I cannot say enough about his knowledge , professionalism, and follow through. However in my mind what resonates the most is how much he connects with his customer, truely keeping their best interest at heart and working tirelessly to come up with the best possible plan options To help your situation. He remains in constant contact through the whole process and never once did I feel I was bothersome calling him with all my questions. He responded immediately to phone calls or texts and walked me through all my questions and concerns always with a pleasant and positive attitude. In my opinion he is a dedicated and invaluable representative of Rocket Moortgage would I not hesitate to recommend him and Rocket to friends and family, and would definitely turn to him for any future needs for myself. Over the course of six months, while my new construction home was being built, Josh was by my side every step of the way. He went above and beyond in every way—working nights and weekends to accommodate my schedule and always making himself available for my questions, no matter how small. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on every part of the process. He was incredibly patient, explaining things multiple times until I felt confident and informed. Our credit was far from being good and you helped us get things on track so we would qualify, in an extremely short period of time! You even contacted me every week to see how things were going and to see if there was any assistance you could give. I was amazed at how fast we received our pre approval letter. We were fortunate enough to find a house within a couple of days. I contacted you the next day, you got the ball rolling and we were told shortly after, that the loan would close in approximately forty five days, I thought you were crazy. Throughout the process, there were a few hiccups, but you were in constant contact and all was resolved in a matter if a few hours or a couple of days. Finally we closed and guess what, it was forty five days! Bless your heart, you always called us back, within a reasonable time, to answer my questions or calm my anxieties and were always kind and patient. Josh, we would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage and especially you, to friends and others who inquired who we got our loan through. Again, we cannot thank you enough! Mary Shaffer "

He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." He truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I will always recommend him as well as Rocket Mortgage to anyone who asks."

Her customer service was impeccable and she was so friendly. This was my first home and I cannot overstate how Bobbie was supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very patient with a nervous first time buyer. :) We managed to close in 20 days because she was so responsive, efficient, and communicative. I am thankful for your persistency - you gave me the history of the agency, facts, and other very pertinent information. You were also patient in allowing me the time I had asked for to talk to others. In doing that I was able to speak to someone that I personally know who had their home refinanced with Rocket Mortgage and gave Q.L high marks...And most importantly you were a man of your word... when you said you were going to call you did. I felt you were concern about me as an individual and a homeowner, and not just concerned with capturing another sale. Within two minutes of completing Rocket Mortgage’s online questionnaire about my desire/ability to purchase a house, I was speaking to Joseph, who, along with my real estate agent, ended up being my greatest counselor during the whole homebuying process. Whenever I had any question, he responded with great satisfaction… weeknights, weekends, whenever. He walked me through everything, from the approval process to the closing process, providing valuable insight all the way. He talked me through all the paperwork, through all the seller negotiation details and through all the closing specifics.
