His integrity is above reproach. I am a Military Veteran and I have refinanced multiple times, and because of Jason, I will use Rocket Mortgage for any future needs.
