She explained things and brought me along. I work a 12 hour shift, 7p to 7a. Courtney worked around my schedule, calling me when it was good for me. She made house buying enjoyable. She also assisted in the search, sending me links to homes similar to what I was looking for. Any problems I had, once I explained them, she took care of them. I have already bragged about her to some people I work with. Def impressed with the customer service and her personable personality. Rocket Mortgage should model future employees after her methods. Thanks again!!!!"

"I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and ...I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and we forged ahead. Within a day the application was complete and we had a tentative approval in no time flat! Dan stayed with me until the next section when I was switched to another person on the following team. Even then, he took my calls and answered questions that came up. Eighteen days later, we will sit at the settlement table. This might not have been the quickest mortgage Dan has worked with but his professionalism and doggedness allowed us to complete with a remarkably shirt time period and an absolute minimum of issues. Thank you!"

He was able to take my refinance idea, which was only a baby step to my long term retirement goals, and with my long term goals in mind he was able to help me change my refinance idea, into my ultimate vision of financial security for retirement, and help me to make it a reality so much more quickly than I could have imagined. By paying off mine and my husbands debt through our home refinance we will be able to survive on a single income and live very comfortably with me working locally and only part time, instead of living check-to-check, and we will have emergency money available on our currently maxed credit cards that we are paying off along with improved credit scores. That way when we refinance again to get rid of our fha and pmi we will qualify for best rates and perks with excellent credit! Thanks Chad for helping me to realize the potential of the "Avalanche effect"! It feels wonderful not be drowning in debt!"

I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that she’d be able to do much since we had done our first refinance less than a year prior. But we were able to move from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage for about $100 more a month. She also provided 2 other options that didn’t include raising our monthly payment, but this made the most sense for us. I’d give Mikayla 10 stars if I could, honestly. I swear, she must work around the clock because she seemed to always be available, timely, provided correct information, and was super pleasant to work with. We were able to go from our first chat to scheduling closing in less than a week. I’m beyond happy with the service that she provided!"

He called me on a weekly basis to check on how my search was going, and when I needed an updated pre approval letter he was always happy to assist me with a new one. Adam was especially helpful in advising me on the proper steps to take to ensure that my loan my was not delayed or denied before closing. When I first came to Rocket Mortgage, I was a bit fearful since I am self-employed, but Adam made the loan process a breeze for me! If I could give him ten stars...I would happily give him 11!!!"

After a few minutes of review Samer put together a plan for me—absolutely no pressure. He said it would take about thirty days and he was right on target. Samer was very polite and easy to work with. He called several times to see if I had any questions and to reassure me of the loan progress. I gave him five stars only because that’s the most this program allows—the system doesn’t allow ten. I highly recommend Samer and am thankful for his professionalism."

Our situation is a bit unique as we were purchasing a home we had already lived in for three years as renters. Jeannie helped us navigate our unique purchase experience with aplomb. She was welcoming, friendly, detail-oriented, thoroughly responsive, and just a huge help all around! We are thrilled with our mortgage package and I'm very much looking forward to reconnecting with Jeannie as rates drop even more and we look to refinance. Like some of the other reviewers here, I'm a longtime Charles Schwab customer and echo the positive sentiments expressed by fellow Rocket customers about the ease of coordination between banking and mortgage. Jeannie made sure as many elements of the process could be done automatically with data pulls from Schwab as possible, saving us a lot of time and effort. The Rocket portal is also extremely user-friendly with very clear guidance provided about what to expect and when; Jeannie always made sure needed documents got populated in a timely manner and that we had everything we needed to prepare for each new step in the process. Finally, Jeannie kept our home loan on track so we could close on our purchase without the signing getting derailed by either Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton. We're very grateful for that and to own the wonderful home that protected us from harm. Jeannie and her colleagues made that possible and we're already saving a bunch of money on things like PMI and compound interest because of how clearly she outlined the benefits of different loan terms, down payments, etc. 10/10 service, highly recommend!"

We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with Rocket Mortgage. She was still eager to help and got everything setup with Rocket Mortgage before our original lender, even though we started with Rocket Mortgage later! It was extremely reassuring to know we had a great backup plan if things were to fall through with the other lender. Mary was responsive, polite, and explained things very clearly! We were actually bittersweet that things ended up working out on the other front, and although we did end up voluntarily withdrawing from Rocket Mortgage, it was for no fault of Mary's nor Rocket Mortgage. We would recommend Mary to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your time Mary; it was more helpful than I think you realize! Cheers!"

From the very beginning of my mortgage process, Eric was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. My situation involved several unique circumstances and moving parts, but Eric took the time to listen carefully, understand the complexities of my loan, and walk me through at least three different financing scenarios so I could make the best decision for my family and my future. What impressed me most was his commitment to communication. Throughout the entire process, Eric never left me wondering what was happening or where things stood. Even after my file moved on to the senior loan processor and closing specialist, he remained actively involved and continued checking in to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. When an unexpected issue arose on my original closing date, Eric went above and beyond, working overtime behind the scenes to help resolve the problem and make sure I was able to close the very next day. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about both his professionalism and his commitment to his clients. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone like Eric in your corner makes all the difference.
